How not to do customer service (looking at you @SoloStove) 1) Take order Nov 11, tell customer order will arrive 25th 2) On 25th send email saying ‘just kidding’ - Dec 5th 3) Then don’t answer phone or email, direct customer to Facebook Messenger (and don’t reply to it either!)
