@FitbitSupport Great cause there are posts all over Twitter from you asking people to DM you the model and OS so you can resolve the issue. It’s not our job to do that! I already wasted hours of my time trying to troubleshoot and then calling Fitbit support. I really hope you resolve this.

@FitbitSupport @purplepenny3000 You still continue to help customers resolve issues???? Fitbit is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. The quality and guarantee are an absolute joke. I hope potential customers look at this page before buying. I finally wised up and bought an Apple Watch.

@FitbitSupport - my Charge 2 display no longer works, please help. It is fully charged, green lights still work, and still syncs to my app. I also restarted it...no luck. Are you able to help?

@FitbitSupport @411Regan Fitbit ALL of your customers are having the same issue across the board! Your support told me Friday that Fitbit is no longer supporting Strava and basically told me “oh well.” Don’t give us the run around with troubleshooting to no avail!

@Jason @fitbit I’ve had the same problem with Fitbit, they don’t last longer than a year or so. And the iWatch requires so much clicking and scrolling for everything.

@FitbitSupport No the app won’t launch at all, and the gps isn’t active. I’ve tried restarting it didn’t help. I’ve read only factory reset has solved this for other users...I’m not keen on that option.

@FitbitSupport How am I supposed to screenshot an issue that's happening on my Versa 3? It doesn't have that technology. The microphone was working fine. It was showing what I was saying, just couldn't interface with my Google Home. 2 hours after my initial post it started working fine tho.
