@visiblecare You just sent me an email stating my number successfully ported. Yet it hasn't. I'm dead in the water. Number not working on my old carrier anymore, and not on yours. Nobody is answering in your chat, on FB messenger, or Twitter messages. No number to call for help. This is bad.

@Coffee_Is_love I had a similar problem where I wanted to leave a group but didn't really want people to know... so I sent it to spam on facebook messenger. I can't see it anymore, but no one is aware that I 'left.' Sometimes I hate how visible Facebook makes things... it's like asking for drama

@boohoo this was raised via email AND Facebook messenger. Automated responses that tell you 2 working days for a response - deadline is never met. Get passed to different CS agents each time all with the same generic autopilot responses - awful service #BooHoo #BadCustomerService

@TriceyTrice2U If that doesn't work/help then try removing social media apps (if they are there) and reinstalling them. I had to remove and reinstall fb messenger the other day when my phone updated.

For folks enduring hurricane areas if mobile voice service fails from use often data will stay functional. You can use facebook messenger voice, signal, or facetime audio etc. Avoid video since the towers are likely under heavy use.

I would love to stop using Facebook Messenger, but everyone in my family uses it. I already put my foot down with WhatsApp, again despite all family using it. Cannot think of a solution! They haven’t a clue the extent of the security and privacy problems from using it.

A lot of people seem to struggle with the most simple concept "ask for the sale." I am going to break it down iPhone FB messenger style. Someone has a phone listed for $300. You want to pay $150 for it. You DM and ask them "Hey ___, can you do $150?" That's it.

Just had a @Mintmobile representative ask for my personal info, including full address and my device's IMEI number, in a Facebook Messenger chat AFTER I'd called for them to cease and desist all communication following a two day customer service fiasco. AVOID Mint Mobile.
