    @DeeCee65058630 @ArloSmartHome Have you tried Arlo support, sending them message on here. They took ages to reply and then blaming me when clearly it’s a problem their end. They told me to log into it via desktop computer too, made no difference. @ArloHelp not great service from new app which we pay for

    @ArloSmartHome lost my stored payment information & instead of admitting it they're sending me threatening "we're having trouble processing your payment information" messages. I swear to God I am through with this **** company. If I could get my money back I would go elsewhere.

    @ArloSmartHome Only number I could find it and it’s not even on their website and to talk to anyone. Seems like you have to have a subscription set up terrible especially if you have issues with set up

    @ArloSmartHome Your customer support is below par. Answered all the questions. No remedy. Others having same problem with your automated support stating it’s resolved. And yes, I have the most current App available. Impossible to get a “live human” to help.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo’s new firmware requires you to have a subscription to view video from your cameras. No longer can you store video on local storage. This is a crime. Many have same issue as me. Do not buy Arlo

    @ArloSmartHome @ArloSmartHome doesn’t have your back when they have ****** app software and lock their users out. With terrible support I now have a functionless camera system, thanks for being useless Arlo, I would never recommend you to anyone!
