    So now it's been 4 days. I got a bunch of useless mails from #EAhelp but my issue isn't resolved. The "24×7" customer service is completely useless. Since this issue is happening to a few accounts it's completely unfair. So now others get an advantage and I'm stuck.#FIFA22

    @EAHelp I dont think you understand the things one can do when extremely dissatisfied with an individual or company with limited words. You guys refuse to fix the issue at all and just repeat the same copy paste reply. I refuse to be punished for what someone else did on my account.

    Just got a 10 minute abandon game penalty and lost to because of a server disconnect @PlayApex @Respawn @EAHelp, I dont mind disconnecting every 4th game but can I PLEASE stop being penalized for something that is out of my control!

    @EAHelp I keep on getting 'error' pop ups, like unable to save changes, and when I press add on players for the transfer list it does nothing but refresh, and trying to submit sbc's it comes up with the pop up seen in the photo in the tweet above.
