I have been trying to connect with an advisor since the beginning of Israel, US, Iran due to a severe drop in my ping which prevented me from playing and losing a lot of in-game progress. This is truly disappointing! You’re stupid AI EA Help website kept asking me to read articles on troubleshooting without any benefits. I understand corporations now are depending on AI instead of real humans, but there must be an option to reach out to an advisor since. FYI. I am connecting to a high-quality internet service and have replaced my ethernet cable with no benefit. Please contact me asap.

matt olpin (@MattOlpin) reported@EAHelp, I need help logging into clubs in EA FC 26. I haven't been able to log in to Pro Clubs for days now. I can switch accounts or use the older Xbox One console version, and it works fine. I can't play with anyone on my main account on the Xbox Series S version. It allows me to play all other game modes. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
