    @EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp #FIFA21 full connection in lobby then absolutely game breaking lag in game. Making it actually impossible to play. Not my connection and only started Saturday. What's going on ?

    @EAHelp The problem is that the game did not freeze! The game was running even after the disconnection, only the connection between EA servers and stadia went off!

    @EAHelp Thanks for responding but as of now I haven’t had any issues with apex. My packet loss has been at 2 or 4 not bad but not the best but when I made that tweet my packet loss was at 30 wich is terrible. But if I have that problem again I will make sure to tweet

    @EAHelp I have reached out to them but they won’t tell me why this happened to me and when they can fix this, and tots is starting this week so it’s a disaster & I’m really disappointed with the support I’ve got.Cause i won’t be able to prepare properly for the promo and i might miss out

    @EAHelp Hi! I have been disconnected several times playing fut champs or rivals, and im being disconnected when im 5-1 up and its the last minutes of the game!! This is going to affect my rewards! I hope you can Fix this and give me correct awards...
