    @RyanAma9 @ArloSmartHome I dont think my arlos are that old, but mine are definitely not working.. Maybe its just a bug right now? Mine were working fine earlier.. still even get notifications.

    @ArloSmartHome Your service is terrible. Cannot send a request without a serial number when the request has to do with your security policy. Your company can't get basic languages right. Sigh, amateur hour at the zoo. Not even counting how unstable your entire platform is.

    @ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

    @ArloSmartHome would be cool if you fixed your geofencing. When the program says ‘all devices’ but activates when anyone leaves or comes. **** you. I hope you go bankrupt

    @ArloSmartHome I will never trust your products again. If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

    @ArloSmartHome Why can't I get my new phone to be "trusted" by Arlo online. Now it won't trust any of my devices, computer or iPad, not new. I can't find a phone number anywhere and when I tried to chat, the response was "please put this in different terms. I'm new". Somebody please help me.

    @ArloSmartHome On top of that my camera barely worked when it did and now it’s broken due to water damage that’s why I canceled it I have no use to subcribe and you guys still charge my card half a month after I cancel it wtf is that bullshit you guys just wanna finesse our hard earned money?!

    @ArloSmartHome I'm waiting for my turn in the chat room and I've been waiting for over an hour and 4 people have gone thru the queue. Your service is especially terrible. The only thing you're really good at is billing.

    Just learned that as of Jan 1, 2023 @ArloSmartHome is ******* all their customers and the equipment we have installed in going to end up in the trash.
