@FitbitSupport my Fitbit band just broke after just over 2 years also was caliberated wrong so if I ran 1km would only count as .95km put my height etc in a second time in case was error on my part there and never came right very disappointing is there any resolve to either

People please, no one ever buy any #fitbit watches. The sync's are always broken and takes over an hour to sync. I'd try set an alarm before bed, but actually lose sleep trying to set it up. Refund please @fitbit? #google watch for my birthday anyone?

@FitbitSupport after a full month waiting and getting no help (including chat, tweets and email) bought an @amazon Halo- 10/10 highly recommend- does everything your device is supposed to do for a third of the price. (Promotional price $37!) Thanks for nothing.

I had contacted @FitbitSupport to get the solution but unfortunately they could not provide me with the solution and suggested that I buy a new watch. As far as I know, the problem is with the software and it can easily be fixed right?

Do I know anybody with a @fitbit (Versa4) that has had any issues, my replies from @FitbitSupport are not helping, I have done, 34.000+ steps this morning, whilst my phone and watch were on the table (Not my first issue with this model)

This, weirdly enough, solves a completely unconnected problem. When I stop using @fitbit bc of the lack of trust I have in them now and switch to Garmin, the terrible sleep tracking won't matter bc at least it's a game then. A challenge, even.
