    @EAHelp I can’t get on to Volta game mode - it says there is a connection issue, however, I am able to get on to Ultimate team and other game modes - why is this?

    @EAHelp for some reason I keep disconnecting from squad battles. I have tried 10 times and have only been able to complete 1 game. I have no connection issues and can sign back into fut straight away. Hell please

    @EAFIFADirect @EAHelp Fix the goddamn issue for players who are still stuck on the loading screen that freezes for 5days straight and still got no word from out ea you're all thiefs

    @EAHelp the controller is not working in fut online mode. your game CAN recognize the input (offline mode are working, input overlay showing correct inputs), while during online the online response overlay(the right side one) shows nothing, and my players stand still and doing nothing!

    @EAFIFADirect @EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA me and my brother have both bought Fifa on Xbox and PlayStation both under the same ea email and we haven’t had the problem in the past years we are unable to play at the same time and ea have been telling me that I will lose all my progress

    @EAHelp Im having this issue when I play with the Chiefs in franchise. I'm unable to snap the ball. I use time out to counter it,but there's not enough time outs in a game to help. I get at least 4 or 5 calls per half. An that results in me getting kicked for excessive grieving.
