@TheNotoriousC96 @cineworld @CineworldDublin Cineworld are active on Facebook messenger. They told me the 7pm show on 15/12 was fully refunded but 3.30pm was not as it was not at 50% capacity. I asked would they ensure adequate social distancing but got no reply. I have emailed customer service requesting a refund for 3.30.

@ScottishPower I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I’ve been cut off twice before this. FB messenger offered help then palmed us off. No live chat response. This service is unbelievably poor.

Interesting. So, FB Messenger has fixed the issue where hitting return on a BlueTooth keyboard didn’t send a message. Twitter still hasn’t fixed this for DM’s on the iOS app.

I had my first phishing attempt today via Facebook Messenger to our brand account, suggesting our page was flagged for copyright violations and in threat of being shut down. I knew it was a scam because I didn't violate any copyrights. Get outta here with that noise.

@unionbankph I have not be able use my UnionBank account for a week now. I have tried emailing, calling and FB messenger but the issue is still not resolved. I waited 2 hours on the phone but couldn’t get through an agent.
