If anyone has tried to text me over the past week, I got a “new” phone and transferred service to it and it glitched so hard I can’t even open it so I’m working with my old phone and wifi so if you need to get ahold of me, please use fb messenger for the time being!

@saks I’ve tried three customer service agents by phone, three by chat service and numerous times on Facebook messenger. I’m now trying Pay Pal through payment was made. It’s dreadfully unfair. Why would people order online if this is the outcome? My building never has this problem.

@GossiTheDog I do have double Twitter notifications, FB Messenger shows no notification badges, some apps having rendering issues (Monzo bank wouldn't show me the Payments button this morning, web-based IRC client wouldn't show a text box to type in). But battery life is good. No ragrets.

I feel like all companies should have a live chat customer service option, or at least someone who is dedicated to Facebook Messenger customer inquiries, both inquiries responses w/in 24 hours. No customer service number & untimely email responses is bad business.
