    Bought fitbit charge 5, 4 days back. Money got deducted and did not receive a order confirmation. Running after them for ages.Thats what I call customer satisfaction. Let the customer be confused. Worst experience I had with fitbit. @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport my charge3 won't come back on, it vibrates when I press the button and is counting steps and syncing but no screen. I've tried all the reset methods and nothing works. Help please. TIA

    @FitbitSupport Hi. The problem is not the band. The problem is the piece of plastic that the band attaches to. I followed the link you provided and it was for a band replacement which i don’t need AND it sent me into a never ending loop where i couldnt file a claim. Do you have a betyer link?

    not DHL ******* up **** and me not receiving my fitbit band replacement. so they send it back and now i have to wait even longer for my replacement, if they even want to send it my way again 😭 @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport I bought a Versa 3 in sept & am having a major problem with it causing a welt & rash the size of the back on my wrist. I have switched wrists, bought a loose band (that used the catch on the watch , & finally, an elastic band. Nothing is making a difference HELP!!

    Seems I’ll be changing from @fitbit @FitbitSupport to Apple Watch after less than a year. Versa 2 has a white line going down the screen & checking on the community forum it’s a common problem. I thought this would be durable but again, proven wrong. You were right @chevixter.

    @FitbitSupport how do I request a return please? Your website just takes you round in circles. I’ve reported a fault with my new Fitbit via chat that they couldn’t fix with troubleshooting. I asked to repair or return and they still haven’t responded days later. Poor service

    Can't lie the @fitbit Charge 5 is trash. It's battery doesn't hold up and it isn't as responsive to touch. It's stats haven't improved. It might be time to switch to @whoop

    @fitbit your customer service is really terrible. I would not recommend anyone to buy any of your products again. I just hope that @Apple creates a watch that has a battery that can stay for 5 days. I will make the switch immediately

    @fadeaccompli @fitbit That's generally the way things go these days. They used to have little quick start guides with those links, either printed out or in a QR code. You have to make it easier for the user to find what they need - google it is a terrible strategy.

    My @fitbit Charge 5 fell apart after 2 weeks. After five days on the Twitter support line I am still trying to wring a returns address for Germany out of them. Worst customer care ever
