    @FitbitSupport @fitbit gave me an offer in the app for premium that Said that i was going to get free months. I used the offer but they charged me immediatly. Now they tell me they cant help me with a refund! full scam company. Dont take sny offers from fitbit!

    @fitbit #versa3 @FitbitSupport hasn't been a good experience owning this product. Battery suddenly drains without reason. Device freezes for no apparent reason. Often won't charge when connected to magnetic charger. Unresponsive. Gallery contains poor user created software

    My son has @fitbit ace 3 and after you setting a countdown or a timer, once you leave that screen and go back to it, it resets and the timer has been cancelled? Can you help? You should be able to check other things while a timer has been set and go back to it? @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit thanks for confirming through DM that fitbits don’t work with AirPods. Why is this information not displayed clearly? I would not have bought my Versa 2 if I was aware of this. Poor and misleading advertising.

    @fitbit POOR SERVICE. Fitbit ionic recalled as dangerous. Registered for refund and product to be disabled on 05/06/2022. Radio silence from company since and they have not disbled my device. These have been burning people through overheating. Scared to wear / out of pocket!

    definitely switching from Fitbit to another watch after this go of it bc @FitbitSupport is garbage. emailed them with my case number and everything for a replacement and still havent heard back in a week. complete nonsense

    @FitbitSupport I still haven’t had my ionic refund and it’s been well over 6 weeks since 2nd May when you sent confirmation and email stating 3-6 weeks for refund!!! WHEN IS IT BEING REFUNDED SHOCKING SERVICE AS USUAL … and yes I’ve called your ‘helpline’ two times zero help!

    @FitbitSupport @PRawcliffe I dont want to get deezer and pandora sucks. All my music is on spotify and I havent bought a fitbit smartwatch because of the lack of spotify offline. You guys made and deel with deezer and pandora and said screw your actual customers choices.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport is 7 months the normal life of the Versa 3? I got my flex in 2012, my charge 2 in 2018, my versa in 2019, and each one is still working. I bought my versa 3 Apr. 2021, it stopped working in nov2021 and support replaced it, and now it's not working again.
