    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame Worst video game connection ever!! I lost my level and was dropped to Level 1. Everything I earned is gone. You guys need to seriously fix this, I’m sure nobody paid for this game to be ripped off, and waste time regaining awards we’ve already earned!

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame Friday the 13th has reverted me back to level 1. I was level 150 and unlocked everything. Now everything has been erased like I’ve never even played the game. Really hoping y’all can fix this and get all the stuff I unlocked back.

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame Still can't login and when I was able to login, my level was reset. What ********? I have gotten no response from your customer support either. Piece of **** customer service you pos have. I want my money back if I can't play the ******* game I purchased.

    @KimSBC @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame That's the problem when you have online, multiplayer-only games. If anything goes wrong with the developer, suddenly players' progress gets lost and any bugs don't get patched.

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame On ps5 and ps4 I can only play the game for about 10 mins then get an error that makes u restart everything. Have deleted the game and redownloaded it but nothing works. Same thing is also happening for my friends on PlayStation.
