Poor customer service from @Coles FB messenger. Complaint made on 4 Jan. Followed up on 5 Jan. 8 Jan @coles ask if the issue has been resolved (magically I assume?). Confirm not resolved. 13 Jan told to call them. This despite FB Messenger being a listed support channel?

You try to help out a friend via Facebook Messenger and he gets rude with you. You say that his behavior is that of an a****** and then you get blocked from Facebook Messenger for 24 hours but nothing happens to him. This is f***** up.

@MKBHD Did you use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. The selfie camera is broken zoomed in, crappy quality, widely reported yet nothing is fixed. For a flagship I would expect the #1 messaging app to work flawlessly.
