    @aynbernos Same issue when I inquired sa new gym sa ortigas / pasig area~ I told them no, and that I'm not comfy with calls, and I kept asking for specifics nalang via fb messenger. teehee

    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

    @gtbank @gtbank_help is a no no ❌❌❌ I can't access the USSD and my bank app and even web banking is failing. Customer reps ain't even responding on twitter here, Facebook messenger and Whatsapp.. Worst banking service

    At no point does it realize it is useless and bail out, getting me to someone who can help. I am now trying to get this resolved via Facebook messenger with "Eduardo". Eduardo's responses to me are - no word of a lie - roughly 30 minutes apart. /3

    @RyanRadia @john_voorheis The problem is getting everyone on the same alternative app. I have groups on Discord and Heylo. I talk to my cousin on WhatsApp, my wife's cousin on FB Messenger, and my co-author from an article about the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act on Signal. If it's urgent, send me a text.

    I’m paying $300/month for a trainer that yield amazing results but I have very limited access to and have to speak with through Facebook messenger…. This is why customer service matters bc the money isn’t an issue but no access is.

    After she confirmed that she’s moving in with her friend but it took her a week to to say. So it wasn’t haphazard, but I did have terrible perception of her due to the way she acted on Facebook messenger. But her offline personality is so sweet and she’s mad thoughtful

    @WestJet BFFR!! I’ve called again this morning at 6:30am an agent answered at 8am, she was super helpful but her system was down so she was waiting on quotes to make my change AND again you’re system hung up after 2 hour mark!!! Plus still no reply from my dm or fb messenger!!

    @cstegmaier Yes! I didn’t even know what it was years ago and didn’t have it on my phone and ultimately found out a constituent was furious w/me for not fixing an issue - though she’d never called or emailed my office. Only used Facebook messenger. 😳
