Trying to cancel a flight and finding it impossible. Phone service isn't available. FB messenger can't retrieve the reservation. Website says I can't do the cancellation or change on-line. And call-back service is scheduled for next Friday, well after the flight. Suggestions?

@grantmccall Yes, WhatsApp definitely got everyone hooked. Even despite the privacy/data issues clearly out there (thanks to @SocialDilemma_ ). Ah FB Messenger was an easier one, I just stopped answering over there as I only use Facebook for client work purposes and it's a HUGE distraction.

@SouthwestAir I would appreciate being able to talk to an actual person as to the extreme inconvenience and monetary loss your scheduling problems have caused me. I have tried calling, email, and Facebook messenger. None have received anything more than an automated response.

@Minblud @Mrwhosetheboss Yeah but there are some apps I use regularly & those apps doesn't need storage permission everytime. For example, I use Facebook Messenger because everyone uses it in my country as a Text Service. It only needs that permission when I need to send a pic which I do very rarely
