I had news articles relating to this on my facebook messenger but unfortunately my page was permanently shut down 'without reason' so I can't access them. I can't log onto my FB account unless I give photo ID which I refuse.

@FlyingBrussels I was billed twice for an AIG travel insurance. I called the helpdesk and used the FB messenger app but neither were of any help. Email to AIG did not work either. Customer service = not great! Can an actual person at your company help me now?

If the post office offered a special mailing service for underage girls and it was shown that a large proportion of the letters received by any of them was from problematic senders, that service would be shutdown

@AIDsLongtermSur Thanks for reaching out to us. Most activities that you can do within the apps will be covered by the Vodacom Social Ticket service. However the Vodacom Ticket will not cover video or voice calling on Facebook Messenger.
