@ArloSmartHome I’ve purchased the chime 2. Set it all up but it won’t chime. It’s not on mute, I’ve tried resetting it and even removing it and re adding it, but still not working

Hey @ArloSmartHome! I placed an order for over $500 over 2 weeks ago and the status update shows an error. I called the automated number and got no response. I used the chat and was told I am not eligible for support! This is not okay- my experience has been really poor so far.

Constant problems with our arlo camera system from day one. And they don’t offer support or troubleshooting after the first 90 days. I think that’s terrible for a $700 camera system. Not recommended @ArloSmartHome

@ArloSmartHome @techradar Just fix the tech problem where you CAN’T turn on silent mode to mute incoming calls AND turn off the leave a message feature, without having issues. There’s threads dating 2+ year with no resolution. I just want my doorbell to ring w/no call to my phone or a prompt to leave a VM

@ArloSmartHome 6 months since I purchased Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras: 3 cameras w/ hardware issues, 2 days + 4 customer agents later, no offer of replacement despite being within my 1 year warranty. Should’ve picked @ring 😭 one of the worst customer experiences ever.

@ArloSmartHome has the worst multi factor authentication. Using email and setting a low time limit (2 minutes) is crazy pants. Their email usually take 3-5 minutes to arrive. #silly2fa

@ArloSmartHome after going through a loop with the “support” team I still have come up with nothing. Paid over $300 for 3 cameras and 2 of them broke before a year was even up. which sucks since they’re still under warranty & I got zero help.

@ArloSmartHome Arlo in the UK have the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. I purchased 4 x Ultra 2 and 3 x Pro 3 cameras and am now seriously regretting it. I have clearly made a dreadful choice. In spite of the cost I am ditching Arlo totally and finding an alternative. 🙁

@ArloSmartHome The Arlo pro 4 has a known defect where the camera does not reconnect if your Internet goes down you have to take the battery out and put it back in so if away or if its up a ladder or you are in a wheelchair like myself you left vulnerable #ArloPatheticSecurity

If you've been considering home security cameras, I recommend avoiding @ArloSmartHome . Their camera systems are very expensive and their customer service is poor. @WyzeCam is a much better alternative. They don't rip you off and they actually care about their customers.
