@seescandies Unacceptable customer service during the holidays. Phones "too busy" for you to answer. Facebook messenger gave me same tracking info I already have-UPS has a "Label Created" on 12/14 but IT STILL HASN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED! order stated delivery between Dec. 14 & 17?

@anislandher I'm in usvi and suffered from hurricane Maria 3yrs ago. Text was OK. Facebook messenger was great but no gifs or pictures. I spent 3 hrs down loading a smiley face someone sent. Sending love and no gifs

Let me add that I was completely unaware of any of this - all I knew was that the damn things were taking forever. I called customer service a couple times but only got the robots, who said the package was on its way. Finally, I got a live person on FACEBOOK MESSENGER.

@ShoeDazzle I’m not happy with the customer service and I’m at my limit of being told to either call back or wait and That’s after the many attempts to reach someone and nobody responds, either fb messenger, chat or call backs. It’s been over a month and no one has helped!!
