    @arlosmarthome Very Poor customer service, I've submitted a support request through the Arlo App since I'm not able to see my library videos any more, I have voiced my discontent but not response from Arlo.

    I leave my house for a few hours. My ring alert goes off but the app won't open. Error messages. I have a subscription but doesn't do any good if i can't open it. Thankfully my arlo camera was working. @ArloSmartHome @ring

    The worst possible hardware AND the worst possible customer service from @ask_ArloEU @ArloSmartHome! After months of to & fro, no one seems to understand or is even willing to understand the issue. Anyone looking for a functional system, look elsewhere. Massive #fail

    @ArloSmartHome So how do I avoid this from happening? It was fine for the first 5 or so months I had it and once I had to recharge something seems to have changed and it drained in literal days. Don't activity zones help here?

    @ArloSmartHome App is allowing me to select, then it just gets stuck or I have to deselect geofencing every day for it to recheck my GPS location. No error message, just nothing working properly. Will contact support tomorrow, thanks.

    @ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae @reviewed i have just spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get help with my Arlo account from someone who has only confused me 1000x more than I was when I called. Why are you farming out your customers service to non-english speakers? it's ludicrous. problem NOT resolved.

    @ArloSmartHome When will #Arlo give us the choice to set custom ringtones on our Arlo Video Doorbell, on our #Android phones? A lot of customers have asked for this in years now, but Arlo do nothing - This is bad style!

    Hey @ArloSmartHome your schedule & geofencing settings have stopped working and I'm having to manually arm & disarm the system... Any update coming to fix this? Using VMB3010r2, H16/H7 cameras & doorbell. With iPhone as my controller.

    @ArloSmartHome Suddenly stopped receiving notifications on iOS app. Problem began with latest app version 3.0.1. Kind of important to have notifications. When will this be fixed?
