@SiobhanBaynes @ArloSmartHome I had the same issue ..I never taught of getting my account back …massive appreciation to @AgentFemiTv for recovering my ..suspended ..locked.. hacked or banned .. disabled account you should check them out too.....✅ .
@ArloSmartHome Thanks, but the issue I'm having is my account is eternally locked out so I can't log in to see that message. To be fair I did manage to raise a support case via phone this morning so hopefully that will provide some progress.
@ArloSmartHome I have been trying to reach a human being to help with a support issue. I need a replacement charger for my camera and can't find any information on what type I need. Your bots do not have the answer and won't connect me with a representative. Not happy.

@ArloSmartHome same continuous bullshit with your cameras.They don’t stay online for more than a day and go off line.Seems to be getting worse.I’ve investigated so much money, not to mention my time.I will cont to give bad reviews until u make this right😡
Hey @ArloSmartHome - your new customer service system has a giant flaw: people SETTING UP their systems who have tech problems can't get help. I *NEED* a service rep, I literally cannot set up my system without one, and I can't get support! Please DM me, I need help!
