    @Arlo can go F off... Your EOL policy on 4-year old cameras is the last straw. Arlo has made many fumbles & poor service over the years, but I'm searching for new options, and when I find my replacement, I'm telling the whole world. @ArloSmartHome isn't a very smart company

    @ArloSmartHome 2 months notice of EOL support for Arlo Pro cameras before they become bricks? Not even a trade in program or anything? Terrible customer service. Won't be buying another Arlo product.

    @ArloSmartHome I got a new phone and now my system won’t let me log in even with verification and doesn’t “trust” device even after I select trust. No one is answering phone calls and your online chat doesn’t help

    In case you're wondering, yes @ArloSmartHome security cameras are currently down. The entire ******* network. So I'm not saying anyone *should* rob anyone, but it certainly would be a good time if you were the kind of person who'd do such a thing.
