Arlo EOLing devices that are 5 years old. Piss poor action by this company. Will be moving to someone else after this move. Tisk tisk. #arlo @ArloSmartHome

@ArloSmartHome Terrible new EOL policy. Will never buy another of your products again. I have 5 cameras myself and know of three other families who bought on my recommendation.

@ArloSmartHome How many times an hour does an "unexpected error" have to occur before it's not "unexpected" any more?

@blackironfitter @ArloSmartHome The hardware has been great. They stopped working when we were -30, but otherwise, I have never had an issue. I have four of them around the house and can monitor very closely, from wherever. No subscription. Hopefully @ArloSmartHome will rethink this.

@ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

Hey @ArloSmartHome I just bought a whole system on Ring because your chat is terrible and you can’t get anyone on a call. Worst customer support I’ve ever seen.

@ArloSmartHome I will never trust your products again. If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

@CeriCerilou @shumirunnessa Beware that they may hack your cameras. My cameras were hacked and I was unable to access them. One, they set the image upside down and denied me access to change it. Another, suddenly, the company decided to discontinue service @ArloSmartHome I know 👇🏾 #JustAnotherCoincidence

@ArloSmartHome please DM me about issue w a new phone being distrusted and unable to get help from Support for my Arlo Pro 4 iOS app lock out. You time out the app two step verification while I’m looking at email on the same device& it becomes an endless circle of frustration.

@ArloSmartHome It was clearly a big mistake advising your products to my friends and family, which I now have to explain this terrible EOL decision. Off course will tell them not to use Arlo products ever again after his little stunt.
