-
C (@CGurciullo) reported@ArloSmartHome @Arlo - stop advertising new products while you are scamming your existing customer base. Your "end of life" scam is nothing but a money grab. We paid good money for a product that you are artificially shutting down (unless we pay you more money).
-
chuck gasaway (@ChuckGasaway) reported@OffBalanze @ArloSmartHome Agreed. With essential functions shutting down, our VMC4030 cameras will be basically useless. I can live without firmware updates for awhile... but... Arlo won't be a part of any decision matrix when looking for replacements.
-
justin (@BadRammaJamma) reported@ArloSmartHome @ArloSmartHome why am I not allowed to talk to a live agent even though I bought your equipment and it’s not working??? I have to pay you again for a subscription before someone will talk to me, if anybody is considering Arlo, don’t buy it!
-
Steven Barczyk (@barczyksm) reported@ArloSmartHome Based on the bait-and-switch tactics @ArloSmartHome has employed, I can no longer recommend their products. I look forward to joining the class action lawsuit for my 5 cameras if they go through with their plan. $ARLO down almost 64% over the last year.
-
Scott 🌻 (@ScottyWitte) reported@ArloSmartHome It’s normal to be frequently, randomly logged out of the Arlo app. But now, this time, I’m unable to log back in. No reason or error given. I’m assuming the people that run this company don’t use their own products.
-
Jason Abbate (@JasonBrobbate) reported@ArloSmartHome please fire whoever designed this interface. This is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life.
-
Lucy ❤️🇺🇸🗽 (@MsLucyKim) reported@SAMA92458684 @ArloSmartHome We are having the same problem today. It’s not working.
-
Jacob dailey (@Jacobdailey1517) reported@ArloSmartHome might be one of the worst products and app I’ve ever used..
-
Alex (@alex__0113) reported@ArloSmartHome researched chowing your cameras and quickly regretting it. Not interested in you using you help portal which is useless. DM me an email address that I can email normally. Your CVR prices on your website do not reflect what you actually want !!! Not impressed !!!
-
Greg - digging through archives (@GregLilly) reported@ArloSmartHome I can't find a way to switch my subscription to yearly -- like the price increase email said to do....HELP!
-
716 Fan From 908 (@716_Fan_Frm_908) reported@ArloSmartHome fix your servers. What good is a “security” system that is down for hours.
-
Andy Baryer (@AndyBaryer) reported@tccdoerk @ArloSmartHome @Dlink No but it's two competitors joining forces to help me find this mouse hole!
-
Colin (@wHENigEToFF) reportedSo sick of @ArloSmartHome cams. Constant issues. I was sold on the features, but 2 out of 4 appear offline constantly; I'm lucky if a battery lasts 2 weeks on the optimized setting NOT the 3 or 6 months Arlo claims; my Apple TV sees them fine, but MY.Arlo sees them rebooting. FML
-
Evan Cook (@cook1122) reportedI spent $100 on an @ArloSmartHome wired doorbell. I would have rather lit it on fire, cause it may have given me more joy than dealing with their terrible products, apps, and excuse of customer service. I would NEVER purchase from them again.
-
Eric W (@ejtt7ciia) reportedTo add insult to injury, 4 days after a new controversial EoL policy, @ArloSmartHome sends an email about 20% price increases. Congrats Arlo - you lost a lifelong fan after two bad decisions. It's the timing - you have to give users more than a couple months notice...
