    @FitbitSupport @JHartline11 Same with Fitbit charge 5. The clock faces are all the same poor style and NOT user customisable. Judging by the lack of response for over a year on the official forum, they never will be.

    @FitbitSupport I know how to turn it off. My gripe is the watch is useless for swimming. I don't want a stopwatch I want to see my lengths whilst I am in the pool as with the versa 2. I have had several Fitbits. All poor quality and broke. I only got this one for the swimming 🤬🤬🤬

    What's happening with @fitbit? The app duplicates random items in the food log and is quite slow to use. Looks like @Google has it running on an erroneous #potatoserver and is trying to kill it to push its own products and services.

    @AWPorterfield @fitbit @Meta Exact same experience here. Every time I talk to support they say that my case has been elevated & they’ll get back to me, yet no one does. This has been going on for months. Trying to find a way to get a resolution, but can’t get the help needed. Hope you have better success!

    @FitbitSupport My charge 5 has a black screen and will not sync with my phone. I have followed every single piece of trouble shooting advice I can find and nothing has worked. I only bought it in September. I went to update the device on the 10th because it showed it was the 11th and it's dead.

    @FitbitSupport I have had to replace 3 Fitbit Versa 2 due to corruption on the device. I have come to the conclusion that it maybe when using Bitmoji. I might be wrong but why have 3 of my versa 2s completely shut down? Whilst using Bitmoji? Is it a glitch?

But fitbit is a trash company, all the new device won't last 2 years or even less. But, something you can tried is said that you device is hot, then you have a new
