Jason (@JM24Zz) reported@Jordzzz23 @EAHelp I had this issue last year with 27 players tried everything and it wouldn't fix. There is nothing that can be done. The card is showing untradable also. It's just bugged out. Means you will likely have 1 less space in targets now. EA help are useless

Opened 4 separate cases for the SAME issue & never received any support of value (there doesn't seem to be 1 person to own a case & keep handing them off to someone new & never gives any answer!
