    Encountered a weird bug on my Fold 3, when FB Messenger has a 'chat head' open on screen, the first few touches after closing or dragging the chat head is not recognised, and an error messages pops up briefly saying Messenger isn't optimised for my phone.

    @AerLingus is there anyway someone can please help me with locating my bag? I tried calling countless times, reaching out via email and Fb messenger all to no avail. It’s been lost since Saturday (last seen in Dublin)! I haven’t even been able to get a lost baggage claim number!

    @airtransat I am unable to add checked baggage for my return flight via online Manage Booking function. The agent on Facebook Messenger is unable to help and I have called but wait times are too long. I do not want to pay the higher cost by waiting till I arrive at the airport.

    @maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange

    @Cirque why is it impossible to get through to Alergria customer service? Been trying to call for a week regarding a website error. Phone number just says "sorry, we're having high call volume, please call again later" and hangs up. Email, Facebook messenger, all unsuccessful.

    @finkd @facebook @fbsecurity I have two factor authentication and all security enabled. Somehow my Facebook messenger contacts list got accessed by someone and they are blackmailing me by sending my morphed video to all my contacts. How’s it even possible ? Please help me.

    @BootsUK Am really disappointed. My order from 8th June, that I paid for with my precious points, has never been dispatched. I've tried emailing customer service, calling (hung up after 30 mins on hold) and Facebook messenger and NO-ONE will respond to me.

    @messenger @facebook @Apple So on my iPad Pro, someone sent me their resume in the Facebook Messenger application. I can easily open the file and review it, but completely missing in action is the “save to files” button. Searched everywhere for it and just can’t find it. Help pls
