    @enjoyGLOBE I applied for Plan 599 at SM City Iloilo, but Plan 999 was processed. I already reported this via FB Messenger, yet I’m still told to visit the store. Very inconvenient and poor service.

    @TXTeslaCowboy I still use Instagram and it has no problem draining battery, but Facebook always did when I used to use it on my iPhone previously. Not terrible, but it definitely was way worse with it installed and using it daily along with FB messenger Way better after deleting it.

    Why does @CebuPacificAir has no customer service hotline???? 🤯😢 Fb messenger has no actual agent, too! 😤 badly needed to have them look into 2 pending payments for same booking txn (sobrang loading kasi ng website) - baka ma-go both naku patay!!!

    @Meta @facebook @finkd I've been on FB Messenger to resolve an ad issue for SIX HOURS STRAIGHT today! My current ad - my 202nd ad - has generated ZERO RESPONSES and your bot-land can't explain why, I've been bounced around 5 times to different dpts. Ridiculous. Plz send help.

    "anypass refreshes everytime you close the app, so the best way to do this is through FB messenger or any messaging service w a chat head that can be opened over other apps without disrupting the app. so you can ss and send the image via messenger"

    @CebuPacificAir I'd like to add baggage on my booking. However, when I check my acct, it says it has no bookings but I received an email of my itinerary receipt. I already raised my issue on FB messenger but still no response as of the moment. Can someone reachout to me ASAP. Thanks

    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

    @kaptinlin I see apple and even fb messenger ai being held down but I like meta ai from fb messenger and google’s is pretty cool but syri from apple seems dazed or out of it

    @TMFAssociates You have to think, who actually texts anymore? Thats all the service can do currently. Me and my friends exclusively communicate via FB Messenger, id say 90+% of the people i know use this as well, texting is dead therefore Starlinks service is redundant.

    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

    @Allegiant I am a Allegiant MC holder. The chat on your website has never worked and no one will answer the 702 #. I have serious concerns about this card but literally can’t find the answer in the FAQ and there’s no one to ask.. even tried FB messenger… help!
