I actually made this last point back in 2016/2017 w/ regard to the sociopaths. They were messing w/ my ability to use Facebook messenger to get help. I pointed out that they were setting a horrible precedent & many other countries were watching. 4/

Instead of getting an app to manage my social media time I deleted Twitter and FB from my phone. I'm keeping FB messenger and will have DMs and alerts from certain Twitter accounts forward to my email. Sharing since others asked for ideas to help themselves!
