@TelkomZA @TelkomONE @TelkomZA is the worst company ever. You can't get help anywhere. 180 send you a useless WhatsApp link and on FB messenger they don't reply. Their Web chart portal shows a blank page. Mxm. Telkom's CEO was right when he said Telkom is hated, even by their own clients.

@boohoo received a delivery today with no paperwork and missing an item. Colleague on Facebook messenger basically says I'm lying about it. Very poor service boohoo very upset you've messed up and I'm being blamed. Love your clothes but so disappointed.

@talk2GLOBE This is NOT the first time I had similar issues with inattentive customer support from your company. Back in 2017-2018 I had to deal with customer service (through facebook messenger) that snubbed / ignored me to the point of frustration and anger.

I really love when I let someone borrow a (small) sum of money, then check my facebook messenger 24 hours later and its them sending about 30 messages asking for more, Four venmo requests, whining I'm not answering, and "Fine, I'll leave you alone". I'm not the problem here, bud.
