Contacted @sainsburys via Facebook messenger as you cannot get a in touch over phone on Wednesday 7am. 60 hours later still no reply! That’s their definition of customer service.

I consider myself to be a pretty smart guy but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to remove a person from the list of active people on Facebook messenger. I don’t want to block them, just not see strangers on the active list. I only want to see friends on there. Help!!

@sainsburys absolutely APPALLED at your ‘customer service’ level. 5 missing items from my delivery! Now on day 3 trying to speak to someone... on hold for over 30mins EVERYtime I call; you don’t reply to emails anymore and your Facebook Messenger service is worse than awful. 😡
