    @JLBaum3 @ArloSmartHome I agree. I was a fan of the Arlo but this crap is coming off the house the first chance I get. Might as well hard wire one. Worst decision by Arlo. Just nickel and dime…..

    The only complaint with @ArloSmartHome is the lack of charger support. DIY solutions for solar panels that are inexpensive, readily available and reliable is not a problem. The issue is Arlo running a racket and not having failover to legacy charging via USB.

    @ArloSmartHome how do I stop getting emails about Arlo support. We dumped our Arlo stuff forever ago because the support was so terrible.

    Is anyone else completely unable to login to @ArloSmartHome website? "Internal Server Error". Their 2 factor simply does not work. Their cameras are trash. the app is even worse. How are you still in business?? #RipOff #ArloSucks

    @ArloSmartHome Keeping note of which providers deserve any more of my business. @ArloSmartHome If they can't take a valid issue & handle properly, refuse to escalate as requested, where's incentive to buy more ugly treatment? All: Do you keep buying from those who treat you shabbily?

    @ArloSmartHome been a month and your terrible customer service REFUSES to address my missing refund for returned items! Your promise to “escalate” is a sham! You guys are awful! Now you want to start charging money to get customer support?? You do nothing! Why would I pay?

    So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome

    I asked yesterday that my issue be escalated after multiple customer service contacts including multiple "dropped" calls and suddenly "closed" chats while I was typing a response. No response yet @ArloSmartHome Is anyone escalating or is this just a norm?

    True story: 1 key issue w/ @ArloSmartHome Tried2resolve via cust svc, had to sw 5 reps by ph & chat. 0 fixed BUT they made 6 CASE #s & now pushing me to "Update" 6cases daily ea w/diff reps rotating doing 0. What hellish "service" is this? Nothing resolved+ torment tactic!

    hey @ArloSmartHome Any luck? Just got a camera set up, and it just spins and spins. Doesn't say it's offline, I just can't view the video. Tried on app and website.

    @ArloSmartHome arlo still lying and saying “they’ll look into” my refund. Been over a month and still no refund. What is your problem Arlo!? Scammers!!!

    @andyyyymicccc @ArloSmartHome @RollingStone I am fed up too! In my mind, All these independent “reviewers” who recommended this system must not be so independent. This system is the worst! And their customer service is even worse!
