    @EAHelp there’s no way players are hardly trying to connect to a live chat with EA Help advisor!! I have been trying to connect with an advisor since the beginning of Israel, US, Iran due to a severe drop in my ping which prevented me from playing and losing a lot of in-game progress. This is truly disappointing! You’re stupid AI EA Help website kept asking me to read articles on troubleshooting without any benefits. I understand corporations now are depending on AI instead of real humans, but there must be an option to reach out to an advisor since. FYI. I am connecting to a high-quality internet service and have replaced my ethernet cable with no benefit. Please contact me asap.

    @EAHelp we have a serious problem. I bought apex packs and have been receiving multiple items I already owned. I would either like a refund or something. I've sent emails, I've done everything possible and still ignored. Im not some little kid you can push around.
