@MassagingMedium @wallStreetKld @cryptocom their customer service is better compared to the other providers. I normally use Facebook messenger to get in touch with them and I always get an answer under half an hour, just need to provide details like screenshots, link and etc.

@fitbit thank you for replacing my Versa2 I still have a few issues. I can’t seam to change what notifications come to my watch. When I try and click on that section under my watch tab in the app nothing happens. Now my Facebook messenger doesn’t sent to my watch @FitbitSupport

@fbsecurity I was hacked last Sunday. I have been on FB 11yrs. Devastated is putting it mildly. My late Mother had ALS and could not text but could manipulate her fingers to type on a keyboard use FB messenger. All those messages are gone feels like I lost her all over again. Please HELP. 🙏🏻

@TimWardCam @WhichUK @alexisconran A small number of friends use it, so it’s on my phone but rarely used. Seemed to work without any issues. FB Messenger is my more usual messaging service with SMS as fallback (or even making a phone call).

@OneMileataTime I’ve had several of the same issues recently. Additionally the FB messenger customer service has historically been amazing, always resolves issues and answers questions really fast. Of late, they’re not helpful at all. I’ve resorted to calling the globalist hotline.

I think someone is trying to hack me. Have gotten text messages w/ verification codes for @Facebook Messenger & @snapchatsupport I changed my Facebook password, logged out on all devices. I don’t use Snapchat so not sure what to do there. Any tips? #help #Hackers

@opodo Hi, I filled out the form and I got a reply back saying to call the customer center. But when I do all I get told is your lines are too busy. I also can't connect to your agents via FB Messenger. Is there no way to speak to a customer service agent?

@Dequats I think that's probably why so many people I know are still using fb messenger. it doesn't ever feel like stuff isn't coming through right unless all of facebook is having an outage plus you don't have to worry about people not being on the same OS

Imagine having to set up a Twitter account just to get your utilities provider to respond to you 😟 Phone calls, emails, online chat, Facebook messenger have all failed, hopefully this works ? Otherwise, @ScottishPower do you guys have Myspace? We could try that? #terrible
