@EAHelp I can't access EA Play from gamepass because of a link error so I unlink then can't relink. After 1 hour help que I talk to a rep for 2 hours who just spams me a unlink my account guide and says I have to give up my account including purchases, friend, etc! Then hangs up!

@EAHelp I keep getting the message my login credentials might have expired on psn and can’t log in to anything. I tried changing my ea account password 3 times and nothing. None of my other email accounts are attached to an ea account and when I login my Xbox shows up but not psn

@EAHelp Just saw this. When I boot up Apex Legends, the screen goes black and it partially loads in the UI (crafting materials, box where you select game type, etc.) and then freezes, giving me a .gnut error code and forcing me to restart the app multiple times or restart my console.

@EAHelp I had download the game of the EA Desktop Beta. When I try to open the game, the following error appears "Unable to detect any of the entitled languages". I already tried to change the language at the time of download, but the EA Desktop application does not allow.

@EAHelp not to rush you guys but the apex infinite loading screen has been an issue forever and I’d like to play on PC again, it doesn’t affect me on switch but I want to play on PC with my friends again.

@patljr_7 @EAHelp Sadly no, they just danced around the question and offered me advice I already knew the answer too. A nice guy was helping me, but it didn’t help at all and just wasted my time. They just need to fix the game, it’s embarrassing for them honestly.
