@enjoyGLOBE It is so hard to contact you via call, fb messenger, 211, email on your app. You don't have available agents to talk to via call for account related issues/problem caused by your cs agent but you have telemarketers who can call us to offer your product and service?

I get the best service from Orange. Blows my mind. We just correspond over Facebook messenger, and they sort things out on the same day. They have even credited me twice when they see I’m not using a service. I didn’t think it was possible to get along with an MNO.

I've been using the FB Messenger website because FB proper is a terrible burden on my computer and FYI, keep an eye on the top of the screen because if the service gets updated or patched or whatever, it'll stop delivering messages to you until you refresh the page.

@kwirirayi Sheesh that hectic bad service, recently had a struggle with an airline stuck in Zim trying to change a ticket spoke to their FB messenger initially they couldn’t help but persistence had them helping me out. They didn’t even have a 24 hour call centre

@trapT15766788 @ShieldVoC @Uber_Support For you sake, I hope they do. I had to contact them through Facebook Messenger to get a response, and I'm a driver. I have no phone number to contact them if there is a problem. Last year, I had a gun pulled on me and could not reach anyone at Uber.

Somebody please tell me how to fix my facebook messenger it only keeps connection for 3 minutes then goes out then I have to clear data for it to work again for only 3 more minutes before it goes out again I tried everything
