    @Meta @facebook @finkd I've been on FB Messenger to resolve an ad issue for SIX HOURS STRAIGHT today! My current ad - my 202nd ad - has generated ZERO RESPONSES and your bot-land can't explain why, I've been bounced around 5 times to different dpts. Ridiculous. Plz send help.

    @Paytmcare @PAYTMCU12452943 It's been a week since I raised a query of excess deduction via fastag on one toll plaza twice in both going & return journey but no response has come from your end. I even tried reaching to customer care no and both via fb messenger but no help

    @JeffPoy23 @enjoyGLOBE Oh my, I hope they can already do something about it...just keep in touch with them through their FB Messenger account or GlobeOne app HELP...who knows, they are already working on it, and you'll be surprised by the good result on your signal...

    So my notifs for everything from Twitter to Tumblr to bubble to fb messenger and regular texts are not working at all. That's fantastic good to know my phone has decided i don't need to know when my sister texts or when anyone else is trying to contact me.

    @gtbank @gtbank_help is a no no ❌❌❌ I can't access the USSD and my bank app for 2days now and even web banking is failing. Customer reps ain't even responding on twitter here, Facebook messenger and Whatsapp.. Worst banking service..

    @metronetfiber Customer Care has no info on my outage. FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.

    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

    @AlteredLake35 @Affi32059785 @poke_miners I honestly think discored is too complicated for a lot of pogo players. Majority of of pogo players are 30+. We had a huge problem getting players to communicate on discored. We tried out telegram and it was a happy middle ground between Facebook messenger and doscored.

    @tjm585 @MarchingWith7 Google even recently engineered the Messages app on its own side to fix the way iMessage spammed emoji-reacts into mixed-OS group chats, since Apple refused to do so. IDK, I've got Discord, Signal, Slack, FB Messenger. It's 2023, SMS / anything adjacent = no use-case for me.

    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.
