    @ArloSmartHome What is up with Arlo. I contacted customer support to be told there is a global issue with images showing up on today’s library. But when I tried to get more information the agent got very nervous and was reluctant to tell me more. Should I/we be concerned?

    @ArloSmartHome your support team and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! Not only could you NEVER connect me with a human or solve my problem, you are now sending me unrelated problems to solve. You are NOT a smart technology company... not smart at all.

    @ArloSmartHome Do not buy! Absolute Garbage. Arlo Pro 3 is more troublesome than it’s worth. Base station won’t stay connected and camera battery life is pitiful. Customer support is horrible.

    @ArloSmartHome so disappointed with you guys. Both my cameras won’t connect. Yes they are a little older but just because I don’t pay a monthly subscription you guys refuse to help me with my product. Shame on you. Time to switch to a different company.

    @ArloSmartHome Your customer services in the UK are refusing to help us return cameras which we recently purchased. We have called several times but are told that we are to wait for an email which is never received. We have already bought and installed cameras from you

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo! You have the very worst customer service I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and you have me in a runaround loop of the same questions telling me I don’t have an account with you yet you’re billing me … And you cannot connect me with a human to help stop this

    @ArloSmartHome so frustrated with these products and don’t recommend. Brought new camera for house that will NOT set up. Tried to contact support but cannot get live help without paying for service. So I need to give you MORE money just to use the device

    Hey @ArloSmartHome ! Your customer support is terrible and the fact that it’s taking me over a week to try to talk to a human and I keep getting different robots to not help me is terrible. You’re charging me monthly and telling me I don’t have a subscription that you can cancel.

    @ArloSmartHome you need to fix your app. I’ve tried to scan the QR code with my iPhone 14 Max Pro for 10+ mins now. Your app will not allow the camera to auto focus. I can take a crystal clear pic of it less than an inch away but your app can’t read it. I can’t pair.

    @ArloSmartHome has got to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve been “fixing” an issue since January. Charging me monthly for non-working equipment, also refuse to cancel my subscription or refund anything.

    @ArloSmartHome I've spent a good deal of money on your system and the lack of customer support is unacceptable. The App is not connecting to the internet. The chat" is a study in circular frustration. I tried a subscription to "escalate" to no avail. Fix the problem.

    @ArloSmartHome There is no relaxing with you when I can’t get a person on the phone to help me with the fact you’re billing me for something I don’t use and you can’t find my account. Daily I’m getting new emails about things that you think I have done wrong so that you can’t stop billing me.

    When did @ArloSmartHome become such crap! Piece of crap! Not worth the HomeKit support. Awful live streaming. Adding a doorbell… oh just scan de QR… guess what camera lens being used the wrong one can’t get close enough or it’s too far. Piece of ****.

    Do not use Arlo security camera system! Arlo is still unable to cancel or suspend my services and stop billing me as asked and almost 2 weeks later still won’t connect me with a human to help!@ArloSmartHome every day you are making this harder on me.
