    @Anonymo89034508 @Respawn @EAHelp Took me over a month to get it back said I was cheating and fraud smh. I had to threaten them with my military service and I kid you not the second I sent that final support ticket in with the documents Account was back up. All because of coins and me not being home.

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m trying to play division rivals on FIFA 23 and I keep getting an error message saying “there was a problem communicating with the FIFA Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.” Everything else works just fine

    @EAHelp I Can't play any rivals on Next Gen Fifa... i was going to play my last rivals games of the season to reach 90/90 games with the season ending tomorrow. I hope you guys fix it NOW because if i dont reach 90/90 games i will be upset.

    @EAHelp FIFA 23 on PC Can't open division rivals or fut champs due to connection error but i can play online friendlies and draft 🤷. Changed IP config and power cycled router. Restarted game and pc. Now what?

    question for the twitter space: anyone else having issues with Sims4? bought 3 kits from the EA app and even though they show up on the app as being "owned" the items aren't in the game. Already did the latest update too and @EAHelp hasn't really been helpful. #Sims4
