    @EAHelp You know that madden on pc has issues with the last patch. And no fix has been completed. We couldn’t even finish our ranked matches because it is so bad. You owe us a patch or you owe us a refund for all the money we dump into your game.

    @EAHelp The games crashed for 2 years straight if someone leaves a rush lobby whilst it’s loading and you try to load into the next one, why not try fix it instead of blame your customers..

    @EASPORTS_MUT @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp Why every time opponents disconnect do I get credited a win and a loss? I literally can’t ever make it to the playoffs in MUT due to this bug. I have submitted multiple cases, to no avail. #madden26 #ea #eahelp

    @EAHelp I can’t log into my companion app. I am logged out of ultimate team the right way & when I click on the login button on the app, it blinks & nothing happens. I keep having to delete & reinstall to be able to log in and it works twice at most.

    @EAHelp It's truly sad how EA and the game's development team remain silent about the problems many of us experienced with the game's launch and for which we received no compensation. I will never buy another game from the EA app.
