    My favorite part of the great Facebook outage is that the last post showing on my phone is from hours ago and is a friend saying that her phone isn’t working and to contact her on Facebook Messenger instead. Ha.

    @christina4hope @DeniseNolson Some technical expert says its unlikely to be a hack but he kind've said the system at Facebook is that if something goes wrong with one of its services. Another is affected and then another. So at present. Instagram. Facebook. Facebook Messenger. What's Up are all down for now.

    @Stonekettle Also - and let us be clear Facebook is bad - Facebook Messenger is a tremendous messaging platform. Completely device agnostic, completely platform agnostic, and you can pull it down as a stand alone on a phone.

    Facebook going down when I’m picking up a dog for rescue and the only way to contact the rescue is by FB messenger. So basically I’m just going to show up at the facility with the pup even tho they know I’m coming
