@jmflatham @TMobile We've been using FB Messenger for chat and video call. Luckily we have options these days. TMobile seems to have a lot of issues for my folks. May have to add them to our VZW.

@commienwosting She ******* my mom out on fb messenger. Straight up cyber-yelling like it was HER fault. Mom kept her cool and basically said that grandma had expressed concern and she should take it up with her. My cousin backed down. "I can't talk to grandma about it..." "then why yell at me?"

@TelkomZA @TelkomONE @TelkomZA is the worst company ever. You can't get help anywhere. 180 send you a useless WhatsApp link and on FB messenger they don't reply. Their Web chart portal shows a blank page. Mxm. Telkom's CEO was right when he said Telkom is hated, even by their own clients.

Help. Government is forcing me to use facebook. Kind of. I can't contact National Vaccination Info line by phone, the only other option is facebook messenger. Why national institutions in EU are allowed to use proprietaty communication protocols/platforms?

@talk2GLOBE This is NOT the first time I had similar issues with inattentive customer support from your company. Back in 2017-2018 I had to deal with customer service (through facebook messenger) that snubbed / ignored me to the point of frustration and anger.

Cebu Pacific customer service is getting worse. Only one ticketing office available in Metro Manila. No more hotline number. They ask you to do it thru social media like FB messenger. Then with the messenger, you only get an auto reply from non-human.
