  @Facebook I deleted the messenger app to redownload it (possibly to fix it before I knew it was a widespread problem) and now I can’t redownlod it bc I owe apple money! I will have to pay that before they let me redownload messenger!

  @Facebook should state the reasons for its global outage. "If there is" any major #databreach then users must be immediately informed and #GDPR should be promptly complied. @EU_Commission @GoI_MeitY
