    @FitbitSupport Hi, am having trouble with my Versa 2. It stopped working properly yesterday, we have updated and reset it all but still stuck. It will count steps but nothing else I can’t access any of the menu options or select exercise etc 😞

    @FitbitSupport Why can I no longer manually enter the calories burned on my @fitbit app? I can enter the type of cardio, time, length of session but not the amount of calories. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport It was frustrating but my issue was resolved after about 7 hours of the app being non-responsive. I hope this doesn't happen again. I did appreciate the technician who spoke with me on the phone.

    @FitbitSupport And then disappear. Device would buzz every few seconds even though it is securely connected. Even bought a new official charge cable thinking it was the issue. I have to press the charge cable button 3 times to bring the normal screen back.

    @fitbit I'd be surprised if the watch lasts a week based on the garbage products you release. FYI, fitbit products tend to break well before the warranty expires and they refuse to repair or refund them.

    I just got a Pixel Watch that I'm thinking of returning. Why? Because @fitbit never fixed the issue of having more than one watch on their app. I need to disconnect my versa 3 that last 5 days, for a watch that can only last a 1 day on a single charge???

    @FitbitSupport help! My sons versa purchased in March this year will not charge. The cables are fine as my wifes versa, my daughters versa and my sense charge fine. I have cleaned contacts as advised on fitbit help guide. All that happens is connect to charger 0% shows then stops

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit app suddenly needs my notifications on to sync?? Why is this happening? I can't have notifications on because of my job so how do I fix this please? As it's very intrusive. Frustrating enough that it forces you to have your location on when you sync.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the reply. I already tried these and have all services/settings disabled like gps, always on display etc off. Also tried rebooting etc. Should mention that when the issue started, the Fitbit logo would appear on screen when connected to the charger. Would show briefly
