@etrade @RobinhoodApp I am only a customer of both companies, not related to them. In stocks trading, time is of the essence. If you do not get support for your question about their app, you lose money. Go w/ ETrade, final answer.

@etrade E*TRADE can't do math (3 of 3). I have called E*TRADE about this, and talked to my local E*TRADE account rep a couple times over the past couple **YEARS** and they have yet to fix the problem. Doesn't give confidence on in accounting calcs.

@zcutlip @etrade Apple, too. Try logging in to AppleID stuff from Snow Leopard... “Why would anyone still be using Snow Leopard???” you ask? Snow Leopard was the most efficient & bug-free version of Mac OS ever. It’s what won me as a convert. Sadly, that Apple isn’t today’s Apple.

@MillennialRisk @etrade E trade literally has the worst customer service. If you need them you're screwed. So good luck getting fast fintech services because they're traditional services are TERRIBLE

Add the fact they let me add $50k to same options mid day when all were far ITM doubling just my capital exposure and at the same time had their exposure was the highest. Thenhad no problem selling em OTM wtf

Services where you’re supposed to concatenate your 2FA code onto the end of your password, and also they don’t remind you of this on your login screen can get bent Looking at you @etrade
