@XboxSupport @GearsofWar My boots stop working, I had 6 days remaining and after completing a 1-50 waves on master difficulty, it gave the right amount of xp but then majority of the xp that I got went missing after I went back to xbox home and back into gear 5. My boots is still not working on any mode.

@CoalitionGears - Since few days my 100 days XP boost I bought last month doesn't work. Why this happens? I payed for 3 month boost (and I still have 69 days to use it). Why do your things always have a lot of problems?

@GearsofWar I’ve sent 3 tickets in the past 2 months about a re-up issue I’m having and I’ve had no response, I keep getting told to send a ticket to the support team but nothing happens. And on top of that we have other players not getting exp when they should be. Smh.
