@EAFIFADirect @EAHelp My fifa is freezing and lagging uncontrollably and I don’t know what else to do. It’s Definitely not my wifi because my other games are doing just fine. It is very frustrating because I lose a lot of matches because of this.

@EA @EAHelp @PlayApex This past couple of weeks I keep getting the dxgi_error_device_hung error mid-game and sometimes my PC ends up hard crashing too. Honestly, I have no clue what's going on as this has never happened to me and it's only Apex that seems to be acting this way.
