    @PlanetFitness What's the deal with screwing up a membership cancellation? My wife, who is a school nurse with 860 students, cancelled on 10/1 and we're still getting billed and no refunds. We have the signed form, she's gone in, and the auto-bot FB Messenger is the worst. Help.

    @jamesperloff I sent one James. I have also had issues with FB messenger blocking me from sharing alternate contact details with people saying I was violating community guidelines. Not on FB anymore. IMO shows how desperate they're getting.

    @AUBREYSWAN47 Facebook messenger is tied to your Facebook account, which by nature of its Existence, allows multiple sign ins, on multiple devices, driven by a unique identifier and password. WhatsApp has no password or login requirements. Protecting users is more difficult with that model

    I didn’t get through to them, so I can’t really say they saved me. I was saved by the encouragement of a friend, who by his own bad luck, popped up on Facebook messenger when the breakdown had started, and I decided drinking heavily would help. Spoiler alert: it didn’t.
