As of this tweet I've been on hold for 30 minutes still nothing. If I am not able to speak to someone and regain access to my account before market open then I will take my 10 years of loyalty and portfolio elsewhere. This is **** customer service @etrade

@etrade I've been a customer for over 10 years. For no apparent reason I've been locked out of my account without the ability to reset my password. I've called your customer service number since Friday. I've waited on hold for over an hour SIX times without speaking to anyone.

@etrade your customer service is server-less & not in a good way. It literally provides nothing, 2-3 hr hold times for calls and even longer for chat. You need to reach out to @awscloud to find better solutions. People's financial livelihoods are at stake. #etrade #AmazonConnect
