Literally every single time there's a Twitch drop or Prime reward for Apex, I have issues getting them in-game. @EAHelp @TwitchSupport This time it's the Escape Drop 1. Claimed 6 days ago, still nothing in game. Reset PW and account links 15 days ago. Shouldn't already be broken.

@EAHelp Don't know you saw the video, but you can see in it, the match ended me with somehow a 4-4-2 formation while my settings are all 4-3-3(2) formation. We reported this happening sporadic in online matches already also during FIFA 20 and FIFA 21. But still this issue isn't solved

@EAHelp Whenever I try log in to ultimate team on PS5 it gives me a message saying "We are sorry but there's been an error connecting to FIFA 22 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the fifa 22 Main Menu.". Can you resolve this issue please.

Hey @EAHelp I purchased BF2042 and the game black screens and crashes even after reinstall. I can’t return the game through the portal because it thinks the game has launched. Is there anything you can do to help? I just lost $60 on a broken game.

@EAHelp your live support is disgustingly terrible I’ve been trying to get my issue about my FIFA account hacked fixed for 2 weeks now. Everyone of them just sends me the same 5 Emails and I do exactly what they tell me but I just keep going in circles and have gotten nowhere.

And breakthrough doesn't even work you have 1 working game mode and can't even say it works its glitchy as all hell why arnt you guys updating your game why wait

@EAHelp Yea so after getting an error from loading into the match and getting sent back to the main menu, my next match doesn’t allow me to switch guns, switch what type of specialist, can’t even use personal gun.
