@ArloSmartHome you guys are the Southwest Airlines of video doorbell companies. Got one for Christmas and have tried for hours to install just to be told you don’t have the bandwidth to handle all the new customers and my doorbell is now offline. Uninstalling and returning.

@ArloSmartHome I’ve spent well over $700 into this system, based on promises and claims made by you. It’s disappointing that you now choose to go back on said promises, I understand not supporting old hardware, but effectively bricking/paywalling the system unless more money is spent is trash.

@OffBalanze @ArloSmartHome Agreed. With essential functions shutting down, our VMC4030 cameras will be basically useless. I can live without firmware updates for awhile... but... Arlo won't be a part of any decision matrix when looking for replacements.

@ArloSmartHome finally pushed me over the edge… after debating on replacing the battery powered cameras and looking at @Ubiquiti equipment I’ll be replacing all Arlo smart home devices with unifi, however the issue is where I don’t have PoE.

@ArloSmartHome so not only us who bought some of the original Arlos put up with bugs and just bad performance are now getting EOL and no 7 day storage or anything any more. You guys are giant pricks. Everyone should avoid #Arlo and go with #eufy or someone else.

@blackironfitter @ArloSmartHome The hardware has been great. They stopped working when we were -30, but otherwise, I have never had an issue. I have four of them around the house and can monitor very closely, from wherever. No subscription. Hopefully @ArloSmartHome will rethink this.

I just got notified that you are EOL'ing our cameras. Thanks a lot for causing working devices to be thrown in the trash heap. We bought these about 4 years ago. We would have bought Arlo again but if 4 years is all we can expect, forget it. @ArloSmartHome

@ArloSmartHome your reseller @BestBuy has dropped the ball and lost my $1000 order for your products. Canceled the order the day after the sale.. due to a glitch. Ordered it a week ago, could have fixed it but 👎 Lost a customer!
