@currys I’ve tried that via FB messenger and got nowhere. There is no email service the webchat doesn’t understand my request and everytime I call I get cut off. Utterly shocking service! Amazon refund the minute your parcel is taken this is weeks and is utterly shocking service!

@FlySwoop This is the most horrible experience I have ever went through. No one answers the customer service number, I sat on hold for 3 hours just for my call to be disconnected. Facebook messenger option representative is of no assistance because they just give generic answers.
