@ArloSmartHome you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. How am I supposed to have an active device and account if I can’t even get the doorbell to work? This has to be the dumbest way possible to approach install support.

@ArloSmartHome Customers be warned: Arlo cameras will NOT automatically reconnect to internet after outage, nor can this be done via app. Requires physical reconnect. What good is this when you are away from your home…? #unfitforpurpose

@ArloSmartHome now only lets you contact support via their app. But there is a problem and I can't access my doorbell, library, or settings in the app so can't contact support. ****** service, ****** product.

@TechNinjaSpeaks @Arlo Just started.. seems to work fine.. only issue I’m having is trying to cast the camera video to a Roku tv.. “Siri show front door camera on office tv” keep getting a “some of your devices failed to respond” response from Siri.. @ArloSmartHome any help would be great!

@ArloSmartHome Never buying an Arlo product again. Cheap plastic that breaks. They have no customer service number to call and their online help is just troubleshooting and redirects to buy parts I don't need. Never again. Terrible service and zero support.

@ArloSmartHome Absolutely the worst support of any company I’ve ever dealt with! Spent 4hrs trying to sync cameras to no avail and was disconnected from “live chat” twice! Complete joke!

@ArloSmartHome it is utter madness that your 'smart' systems don't offer camera/base gone-offline alerts. Renders your product just an (ongoing) expensive toy, not the feature packed security system you claim it is.
