Still no calls. Tried FB messenger. They wouldn’t respond to me, but they responded to my husband. After 2 hours in which we waited for their responses, they said there was a “window” to use our free guest passes that came with our membership which “may be” the problem.

@SKYserves can someone reply to the DM I sent? Its already bad enough you guys don't have a hotline to call when your customers have a problem with your service, but to wait more than 20 minutes for a twitter or FB messenger reply is simply NOT good #customerservice.

@vueling It’s just testament to your poor customer service. How come @easyJet can switch my flight, and reallocate the upfront seats I’ve purchased simply by a request via Facebook messenger? Seems to me you’re playing for time -your policies are inconsistent - depending who I speak to!

@slsandpet @Qantas I contacted them on Facebook Messenger - and they sorted out my query about taking my walker to Qld (luckily travelled from Sydney on Friday 18th)and even arranged wheelchair service for me in the airport. I can’t walk very far due to emphysema.

Beware! Cyber crime is on the rise during the pandemic. Recently I am dealing with many cases where MEN are trapped. Same pattern, all starts with Hi messages on fb messenger. After that few messages like"please help,am in trouble". Next girl will insist for a video call.
