    .@fitbit we've been asking for 2fa for years now. There's accounts constantly being hacked. Exporting personal data (doesn't this put you in legal trouble?). Your documentation site says how to turn on 2fa and the feature is nowhere to be found on the android app. What gives?

    @FitbitSupport my versa 3 won't sync to the app on my android phone. I've done everything (more than once) on your troubleshooting page for non-syncing devices, but nothing is working. It randomly stopped syncing yesterday morning. Help!

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 4 seems to be stuck on v1.94.13. I can't use the settings app on the watch (it freezes & reboots), and the screen is so dim I can't see it most of the time. Phone and app are updated. I'd like to use my watch but can't because it's so dim. Help?

    @FitbitSupport This is not working either. When I try to connect my Versa 2 through the app it asks me to put in the 4 digit code displaying on the watch but my watch only shows "unlock with your phone" in red!

    @FitbitSupport I have flex 2 ! after the recent update ; the sleeping data freeze . The overall use of flex2 slowed down!

    @FitbitSupport Not this year. I’m anticipating the issue which seems to happen every time the clocks change, not specific to me. I had an exchange of several DMs on Nov 1, no ticket number. I was advised to do all the usual things, but the only thing that fixed it was waiting for Monday.

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit has stopped syncing. Even the clock is showing 2.5 hours off on the time. I've tried turning on and off phone, fitbit, Bluetooth. I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling the app. Unpaired and tried to pair. Nothing is working. Help! I miss my info!

    @FitbitSupport I am still having trouble with my Fitbit syncing sleep and steps. I have turned it off, recharged the battery for several days, reset it, etc. I don’t know what to do. I have an Alta HR and I think that update isn’t working for it at all. Up until last month I had no problems!

    @FitbitSupport Are you not hearing me? I don’t care about any of the location tracking services of your app! That’s why I clicked “No thanks” at least a thousand times. Your app is violating @AppStore’s review guidelines. Fix it!

    @fitbit @SamHarrisOrg Disappointed with fitbit promoting Deepak Chopra via the app. He's a charlatan promoting "quantum healing" and alternative medicine and has been widely discredited by the scientific community. He only seeks to monetize his business. A very poor choice.
