@FrinCl1127 @talk2GLOBE hi!! with my experience with globe, much better if you message them on messenger. never got an issue resolved here on twitter but I was able to renew my phone plan with them via facebook messenger. Just a little patience bc it will take sometime for them to reply but they do..

why’ve i just got an insta notif that some girl i’ve not spoken to since i was 16 has dmed me at 1am asking for help🤨 i will not help her. i was friends with her once but she was weird and spammed my facebook messenger all day every day. i had to block her in the end.

@missfigafasion absolute joke with your customer service. Ordered a dress on 28th May for next day delivery and still don't have it. Emailed you 01/06 and messaged you twice on Facebook messenger yesterday and nothing! So disappointed as I needed it for tomorrow so too late!
