Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄

@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

@AskNationwide No I paid my Barclaycard credit card using my nationwide current account and due to their app being broken they’ve taken the payment 3 times. They’ve now said they can’t cancel it their end and I need to speak to you guys. 😫

@AskNationwide My wife does online food shopping for her elderly mum. We pay using mums nationwide account by entering the card details. Ocado now requires verification by card reader or text message. Her mum, who has dementia and is 150 miles away, has the card & phone. Help!?

@AskNationwide been waiting a week now for house valuation to be transferred from an old mortgage application to a new one - why does it take this long? Spoke to the mortgage team several times but all they can do is chase the valuation team up on my behalf. This is poor. 🙏🏼 help

@AskNationwide hey! My mortgage should come out on 1st every month, money are coming out of current account without issues but it takes 2 or more days to be acknowledged by mortgage account, why should I pay higher fees for those few days, nothing I can do to sped up the process

@AskNationwide Hi, I don't think you've understood what's happening in @jimbrowning11 tweet. Scammers running a remote access app on victim's phone & asked them to open Barclay's banking app so they can see everything. Barclay's app prevents this by not opening if remote viewing app is running.

hey @AskNationwide - quick question... if I am about to move rates on my mortgage (from tracker to fixed), which is agreed and accepted (fee paid), but I would then like to move (post the fixed rate applying) would that be a problem? change in rates 1st nov, move mid dec?
