@sainsburys absolutely APPALLED at your ‘customer service’ level. 5 missing items from my delivery! Now on day 3 trying to speak to someone... on hold for over 30mins EVERYtime I call; you don’t reply to emails anymore and your Facebook Messenger service is worse than awful. 😡

240M new people joined a member of the #Facebook "Family" (#Instagram FB, #WhatsApp, #messenger) over the past year — that's a smaller number than years past. The Book's also losing people to TikTok and Snap (or you just put your phone down).

@frmshahed @Facebook I was hacked about a month ago, & now I'm locked out of Facebook & Messenger. I've been to a Verizon store twice & Best Buy twice. They've both attempted to help. I just keep trying. I've been sent about 20 numbers to reset my password, but it just sends me back to same page.

@Pandora_UK So, 6 separate emails to customer services, 1 to the CEO, 3 to the e-store email address, a promise of contact via Twitter and the same from Pandora's Facebook messenger service but STILL nobody replies to my messages. Unbelievably poor show Pandora, very poor show.

@fbaccess I’m having issues with Facebook messenger. In group chats voiceover does not go past the admin heading. I used to but it doesn’t anymore. it also does not read the names of people when changing nicknames it used to as well but doesn’t anymore.
