    @GDL180 Webcam picture quality makes for a far better experience. Personally, I prefer Nakka's in built video service as this also offers better video quality than FB Messenger

    @DollarCars Hi, I just sent the information via twitter messenger. As you'll see in my note this is not my first attempt. I've made phone calls, uploaded information using Dollar's online customer service page and via Facebook messenger. Now I'm trying Twitter to help resolve this.

    @boohoo I am absolutely astounded with how my order situation is being dealt with via Facebook messenger. The issue is not being resolved and I’m being told to do things that are only convenient to you. This is the third time in a few months I’ve had to deal with this issue.

    @messenger @facebook @Apple So on my iPad Pro, someone sent me their resume in the Facebook Messenger application. I can easily open the file and review it, but completely missing in action is the “save to files” button. Searched everywhere for it and just can’t find it. Help pls

    @airtransat been trying to get a hold of your live agents since last week have called multiple times over 1.5-2 hours on call no resonse, tried live chat on imessage and fb messenger still no response. THIS IS HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @airtransat I am unable to add checked baggage for my return flight via online Manage Booking function. The agent on Facebook Messenger is unable to help and I have called but wait times are too long. I do not want to pay the higher cost by waiting till I arrive at the airport.

    There's no-one at the airport to help. @AerLingus is still not answering phone calls or responding to FB messenger. My assistant DMs through Twitter but there's no response. I'm in missing baggage limbo: a few thousand dollars worth of my clothes & personal items have vanished.
