    @FitbitSupport I have a Charge 4, this was purchased Dec 2020. A few days ago i noticed my battery life reduce from about a week to less than 1 day. I search the forums and it seems others have this issue as well. Response has been, get a new one. Not acceptable.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport I am trying to get support for my defected Fitbit Charge 5 from your customer support without any success. Issues being faced are 1) Battery being discharged within 1-2 hours of fully charging my device 2) Device randomly vibrating for no reason. Help!

    @FitbitSupport @DarenJ66 Good job you didn't buy the Fitbit ionic as you would be waiting on a refund now. then 13 weeks with no refund when you were promised it after 3-6 weeks you wouldn't be saying how good they are. Global company with the worst customer help I have ever known. 15 calls no one helps

    @FitbitSupport No problem in terms of app functionality (though categorisation/filtering by equipment would be helpful). More the complete lifelessness of the sessions e.g. cycling is closer to an audi textbook than being in a spin class. Completely unengaging

    @FitbitSupport Spoke to one of your colleagues. 5 weeks of terrible service, a policy that replaces a brand new faulty watch with a second hand one, and no way of raising a complaint. I give up. Genuinely wish I hadn't bought a Fitbit😔

    6.5 hours later, a large extra charge on my account, and I'm a very unhappy person. 6.5 hours later and I STILL don't have a damn watch ordered. DEFINITELY THE WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE IN A LONG LONG LONG TIME @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    Fun, apparently @ouraring now thinks awake, upright, online shopping, browsing Instagram while feeding the baby is both rem and light sleep. Super helpful for understanding how much sleep I've gotten. Meanwhile @fitbit missed the violent nightmare I had asleep between feeds.

    @FitbitSupport Am having problems with my Sense. Have broken ribs & every arm movement hurts so probably of my own making. Was in sleep mode when doing the press button went into set up wallet. Bluetooth won't recognise on Samsung tablet but still OK on mobile. /2

    @TheYomiKazeem @FitbitSupport @parkjames Literally started blanking the logo. Done all the hard reset. Used android to download another app to reset, nothing. Got through to support yesterday and was stated that all has been done so wait for warranty, warranty team says they can’t help due to etc 🤷🏾 2nd Fitbit in 3years

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit sense has not been starting to count stats when I turn it on and start my walk program. I have to lift and twist my wrist a few times, then I walk with my arm down and it stops again. It isn't even a year old
