    **** @etrade ruined my Christmas because they stole $6000 from me, won’t let me withdraw my own money that I needed to get things for my family. An evil *** company, I’m only using Robinhood now

    @etrade is an evil company they’re thieves, customer service takes 2 hours to even get someone on the phone and when you do they NEVER help. I’ve never actually gotten any problem fixed with them. **** etrade

    @etrade I've called several times to take care of a trade issue. Today I've been on hold for 3 hours so far (on speaker doing other stuff, but really there hour hold? have you hear of call you back tech that holds your spot?) This is brutal!!!!

    @SweezeyK @etrade @venmo What until you try to collect earnings when a horse is owned by multiple partners. “I’m sorry we can’t send multiple checks.” However, they are more than willing to take multiple deposits. Also, I’d prefer they just ACH the money back to me. This is THE broken, archaic system.

    Worst customer service by @etrade! Was put on hold for several hours at different times only to be hung up after a ring. What is the better alternative broker to switch to from @etrade ?

    Follow up - for future traders, if using @etrade enable options trading early or else suffer my scenario. I'm still pending approval 20 minutes prior to close. @TDAmeritrade gave me options and customer agent. @etrade needs to get their game together

    Spent 30 minutes waiting for @etrade's Live Chat support only be told that I need to call in and speak with a live human. All due to a "precautionary hold" on my card. Yeah, because I have been buying holiday gifts. Every Dec purchase has been confirmed. Now waiting via phone...

    @etrade what is wrong with customer service? every time I call for help always waiting in line and no one picks up the phone. Since I open an account, no rep. call or welcome. It's suck!

    @etrade just lost some Dollars $$$$ thanks to your shitty service, you have no one to pick up the phones. Since this is the case, get rid of call in on all orders or pick of the phone and provide support!!!!
