  @Lowes you don't have accessible Customer Service and I am trying to give you money. I have waited on FB messenger for close to 24 hours and you have not responded on Twitter. I am disabled and do not use voice telephones or TTYs. You offer no email, chat or fax communication.

  @allensolly trying to arrange a return pick up for a pair of shoes since 30th December 2022. No response from your back end team. Absolutely poor customer service. No phone contact. Tried emailing couple of times, used FB messenger and Insta messenger but no response as yet

  draft - it's a shame that telegram is such a superior messenger to Facebook messenger and Whatsapp and discord but they rest on their laurels and don't allow people to login with Microsoft or login with Google.

  @GiaMMacool I got my FB friends down to under 300 <mainly women> and deleted Facebook messenger for this reason. I don't treat social media as a dating app. It doesn't feel right at all

  @MobiKwik I registered a complaint (ticket ID 1843282) regarding not working of ZIP EMI, through Mobikwik app on 3rd of January,2023 also through E mail, facebook messenger, twitter (also shared the screen shot of error message there.)but neither got any resolution nor response till now.

  On Jan 6, 2023, I received an email saying my Jan @IPSY bag had shipped. I attempted to contact @IPSYCare but only options are their AI bot (which couldn’t help me) or taking to Twitter. I took to Twitter and “Lloyd” said to contact them via Facebook Messenger. I did.

  People have really strange notions of what makes for good customer service these days 😑 Limiting your customers to one contact channel "Please use the same contact method, for best results..." Does not make for good customer experience 😑 Also I don't have FB messenger 😡

  @MKBHD Hi Marques,can you comment about the Pixel 7 series video calling quality issue? The video quality is very poor in google meet, whatsapp, instagram, facebook messenger...etc. This seems to happened on Pixel 7 series. My old Pixel 3 XL has typical video calling quality but 7 sucks

  @ecobee your customer service is non existent. My husband has been on hold for 95 minutes for assistance with a defective thermostat. I have tried messaging via Facebook messenger for help previously, and it took days for a response. Not sure how to communicate with your company

  @VirginExp I have bought an experience that has since been taken off sale. I have been trying to book it since November. I have opened up communications via email and the FB messenger path. I have a reply and everything goes silent. How do I resolve this issue, please?
