    @EAHelp Me and others are having the same problem... we can't play the trial on EA Play Pro accounts. The "play" button is greyed out. I already pre-loaded the game not sure if that's relevant.

    @EAHelp So I open the game, little window opens and I click play. The game opens and I see the loading screen for about 3 seconds then it closes without giving me any error. Its fifa 22 and I bought it on steam

    @EAHelp @FireDragon04 I have EA PLAY PRO with EA DESKTOP and i cant play. This service is a shame. PS5 players are playing from already 17 hours, steam from 2 hours, and we with ea play pro with ea desktop we cant play.

    @EAHelp Done all that. btw as I understand this is a new issue I used to be able too play the game. I saw others suffering on answers HQ. everyone says it happened after EA app took place after origin and it happened like that in my case as well

    @EAHelp Still have Origin issue. EA App pop up window won’t move therefore not allowing me to play a game. I’ve messaged before which you took two days to respond. Then when I didn’t respond within 90 mins you closed down my issue. Can anyone more patient help me pls??
