@TheSims @EAHelp Have any of you guys tried the EA desktop beta to access TS4? I know it works a lot better than Origin for me, maybe it could be a solution to the preorder issues on PC? Just a thought.

@TheSims @EAHelp Yeah I'm pissed I bought this as a preorder and I'm still waiting for the download..it says I own the pack but ok than where is it??? I've been waiting to play for over a month..hopefully they fix this soon. Origin and EA gotta get there **** together SMH!!!!

Finally got through to someone at @EAHelp after I don't know how long. They pretty just said what we already know, that this is a known issue, and that they're "working hard" at it. No ETA for a solution though

@EAHelp anything related to cottage living wont work. Even purchasing seeds. Unable to purchase animals or grocery or seeds. No issue with downloading of packs tho.

@TheSims @EAHelp I did finally get it to download, and am trying to boot it now, but as usual for me the game has to crash once before loading properly. Hopefully everyone can get their issues resolved and can play today!

Umm @TheSims @EAHelp I prepurchased Cottage Living as soon as it was available. Why is it not in my game and the only option I have is to purchase again? I even have the preorder items available but not the pack.... Please fix this asap!!!
