    @Mone54T @EAHelp @TheSims That was my first thought, 👍👍 My second was, why am I still having issues loading to the Gallery, earlier it took 8 tries before it loaded. My last build went right away, so I thought it was finally fixed, guess not, 🤔

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

    @EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL I cannot play Madden NFL 26 for 3 days. I connect to EA servers but get disconnected after 3–5 seconds every time. Please fix this.
