  @EAHelp I have, and I know it says to expect a wait for 30 days, but I've already received a cut and paste response. And this is a major issue that clearly a lot of people are having. I've sent in 2 more cases to talk about this through EA and @Respawn .

  @PlayApex For people complaining about the crashes need to upgrade to Xbox X, I've had literally one crash... so there is your solution if they cba fixing it
