@discoball2000 Don't have an apple. So no iMessage Signal is a texting app, no? I didn't care for it really but only used it for texting briefly. Facebook messenger is pretty terrible imo. I think it's one of the worst messengers.

From online shop chat, contact form, e-mail, Facebook messenger. You never have to login to all the different systems. Only one login to manage the requests. Huge time-saver.

Someone I know on Facebook Messenger changed my email address to something else and after a few hours, I problem solved by creating a new Facebook account with my usual email address where I'll post everything from my original account and then block it to make up for that.

It took about an hour’s wait this morning to get a response snd ky issue resolved but this was much better than trying to get through on the phone -especially from SA

@SaniaNishtar Great responsiveness. You can enable a live chat service where people can live text through website, fb messenger and whatsapp. Just need to install a widgrt on website and have a few chat agents seated for response. Almost every call center is doing this for diffrnt websites.
