    @wowcher I have emailed , WhatsApp messaged and Facebook messenger and still waiting for someone to reply. It’s been 24 hrs. Bought a faulty item and supplier isn’t replying either. Very poor service .

    I try to call and no one answers. I try Facebook messenger and someone replies and asks me WHAT VERSION OF IOS AM I USING. As if that has anything to do with my problem. You are an utter disgrace to the financial sector.

    @FlySwoop @yeg @FlyEIA 6 days I have been in the queue on FB messenger. Several hours ago MS typed a message that i would be transferred to an agent. Still waiting and now I’m frustrated with lack of customer service. YOU cancelled the flight not me. Please help

    @flyPAL Your international baggage tracing phone number is missing a digit. Is this so customers won't call you?! Phoned customer service, emailed, and used FB messenger for FOUR DAYS trying to find out where our luggage, carseat and stroller has vanished to. This is RIDICULOUS!

    @CBCNews Unfortunately not unique problem. People copied our rental on Zillow (on which we had a disclaimer that we don’t advertise anywhere else, deal on FB messenger etc) and posted to FB/Craigslist. I was reporting false postings daily. Thankfully no one seemed to send them money.

    @AirFranceUS @airfrance Terrible. I received an email containing the boarding pass for someone else. Not me - name not even close. I tried to contact AirFrance but there was no way to get through, even using FB Messenger. I hope the person enjoys Paris and I am not defrauded!
