@VanKeeks @BlizzardCS Its hackers duping items. We had the same issues back in 2001 era. They would force crash the servers with memory leaks, their item would be duped, servers go down, Blizzard restarts it all.

@VanKeeks @BlizzardCS There are many reasons: Thousands of people log in all the time. Thousands of games are created. Traffic is high, memory usage is high. They might have a memory leak so the memory just runs out. Or the server are not "big" enough and can't handle the traffic. They just crash.
