@trapT15766788 @ShieldVoC @Uber_Support For you sake, I hope they do. I had to contact them through Facebook Messenger to get a response, and I'm a driver. I have no phone number to contact them if there is a problem. Last year, I had a gun pulled on me and could not reach anyone at Uber.

@ASOS I got in contact with customer care via Facebook messenger on 16th Nov. No one has got back to me. The issue is that my parcel arrived that day and either the package was opened or wasn’t sealed probably, two items are missing from my order.

I've been using the FB Messenger website because FB proper is a terrible burden on my computer and FYI, keep an eye on the top of the screen because if the service gets updated or patched or whatever, it'll stop delivering messages to you until you refresh the page.

@Ishikawa_Sachi Did you connect your IG with FB Messenger? I had this problem with FB before. I got a spam message that got auto-blocked by FB as spam, but it remained unread. Had to sign into FB on Desktop and delete it from there.

@kwirirayi Sheesh that hectic bad service, recently had a struggle with an airline stuck in Zim trying to change a ticket spoke to their FB messenger initially they couldn’t help but persistence had them helping me out. They didn’t even have a 24 hour call centre

uhm apparently fb messenger has a vanishing mode which means messages disappear after they're read just like on snap... but for why... that just seems like something to help out cheaters....
