    Hey @FitbitSupport is there a reason anytime I call for help I get people who don’t give me a second to actually explain the issue? I’ve had various Fitbits for YEARS, and ANY time I’ve used customer support I get people who can’t be bothered to listen. 🙄

    @FitbitSupport like many others, my charge 3 screen is failing. It has black lines through it and can only barely be read with one clockface. I bought it in Sept. 19. Is there a fix for this? I have not been able to find one in the community.

    @FitbitSupport When I fist logged my issue, I had a quick response advising I would recieve a working replacement, I waited over a week only to recieve a Fitbit that doesn't work. I'm currently working from home and unable to call, hence why I'm trying to get results this way.

    @fitbit 2 calls to your team, 2 different ways to reset my fitbit charge 3. the resets are not working and no-one at fitbit seems to be able to help. Its only 7 months old and my second one as this first one was faulty also. can someone get in contact from FITbit to sort

    @FitbitSupport called for a problem with my Ionic and your team sent me an email 2 hours later saying it’s a replacement and no help offered. It’s not a replacement nor have I ever submitted a claim. I’ve had the same device since 2018. This makes it easy to move to Apple. 😡

    @fitbit I have a Versa 2 that I really like, but in the last few days the heart rate portion has stopped working. Is there something I can do to fix that? Everything else works fine on it.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Charge 3 is not recording my flights of stairs since yesterday. It recorded 19 yesterday and I did 85 flights, today it has recorded 1 and I have done 74. What can you do to help me?

    @FitbitSupport Yes, that is the link I am using. I cleared my cache. It still does not work. I want to report a broken band on my son's device. He's only had it since May and this is the second time we have had this experience. Not cool that I can't even report it and get a new one.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I was wondering if you could help, I am trying to add my Charge 2 to my profile but it won't work. Have tried all of the workarounds online. I enter 4 digit code and then get error about ensure tracker is charged and turned on, other trackers near an bluetooth

    @fitbit I just used your tech support and kudos to your team. Although problem is not yet completely fixed, the fact that my watch is not under warranty and they helped me get it fixed was awesome. Tech I spoke with was outstanding (didn't get his name). Thank you

    Help. Does anyone know of a fitness tracker that works without a smartphone? It should allow syncing data only via PC. My Dad bought a high end @Garmin but can't use with his #jitterbug and I can't find anything good that does not need a normal smart phone. #fitness @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport Hi - I just set up my charge 2 again because there was a problem with it not tracking my sleeping. An option came up for a 90 day trial, after which I would be charged, but I was charged today. Could I please ask for a refund?

    Fitbit is probably the WORST customer service. Don't sign up for their services, they will keep charging you and won't refund your money. @FitbitSupport I've been on 3 calls with customer service. They keep sending me in a loop.

    @FitbitSupport hi!! So I’m a nurse and have had my Fitbit Versa for maybe a year or two. I looked down today and noticed that the screen is coming loose at the bottom! It’s flapping open and lifting up, I can see the insides. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport my versatility 3 won’t gain rain a connection. Frankly, it sucks. It has me with no activity for 3 days, the calls/texts don’t come through because the controls option doesn’t sync either. Basically, it’s total garbage. Is this a known issue? 3rd attempt at support
