    @ArloSmartHome worst customer service. All you can get are bots, no humans. They owe me a replacement camera, waiting over a month now. Don’t buy their products.

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve been having this problem for a while but the Arlo app randomly logs me out without any notification.

    @ArloSmartHome my pro 2 cameras went offline after a code update on 9/18/22. I was point to Support but there isn’t any help if your cameras are over a year old except for a bot or the Arlo community. Arlo pushes the updates but has no responsibility if they break you cameras.

    @ArloSmartHome @Maxillaria10 I agree, they use to have great customer service yrs ago. Not anymore, you can't reach a live person and chat is a joke. It seems their server is down again today for the last 4 hours I have no access. It's not my connection bc everything is working!
