@ArloSmartHome As I shop for a different brand of camera thanks to your EOL announcement, I’ll be sure to tell as many people as I can along the way why you’re the last, and worst, choice. Maddening.

@ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae My frustration with your company and its poor customer service has reached a tweetable moment unfortunately. It is fine for a company to discontinue products. That is common, but to not arm your customer success associates with the proper information and

To add insult to injury, 4 days after a new controversial EoL policy, @ArloSmartHome sends an email about 20% price increases. Congrats Arlo - you lost a lifelong fan after two bad decisions. It's the timing - you have to give users more than a couple months notice...

@ArloSmartHome Terrible new EOL policy. Will never buy another of your products again. I have 5 cameras myself and know of three other families who bought on my recommendation.

@ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

@androidcentral It confirms one essential point. The included at purchase, 7 day cloud storage agreement, is being unilaterally reneged by Arlo. Poor show, dreadful customer approach @mbmcrae @ArloSmartHome

@ArloSmartHome I don’t need a link to help me. Your tech support couldn’t even add a device to my account. Your own team can’t even work your stupid interface. Go play in traffic

@BeljicaPeak @ArloSmartHome Even better they still lie to their android users forcing them to turn on insecure permissions. I dropped Arlo completely after they doubled down on the permissions.

@ArloSmartHome hey Arlo! Maybe you should stop telling people that it’s their internet that causes every single issue that arises with your cameras! I spent two hours chatting with your worthless support team on the app and that’s all they can offer when it’s so clearly hardware
