@Orlynails I still need assistance. All I have rcv’d is someone finally (after again reaching out on every platform) yesterday on Facebook messenger saying sorry I’ve had to reach out prior & they will let customer service know BUT still no one has responded to my emails I was told to send.

It was ether my boss who gave me the extra money, or my cousin who reached out on fb messenger who expressed she wanted to help me with my flight to Vancouver. But I didn’t respond as I’m too proud to ask for her help. Maybe I did get a Christmas bonus, or do I dare say a raise?

Why is it so difficult to reach out to @gtbank_help must I walk in to any branch to get minor issues resolved? All their channels of communication (whatsapp, fb messenger, even via call) all fake. I don't know if I'm the only one in this but it is disappointing. @gtbank @gtb
