    @ArloSmartHome so I have a base station that will not update, comes online then cannot add cameras because it says the base station is offline. But it’s NOT. What now?

    Some @ArloSmartHome support techs require updated training. Two contacts (chat and phone call) neither solved issues and no help in online docs. Found solution on my own AFTER asking if it was a fix and was told NO.

    Why is it every time I update my @ArloSmartHome app lately it just completely stops functioning? 🙄 Either the mic doesn’t work, or I have repeated login issues, or I just can’t access the feed at all. It’s always something, lately. It’s become completely useless.

    @delphijunkie @ArloSmartHome agreed company is trash. the at Dr yem doesn't work half the time. Any advice on where to report this so more people know about this.

    @ArloSmartHome May I have serious question, please? Why doesn’t my Arlo system sends an email/notification, in case a camera fails to connect? The camera seems to be offline, but I haven’t got any message from the system. Thanks for your support!

    @ArloSmartHome #problem persists. although he deleted the camera and I turn it into a recorder. in a few hours a stay of the way it shows the photo Do I need to get to an address where it can be sent and I be able to repair it or how do I solve this inconvenient @USAGovEspanol

    @ArloSmartHome I want a wireless replacement for my wired doorbell. No idea who designed this setup, but WTF?! Just to change the network, open it, insert metal between 2 LIVE terminals. Can't get the QR code to scan after 20 min. TO CHANGE THE NETWORK!! What?!

    @ArloSmartHome emailed last week to your customer support and haven’t heard anything back. 3 out of 4 of my products are useless and not working. This probably explains the similarities between product and customer care - shengus McKnight! Going to swap products to Ring!!

    @ArloSmartHome has been the second worst customer service I have seen... they are currently behind a cable company with no competitors in the area. Multiple unanswered support tickets and once you get someone on the phone they run you in circles and complete 1/3 of the agreement

    @ArloSmartHome Feel free to send me a wirefree video doorbell then to replace the audio doorbell that no longer relays direct mobile calling thanks to some mysterious update. Many of us waiting for a month now from support for a fix.
