  @EAHelp @EAHelp I have a problem with Ultimate Team on PS5. I can't connect for 2 days. I tried restarting the game, checking internet, and reinstalling, but nothing works. Please help me fix this issue.

  @EAHelp are you going to update battlefield 6 and actually fix the servers. Why do servers start from scratch after every game? Why is there not console only servers and PC only servers? Are any of you actually gamers? Why do I have all of these yellow dots on my screen?

  Way to show the people(your customer base) that you don’t care about them. Servers have been garbage for weeks and you’ve done nothing to fix it. Ignoring each and every one of our concerns. Sitting in silence collecting money for services you can’t provide @EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp

  @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

  @dmartinez_1980 @NFSNL @EAHelp I tried every possible fix from sign out from Game Center, Re Install App, Restart. Even VPN. Not fixed. This issue suddenly happened overnight. Is there official server maintenance or something?

  @FIFA22_INFO It’s been almost a week since the Asia & Oceania objectives dropped broken in #FC26 and we STILL don’t have our missing rewards. Can we get an actual update? @EASFCDirect @EAHelp We can’t even finish the other objectives without cards like Cahill! 🤬📉 #UltimateTeam

  @EAHelp is there a reason I have to dashboard my game every time I search my club, the market, claim an objective or complete and SBC? I have had my internet provider out twice no issue, master rest my console and re downloaded the game and still the same connection issue?

  @EAHelp My Battlefield 6 on PS5 freezes every time just before jumping in REDSEC. All other game modes work. I tested another PSN account on the same PS5 and REDSEC works fine there. This issue only affects my account. Please investigate. Thank you.

  @eahelp @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC Knockout Day 2 packs were claimed on Twitch and have not credited in FC26 objective. Seems to have affected many in chat too. I had no problems claiming/receiving previous days
