@stefsull I refuse to install facebook, any product, on my phone. If I post to Instagram, i download then delete. I have this extension on chrome on my mac desktop and use Twitter without issue. I’ve never installed facebook Messenger on my phone or my desktop.

@ThePodNewport @JustEatUK just ordered 4 burgers and sides from you, missing one burger, and then no way to contact you to resolve the issue, the phone number goes to an answering machine. No response on Facebook messenger. Only thing to do is order again. Shocking service

@grabph I cashed in from my mobile banking app and it's still not reflecting in my GrabPay. You customer service is terrible and no one is replying in FB messenger and email ticket is being ignored. (169109147)

@Kumquat51937721 @Fabletics @lizakoshy Same issue with me. I can’t even connect to a live agent through a phone, live chat, Facebook messenger, or Twitter DMs. I also stopped getting tracking updates. It’s like they’re purposely refusing to communicate with customers.

@clarkiem76 @ringsau Yes, and WhatsApp plans a February terms of service update that further compromises user privacy. Some are surprised to learn WhatsApp and facebook messenger are two of the principal ways facebook uses to get at details of your contacts and the contacts of your contacts

Had a problem with @PLDTHome. Reported it via FB Messenger @ around 7am. They called and resolved it @ 12nn. I was actually worried that it won't be resolved because I just filed a ticket online. Nicely done.

@marcusbrig @signalapp Why? I’m generally confused by this - I can txt but most people seem to use WhatsApp or Facebook messenger - the only benefit of which that I can see is the group chat - maybe it’s an age thing? I’m not down with the kids am I?

@pranesh @jasjiv Yes but not after being told that the service is end to end encrypted. Facebook Messenger is not end to end encrypted, I think snapchat is not too. You can't say the chat is private and then start tracking who all I am chatting with.
