@amwilson_opera @Childmediafound @ALCS_UK There has always been a gap in terms of programming. The 6-9 age group have not been well served. But I believe this is being addressed. Moving everything to Iplayer may actually help that.

@mikolysz You can get a VPS with iPlayer access from UpCloud, Easyspace, Park Square/Leeds VPS, or Manchester VPS. I use the last of those. I tested the others late in 2021, so some or all of them may no longer work. Also, some facilitate access to VBC, but not ITV/Channel 4/etc.

Difficulty in watching Y Golau online. I've had the same problem with #S4C clic in the past. I prompt the programme to start and it goes for about 2 seconds and stops! Can't find it on iPlayer. Same happened with Un Bore Mercher.

In bed on my side with the laptop running. Can’t get iplayer as work have banned access there so I’ve watched air crash investigation and now onto brasseye. Tipple of cocodamol and laxatives on the side. 😩

@acar321 I woke up to some religious sermons the other day, which was odd. Worst was probably iPlayer, where I fell asleep watching some sitcom and woke up to loud screaming as it had decided to switch to a random horror film for no reason at all.

BBC News website is running really slowly. Haven't noticed any slowdowns anywhere else so presumably the problem's at their end. Haven't used BBC iPlayer recently so don't know if it's affected.

@edent The only truly good UK TV streaming app is iPlayer. The others are awful across the board.
