@EAHelp Can you fix all the server issues in pvzgw2. People are sometimes unable to find games along with data sometimes being saved and the game sometimes failing to receive the saved data which leads to people having nothing till they reload and successfully get their saved data.

@EAHelp Hi! I've been having trouble downloading the EA App (loads of error messages) but it downloaded today and let me launch Sims4. However, it's not downloading my extensions/packs/kits. I was wondering if you had any advice?

@EAHelp @playWildHearts I mean you'd think you'd of wanted to get people what they paid for before working on QOL fixes. Unless the graphics on pc was so broken you can't play it at all? But i assume that wasn't the case since its the same graphics on console which you can overlook. But even if it was-

@babe4365 @EAHelp My issue seems to be mods but I tried a bunch of other stuff, maybe one of them will help you if you haven't tried it yet? I tried: repairing the app in my control panel, running a game repair, clearing the app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game -
