    @FitbitSupport Hi, yes, absolutely. As you can see in our message conversations I've done everything that was suggested, you have checked my account, confirmed that you are aware of my issue and had been working on it for several months with no solution, no replacement or refund! Unacceptable!

    @FitbitSupport On previous readings from my ionic which I had for 3 years with no issues. I’ve tried moving it up and down on my wrist and tightening etc and nothing works. I can do 2 hours of intense exercise and it records no active zone minutes

    Hey .@FitbitSupport why on earth is my Versa (1st Gen) dying every 12 hours since the update. Planned obsolescence is ******* crooked. Is there a lawsuit I can join against you for doing this? This is my 4th Fitbit btw been with you since the beginning. I am poor.

    @FitbitSupport having trouble keeping the pairing between my iPhone 8 and charge 3. I know how to fix it but will lose everything from the last week or two, why does this keep happening? Are you trying to get me to buy a charge 4?

    @FitbitSupport My Versa 2 will not allow Notifications. In the app, the Notifications option is listed , nothing happens when trying to access it. iPhone 11 user. Please help

    @FitbitSupport @prachi5055 I'm having the same problem suddenly - it was working fine and I've followed the instructions to set up the notifications. I've also restarted my phone as it suggested..
