    @MTNza Do yourselves a favour people, stay away from MTN impossible to get through to retentions after your contract expired and want to move to prepaid, FB messenger is another dead end. They just escalate the problems back to retentions who don’t reply back full circle

    Installed iOS 15.0.2 Monday night and so far, it’s very stable, except for one app which is Facebook messenger. It glitches when opening the app. But most likely Facebook will update it. Just like they did with the no sound issue on Instagram and Google Photos back in 15.0.1.

    This man is messaging me on fb messenger because his phone is off… Red flag asfck because 1. Your initial reason was a lie of idk why my phone not working but iMessage me. 2. I know times hard but you saying your phone off oh and your hungry but than say your buying **** instead

    @BKK_FLYER @base_thai @Ajarncom I was actually communicating with the thai consulate in DC via FB messenger which was great. Having said that the COE is unsustainable. The main issue is how to verify the immunisations given there are so many different types of reporting.

    @Outfoxthemarket To be fair,I got issues resolved 2 days ago via FB messenger, but the credit owed to me (& to many others public messages read) has not been returned. You also need to write here that FB is now the ONLY way most of us can get through to you; why no emails, chat,phone?Ominous!

    Just wanted to add din. Your Facebook messenger bot is pretty decent but the CS team who handles customers are pretty rude and disconnect as soon they think they've "solved" the problem. They do absolutely NOTHING. I can see why they don't have feedback forms.
