    @EAHelp I was playing a game of FUT and there was a glitch. There was a foul on their teams goal line and there goalkeeper was behind the goal trying to take the free kick the goalie has been trying to take this free kick for the whole of the second half. I don’t know what to do

    @EAHelp My sons account has been banned with NO proof of what he did wrong. We have contacted support via phone and was told it was being escalated. Multiple attempts via your "ticket" process is also not working. Is the next step lawyer involvement?
