In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

@VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

@VodafoneUK staff have given conflicting information about an account, your customer complaint team got cut off several times. Last week we spoken with the complaints team again and we thought all was resolved, to find they have not undertaken what they said they would.
