@EASPORTSFIFA paid $100 for the premium fifa23 edition. It’s NEVER loaded on my PC, causes it to crash when I try to play and EA won’t give me a refund. Sold me a game that doesn’t work and refuses to refund. That’s Fraud, but clearly EA doesn’t care. #FIFA23 #FIFA23PC

@EAFIFADirect @EASPORTSFIFA Ive just logged into fifa and my starting 11 has completely disappeared, everything else in my club is still there, just my starting 11 and bedt players gone!. These issues should never happen and hope you can fix it as soon as possible.
