    @FitbitSupport having problem with my new aspire 2. Heart rate was working in real time and stopped. Have been to settings and checked it’s on but despite update and then sync not showing in app.

    @FitbitSupport been having issues with my Versa 2 not detecting my heart rate. It has been more than 2 weeks now and am quite frustrated that I can’t find an answer in the communities and can’t seem to get my device to work properly as it should. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport Haven't been able to sync my Fitbit since November 5th. Many people have been told it's an issue with their phone. Seems like it's an issue with the Android 11 update. When will there be a fix for this on your end?

    @FitbitSupport Hi, since I've hard reset my Fitbit Sense watch, it seems like the ECG is not working as it should. I get inconclusive results. I've read that some watches had to be exchanged because of this. How can I verify this? Thanks in advance!

    @FitbitSupport Got a versa 3 - unable to synch with iPhone. Have updated the iOS, the phone cannot find the watch. Have tried other devices, same issue.

    @FitbitSupport Got a Versa lite for Christmas. Just keeps switching off. It's fully charged and I've held the button in for 10 seconds as recommended. Still dead. Help please

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit alta isnt syncing unless charging, and the screen wont respond to being tapped when not charging. It syncs fine when on charge, and doesnt look like a battery issue. Running v 21.21.40.2 of device and phone is android 10. Any ideas?

    @FitbitSupport I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 since August 2019, but now there are white lines down the screen making it impossible to see anything displayed. already checked replies from other people on fitbit community and done as advised- changed clockface, rebooted. No change

    @FitbitSupport is miss-named! They do not support buyers of #Fitbit probably because they know it is a **** product and fails constantly! Contacted them yesterday via direct message and they can't even be bothered to respond!

    Tough going for a run in the cold today. Glad I got it done though, need to burn off the food and alcohol. Shame @fitbit keeps dropping GPS mid run, wonder when the fix is going to be out for charge 4? @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Hi! For the last couple of days I’ve been having major difficulties with my Versa Lite. Many times it’s just simply stop working. I manage to reset it to factory set ups twice and it seemed to work fine afterwarks both times but the same problem keeps on happening.

    Just had an infinite boot loop on my @fitbit Versa 2. I couldn't get the device to remain up long enough to get to the settings on the device for a Factory reset after pin unlocking. Only after I removed the watch from the app did it remain stable. This suggests a sync issue.

    @FitbitSupport This link shows error but i am sure its a technical and manufacturimg fault. The strap of one side moves out quite frequently and it does not hold. I have not been using the device frequently particularly since last one year due to covid and hence reporting this issue now

    Huge bummer to get @fitbit Premium and then boom, my Alta HR no longer is able to connect to my Pixel 3A and I can't actually *use* my Fitbit 😒 apparently it's a knownOS system problem. I hope it gets resolved soon.

    @FitbitSupport I have a Fitbit Versa and have been experiencing problems with syncing with my phone from the moment I bought it. I thought the last software update had resolved the issue, but it still will not sync. Very disappointed.

    Terrible customer service @fitbit I ordered a Charge 4 on 11/29 as a Xmas gift but It never arrived. Tracking says it was never delivered to USPS. I called your Customer Service 3 times and told this is MY problem and I have to deal with USPS. All I want is a refund.
