@AskeBay This was march '21. After that comms was very sparse, I had to chase them for replies. I was supposed to get my van in Dec/Jan 22. Early feb no comms so I chase again, they said van definitely arrive Mar 14th. By March 11th they'd shut down email/phone/fb messenger profile....

@XfinitySupport Yesterday tried to enroll in the Xfinity rewards program and was told my account was ineligible. Facebook messenger support is useless and left me with no solution except a trouble ticket number. I was told to copy the URL and check back in a couple days.

@ELALUSA - I can't seem to get through to a real person on whatsapp, facebook messenger or telephone (1 hour 23 minutes listening to that annoying music). You cancelled my flight and changed without any input from me. I want to speak to a real person. Very bad customer service.

@im_ars7 Oh no, you may check the settings of your phone and make sure that the "Do Not Disturb" mode is disabled. It's one of the factors that automatically block incoming calls. If the issue persists, try reaching out to Globe through their customer support channels like FB Messenger

Third day with no @ATT service outside of Wifi. I can’t even make or receive phone calls unless it’s through FB Messenger and that’s ONLY when I’m home. And all they can tell me is “hang tight.” ******’ BRUH.

@CRED_support Still awaiting the refund of extra 14762.5 deducted from my bank a/c (twice) while paying my credit card bill on 24 Apr'22 @CRED_club how many more follow up mails, FB posts, tweets, FB messenger chats, Twitter DMs do u want, 2 give me my refund pendin since 4 days now? Terrible!
