@FitbitSupport my 10 month old Inspire 2 has stopped auto-recognizing my runs. It was recognizing my runs and recording them as exercise automatically to my app all the way up until a few days ago. What is going on and please help me rectify this issue.

@FitbitSupport it's so bad, I connected Luxe to my Xperia 5 II successfully but then the firmware update constantly disconnects. Awful product!
@WhatMikeTweets @FitbitSupport Same problem do you know they have known about this for year they are on public forum. As such selling them knowing about the issue under the consumer act is unlawful as not fit for purpose and you can issue a summons on line easily for £30 or so and get all your money back
@FitbitSupport I am aware of this I informed you its out of warranty. My point is the issue was highlighted prior to you before i bought the device, it has been replaced once. It is and was not fit for purpose please send an address for civil summons
@fitbit Will not stand behind a product the admit does not work as advertised. My watch does not take an accurate heart rate and the @fitbit response is "this is a known problem but there is nothing we can do". I suggested they refund my money or give me a product that works.
@FitbitSupport When is the iOS Fitbit app getting an update to fix sync issues with the new Charge 5? This has been a big issue since I bought the new one compared to the Charge 4 which synced flawlessly!! Almost wish I hadn’t upgraded.

@FitbitSupport Yes I saw your message. I think people need to know about this little game you play about returns and replacement. If I had known that within 45 days I could've returned I would have. Instead I took the replacement, only to find out it's refurbished! More garbage!
@fitbit I would like to let you know that your Fitbit Charge 5 is absolute garbage, along with your customer service! I will never again waste my time on your crap product that cannot update out of the box. Three devices (once having a best but rep watch) all fail!

@FitbitSupport A new product lasts four months , and you are " striving to improve" really ? I'm exporting my data from the app into Google fit and will be buying an Android device , it's a right pain but worth it to move away from poor devices such as fitbits

@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport ordered a new Charge5 for my sister in the UK on10/08. On the 3rd day of using it, it dies completely. Tech support sending slow responses asking her to try out things. I am embarrassed my gift turned into a headache for her.
@FitbitSupport the button on the back of my watch is very loose and my strap keeps releasing without it being pushed in. I've tried different straps and it still falls off. Can you help please. I've had the watch less than a year!
@FitbitSupport She has tried everything and i can see from the forums this was a massive problem prior to he buying the item meaning under the consumer act it is not fit for purpose. What good is a fitbit with no screen and its the second one!!
@FitbitSupport I have had my fitbit inspire since christmas 2020 and the plastic connector on the watch face that the strap connects to has broken so the strap will not connect making the watch unwearable, what can be done about this please ?
Has anyone else ever had their #fitbit be 1 to 2 minutes behind? Even when you resync and #connect it to the app and it syncs fine? But problem doesn't correct itself? @fitbit @FitbitSupport

@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport @fitbit any reason my Fitbit versa lite has decided to stop syncing all together after a week of the clock slowing down and being over an hour behind all the time? I have re and un installed the app and factory reset the watch and it’s still not working
@fitbit why does my Sense keep shutting down? It’s fully charged. I’ve done a factory reset also. Crazy to pay this much for a device that does not work properly.

@FitbitSupport On my 2nd Charge 5, won’t connect or sync. Same prob with both. This is ridiculous. Support no help, just want to send me warranty info. Just want product that works.
@FitbitSupport I did. You told me to do something I explicitly said had already been attempted and when I pushed further you just offered a replacement (that would take several week shipping time) and claimed no knowledge of this issue despite threads on your own forum talking about it.
@FitbitSupport Hi support bot please read my messages it was returned and found to be defective. this was more than two years ago. I upgraded to a Samsung watch which has out lived the Fitbit buy a year and a half so far. fix your screens thanks (minimum hardware life times > three years)
