Please don't plan to call until you review all 13hr of conversations w a plan to actually resolve this that must include replacement of 5 iPhones.

@HP pt3 I’ve printed maybe 5 pgs. Communicating via FB messenger. Support goes dark for hours &days. It’s frickin ridiculous. I had an Officejet 8600 pro for 10 yrs and no problems. This printer is junk. I was loyal to HP, but I’m returning the printer and getting another brand.

@messenger I was the admin of a Facebook Messenger chat, but when messenger was down one of my friends removed me as an admin, now no one else is an admin. When someone tries to add new ppl it says new people need to be approved by admins, but there are no admins listed.

For those having issues with Smart, try contacting them via FB messenger. Initially, you'll be chatting with a bot but after a few minutes, you'll be connected to a chat agent. It seems like we can't get anything from their Twitter accounts @LiveSmart and @SMARTCares. 😑
