    @ring Customer service USED to be good. I’ve been with them since their prototype door camera. But now their customer service is awful. They know there’s an issue with their cameras but they quote their TOS and offer 35% off a new camera! @ArloSmartHome seems a better choice.

    Man @ArloSmartHome I see why you don't call yourself Arlo Smart Support, because I've tried for over two years to get your lousy camera to work, and I have NEVER been able to get it to connect, yet you refuse to let me talk to ANYONE to help me. No support? Why?

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo will NOT connect with to Alexa. Code sent to authenticate does not send. Please correct this problem I bought the doorbell specifically to access through Echo Show.

    My Mother in law has @ArloSmartHome cameras. They aren’t working and on line help is hard for a 77 year old woman. No phone number to call for support in the US but they want to keep people safe. Yea right. #epicfail

    @ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae @scottpmcm 2hrs 38m on phone support for a problem reported since 2020 (no HomeKit code shipped with "HomeKit compatible" Arlo devices). Token reset on hub didn't work so now waiting to hear back from engineering.. Really??

    @ArloSmartHome I will have you know that your cameras are dissapointing because they are constantly disconnecting from the wifi. Constantly! It's terrible quality made worse that connecting them back to the wifi is difficult. Makes me regret ever getting them.

    @ArloSmartHome Help help help tried contacting on line contacting by phone (UK) my Arlo doorbell keeps disconnecting from my Google home absolute nightmare tried reconnecting only getting notifications by phone so disappointed in product and customer service, or lack of. HELP

    @ArloSmartHome is a pain to contact. You get a virtual rep. They give you instructions. You follow said instructions. Then end chat because you didn’t respond fast enough. What ********? Multi task on one screen? Asinine

    Hey @KTLA my @ArloSmartHome battery stopped working in three days instead of 365. That sure seems unreasonable. None of their people will help so I had to turn to twitter. Hope you guys aren’t using them. Love your show.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo should have used the money to fix the bugs or support. Two annoying issues have been demanding solutions for a long time.

    @ArloSmartHome Hi Arlo, please explain why I was charged this month after I cancelled my membership a month ago? Also, now when I try to login my account says maximum number of logins exceeded (I am not logged in anywhere). Thank you
