@awscloud So, active insurrection is being plotted on Parler, which you host. Unless you are working with the FBI to forward them the relevant user data, you may want to shut that down in your own self-interest. Especially since Amazon put money towards the rally--err, riot.

Removing an app from the App Store just stops new folx from downloading it. It does not shut down the app. Call on @awscloud to ban the server use. @amazon @JeffBezos #amazon #awscloud

Parler Problems getting you down? #censorship It now won’t work on any device, period. Amazon S3 web hosting services are cutting server access. Moving to a new hosting provider will take time, as the application is poorly coded. @GianniMagini #ABB @crypt_ghost @YourMarkLubbers

Amazon S3 cutting off server hosting access for Parler is taking censorship on a new level and not an intelligent move, as there are hosting companies outside the US, and they can go there. This is becoming China 2.0.

@GuyCaveOfficial @awscloud @jeffbarr Yep! Just recently. But those who have Parler on their phone already (or are using the website) can still access the site. If AWS shuts it down (due to clear violations of Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy), the service is dead in the water.

@SebGorka @Apple Could be a great gift. Parler doesn’t need AppStore. If Amazon shuts Parler down, every Amazon AWS customer in the world will need to convene their disaster recovery teams and build backup plans in case Amazon dumps them for no reason.

@MarkDice Once I learned Parler uses Amazon AWS servers, I knew it was a matter of time before they had their web hosting services cut. GAB has is independent from all that. They got 10 new servers today and more are on the way. Its slow for now, but will be remedied soon.
