@Howl8610 @Respawn @PlayApex I get the volume problem, but I'm thinking of something like Riot (with its whatever gazillion players) at least having a bot tell you "hey it's the holidays so less staff+more reports=y'know" and or a person write something like "Yeah we know, we're looking into it btw"
