@Lenovo_in Sir, My grievance is there as it is. I require help. My purchase of Lenova cordless mouse from Amazon. It stopped working within warranty period. I was asked to give my address and details over FB Messenger. But they insisted to approach your service centre while is 40km away .

I think I just figured out how to fix the problem with receiving messages on Facebook messenger without the notification going off. I’ll give it a few days though to be for sure.

@Uber_Support Thanks. I just got the same reply from your fb messenger service. I’ve just filled out the contact form with him on the hospital phone. He has no devices or access to fill the form out himself. Hence the quandary we are in… this is urgent and frustrating.

@Cpcc15 So silly but some probably fall for it. Maybe they’re on the hunt for new members that may not know better. I’ve used it a lot, not really had any problems. Occasionally a time waster. Facebook Messenger much better but FB I can’t stand.
