@DollarShaveClub your customer service is terrible. Only way to get in touch is FB Messenger and Chat. I IMd 5 days ago and no answered, tried Chat and no one is available. My handle broke again and need a replacement, no I am not buying one, you all need to replace it.

Son, how did forget that whole thing! Wow. I mean a whole vibe. I found her number about two years ago in my Facebook messenger contacts page. There’s some glitch they never fixed but apparently I added my contacts to the book at some point.

@ScammerPayback Not sure if this has been brought up before but yesterday morning, FB Messenger had issues with payments. When I called the first number Google displayed for customer support, it ended up being our favorite support team that wanted me to download Any Desk.

@WestJet’s chatbot is named Juliet (a nod to tragedy? Not out of place)… Juliet says she can help me! Except she can’t cancel flights… have I tried the “manage trip” function? Or a phone call?? Last ditch Juliet says if I sign into Facebook messenger I can talk a real person.

@francois_82 @TMobile Messages constantly spin or don't even send. Calls drop horribly. I know this sounds insane but thank goodness for FB messenger during an emergency because t-mobile just let service go to crap. Been with them for 6 years. I've seen the decline in service.

Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp kinda mainstreamed the Encrypted Messaging Service in the mainstream fairly recently - up until a few years ago, if you wanted end-to-end encrypted comms, you were siloed to Telegram, XMPP, or other various open-source projects/

@ZenithBank This bank is frustrating, you don’t reply messages on Facebook messenger, so many times i tried to communicate a current situation but will never get a reply. Even today i have issue swiping my debit card on a POS that wrote timed out but i was debited.
