    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

    This week Amazon Prime wouldn’t let me renew my membership with a new card, Facebook messenger keeps saying I have 3 messages even when I have 0, and Lord Twitter is once again showing the whole word his ***. The richest men in the world run these service and they all suck.

    @jdiannedotson Warm hugs. Would it be acceptable to send you something via PM here or FB Messenger? Ok if no, grief is deeply personal. It’s a comforting thing I talk about with friends who are grieving and I’ve no notion if it’ll help but I’m game to try. No religion, promise.

    @BoostCare More lies from Boost Mobile customer service. I asked a rep if they were aware of the cyber security attack on their parent company and I was told no. Boost Mobile has blocked me from messaging them on FB messenger and from commenting on the Boost Mobile FB page.

    @TianaHRR fr, especially over the internet it's such a weird expectation. that's something i've always had an issue with with, like, FB messenger and Discord n stuff, they imply that im just available all the time whenever anyone wants me, which is absolutely not the case haha.

    Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Viber, Instagram messages, Twitter, Telegram, texts, and if it calls for desperate actions, a phone call. When one friend would not even reply or communicate that poses a problem. There were times we had to go to their places to check on them.

    @Breaking911 You don't buy oxy from some stranger via Facebook messenger. She also had ********* - she's a druggie. She knew the consequences of her choices. On the other hand, the dealers and distributors should be taken down in general.

    All i did was miss my sister i came all the way to America 🇺🇸 and she yells at me on the phone and threatened me in FB messenger, says terrible things about me, that's what i get for missing my sister then for a second time she turns her daughter against me.. no talking to either

    @mamoribaek anypass refreshes everytime you close the app, so the best way to do this is through FB messenger or any messaging service w a chat head that can be opened over other apps without disrupting the app. so you can ss and send the image via messenger

    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

    @maildotcom I have been unable to access my email for the 3rd day. Submitted issue thru your online help.. no response. Contacted thru Facebook messenger got a reply at 1:15am EST we were closed. I need access to my email this is not acceptable.

    @WestJet BFFR!! I’ve called again this morning at 6:30am an agent answered at 8am, she was super helpful but her system was down so she was waiting on quotes to make my change AND again you’re system hung up after 2 hour mark!!! Plus still no reply from my dm or fb messenger!!

    @FlyFrontier You screwed me over AGAIN! Now I’m trying to use the $200 voucher you sent and it’s only loaded with $125 and expires tonight. Can’t call for help because apparently customers would rather be on hold for hours over Facebook messenger or your website. How can this be fixed?!
