@talk2GLOBE I have been chatting on FB messenger and calling but have never been handled by a human. Only Bot that kept repeating the same things and did not really help. Thank you very much for your greatly wanting customer service. This is the best ad for the competition.

@sdmts @cchauvet I still haven’t received responses through MTS DM on Twitter or Facebook Messenger. Complained about Pronto App not displaying route times for Route 30 and not even recognizing that the 101 exists. There’s a major upgrade needed to Customer Service.
