    @FitbitSupport I have not been able to sync my Sense for a couple of days. I have gone through all the trouble shooting tips multiple times. Is there a problem on your end?

    @FitbitSupport is it normal for a brand new @fitbit Charge 4’s battery to go down quickly. I charged it over night to 100% and within about 20 minutes it lost 5% straight away. I charged it Friday mid afternoon to 100% & yesterday evening it was down to 40%. Please help @FitbitUK

    Hey @FitbitSupport I need your help! My Versa 3 that I've only had a few months won't stay connected to the band! It keeps falling off and I'm afraid it's going to break or get lost. I'm leaving on vacation soon and I really don't want to lose my watch! Help??

    @FitbitSupport @lovealissaellen I am also having a similar problem. In the last couple of days my Versa 2 Fitbit has been draining the battery. It was charged up to 99% this morning and not even four hours later she is at 52% when normally we get 4-5 days out of a charge.

    @FitbitSupport Hello, I have misplaced my Inspire 2 charger and in need of a new one. Unable to find it on the Fitbit india store under accessories section. The ones I see on Amazon & Flipkart are cheap Chinese rip-offs. Help would be appreciated.

    @WrittenbyKat @fitbit Have you thought about just going on the @fitbit Forum to raise an issue as the customer service is excellent. I had an issue about 4 years ago and they couldn't have been more helpful.
