    @PLDT_Cares We've already lost our internet connection seven times this year. Do you really think I haven't tried contacting PLDT Cares through FB messenger? All I keep getting is that the issue has been escalated.ย But honestly, I don't feel any sense of urgency from your side.

    @chikensammich Cuz everyone migrated all over the place and sometimes fb messenger is the only remaining overlapping chat service for a longtime group

    @enjoyGLOBE is your service not centralized? I applied for Plan 599 at SM City Iloilo, but Plan 999 was processed. I already reported this via FB Messenger, yet Iโ€™m still told to visit the store. Very inconvenient and poor service.

    @AppleSupport you really need to do something about not being able to send picture messages to android devices . Itโ€™s speaks volumes about the lack of tech in the iPhone . Iโ€™ve done all the suggested fixes and continue to have the same issue. Have resorted to fb messenger instead

    @gtbank @gtbank_help is a no no โŒโŒโŒ I can't access the USSD and my bank app and even web banking is failing. Customer reps ain't even responding on twitter here, Facebook messenger and Whatsapp.. Worst banking service

    @ryanripkenshow Believe it or not, I suggested to Dan Duguette to try Trey in the OF via FB messenger. He responded "That is a good idea". I told him I was coming down to Orioles spring training the next week. He said Trey would be out there today.

    @MarieIsabellaB I am terrible with FB messenger. I don't pay attention to anything except a few people and a group chat I am in. I just don't use it that often. And frankly really haven't spent a lot of time on Social Media, lately.

    Cannot get over how bad @WestJet service is. Not the fault of the front-line folks, but no support on the phones, online links that are broken, and you have to use Facebook Messenger to chat to an agent. What a sad decline.

    @Mrcorrie1 @facebook Spot on. On top of that, when you click the back arrow it takes me back to FB when the message to me was sent in FB Messenger. I donโ€™t wanna go back to your trashy app I wanna go back to the message and reply so I can leave your app. Itโ€™s just so broken on so many levels.

    @Cell6six6 @ABridgen I will try to retrieve it from FB messenger, as I sent it onwards via that app, it was taken about 2 yrs ago, so the original footage resides on old (screen broken) phone. Leave it with me, if I can retrieve and upload it I will.

    @EE I would like to but I'm having issues with my Twitter Messenger but I have sent a message on the Facebook messenger app
