    @EAHelp High ping issue in FC 26. My normal ping is <10ms , but now it’s constantly 100ms+. Only happens in FC 26, all other games are fine. Likely server routing or matchmaking issue (connected to distant server). Please investigate and fix. Platform: PS5 Region: Saudi Arabia

    @EAHelp You having server issues today? Been on BF6 Xbox since launch today I can't get a game, players floating, disconnected errors server errors.BF5 very similar.Other game brands are fine online

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass and because of this bug I can’t open any packs. looks like There are a lot of players having the same issue, it’s been almost a month. Will you guys do something about that??

    @EAHelp Need help with Case #242000397 (lost rewards/server error). Two agents (Gaurav and Shanti C) have now disconnected active support chats when I requested manager escalation. Was told managers aren't available despite your website saying escalation is an option.

    @EASFCDirect Yeah, issues with connecting. Issues with connecting with real humans at @EAHelp. Accounts are kept being banned for coin distribution even tho no one sells/buys coins. The issue has been going for so long now it's amazing how incopetent your ToS team is. I've been banned for over 3months now on few seperate accounts, and unbanned multiple times only to be banned again the next day EVEN WITHOUT ANY ACTIVITY ON THE ACCOUNTS.

    @EAHelp YO THIS IS BS EA!!! Im playing an intense match on squad battle mainly just playing matches to complete my Evo’s and right as i score the winning goal i get an error message and the game force closes on me! Sad part is that the match counts as an L but — (continue pt2)

    I’m reaching out as a last resort. For about two years, I’ve been stuck in an 'Expired Credential Loop' with my @EAHelp account linked to Xbox. I’ve tried every possible fix: password resets, VPNs, and clearing cache.
