    @FitbitSupport Would it be possible to keep people more reliably updated? I restarted my watch, my phone, unpaired my devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now I'm just stuck at the login page. 😕

    @jackieshoes @FitbitSupport 100 percent agree. I un-paired my fitbit as the help instructions suggested and then couldn't re-pair it to my phone because the site was down.

    @FitbitSupport I can see the services are down. I factory reset my watch, on the watch. So when I register a new device it says I can see it says I'm replacing it. Have I screwed my watch up now? Or can I carry on trying to do that when Fitbit is back online.

    @FitbitSupport been trying to use your app all day as usual but keep having issues. I've reinstalled the app but now can't log back in i just keep getting a "no Internet connection" or "Fitbit is down for maintainence" warning. Any help please?

    @FitbitSupport If we've already followed the previous support steps to try and sync, before we were aware of the issue (i.e. re-pairing, re-loading the app, etc.) will our historical data repopulate in the app or is it just lost?

    @FitbitSupport reading these replies is making my day. y’all, it’s not life or death. they’ll be back soon. the devs are probably working their asses off to fix it. you don’t need fitbit to tell you to take some deep breaths. which, honestly, most of you should do.

    @FitbitSupport Haha yeah no it doesn't restart. I'm not an idiot, I know how to work my fitbit. I just got a lovely planned obsolescence one apparently 🙃 nothing you can do but replace it, so unless you want help with that I will be purchasing elsewhere cuz I'm not paying $200 for a new one

    @FitbitSupport I have just ordered a Garmin today, I am very disappointed with Fitbit, they cannot help much once the product is out of warranty.
