    It's frustrating to learn that the @Fitbit Sense has a defective heart rate monitor. I would think the year's worth of bad results would have made me more suspicious, but on I pushed. Hoping they correct the problem in the next version.

    @FitbitSupport I have had a fitbit for a few years. Location services is set to when using the app. There has never been an issue syncing. The pop up started two weeks ago and is asking to set location services to “always” which isn’t necessary

    @fitbit I preordered the Fitbit Sense and after months of software issue I now have to deal with corroded contacts, a battery that lost over 65% of it's capacity, and a charge cable that barely works, and all that your support did was tell me to buy a new one.

    @CookingQuidnunc @FitbitSupport Yes. Mine worked for 4 days. Screen went blank and not working its charger but no screen. Fitbit support is scandalous. Waiting now 3 weeks for replacement.

    @FitbitSupport Yes I have, ended up purchasing another Fitbit. After 1 year, same issue, would not hold a charge. I no longer have confidence that you stand behind your products, very surprising this is not widely known. My email was either info @ GEFX DOT COM or utopiayes @ Gmail DOT COM.

    @FitbitSupport Charge 3 is still not showing in Bluetooth menu even on ios 15.1 . In addition to this, in app connection is not working ..!

    @FitbitSupport Dear Fitbit Team, I recently upgraded my Alta HR to the Sense. Unfortunately, I hv discovered that the HR reading is way off, Alta HR is better. Please fix this issue urgently, as lot of Sense users hv reported this issue on your comm forums. With no solution.

    @mySUPERkate @FitbitSupport I wouldn't bother sending back, you'll have to pay postage yourself. They expect me to pay €35.50 for returning a faulty scales that cost €59.50 Terrible customer service
