    @FitbitSupport Is the Charge 4's BlueTooth garbage, or did I just get "lucky" with the one I bought a couple weeks ago? Constantly having to redo the setup just to get it to go back to syncing to my app REALLY sucks.

    @FitbitSupport I have sent a number emails about a problem with my charge 3 Fitbit. On 17th Nov I spoke with an agent who reset it. He advised me that a software update would issue in a couple of weeks. The issue is that my sleep is not syncing in the morning.

    Extremely disappointing service from @FitbitSupport have now contacted you over 4 times about my broken Fitbit which I send back to yourselves. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for the replacement which was only supposed to take 10 days & also promised emails non received.

    @padzor @fitbit So they released an update, that trashed the battery, the suggested battery fix broke the Fitbit and they just shrugged? I'd be annoyed too.

    @FitbitSupport Sorry this reply does not help me! I guess you are saying put this down to experience! Your biggest competitor at least have a full repair network such a shame Fitbit will not stand behind their products!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport the second one couldn’t fix the problem either. How do I return or get a refund for this piece of junk? Really fed up with the product. I should have never left my @Samsung It was heavy , but reliable. Do not waste your money on fit bit folks.

    @FitbitSupport is there something wrong with the (EU) site? I’ve tried making a purchase for the last couple of hours but I can’t get past filling out my address. I’ve tried different browsers & both my phone and laptop. Same problem everywhere. It loads for a sec, then nothing.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit has stopped tracking my HR accurately, no matter how intense the workout my HR doesn’t move above 100 when it usually hits 170. I’ve followed all steps to try and fix this issue including wearing tighter, restarting ect all without success, please help

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Your website crashes every time I try to purchase, and your support staff say “Try again later” with no attempts to resolve. Sort it out, mate. A tech company with broken tech isn’t a great look

    So, last night my @fitbit ionic died during a factory reset, to clear up the battery drain issue which had plagued it since the recent update. Contacted support, but got "nothing we can do. here have a discount code." but dscnt only on lesser devices. Actually annoyed now.
