    @kgm1050 @etrade We are having the same problem! I can't believe the nerve of their response. Dial 0 for customer service? That says it all. And if you do get anyone on the phone, good luck in them have any authority to do anything to help!

    @coinbase refuses my buys because of supposed suspicious activity. My bank @etrade knows nothing of it. Coinbase will not let you talk to an agent unless you sign up for their card. This is my second issue with them. ZERO Customer service from them.

    Anyone wonder why @coinbase needs to charge for their transactions? Especially after going public? They don’t give a damn about crypto they only care about their fees kinda like the @etrade of crypto

    @etrade I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years. And a platinum customer for much of that. It’s hard to express my disappointment at the erosion of the quality of service and execution in your company. At this point, I assume you don’t really care. But I needed to say it.

    @etrade I've been trying for MONTHS to sell stock that I've been told that I can't sell online. Every time I call I'm on hold for 90 - 120 minutes before I have to hang up. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I cannot waste my life on hold. Someone PLEASE help!!

    @etrade how do I connect someone at E*TRADE who can actually provide some Customer service? Having the most horrendous experience for the last few weeks.. hours waiting on the phone, no response. An agent was supposed to call me today with solution to my issues but NOthing..
