    @nealjennings Ugh ugh ugh. Will say one of the best things about the Netherlands is what they call “web support”. Need help with any company? Tweet (or WhatsApp / FB messenger) them an you will get a fully empowered person who can do what is needed done.

    @visiblecare I have tried this and have received no useful information. I've chatted on the website, in FB Messenger, and on here for hours at this point. Visible appears to have no solution to this issue.

    @AerLingus I was in a queue waiting for aer lingus customer service to answer my call for 2 hours 30 today. No answer, no help. No answer on your Facebook messenger 'help desk' either. Flight leaves tmrw morning for NYC - no online check-in is possible. What do you propose we do?

    @Yemihazan Travelled in 2012, before 2013 that I came back person don dey service this girl for me back then, I figured out on her fb messenger, but I tried talk to her because I know long distance relationship fit cost and I been tell her if she wan misbehave make she at least go far.

    @Cissengolo7 @3utools here's 3utools reply via facebook messenger. Bind Apple ID now can't be successful since Apple has changed some files and authentications. The programmers are trying to fix it ASAP. But the time is not sure.

    @Hertz Last time I was told this I was ghosted on fb messenger and on Twitter DMs you mentioned my issue was solved and the car is be returned to Vegas. However, in the DM you did not disclose the extra 1000 dollars you all were planning on charging my card when I returned the car.

    @skumfur I use it for DM's I guess, seems everyone moved there over **** like Facebook Messenger. Hell, Twitter's message function is broken as hell on my phone. Even then I'm kinda shifting towards Discord nowadays anyway. Waking up to 50 TG hug stickers a day is getting tiring.

    Sound like @sainsburys online delivery payment system is up the swanny!! Waited 45 minutes to speak to someone, almost immediately put on hold and then 15 minutes later got cut off 😡 Both Facebook messenger and twitter dm have been as much use as a wet paper bag in getting help
