    @EAFIFADirect @EAHelp have not yet received any of my pre season rewards packs. Whilst most of the players got these and even the compensation already. By when can we expect for this issue to be resolved??

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA This copy of FIFA 23 is a disgrace to the entire series on PS5 When Division Rivlas are played, the gameplay is very slow And when you play Fut champions the game is fast Ok, you have to fix the bug

    @EAHelp I’ve had trouble linking my Amazon and EA accounts, every time I try to link it, it tells me that something went wrong and to start again, I’ve tried to unlink the account but it was never linked in the first place.

    @EAHelp So at what point do you guys start issuing monetary compensation? Like, the prices grow each year, while the issues get worse. This is the final year I will purchase this game, after over 10 years of getting it. Sorry, but I expect more for my money.
