@pfb79 @OntheBeachUK I had 8 failed DM's, 3 emails with no reply and 2 half-hearted FB messenger attempts. I gave up trying to change my booking because the cost had risen from £50pp to £500. THE worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter

@DrChaeEd I had a guy I went out with in HS reach out via fb messenger years later to apologize for how he treated me (I didn’t even remember anything that purportedly happened) - I told him that I wasn’t accepting his half-hearted apology to help him clear his conscience and he was salty

@SeanEcom People forget in 2016 that it was all about Facebook messenger. We tried it and built for it. Performance was much worse than sms. Apple business chat is just customer service.
