    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit has stopped recording my heart rate accurately during workouts. I've tried restarting, re connecting to bluetooth etc but still doesn't work! Please help :)

    @FitbitSupport how do I cancel my premium subscription. The email you guys sent has no link for cancellation. Please help. In Google subscription it doesn't show up. Why is it so hard.

    @FitbitSupport @tideylouise Mine does the very same thing! I’m on the treadmill at 150 to 160 bpm, and it all of a sudden drops it down to 95 bpm. So many in their “community room” experiencing the same thing. I’ve done ALL of the troubleshooting they recommend, but still can’t resolve my problem.

    @FitbitSupport It stopped working as soon as I downloaded the update. The location/temp/how I workout hasn't change at all. One day, it worked and the very next in the very same situation, it did not. It's all over the help forum with others with the exact same issue.

    @Officaljatman @FitbitSupport I have the same problem since getting the updated OS. The HR will track for about 10-15 mins of a workout and then tell me it’s about 80 or lower. No issues with this until I just updated the OS.

    @FitbitSupport I've tried everything that has been suggested and troubleshooting tips online. Spent 30 minutes in chat and went to the app and see there are many people having trouble with the watches. I'm about ready to throw it away. It's become a piece of junk. So disappointing

    @FitbitSupport Suddenly cannot sync with iPhone. Was working. Owned for less than 1 month. Does show accurate battery status and some data, but no sleep data. From watch says cannot find phone. Does not sync sleep data. Help!

    @FitbitSupport I have tried to pair my charge2 to my new iPhone 12 and it won’t work. I’ve tried deleting the app, resetting my charge2, turning Bluetooth on/off but nothing. Help!

    @FitbitSupport Read your community pages and you will see plenty of others with the same or worse syncing issues. So answer the question when are you applying a fix to the fault on your app as was told by a colleague of yours.

    @FitbitSupport Funny you can check and point out it can sync when I've pointed out how I can get it to work but not admitted that others face same issue cos of your flawed update. So yes it's defective for sure. No doubt about it.

    @FitbitSupport Buuuut when are you going to fix the heart rate issue? I know it's a known issue all over the help forum but don't see a fix coming? I know my heart rate is not "below zone" 30+ minutes into a spin class... Have done all the suggestions in the forum - HR still wrong.

    @FitbitSupport my stats say I didn’t walk 250 steps between 8&9am but also that I got 12 minutes of brisk walking in that same period because I was out walking. How can I fix it? Can YOU fix it.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit charge 3 screen is too dark to read. I’ve rebooted the device numerous times and it’s still to dark to read. I can’t check settings, brightness, or sleep mode because it’s too dark to read. Help please.

    @FitbitSupport my versa is not working properly. My HR and active mins are hugely elevated. Tried all the re-sets. Purchased Oct 2019 so still in warranty (purchased U.K.) but I now live in Canada. Can you please advise how I can get a replacement. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport My New Inspire 2 doesn’t drops the bps constantly! On the treadmill, I’m at 155-160 bpm, and then all of a sudden it drops down to 95 or 100 bpm -and stays there (while my heart’s coming out of my chest!!). I’ve tried EVERY fix recommended in the community chat!

    Maybe now that @Google owns @fitbit I should start reaching out to them for tech support. Because I can assure you my HR is not 105 when I'm 30 minutes into a spin class and just did a 75 second sprint 🙃 and fitbit isn't going to fix it...
