@ArloSmartHome @HomeDepot We were burglarized last night and that video is on our Arlo Essential, but we can't pull it from the cloud because of a glitch, and can't get through to support either. Police asking for the footage. Can you please help? If not, this product is sort of useless...

@ArloSmartHome @NETGEAR I know your support people are working at home but the last 3 calls I have made have been a waste of time. At least give your people good internet at home so they can work properly and be herd. 3 calls and an hour later still have the initial problem.

Trying out some @ArloSmartHome Ultra 2 cameras. Can’t connect to HomeKit with “unauthorized accessory”. Tried factory reset. No go. Now trying live chat help.

Need some @ArloSmartHome @ask_Arlo help. Added my base/cameras to HomeKit and by default it added 3 of my 4 cams as “favorite cameras” on the My Home screen. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to add the last camera to the favorites. Any ideas?

@ArloSmartHome please help. Been told to call the uk help line 0800 970 3054 by your online chat team. Called 30 times over the last few days and all I get after 5 mins on hold is “we are having technical difficulties” & I get hung up on. Awful customer service #CustomerService

If you were maybe thinking of purchasing an @ArloSmartHome product for someone for the holidays, maybe run far far FAR away. On top of all 3 of my cameras now not working, customer service just said "no refunds" and ended our conversation.

@ArloSmartHome I am helping an elderly neighbor put up his cameras with your mobile service. Some came with arlo sim and a few didn't. We can't seem to get anyone to help us. We need sims to activate the other cameras. Some guidance would be great. Were to buy?
