Absolutely horrendous customer service from @FidoSolutions. Started a Facebook messenger chat on Saturday at 11 am. They replied on Sunday at 6:00 pm and then vanished again with no further replies till now. Even on their community pages,ppl are complaining about wait times.

@kobo faulty device (Kobo Sage with power cover), but worse than that, terrible service. Website chat bot is useless, Facebook messenger bot just sends articles based off of keywords. All negative trustpilot reviews just have the same copy/paste response directing you to use them

IF you are trying to log into @facebook and it comes up with a messaging saying “Unable to log in, unexpected error happened” DELETE the Facebook & Facebook Messenger App from your phones and then re-download them from your app stores and you’ll be able to log back in #Facebook

I tried calling and reaching out on FB messenger for help and they won’t give me any info because I’m “not on the account.” Uncle Tom does not have an account! #xfinity was there doing work throughout the community after #Ian. He just wants his property repaired 😓🙏🏻
