    @PLDT_Cares We've already lost our internet connection seven times this year. Do you really think I haven't tried contacting PLDT Cares through FB messenger? All I keep getting is that the issue has been escalated. But honestly, I don't feel any sense of urgency from your side.

    @DFS Sent through on Fb messenger. guess what no response. I had to ring your customer service this morning and it appears NOTHING has been done to sort. Was meant to have friends over last night-CANCELLED meant to be going out this am-CANCELLED in case a sofa might turn up. LIVID!

    When she gave a yahoo boy her Facebook login...I woke up in the morning to send her message on FB messenger instead of usual Whatsapp and saw pictures of a white man.... Facebook name and details changed....I called her she said the guy na her friend and regular customer...he needed urgent Facebook account so she had to give hers to him.... You see all this Nekede poly girls that's doing online vendor....Mmadu adiro fa na ime chaacha.

    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

    @enjoyGLOBE Is your service not centralized? I applied for Plan 599 at SM City Iloilo, but Plan 999 was processed. I already reported this via FB Messenger, yet I’m still told to visit the store. Very inconvenient and poor service.

    "anypass refreshes everytime you close the app, so the best way to do this is through FB messenger or any messaging service w a chat head that can be opened over other apps without disrupting the app. so you can ss and send the image via messenger"

    @Allegiant I am a Allegiant MC holder. The chat on your website has never worked and no one will answer the 702 #. I have serious concerns about this card but literally can’t find the answer in the FAQ and there’s no one to ask.. even tried FB messenger… help!

    @Meta @facebook @finkd I've been on FB Messenger to resolve an ad issue for SIX HOURS STRAIGHT today! My current ad - my 202nd ad - has generated ZERO RESPONSES and your bot-land can't explain why, I've been bounced around 5 times to different dpts. Ridiculous. Plz send help.

    @doctorcalf @Michelle_812_ If people think we have privacy in the year of flock cameras, TikTok & Apple having components made in isreal they deserve whatever happens To be fair FB messenger got in trouble in 2010s for access microphones on phones so it’s a known issue / thing.

    @BandQ the Doncaster store to get their act together. Damaged water butt delivered Friday, returns form with other customer details inside damaged order left with me. I’ve emailed, B&Q FB messenger emailed the store no end of times. No response yet GDPR has been broken, 6 days!!!

    Cannot get over how bad @WestJet service is. Not the fault of the front-line folks, but no support on the phones, online links that are broken, and you have to use Facebook Messenger to chat to an agent. What a sad decline.

    Meanwhile @facebook's help section mentions that this is specifically a risk but not that you or they can do anything about it Other reports say that the link goes directly to a site that looks like settings in FB messenger, so users never know that they've left FB's sites
