@JohnBarrowman Yeah I saw that in my Facebook messenger group with people from all over the world. It said some things may be restricted due to new rules but they’re trying to fix it. I’m guessing the new rules are good in theory to cut down on bad intent messages, but not good in practice.

@EntregoPH poor service! Until now I have not received my items which was supposedly delivered last Dec. 13. Entrego replied through Facebook messenger were done by chatbots. Poorly handled. To date no feedback /updates.

@Maureen_abms changed their terms of service read they have access to all on your account even phone calls etc plus cannot sue etc.. if you search ig terms of service pops up for now deleted them off my phone plus fb messenger not sure what is true or not but good to find out the truth

@bt_uk how do I get help today? Fibre you fitted Xmas Eve stopped working already. Called the help desk and after a long wait got hung up on. FB messenger team not responding, my engineer says speak to helpdesk. Only waited 2 months for broadband and had it 1 day #WhatAService

For anyone effected by the AT&T outage: if you can connect to wifi you make WiFi calls. You can still text from IPhone to IPhone. You can still use face time and FB messenger. Provided you are accessing a WiFi network.
