@VanMoof Trying to get in touch with VanMoof (US) for over 12 days now. fb messenger -> go to VMchat VMchat -> will get back to you in 2 days (via eMail) eMail -> no response calling CS bot -> go to chat. not recommending anyone to pay this amount of money with NO service at all!!

I know I need to figure out the issue with my phone (even with every setting says it shouldn't make noise, the only way to actually prevent the FB messenger app from beeping is to put my whole phone on vibrate &the beeps are physically painful for me) but I have severe brainfog

@pcgonenuts I work mainly in FB messenger I answer 150 messages a day, helping with stuff MPs ignore, I have 155,000 followers across two pages on FB, that I manage. I do zoom meeting about issues. I don't look at Twitter news feeds. I'm not paid, and I don't mean to be rude.

@BioOwoahene @farzyness Guess what just happened, I had to contact Marriott CSR. I tried Twitter DM without success (no response), so I posted the same question on the Facebook messenger. Instant gratification, an agent came and resolved my issue. I was satisfied. Facebook is live and well my friend.
