@EAHelp I cant login into the 10h trial. It worked at the start but now it tells me that i should be logged in with my xbox and ea play Account and then a second message appears and tells that they couldnt Check my ea play Status (ea play through xbox game pass).

@EAHelp Im still getting removed from games or the menus for loss of connection even though my computer and playstation is still connected to my internet ?? I can see my internet is not the issue here i have tested it several times.

@EAHelp When i try to open fifa 23 on the ea app on pc, is says anti-cheat error I have tried uninstalling the game, i have tried uninstalling anti cheat, nothing works, what can I do. I have not bought the game I have only ea play subscription, but I should still get10 hours.
