@VOXI_UK I can't sign in no matter how or what I try, I've had my bank account frozen and new cards sent out so I can't update payment until they come so I'm stuck I need help, I'm getting nowhere here or on facebook messenger. On here it asks for my pin and goes no farther, im disabled.

I had to serve a service evader by text and FB messenger. Whooo weeeee- the response was an expletive laden text stream, vm, and FB messages. But, hey, at least he acknowledged service.

@Facebook why are you the LAST app to have dark mode ?? Why does Facebook messenger have it but the main app doesn't?? All apps are blacked out apart from yours. Fix it up cos it doesn't match the aesthetica.

@ShayandBlue the customer service I received (or lack there of) was simply appalling. Live chat 3 days in a row - no reply, and then a very unhelpful reply via FB messenger is simply not good enough for a brand of your status. I still haven't placed my order and won't now.

@datakid23 @Bandcamp Yeah my inbox is also my to-do list, which is why I hate people sending me stuff (promos, cello session requests) in FB Messenger or elsewhere. But I use a mixture of Starred & Unread statuses to help tag the to-dos, and things coming in kind of represent, you know -- the inbox.

@adrierising Loads of people. Facebook messenger has been used to share for a long time. The problem is the algorithms can only look for certain material that's already been registered, not new CSAM.

@ChargePlaceScot I was an hour holding on the phone as the charger at Kelso would not validate my card. In the end I gave up. I tried Facebook messenger but that was also no help. This is zero service level and I still haven't got my car charged. Totally unacceptable.

Let me just explain while I am so upset about my facebook account being hacked. My step dad passed away in December 2020. I can't just friend request him again. All of the messages we had on the facebook messenger are gone. This is why I'm heart broken.
