Hard to describe how disappointed I am with the new @fitbit Versa 4. I had the 2 for a couple of years and loved it (until it just stopped working). The 4 is slow and buggy and you can't even get Google assistant on it. And it's a freaking @Google product! #uefail

@FitbitSupport did the most recent update on my fitbit charge 5. Now the green light is no longer flashing it is solid green and very bright and won't pick up my heart rate. Tips to fix? It was fine before the update.

@FitbitSupport your latest firmware update from December 2022 (20001.188.58) rendered death my HR monitor. No lights, no readings, never. After a successful firmware upgrade. And know support tells me I should buy a new tracker??? This is the worst I’ve seen in years
