@BootsUK Am really disappointed. My order from 8th June, that I paid for with my precious points, has never been dispatched. I've tried emailing customer service, calling (hung up after 30 mins on hold) and Facebook messenger and NO-ONE will respond to me.

@messenger @facebook @Apple So on my iPad Pro, someone sent me their resume in the Facebook Messenger application. I can easily open the file and review it, but completely missing in action is the “save to files” button. Searched everywhere for it and just can’t find it. Help pls

I also have my Facebook account set up to require a unique code to login each time. That code goes to my phone. If I'm tempted to message my bestie on FB messenger, I can't even login without going downstairs. I know it seems crazy but it helps me stay focused.

Flew into Newcastle two weeks ago with @KLM_UK and one bag didn't turn up. Put in the claim form at the airport and then made an inventory online. So 2 WEEKS on and after no help on FB messenger I called KLM today. Two calls of 17 and 38 mins and still nothing. TOTALLY USELESS!!
