@ThumbWarriorDX In 2018 I upgraded my phone plan to include overseas calls. I had a terrible time hearing them, got cut off... The video quality was very very pixelated aliens. I always had better luck with calls through the apps: facebook messenger, whatsapp, hangout (now dead), instagram, etc.

Hi @PLDT_Cares any updates on my concern? It's passed 24 hours, and no calls or field technicians dispatched. Is my concern or internet issue so baffling that it took 17 days to decipher? Not to mention the rude customer support from Facebook Messenger Chat.

@lifetronics @BreezeAirways Crew was great, but do not lose your baggage with them. They have zero in-person customer support and everything is through text or Facebook messenger. I've still not had my issue resolved.

@A8bit @48kRAM @10MARC1 I just straight up deleted my Facebook account, but if it’s s real problem you can deactivate your fb account but still use Facebook messenger. Personally I just concluded I got along fine without those connections in the before times so **** it.
