    @metronetfiber Customer Care has no info on my outage. FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.

    Does anyone else have issues with Facebook Messenger not sending notifications a lot of the time? It's been like that for a year or so for me. I probably get notified for about two thirds of my message overall.

    While we're on the topic of problems with my S22 Ultra: From time to time, I'll not receive any notification sounds from apps. For instance, if someone sends me a message on FB Messenger, my phone will just ignore it. Super annoying.

    @DStvNg @DStvNg worst Facebook customer service... I have been sending my complaints since 1 hour ago on Facebook messenger and they will reply one message and go off I will start again and another agent one reply one message go off again

    @MWEBTweets @mweb We where on the phone nearly 2hrs a week ago the second call your tech’ advised that a tech’ would come out & check no one came. We call weekly due to the pathetic speed -we PAY for 100up/down & never get close! I have forwarded all pvt. details of account holder on FB messenger!

    @BoostCare More lies from Boost Mobile customer service. I asked a rep if they were aware of the cyber security attack on their parent company and I was told no. Boost Mobile has blocked me from messaging them on FB messenger and from commenting on the Boost Mobile FB page.

    @maildotcom I have been unable to access my email for the 3rd day. Submitted issue thru your online help.. no response. Contacted thru Facebook messenger got a reply at 1:15am EST we were closed. I need access to my email this is not acceptable.

    @Breaking911 You don't buy oxy from some stranger via Facebook messenger. She also had ********* - she's a druggie. She knew the consequences of her choices. On the other hand, the dealers and distributors should be taken down in general.

    @BandQ the Doncaster store to get their act together. Damaged water butt delivered Friday, returns form with other customer details inside damaged order left with me. I’ve emailed, B&Q FB messenger emailed the store no end of times. No response yet GDPR has been broken, 6 days!!!

    @JeffPoy23 @enjoyGLOBE Oh my, I hope they can already do something about it...just keep in touch with them through their FB Messenger account or GlobeOne app HELP...who knows, they are already working on it, and you'll be surprised by the good result on your signal...

    @AppleSupport you really need to do something about not being able to send picture messages to android devices . It’s speaks volumes about the lack of tech in the iPhone . I’ve done all the suggested fixes and continue to have the same issue. Have resorted to fb messenger instead

    @gtbank @gtbank_help is a no no ❌❌❌ I can't access the USSD and my bank app for 2days now and even web banking is failing. Customer reps ain't even responding on twitter here, Facebook messenger and Whatsapp.. Worst banking service..

    All i did was miss my sister i came all the way to America 🇺🇸 and she yells at me on the phone and threatened me in FB messenger, says terrible things about me, that's what i get for missing my sister then for a second time she turns her daughter against me.. no talking to either
