    @EAHelp Star Wars: Fallen Order on Xbox One has a glitch on the Battle Grid mode; it will not save a grid, nor will it reload enemies or the chosen arena when choosing “retry.”

    @EAHelp Hello I don't have a spare HDD to test and I have too many games to reinitialize my ps4... I'll try to install the game on another ps4 in a few days. I did get to player creation in World of Chel when I got the game but returned to main menu and now I have the CE-34878-0 error

    @EAHelp attempting to play Sims 4 on Xbox one and keep getting an error code saying I can't save progress. Been happening for a few days and restarting the Xbox does nothing. Starting happening after downloading Snowy Escape

    @EAHelp My friend has not been able to his ea account on xbox for the past month, because he is stuck in a loop where it says credentials are expired he does what it says to do, but can't sign in because of the same issue. He has been unable to get in contact with support, help.

    I know its against TOS (I hope due to circumstances it can be forgiven) But I played on another account today to see if it was just my account and I DID NOT CRASH ONCE! So it's either my PSN account or my Apex account that is making me crash every day @AskPlayStation @EAHelp
