  @avibarzeev In a world with no bad actors, it would actually have been a really intriguing idea, a radical departure from the siloed approach everyone bemoans now. They even had federated chat, I could send messages to FB Messenger and Google Chat from my own XMPP service

  If your Facebook Messenger has been glitchy the last day or two, try checking the app store for an update. Grayson and I were both having problems and just manually checked the app store for an update and it fixed the problems (mostly, it's still slow)
