@wbtourlondon had tickets couldn’t make it tried dozen times to call in queue up to 40 mins before hanging up. Contacted through FB messenger and totally ignored didn’t even read my message. Warning to those who want refunds/move dates, customer service is absolutely terrible!!!

@Ashskittles94 @RGandE It’s infuriating, isn’t it? I got to chat with someone on FB messenger. He claimed there were 60 poles down, and crews working everywhere. Kept telling me to consult the website - ignored me each time I pointed out they weren’t updating it.
