    @FitbitSupport Versa 3, 8 months old, suddenly froze. Managed to reset it. The back and front became very hot. Let it cool down. Battery had gone from 68% to zero. Charged for 30 minutes, watch was hot to touch again. Only up to 12% and minutes later back to zero.

    @FitbitSupport looking forward to getting support on issues with fitbit versa.!!!! Doesnt work after wearing in swimming pool, which is supposed to be waterproof in nature and has a feature to track swimming as workout..!! Faced same problem twice.

    @FitbitSupport I've already taken all these steps and the issue could not be sorted out and it was told that the latest patch update for the app will sort the issue out! Eagerly waiting for the same for almost a month now!

    @FitbitSupport I have a Sense and the spo2 app is installed. The health metrics tile says that it's not installed and it doesn't show me any data. I was on chat with tech support last night for an hour and nothing is resolved. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport there is a frequent issue that numbers on my Sense and app are different. Specially about active hours. Mostly in case if I completed goal after reminder to move. Even after relaunch of the app, numbers in an app are not app to date and may miss 2-3 active hours.

    A few hours back from #Fitbit Charge 4 to my old Samsung Fit2 and it has already proved how superior Samsung's piece is. After a second and a third chance, @fitbit NEVER MORE. It's nothing more than garbage with terrible support @FitbitSupport

    Congratulations @fitbit @FitbitSupport the Charge 4 is so bad it has made me stop being a customer. Started with original clip on one and all Charge. Gave up and bought and @Apple watch.

    @TataCLiQ @fitbit Bought Fitbit versa 3 Tata Cliq id 113597280, syncing issues with Fitbit app. Trying for 3 days to return and get refund, but Tata Cliq has numerous conditions(not mentioned earlier). Not getting resolution from Tata Cliq, disappointed☹Can anyone help me.

    Incredible... @FitbitSupport @fitbit a few weeks with my Charge 4 and it's is already stressing me. Sleep Tracking and Stress Management functions can't work together... I never had such bas experience with one company's products such #fitbit No solution proposed. Sell this ****.

    @fitbit my pay feature on my sense is not working. When attempting to pay, everything seems to work fine, but then the card machine says payment could not be competed. Same problem with 2 different cards in 2 different stores. Please advise
