@FitbitSupport What issue!!! No issue was mentioned!!! Nor was it any other time you've responded to it over the past few months. It's an automated daily total sent using IFTTT. I've been using it for years!

@kfitzy @FitbitSupport So my flex2 hasn't been syncing and I wrote to Fitbit several times and they said that know of this problem and are looking into it. Today I received an email saying my device is out of warranty so it can't be replaced.

@FitbitSupport My sensors are clearly broken. I'm climbing maybe 10 steps a day, but for the last 50 days it says 200+ daily. I know weather can mess with pressure, and thus steps, but not this much. It's been consistently off. I'm out of warranty, and your policy has been made clear.

I have to tell you @fitbit , I have been using a #fitbit since one came out. Over the years you have become very unreliable. My #sense won’t even hold a connection to sync. Apple Watch in my future per DH. It’s your software, fix it.

@FitbitSupport Is NOT a satellite problem - the photo next to it is from a device that was also on my Wrist at the same time... So the Satellite was not the Problem... I have proof they were working properly... BTW I worked w Location Based Services a big chunk of my career... no BS please

@fitbit used to have amazing customer service if an issue was happening with your device but boy has that changed. Wasting hours of my time weekly with their customer service because my device is having issues and not resolution is getting really frustrating. 😒😒
