@ArloSmartHome Cannot live view anymore. Your app is broken! In order to live view I have to toggle off ‘local 2k live streaming’ under video settings. Fix this!!!

@ArloSmartHome @Maxillaria10 I agree, they use to have great customer service yrs ago. Not anymore, you can't reach a live person and chat is a joke. It seems their server is down again today for the last 4 hours I have no access. It's not my connection bc everything is working!

Dear @ArloSmartHome can you please write your AI to not recognize trees blowing in the wind as motion?? Nobody needs 300 notifications because it's freaking windy. Y'all know when something is ACTUALLY there. Please fix it. You make real alerts get lost from all the spam.

@ArloSmartHome you have the worst marketing setup in history, the software Charge of 9.99 per camera, is the worst idea yet, somehow we can get a 49.00 camera on amazon that has every feature INCLUDED, CVR everything . I have 10 arlo cams and have never once got to use the full software, sad

@ArloSmartHome Are you ever going to fix the server-side bug that shows two (of my twelve) cameras off-line on the web interface, when they show online on the app? It's irritating and it's obviously NOT the device or the network (i.e. a setup issue).
