@fitbit I have tried all the solutions that have been posted on the FitbitCommunity pages on each Charge 3 and nothing works, I have sent my email address to lots of your people and they could/would NOT help, I even sent an email to James your top guy but no reply, Fitbit never again.

@fitbit I bought 3 of these Charge 3s, one for myself and 2 for grandkids, your software update bricked all 3 all with nothing showing on screen now, I have asked you guys numerous times to send out a fix or give the ability to roll back to the working software but your not interested.

@FitbitSupport @FitbitIN @fitbit Didn’t knew earlier before purchasing my charge 3 that the band would’ve give up so quickly. Both the small as well as large band of my charge 3 have broken. With the buckle coming out in the latter’s case. Extremely poor built straps.

Absolutely annoyed with @fitbit. For whatever reason, texts won’t go to to my #fitbit but yet calls and notifications from my other apps will show up 🙄 basically bought a new iPhone to get it to work and still nothing. Get your **** together Fitbit!
