@ArloSmartHome I have called and used your community support. Your support folks said they've never heard another incident like mine but many people on your community forum have the same issue. Your product is low quality

@ArloSmartHome finally pushed me over the edge… after debating on replacing the battery powered cameras and looking at @Ubiquiti equipment I’ll be replacing all Arlo smart home devices with unifi, however the issue is where I don’t have PoE.

@ArloSmartHome Do not under any circumstances by Arlo products. Their suport is terrible and the products do not connect to HomeKit

@RyanAma9 @ArloSmartHome I dont think my arlos are that old, but mine are definitely not working.. Maybe its just a bug right now? Mine were working fine earlier.. still even get notifications.

@ArloSmartHome hey Arlo! Maybe you should stop telling people that it’s their internet that causes every single issue that arises with your cameras! I spent two hours chatting with your worthless support team on the app and that’s all they can offer when it’s so clearly hardware

@ArloSmartHome How many times an hour does an "unexpected error" have to occur before it's not "unexpected" any more?

@ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

    FjR (@fjr2320gmailco1) reported

@ArloSmartHome I used to like Arlo, I've spent a considerable amount on their products. NOW they refuse to answer my emails regarding a fault in my £179. Door Bell. It mysteriously stopped working, they gave me a few things to try and resolve this issue, none of them worked.

I’m ready to switch to a new camera system and get away from @ArloSmartHome. They’re killing old cameras and customer service is the worst. They only let me talk to robots. Any security camera suggestions???

To add insult to injury, 4 days after a new controversial EoL policy, @ArloSmartHome sends an email about 20% price increases. Congrats Arlo - you lost a lifelong fan after two bad decisions. It's the timing - you have to give users more than a couple months notice...

@ArloSmartHome @AndroidAuth Customer service is the worst, not worth it. Do not buy from this company.

I just got notified that you are EOL'ing our cameras. Thanks a lot for causing working devices to be thrown in the trash heap. We bought these about 4 years ago. We would have bought Arlo again but if 4 years is all we can expect, forget it. @ArloSmartHome
