    My sister was recently scammed online. Via @facebook messenger and @google chat. Someone she trusted was hacked and she was told to send @Apple gift cards -of course. Seems all these companies could help more shutting scammers down. They're pervasive on FB.

    @InsecurityPolic @enjoyGLOBE Shocks!...aside from Globe At Home FB Messenger, you may coordinate your connection concern on the GlobeOne app HELP...if you have a broadband postpaid service, search Alagang Globe Viber groups...then select your location on their list to join...

    @gryphon_katsu I got this with Facebook Messenger the other day Why would an app decide to force-close itself and update WHILE IT'S OPEN, that seems like a really stupid and easily avoidable issue lol

    @BrannanCoady trying to sort out a parking issue with your useless staff. FB Messenger, Whatsapp & email & no help. I want to phone & pay and they're sending me links that don't work. what can you do. I've asked to speak to you a number of times but declined

    At no point does it realize it is useless and bail out, getting me to someone who can help. I am now trying to get this resolved via Facebook messenger with "Eduardo". Eduardo's responses to me are - no word of a lie - roughly 30 minutes apart. /3

    @JeffPoy23 @enjoyGLOBE Oh my, I hope they can already do something about it...just keep in touch with them through their FB Messenger account or GlobeOne app HELP...who knows, they are already working on it, and you'll be surprised by the good result on your signal...

    @hibry06 Wouldn’t suggest it I placed an order 2/13 tracking says never picked up and no one answers phones, emails or FB messenger and I really want my stuff instead of fighting to dispute chargers. My husband got me some at Christmas no issues and loved them so much. Very disappointed.

    "anypass refreshes everytime you close the app, so the best way to do this is through FB messenger or any messaging service w a chat head that can be opened over other apps without disrupting the app. so you can ss and send the image via messenger"

    @BoostCare More lies from Boost Mobile customer service. I asked a rep if they were aware of the cyber security attack on their parent company and I was told no. Boost Mobile has blocked me from messaging them on FB messenger and from commenting on the Boost Mobile FB page.

    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support
