    @fitbit @Apple please make a seizure setting available on every product! When someone feels a seizure coming they can press a button to time it. After 3 minutes it rings for help, also will track heart rate. Please help save my life!

    @FitbitSupport Hi! I need help with my Fitbit Versa 1. The screen displays nothing. No physical damage. It still vibrates, green light on the back still flashes, still counts steps, phone syncs with it, just screen blank. Have tried hard resets, nothing happens. Help please.

    @FitbitSupport lastnight I was trying to update my Fitbit Versa 2 as I noticed an update available, however now I only see the Fitbit logo on the screen and it now unresponsive. Tried reset and even a factory reset with the same results. Help!!

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit is not working I have not yet even had it for a year. It is not tracking my workouts and it doesn't do the vibration when I hit my goal or to remain me to move each hour. The is my second fitbit and I am seeing a trend that they are only made for a year

    @FitbitSupport had the Charge2, then upgraded to the Sense. The floors is reading like 178 floors a day which is crazy, it might be 12 or 22 tops but the altimeter or something must be off. It was working fine and after couple of weeks, this problem began. Help

    @FitbitSupport I can see on my app there is a update for the Versa, but my device has stopes syncing with my phone so I am also unable to update firmware. I have uninstall and reinstalled the app, I have shutdown the device, I have also reset the device to factory settings.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit is not allowing me to add new exercises to my shortcut. Everytime I go to the app and add new exercises it simply does not sync and deletes the ones I added. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport so last Friday my watch turned completely off at midnight I had to reboot the watch to have it come back on. Then today I was using the bike tracking turned it on before I started my ride and it did not tack at all. Not sure what I need to do to fix my watch.

    @FitbitSupport hi. I’ve received my new replacement Fitbit Senco and the notifications have stopped working. I have tried going into settings and then notifications, but the section won’t open. My phone is receiving notifications but the watch isn’t. Please help😪😪

    @fitbitsupport I removed my Fitbit Versa From my account as I had problems and when I went to reconnect it I have the “unlock with your phone” message. I don’t have a lot of data so tried doing factory reset but it does not work is there any way you can help me please

    @FitbitSupport My dominant hand is set to left for my Inspire HR. Im wearing button facing out. This is how I will continue wear it even though the info reads upside down. Is there a fix or will I just wait until sync to see stats? What’s the trick? #LeftiesAreCustomerToo

    @FitbitSupport and now I see that the syncing is a huge problem for everyone. But info found only on your dm or Twitter or whatever this is. You couldn’t bother to put this info ON THE APP!!! Are you kidding me?
