    @FitbitSupport I need help! My fitbit has registered that I took 70,000 steps yesterday and given me the badge for it. I think I did about 2,000 in all honesty. Kind of ruins it when i don't earn the badges myself. How can I reverse this?

    @fitbit After 7 years of Fitbit loyalty, my Charge 4 died a week after warranty expired. A very poor investment and a common problem with Fitbit. I am done with Fitbit. Good luck to new customers.

    @fitbit @Google Hi, Hope the week is going well, I handed off a Versa 2 to a family member and bought a Versa 3. Looked at a Sense, but, bad reviews. So, look, when I buy a $200 device, less than a year after buying a $200 device, don't upsell me. It ruins it.

    @FitbitSupport just about ready to explode. Ionic recall done; ref number received but when I try to access discount code told no ionic linked to a/c. Customer service said reregister but can’t as it no longer syncs as Fitbit have disabled it. Please help me 🤞

    @FitbitSupport does not offer any helpful support either..they keep forwarding to different help links which do not have India specific helpline number. This is happening even when Twitter support is mentioned under the same links but i guess no ownership of issue at Fitbit..

    @FitbitSupport Hi, thanks for your answer; we managed to do it by sending me screenshots of every screen; that’s why the 50 minutes of call. The problem here is how unnatural the process is, it has not been thought from the UX point of view.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport I congratulate you on topping the list of companies providing worst post sale service and also for having the worst customer support. "Personal Opinion". Makes no sense to me in buying your fitbit "sense". Poor performance. No resolution of customer issues.

    @nmHz @fitbit And their customer service is absolutely the worst. I tried reporting an item in their database that had wrong unit calculations, and they reply with “it looks like your device is not fully charged. Please charge it.” That has nothing to do with their app’s database??

    Whatever you do, don’t ever buy a @fitbit watch. Terrible product. I’ve had their watch for about 14 months with 3 or 4 replacements got tired to replace it for the 5th time.
