    @EAHelp ultimate team is unplayable menu screens keep freezing and when playing u get kicked on on a disconnect at kick off and least 20% of the time

    @Mone54T @EAHelp @TheSims That was my first thought, 👍👍 My second was, why am I still having issues loading to the Gallery, earlier it took 8 tries before it loaded. My last build went right away, so I thought it was finally fixed, guess not, 🤔

    @dmartinez_1980 @NFSNL @EAHelp I tried every possible fix from sign out from Game Center, Re Install App, Restart. Even VPN. Not fixed. This issue suddenly happened overnight. Is there official server maintenance or something?

    @EAHelp @EAHelp there is problem with high ping in Clubs in FC26. In every match players have exactly 260 ping and they are kicked out from match when it’s substitute. Since one week. No one can play…

    @EAHelp Hi, I bought The Sims 3 + all the DLCs on Steam but cannot play on Mac and Steam provides no CD keys. Your support page is not working for me. Can you help add the Mac 64-bit version to my EA account? i can provide proof of purchase.
