@ArloSmartHome @HomeDepot Alright arlo has proven to be a crap brand. 1. Bad batteries 2. Cameras continue to go offline constantly! I will never recommend this brand again!

@GiveMeSpace3 @ArloSmartHome They keep dropping from our network and when I attempt to add them back, the app can't find them. Keep getting an error stating that they are offline and not connected to a network. And on one, the battery dies after just 3 or 4 days of use (when it's actually working).

@ArloSmartHome please help. Been told to call the uk help line 0800 970 3054 by your online chat team. Called 30 times over the last few days and all I get after 5 mins on hold is “we are having technical difficulties” & I get hung up on. Awful customer service #CustomerService

@ArloSmartHome We sent our Video Doorbell and all parts as requested back on a RMA to have it replaced. We received the replacement doorbell but not the screws and part that is installed in the doorbell. Can you help?

@ArloSmartHome We were burglarized last night and that video is on our Arlo Essential, but we can't pull it from the cloud because of a glitch, and can't get through to support either. Police asking for the footage. Can you please help? If not, this product is sort of useless...

Forgot to mention this all started because I had a package stolen and the 2 @ArloSmartHome pointed at it were both not working so they serve literally no purpose. Other than to give my ladder a workout when I have to get it out to resync or charge the things.
