@FitbitSupport Ever since the most recent update the Fitbit app will not sync to my Charge 4. Tried everything even resetting the whole phone. Even removed the charge from the appl and tried re-registering it. It says "found" the displays the "have a problem?" screen.

@FitbitSupport my charge 4 is only 3 months old and now will not sync. For the last 2 days I have done everything that Fitbit suggests one does, several times. It also doesn't respond to flicking my wrist for clock. I've really enjoyed my Fitbit experience to date. Please help.

@FitbitSupport I am being told on DM that you do not have any service Center in India. I have tried all this trouble shooting earlier too and Fitbit is effectively telling me to throw out the device. I am regretting buying a Fitbit.

@FitbitSupport Tried everything I learned from the previous time it happened with my charge 2. Now after restarting everything it sees an unpaired charge 4, starts the init and goes from "found it" to "not working, try again?"

So I think this last update from @fitbit is the problem and I refuse to do a factory reset on my phone/watch because of it. If multiple people are failing to sync/pair their devices, it is not our fault.

@Jillian05941957 @fitbit That's bad. Thousands of people having the same issue. U should check out the reviews on Google play. They r down to 3.7 from 4.1 in 2 days. It's really bad. I just don't get why they can't just apologise and sort it. I've spent a whole day off trying to fix their mistake

@FitbitSupport im looking for help and advise. so this morning after an update through my Android app I was told I needed to update my tracker through my app I've been trying to do this all day do Wi-Fi through Bluetooth sensor update my Fitbit Versa has unpaired and not updated.
