    @EAHelp Unable to access The Sims 4 for days after the latest patch. This widespread issue represents a failure to provide a functional digital product and raises serious consumer rights concerns, including lack of conformity and denial of access to paid content. Urgent fix required.

    @EAHelp when I play apex legends ranked by myself I’m fine when I play with friends that are on ps5 I start to lag and I’m on xbox my packet loss is high and I my ping goes higher then I packet loss I have new experience this problem

    @EAHelp Why can’t I buy the“ultimate legends token pack”? It says “an issue has occurred, please try again later. Contact customer service if the issue continues to occur. Also fix your game. There is a serious glitch in the sugar rush h2h game mode with safeties. Put in some effort
