@FitbitSupport I went out for a walk and by the time I got back, half of the issue was fixed. Now I just have to convince the app to let me change my email preferences. Fingers crossed!

@nickmcleanuk @fitbit @FitbitUK And they don’t even have anywhere to fix them, so if it breaks you just have to buy a new one. Mine was faulty hardware so completely not my fault, I’m so pissed! Horrible customer service!

@FitbitSupport I literally gave up with fitbit a couple of months ago. Nobody will admit there is an issue connecting to a Hwawei p30lite. There is no point wearing one if I have to delete data to sync. 😤

Today's BS is that my @fitbit is a defective product but because it happened to rear its defective head after 1 year and outside of warranty time period I'm now left with a garbage, dead product and they will only give me a discount towards purchase a brand new one?

@FitbitSupport Thanks, but why all of a sudden has it stopped counting my stairs in the house when I used to get a count for each time going up. I have restarted yesterday and is still not registering today? Would a hard reset help? Tia. Claire

@FitbitSupport hi, I bought my versa 2 around 12 months ago from Amazon and over the past week the heart rate monitor is no longer working. I’ve tried recharging and resetting it and also updating the app, but it’s not working on my wrist. It just freezes on one number all day?

@FitbitSupport I cannot get my Fitbit ionic to charge. I read the troubleshooting article on how to resolve the issue, but nothing is working. I’ve restarted it over and over. I tried cleaning the contact points. I have to go thru this process every time I try to charge it (1/2)

@FitbitSupport Logged out and now can't log back in to the app 🙈 Wish I hadn't logged out, now knowing that was also an issue along with the dashboard for steps/stairs/etc wasn't showing up. Oh, well. (Can't log in to website either)

@FitbitSupport I’ve done all of the trouble shooting tips. I’ve disconnected the sense from the app and reconnected it. It still drains the battery very quickly unless I keep the app closed except when I sync it. The issue with the flights of stairs is another thing…
