@IslesFan_Ben @fitbit My Fitbit screen was unresponsive and it took them over a month to send out a replacement. It was a known issue on their forums and they still didn’t fix them. It was a bad batch

@FitbitSupport She is wearing it to the recommendation in the manual - finger width behind the wrist bone - is there a setting to turn down the sensitivity of the button, as when she puts my charge 3 on there are no issues. (And from reading the forums, shirts set them off??)

@fitbit been trying to find a device to sync my dad’s Versa 2 to since 12-25. Not everyone has a smartphone. Your support is not supporting. If app is available for Kindle, Fitbit should sync to @AmazonKindle. Long going problem that needs to be fixed.

@FitbitSupport I am having problems with my farly new Fitbit Alta. Every five days or so it will randomly add 50k steps to my count overnight. It's completely ruined my motivation because I unfairly earned badges thanks to that glitch and upset my wife cause of the same reason.

@FitbitSupport bought Fitbit Versa in July 2019, just within a year observing issue with the device, representative @ customer support mentioned cant be replaced or of any help now.. such disappointing experience, was not expecting from FITBIT.... need to have some solution.
