    @googlenest Still trying to use this gift. The camera keeps disconnecting from wifi 7-10x/day. Tried chat support, no help. Any ideas?

    So we spent the 3+ hrs to move 18 @googlenest devices to another home structure. Besides deleting my recording history, it deleted my activity zones & lost association to Nest Aware for new recordings. Oh and now gives false alarms on notifications. @googlenesthelp is the worst

    @googlenest can you please let us schedule the monthly sound check on the same date and same time every month? Your block of hours to have it happen is the worst. No matter what I choose, you wake my baby up from her nap. Why can't I just say at noon on the 5th of every month?

    Our poor @googlenest Nest Guard stopped connecting to WiFi at the start of April. We contacted support on Apr 17 and the debugging steps bricked it entirely. Now we've been waiting to hear back from a senior support rep... and nothing after they asked for our serial number.

    Over a year later and @googlenest is still broken on Android TV and the new @Chromecast with Google TV. Pathetic. Would have never migrated accounts had this been a warning up front.

    Omg again with @googlenest and the offline smart lock I am so disappointed with the fact that after almost 2 years with minor issues it is having disconnects a few times a day and not syncing with the app anymore.

    I can’t seem to find any straight answers online - I had trouble using @googlenest Wifi (the old G-WiFi’s) with sky, but for complicated reasons will soon be moving to BT FTTP. Will Google wifi work with BT? They’ve been gathering dust!

    I only tweet when there is something very important that I think everyone should know. Don’t buy @googlenest I did. It broke and now they want to charge me $200 for a new one. They also may have told me I was fat and that they didn’t like ‘Poor Decisions’ on @PrimeVideo

    @googlenest @Google You should have a feature where touch screen can be disabled so you don’t click stuff while you’re wiping down the screen. I have to unplug the nest hub when I’m cleaning my house. Same with the speakers I wipe the minis with a dry rag and it goes bananas

    @googlenesthelp This started happening out on nowhere 20 minutes ago and I didn’t have anything connected to it through Bluetooth or asked it to play any music in a few days. This is the only nest mini in my house so I assume that this is an isolated issue.

    @KrissyCabbage CUSTOMERS SHOULD START A CLASS ACTION AGAINST @googlenest @madebygoogle FOR THE ISSUES WITH 13099.118.19 FIRMWARE! INVESTED IN 8 EXPENSIVE WIFI POINTS, THEY CRASH DOZENS OF TIMES A DAY, INTERNET CRASHES, NO ANSWERS. NO RESPONSE, NO HELP FROM THEM. CLASS ACTION RECQUIRED.

    @googlenesthelp I lost the ability to find wifi on my Nest thermostat. I tried a reset with the same result. Left it off the wall for a few days and plugged it back in with the same result.. Help@
