@saks I’ve tried three customer service agents by phone, three by chat service and numerous times on Facebook messenger. I’m now trying Pay Pal through payment was made. It’s dreadfully unfair. Why would people order online if this is the outcome? My building never has this problem.

@rulelawsuspend @Sarah_Alice_X In my Facebook Messenger. So I was having a nice day and suddenly this crap arrived. I was not happy. And I personally thought it was worth fighting over, because I didn't ask for it, it's a decisive issue and I am for vaccines. Why would she assume I wasn't.

@washingtongas Been on hold for over an hour. Tried stopping service online as I am moving out of state but online says error and that I must call. Tried fb messenger like the recording says and no response either guess next step will be to contact the Virginia state corporation commission.

@briellemarleyp We do WhatsApp with our son in UK. But he has an iPhone now and I think FaceTime is pretty good. Facebook Messenger gets a big thumbs down in this review (I didn't know they had one for kids!)

. @enjoyGLOBE claims to be d best in the business but how come their cust service is d worst. U can only contact them thru twitter & fb messenger but they reply very2 late like 24hrs or 2 or more days after. The sadder part, they will again make u wait after their initial reply.

I feel like all companies should have a live chat customer service option, or at least someone who is dedicated to Facebook Messenger customer inquiries, both inquiries responses w/in 24 hours. No customer service number & untimely email responses is bad business.
