    @sweety581156881 @EAHelp I’ve dealt with account issues before (bans, locks, restrictions). After support didn’t help, things moved forward when I reached out to CRIS_UNBAN here on X.

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass and because of this bug I can’t open any packs. looks like There are a lot of players having the same issue, it’s been almost a month. Will you guys do something about that??

    @EAHelp hello ea, what the hell is happening to servers on FC26 my ping jumps to over 1100 and stays like this for long time , last week not even one stable game, i live in uk and can easly say i am not the only one having this issues
