    The only complaint with @ArloSmartHome is the lack of charger support. DIY solutions for solar panels that are inexpensive, readily available and reliable is not a problem. The issue is Arlo running a racket and not having failover to legacy charging via USB.

    So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome

    @ArloSmartHome been a month and your terrible customer service REFUSES to address my missing refund for returned items! Your promise to “escalate” is a sham! You guys are awful! Now you want to start charging money to get customer support?? You do nothing! Why would I pay?

    hey @ArloSmartHome Any luck? Just got a camera set up, and it just spins and spins. Doesn't say it's offline, I just can't view the video. Tried on app and website.

    @ArloSmartHome @RollingStone Lol **** you guys for charging a subscription to view live streamed videos when that was never a stipulation when purchased. I’m throwing away all your **** and telling everyone I know to never buy any of your products

    @ArloSmartHome Any bug fix that’s going to be released soon that makes Arlo Baby work properly with HomeKit? I’ve tried the setup multiple times now and it ends up being unreachable all the time in both the Arlo app as well as the Home app, as soon as I connect it to HomeKit.
