@majola84 @interrec @FNBSA I asked on FB messenger who RB is, as I was nervous about trusting. RB assured me he helped with queries (can’t find that message now) but I think they have RB just to get the query off soc media & out of the public eye. Then they don’t do much to help.

@OctoberPrima @krystlerose42 @Shannanagins6 On Facebook Messenger there's an option to remove the unsent notification so it completely disappears from your side. You just have to hold down on it again and hit Remove.

@ZenInternetHelp is the only way to report a fault really via FB messenger? Fibre down and no way to report it or get help to get it fixed. Not quite what I expected from my fibre package 😕

So earlier i got disconnected from a Red Dead Online session and then a few minutes later was when facebook messenger and Instagram was down. messenger working fine for me again so far.

@HelennaRossa If they do that, I will be leaving Facebook for good. I'm only on there to stay in touch with my daughter who lives in a remote area in AZ. It's easier for her to stay in touch using FB messenger as she doesn't get very good phone service.

@LGUSSupport I am trying to have warranty work done on a refrigerator freezer combo that in all likelihood has a compressor issue. I have had callbacks promise that didn’t occur and have gone a full day with no response to Facebook messenger chats. It’s impossible to get help.
