    @googlenesthelp You have the absolute WORST customer service. I have been trying for weeks to get you to warrantee my faulty nest thermostat, and keep hearing someone will be emailing me in 24 hours. It literally NEVER happens. You've agreed to warrantee it, now deal with it!!

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp - recommend everyone avoid ordering Nest cameras. they’ve ghosted me for 2 months after sending me the wrong replacement camera claiming an engineering and/or order management issue in their system.

    @googlenesthelp He asked me to email him new RMA number. I sent him the two (!) I received yesterday. Have not yet received the replacement confirmation email, nor any other sign of life. Usual pattern. So now down to 7th case number and 4th RMA number for same defective device replacement.

    @BOBMCD1 @googlenest Same here. In Dublin. It’s been giving me an error message related to Apple Music not being enabled (irrelevant) and then “2fm from tunein” not found. It used to work with a simple, “play 2fm” then it worked with “play RTÉ 2fm from tunein” but now it’s unavailable. Very annoying

    @googlenesthelp hi. Change of WiFi and now I can't get either of my nest or mini to connect.. I get unable to communicate error. Can you advise? I've tried your trouble shooting but still no luck.

    @googlenest @gmail Yup(@gmail). Requests to turn on /off lights (hue & non), plugs, on the hubs it seems to pick up the command but says I can’t help with that or power controls aren’t supported repeated tries of exact same commands eventually work. Household members get told can’t voice match rnd

    @googlenest Been the case since day 1, got two cameras but the rear garden one drops out constantly as its on the edge of the WiFi. Boosters don't help.

    @nik_henderson @googlenest Hi Nikola, we have checked with our technical team and they have advised that the plumber is correct, unfortunately this model boiler is only compatible with the timer it was manufactured with. If you need any more help please let us know. EM

    @googlenest no, I've set it up before. my nest mini is in my room and the router is downstairs but when I had it set up previously there was no problem. also, i switched network providers recently. i don't know if that has a hand in why I'm getting this error?

    @googlenest It is fairly close to the router... I've tried resetting it. Still get the connection error.. The mini is upstairs and is also getting the same error.

    @googlenest @DreadWingKnight I have the same problem - it won't set a timer any more. "I think you want to set a timer, is that right?" "I don't understand."
