    @ArloSmartHome WHAT is going on with the videos? All my videos keep disappearing and I just saw a message for the first time saying there’s a problem. What good is a security camera system if you can’t view the video when you get alerts!?!

    @ArloSmartHome It'd be nice to talk to a human when you chat says "it's new and has no answer" TERRIBLE customer service. I have to pay Xtra for cameras that originally came as a pack With Arlo secure IF I join the multiple & pay that monthly fee will you stop the other fees?

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo will NOT connect to Alexa. Code sent to authenticate does not send. Please correct this problem I bought the doorbell specifically to access through Echo Show.
