    @SunLifePH My policy matured last nov 20, until now haven't received my check...called customer service 4X already, said it was with the branch, but the branch said its not with them. So where is my check??? You're FB messenger doesn't even reply to queries, why set it up???

    @visiblecare I already had a conversation with your team through Facebook messenger. Are you telling me that the chat team can’t help, the social team through Facebook messenger can’t help, but you can? I don’t believe that. I’m trying to reach Angie Klein directly.

    @eaglecouriers @British_Airways today I have spent 8 hours communicating via FB messenger and email to Eagle Couriers, I’ve been advised the staff don’t have access to an outside telephone line & BA “switched” my luggage tags. An someone, anyone help

    @WestJet 4am & I’ve been on hold for 6 hours. No response from FB messenger in 24 hours so I’m not sure why that form of communication is promoted? Snow is a problem yes, but just cancelling & zero communication to find a solution is not cool when I’m stuck with 2 young kids. 👎🏼

    Fun Fact: My current phone is BANNED from all FB applications, (FB App and FB messenger,) which is funny because when I use my *old* phone, I have no problem and everything loads in fine. Same with my tablet... Is my IMEI or S/N banned? How??

    @jasminericegirl I’ve been noticing this disappearing on a lot of accounts but not all! My hypotheses: a) glitch, or b) new update/feature where they’re gonna force everyone to update to the Facebook messenger version and only the people who have their account connected will have the button

    @Debenhams tried to FB messenger AND email you (no phone number anywhere) to find the whereabouts of an order I submitted a week last Monday, with no success. Evri (the utter waste of oxygen) said it would be delivered on Tuesday, nothing… Can you help?

    2/5 During my travels, I noticed that the messaging apps (e.g. Line, Facebook Messenger..) did not seem to be working properly with the inflight internet. However, I was able to use WhatsApp without any issues.

    @Visible @AngKleinO Angie, I wanted to upgrade to Visible +. Chat couldn’t help so they sent me to Facebook messenger. They couldn’t help. Just said the upgrade link wasn’t working for my account and to keep checking. My service sucks. I’m trying to pay Visible more money to upgrade it. Crazy.

    @TheDivisionGame Please fix my account! I didn’t get the exotic cache for log in yesterday! I even shared it to my FB Messenger group and didn’t get it. Did a bunch of conflict yesterday but not Exotic cache…Please assist, I NEED MY RESOURCES!

    @bbangkkuls we don't use whatsapp at all here and facebook messenger is only used among certain groups to like organise events. once kik lost its hold in maybe 2012, people had moved to snapchat, and then just kind of stayed. everyone knows its terrible for communication

    @AskSmythsToys It's just been sorted on Facebook messenger yesterday. I am being issued a refund which will take several days to come back to me, which leaves me both out of pocket and without my sons Christmas present - which is now out of stock in most stores!!! Terrible customer service.

    @OffspringShoes worst customer service ever. My parcel got lost and I’ve been trying to reach someone for over a week. No one replies to emails and your Facebook messenger is just a waste of time.

    @askparamount @paramountplus No it hasn’t!! Signed up today, paid for a full year and can not sign on. Tried chat bumped off three times, emailed 2x no response , facebook messenger 3 hours ago again no response - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PARAMOUNT PLUS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
