@GNious Yeah lately for work we're using MS Team which is ok most of the time, and since Skype is so terrible I'm now using Facebook Messenger video chat with my family in Iceland.. I don't know of a better alternative there :/

Was on hold with @WestJet for 2hrs. Got booted off. Now on hold for another 1.5hrs. Poor service. First you cancel one of my flights and now you don’t pick up the phones. Can’t use the website cos it’s a multi trip booking. Tried Juliet on FB messenger, she told me to call. Ugh.
