@VerizonSupport I chatted online with support on FB messenger. He confirmed there is an outage in the Los Angeles area and could take 12-14 hours to resolve.

@OYO4U I can show screenshots of messages from Han or whatever on facebook messenger, writing me the same stuff. However, nothing was resolved. No issues were solved.

@DavidRedstone2 I tried to contact fb about their community standards. Their fb messenger just gives automated responses, their phone number won't let you talk to a live person and there is no email. You have to write them via US Postal Service.

And yes, I used to be active on FB YEARS AGO and FB Messenger until it was compromised beyond help. I was a member of multiple David Bowie fan groups & had many friendships of over 15 years, so though leaving the platform was for my safety, it caused an unfortunate disconnect.
