    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame On ps5 and ps4 I can only play the game for about 10 mins then get an error that makes u restart everything. Have deleted the game and redownloaded it but nothing works. Same thing is also happening for my friends on PlayStation.

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame It’s now February 1st and still no updates on anything. Everyone’s perks and badges are gone and it looks like nothing is being done about it. Also if a host decides to leave the game it should automatically add a new host.. NOT END THE GAME ENTIRELY! FIX THIS PLS!

    @Yer_Maws_Da @Friday13thGame @GunMediaSupport just that the game would still be the game is still available to play online through peer-to-peer matchmaking. and haven't had a issue getting into a match when i played it

    @Friday13thGame Yeah hey. My nephew logged into the game and saw he was at lvl 1. He was at lvl 150. I looked it up in case it was a glitch but there seems to be a ton of people having the same experience but only on the PlayStation. Is there something we can do?

    @fearthegun @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame I'm reaching out again. Since the Dec.30th/22 issue, I can't access my DLC, all my Jasons and counselors. And the worst is losing my Level 150!! I'll be a 6-year player this coming May. 2391 hours of gameplay, and this is how it ends?

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame Worst video game connection ever!! I lost my level and was dropped to Level 1. Everything I earned is gone. You guys need to seriously fix this, I’m sure nobody paid for this game to be ripped off, and waste time regaining awards we’ve already earned!

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame I have Been having the same issues From before When the issue got fixed but after some rounds my game didnt work and when i restarted my game and Did other Multiple things trying to fix my game It Still didnt work And i Reseted my Pc But it doesnt work Please help?     @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame Yup. Logged on today to discover to my surprise the “database error” message was gone. Moments later, was horrified to see I’d lost all my game progress, and can’t even play the characters I’ve been working on. Can you give us back our progress, please?

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame My Friday database login fail has been fixed, although it now says that I'm level 1 and I was previously level 56 I have no perks but yet my clothes have saved and so has my Jason skins

    @Friday13thGame It keeps taking back to level 1 This the second time I was at 140, then I went to level 1 start fresh from rank up to 22 then I’m back to level 1. What’s going on Friday the 13th. Please fix’s this . So annoying I can’t enjoy the game.
