    @EAHelp I'm really disappointed. Not only did I not get my redpicks, but wasted a further 2 hours following advice on the EA forum to open a chat with an EA customer service advisor only to be told to wait. On top of that I'm told I will not be additionally compensated for my time. Trash

    @EAHelp can i get that pick already. 11h of this post that says u fix. a company worth billions, people spend real mony in this game and thats how u pay them off. cant fix the packs that we all get max 83 rated. im here frome fifa 15 and got nothing and must grind for payers. pay to win
