    @fitbit I am seeing all these Bad reviews about Fitbit, I really hope its not as bad as I am reading! I JUST bought the "Sense" I seem to like it so far, still figuring it all out lol

    @FitbitSupport Just purchased Versa 2 and unable to download SpO2 clock face. Even purchased Premium Membership. Rebooted watch and phone, upgrade watch and app. Still unable to install, what can be causing this issue? Or is it not available and false advertisement.

    @FitbitSupport No you sure as **** may not know the name of my bank, can I have yours? Plus routing and pin number? Checking account number would also be helpful lol.

    Been a loyal @fitbit user for many years, got a replacement less than a year ago and the face just fell off but apparently the warranty is 1 year from original purchase so they basically said too bad so sad, but they emailed that to the account that tried to hack me... #DoBetter

    It is incredibly disappointing after waiting 1 month since seeking my refund even though all info was supplied to @FitbitSupport. Now I know why customer care gets a bad rep with customer service as bad as this.

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge3 & i can't get notifications. It says "notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". Help, phones been off & on but still there?!?

    @WhatKatySaid @FitbitSupport You could try disinfecting the band- wiping it over with something like dettol- it definitely helped with mine - plus I now take it off overnight to charge and the problem seems to have gone away

    @FitbitSupport HI, my charge 3 is showing black lines on display and is not holding charge of battery, it goes from full battery to 0 in 3 to 4 hrs. Tries rebooting but of no use. Charge 2 is still going on well. Pls help.
