@EASPORTS_MUT our field passes aren’t tracking. There’s no reason to play the game an earn trophy packs if everything else doesn’t work. Fix your game instead of dropping content and showing your face on GMM to say nothing about what’s happening ? @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp

Hey @EASPORTS_MUT @EAHelp @maddendirect if you aren't going to fix the game so it's playable just say so, and stop wasting our time. I still notice you have no issues making those $100 packs come out on time though. How about taking some people off that team and help others.

I have over 10 days played on madden 23. I’ve played the game enough to know when a company doesn’t care about there players. I’ve dealt with more problems then good times on this game & it came out just a month ago. Everything is broken lol @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp
