I can switch accounts or use the older Xbox One console version, and it works fine. I can't play with anyone on my main account on the Xbox Series S version. It allows me to play all other game modes. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Perfect round in gauntlet is impossible for me bc despite having a bad form in "friendlies", I am still getting matched against elite players.

Was told managers aren't available despite your website saying escalation is an option.
