I don’t care that they changed their minds when confronted by bad press. Not buying ARLO. Can’t be trusted. Shameful. Somebody should be fired.

Since the update 4/24/26 my features are gone. Arlo Tech help can not fix it. Why did Arlo remove my features I’ve had for years?

If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

BeljicaPeak (@BeljicaPeak) reported@ArloSmartHome Betcha the arbitrary EOL feature removal = class action. No plans to ever spend time and money on Arlo in the future. Arlo couldn’t even make its touted geofencing function reliably and regularly service was down. Now we are rewarded with EOL. Not me.
