I don’t care that they changed their minds when confronted by bad press. Not buying ARLO. Can’t be trusted. Shameful. Somebody should be fired.

Evan Cook (@cook1122) reportedI spent $100 on an @ArloSmartHome wired doorbell. I would have rather lit it on fire, cause it may have given me more joy than dealing with their terrible products, apps, and excuse of customer service. I would NEVER purchase from them again.

One, they set the image upside down and denied me access to change it. Another, suddenly, the company decided to discontinue service @ArloSmartHome I know 👇🏾 #JustAnotherCoincidence
