    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA just made the mistake of playing fut swaps and now every game win or lose ends with 'EA Servers are unable to process your request'. What gives. Somebody mentuined an error where the swaps cause a 24 hour DNF soft ban but it would be good if you guys sorted.

    @EASPORTSFIFA, is there a fix for the secure boot issue? I've searched high & low online and tried multiple 'solutions' and nothing, absolutely disgusting that this is still a thing. Can't even get a refund due to Steam's policy.

    @EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp @EAFIFADirect i played fifa 23 ps5 version works fine, i uninstalled and installed the ps4 version and the same problem persist. If it was my internet i would have that problem on the ps5 as well. I hope for a reply as this affects my performance.

    @EASPORTSFIFA When will they fix the BUG SWAPS? I'm not going to finish my WL because I'm disconnected in all game modes. A lot of failures this year, more and more disappointed with the game.

    @EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp @EAFIFADirect Why are you soft banning players for DNFs when it’s your own game format causing the issue. You can’t set up First to 1 in Friendlies and then claim that people are quitting at 1-0.
