@fitbit @FitbitSupport product kinda sucks. Went for an hour long run and for 36 mins of that run my Charge 5 failed to register any heart rate. Registered at the beginning and end of run but not the 36 mins in the middle. WTF?

@FitbitSupport whey you sell watches but then don't make a app to work with them. I have a versa2 and no app for the Inn tablet the LG x Ventura or the ZTE Blade Spark. I may as well throw this watch in the trash. Ill never own another fitbit

@FitbitCanada @fitbit The second time I have got fitbit and it magically stops working after year battery issue and when called for help was given $30 so that I can reinvest my money in Fitbit again. Is that so I can contact back after year again to re-invest in 4th one?

So far everything seems to point in the direction of faulty software and bad IT and customer service from @FitbitSupport I bet if someone could figure out how to "unlock" a @fitbit it'd be a fine device.

Another day passed, another day that @fitbit still doesn't work. #FitbitCharge5 is really disappointing so far. No help from @FitbitSupport just a bunch of back and forth emails of having to explain the situation to 5 different agents all giving links to help pages. That's it.

My Fitbit Charge4 is refusing to connect to the app. Have followed all direction, tips, tricks to no avail. Took the angry senseless decision to remove the device from the app in hopes it could be added back. But nope. Error 304. HELP @FitbitSupport

got a @Fitbit Charge 5 today. first impression: awful! complaints on the interwebs about Bluetooth being essentially non-functional seem to be correct! wouldn't buy again, will probably return if it doesn't fix itself with a firmware update... which I can't currently install

11/01 - didn't cycle at the weekend but back in the saddle today and knocked another few seconds off the time (which should have been more but the one road I have to cross was busier than normal). Have also been reminded that my @Fitbit is terrible at tracking heart rates.

Wanted to hop on here and applaud @fitbit and @FitbitSupport … I needed to exchange my watch for a different color and it was SO easy and the customer support rep was so nice. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received.
