@bigbasket_com I have already shared the details on your facebook messenger. But I am pretty sure you will either offer me a refund or an exchange but you will never go to the root of the problem to see why were there insects when the food was packed.

@bandq_help @BandQ I have sent all my details including screenshots of my order confirmation, to Facebook messenger. This is an extremely poor level of customer service - I have been ringing your contact numbers all afternoon, only to be either cut off or kept on hold for over 30 minutes a time.

@CgmTelangana BSNL landline of my parents (aged 77 and 73) in HYD city proper not working for 13 days now. Repeated complaints via phone and online portals have not been heeded to. Post on FB messenger and on BSNL FB page did not. Covid times, alone, scary feeling. PLS HELP

@TELUSsupport Both Telus wifi and phone data are not working in Edmonton. For some reason can only use Twitter and FB Messenger on data, and nothing on wifi. Calls and texts won't go through.

@AlexMasmej @tryShowtime I’ve find some issues with how Facebook Messenger allows users to share unsolicited, offensive and disturbing content. Leaving a group message floats the data as an archive that cannot be deleted, reported, edited. Yet, offending content is shareable even after leaving the group.
