@etrade E*Trade Pro layouts will not open. Happened this morning. Re-did my entire layout (watchlists, charts, scanners) Saved it multiple times despite it being slow and glitchy. Just opened layout again and entire layout is blank. Inexcusable!!

@etrade is this an actual joke. I’ve been on hold for a total of 4 hours and 42 minutes right now. How in a time with people out of work can’t you get your chat support to work or pick up the phone what do you have a room of 6 people answering because that’s the only excuse

@etrade Option traders are just expecting you to fill the orders. Your platform has been a mess for two days now. It takes 4 hours to get through to customer support on phone AND chat. This has cost me money yesterday and today.
