    @EAHelp The EA App won't let me access any of my games. It wants me to download everything again. When I click the icon for The Sims 3 on my desktop, it says I don't have access because I don't own the game! A little while ago, I was getting the "500" error code on the EA app.

    @EAHelp Sorry but you guys need to do better combatting smurfs. Apex Legends has an abysmal smurfing problem, the 10 extra levels is gonna slow down an apex predator level player or cheater mere hours to get to ruin the ranked experience of so many low level players.

    @EAHelp Hey , I have some issues with playing fut champs, after finishing the the games for the 20 points to qualify for the fut champs it's kicking me out and saying there was a problem with the communication when it says I have some packs before being able to enter fut champ
