I use to complain on fb messenger wen I have any issues, I don’t go to bank, even wen I need a atm I always apply for it online.. you can even call ur bank at home if u can’t chat with them…

@RoyalCaribbean We are very disappointed with your customer service especially once off the boat. Over 2 months ago we submitted a request for reimbursement due to an emergency medical evacuation delay. We emailed, sent FB messenger as suggested. It is still not resolved.

People sent feedbacks, nothing was done. The feedbacks continued, they claimed they didn't know why the problem was happening. TBC
