@VodafoneUK truly shocking customer service, want to speak to someone about changing my plan and all I get is automated voices, sending a link that doesn't work and then hangs up. I would like to speak to someone before I end up cancelling my account, to TOBI!

@lall90 @VodafoneUK Don’t do it. They change your number without telling you. Their customer service is appalling. They lie to you too. Tell you it takes 24 hours to sort something and 5+ days later nothing.
