@AskPayPal It's taken about a week just to get a hold of someone that can make an adjustment on my account. Tried the phone number (can't get through), tried the help center (can't get an agent), and tried the Facebook messenger option (3 people that redirect me to previous).

@Rachelgpeters @liamkernaghannz Yes I think the issue is that people can't even share a link to news articles over Facebook, even on their private pages. I'm not sure if this covers Facebook messenger though.

@PaganChild I bought my iPhone 4s new in 2012, original never broken screen, replaced the battery once. It won't update & some apps don't work, but I can call & text, take great pics, use FB Messenger, listen to iHeart radio, watch YouTube on Safari, play games, check news & search things.

Still don't have power and phone service is terrible. If you want to contact me fb messenger is the way to go. Temperature in the apartment has dipped to low 60s. Fully expect it to be in the 50s by tonight

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has gone down 6 times in the last month I can’t seem to ever get through to customer services I had experienced wait times of up to 40 minutes. The Facebook messenger robot keeps taking me around in circles and I can’t find a live chat anywhere.

@MrDouglasCook @IKEAUKSupport I had marginally better luck with Facebook messenger (i.e. it only took 5 days for someone to get back to me rather than 2 weeks on Twitter) but only got a solution when I called customer service as soon as it opened and sat on hold for 45 minutes
