@FitbitSupport It's not my phone or Fitbit. It's a known issue that many people don't like. You're basically forcing people to enable location services just to get rid of this annoying message. It happens every time I bring the app up, not just opening after it was closed.

Today's walk solidified my decision to ditch my crappy #fitbit with a #garmin #Smartwatch as soon as I have the money. Fitbit was at 94% battery before I left, didn't even completely track my walk, & was at 37% about an hour later when I got home. That's b.s. @fitbit is garbage

@FitbitSupport ever since my last update on my Fitbit verse lite my Fitbit will not connect through Bluetooth. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled and it will work for about 3 minutes and then stops working. Plus help. I think last update was feb 10th. Thanks

@FitbitSupport Yes, it happens while the browser is up and I'm logged in. It's happening on both Chrome and Firefox, so it doesn't look like a browser-specific issue.

@fitbit after resetting versa to factory settings it will no longer charge? All was fine before hand and I am now waiting for an email about warranty. This was working perfectly fine. I was told it was unusual but looking on the community it’s not! Any help !?

@FitbitSupport I've had an email. It says the problem is that the Versa 3 doesn't have inbuilt GPS - it is supposed to, isn't it?! And the heart rate tracking is also way off.

@FitbitSupport you seriously need to fix the bingo game. It's irritating and frustrating that once again my minutes don't show up in the game. It's locked at 21 minutes and I've had 149 minutes of activity since then. Why can't this game be fixed?!?

@LillzTrackLife @fitbit @FitbitUK You’re not going to get a proper response from them, because they’re pricks. But yea, this is a thing. Google Fitbit burns. You may want to loosen the strap to a loose fit, wipe down water/moisture being trapped under the strap, or stop wearing it. x

@FitbitSupport I now have a new problem! I bought a Charge 4 to replace my old Charge 3. I then signed up for the 90-day premium trial via the email sent to me after I set up my new watch. But the premium content does not work on my Fitbit app...
