    :54 min and counting with @googlenest to solve an issue I’m having with nest thermostat. It’s clearly defective as my other Nest thermal from downstairs works on this base. Ffs, just overnight me a new one and call it a day.

    @googlenesthelp I have a Nest Detect that's draining batteries *way* faster than the others. Is there any way to fix this? 3 new energizer lithium batteries in addition to original since late 06/22. Other Detects still on original batt. Restarted & Factory reset many times.

    @googlenest on the phone two hours and technicians cannot assist with a thermostat APP issue. Very frustrating!

    @000_Mike_000 @googlenest I think it's probably far more wide spread than reported but many people haven't even realized it's an issue. No idea why it would be certain people only though, it's super strange

    @googlenesthelp The website is responding better today, this is the page where you can view camera feeds and navigate to earlier times and such... It was absolutely not working on that day.

    @googlenesthelp When it has a fresh battery, we get the door open notifications; then when it drains the battery we get a "nest detect offline" notification. No LEDs on currently, but all worked as expected when I did the "check setup" after replacing the battery.

    The music alarm function on @googlenest sucks so hard. You want Google to play your favorite songs? No problem. You want to set your favorite song as an alarm for tomorrow? Impossible

    @000_Mike_000 @googlenest Nest wifi pro? It's such a damn shame that on their own support forum, all they've been saying for over a year is that they're aware but they're not actually doing anything to fix it. Gonna send this straight back it seems as there's no fix for it
