@MaxxChewning Also add some trust badges, and pay by 4 options like AfterPay under the add to cart product sections. Cherry on top would be using the Facebook messenger bot plug-in to improve customer service too 🙌

@Casey This is a very American problem that doesn’t exist else where. Apple seems to own the market of phones in America especially because of iMessage. Outside of America like in the UK, Europe and Asia WhatsApp/fb messenger is the norm. A lot of people have androids so it makes sense

@enjoyGLOBE Fair warning: Globe has no customer support via phone for majority of issues. You will need to queue and provide personal data multiple times to chat fb messenger before they act on complaints. Not sure if same with smart. Research before switching.

Just tried @1Password ‘s sharing feature. That is seriously well done. No more grinding my teeth as I have to share a password with a colleague over Facebook messenger. I may not be able to control how they write it down, but I can do my part.

@MaxWinebach Those are excuses. I'm an iPhone user but I had no problems switching back and forth between iPhone and Android. People can easily install apps and they do all the time. I used regular texting (the horrors!) and Google Duo or Facebook Messenger for FaceTime-like calls.

@divinegrackle @cryptocom Not that issue. Only one I have is that no matter what setting I use, FB messenger can pop in and out and run open while all other close .com app and I have to redo pin.messenger does what it wants I guess.

@sainsburys good morning. I had an online delivery last week which cost me £7. However quite a few items were inedible. And had to be disposed of. I’ve contacted Sainsbury’s. Via FB messenger in numerous occasions. With no joy. I’m really disappointed. Very poor customer service.

@WhatsApp Use Signal or Session instead. Whatsapp still collects a lot of metadata as well as all the contacts in your phone. And also in your friend's phone. your gf's/mistress' phone. Your drug dealer's phone. Use Alternatives. When Facebook Messenger is down, so are IG and Whatsapp.

@Casey In other markets besides North America there are a lot more android users, so you can't relay on a iOS specific service in groups. I hate @WhatsApp (I will gladly explain why) but use it. I mainly use FB Messenger, Telegram, texts and emails.
