Had to create a new account but Arlo is not able to cancel my old account! Keep telling me to log in which I can’t do. This service is ******* GARBAGE!!

Eric LaPorte (@Real_MartyMcFly) reported@ArloSmartHome the scheduling feature in your app is horrible. I would think being a leader in security it would be better. Paid lots of money and I have to manually arm and disarm certain parts of the day. Fix it!

Please fix your app, it's a terrible experience when you tell me the wrong amount of video updates in notifications.

When the invitee tries to respond to the email, they get a message that the server is down and to try later. Cannot get any help with this. Called corporate offices and message box is full.

Weeks later still nothing. NO way to talk to anyone bout my faulty device. And I’m told won’t be able to becuz don’t pay $2.99?!?
