Last year her sister called me and said someone found her dead on a sidewalk in Philly. Honestly, I was relieved when I got the call. She was a bad person, and a tornado of destruction to anyone that ever tried to help her. She had a million chances, and instead of trying to get help, she lied, stole, and hurt the people that cared about her.

I’ve called again this morning at 6:30am an agent answered at 8am, she was super helpful but her system was down so she was waiting on quotes to make my change AND again you’re system hung up after 2 hour mark!!!
