    @rdbrockbank @googlenesthelp I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago. Possibly an update broke them and only way to resolve was to delete them and set up from scratch. A complete pain but all working again.

    @googlenesthelp saw Nest app video using cell data (not wifi) after migration and it was pixelated. I found others had this problem as well, some said the issue was fixed in a previous Nest app release, but as of 4/4/2021 the current release has not resolved it for the S9.

    Hey @googlenest @googlenesthelp my Nest Yale lock keeps going offline and I’ve tried it all to keep it online.. the connect is like 10-15 feet away from modem/router and about 6 feet away from the lock. Connect has a clear line of site to both devices, no walls.. help?

    After an hour long chat with @googlenest CS they left me with two options for my defective product under “warranty” for W5 error 1) Sign up for @GooglePay and put a hold for the replacement or 2) Live w/ no thermostat until they send me one... #badservice #nomorenest

    @fedor @googlenest That's a clever idea. Some wifi enabled unit or router that you can bring that will securely store your login for various services without having to log in and out. Connect to wifi and it serves the login to same network. Has to exist already....

    @googlenest why would cold air blow out when it’s supposed to be heating 5 degrees. But why in the first place would it let it get down that low when it’s set at 70!?!?

    @googlenesthelp Can you make it supported, you're literally Google! Trying to manage 600+ photos on the app is literally terrible, it loads the images so slow, if it's assigned the wrong person to a familiar person taking them out is the worst experience.

    Good morning to everyone who has a decent AC system and a warning: do not get a @googlenest I have factory reset this stupid nest 3 times this morning and it continues to blow out cold air while set on heat. 66 and going down while set at 70

    @googlenesthelp can you add a dial pad on nest hub to use it a home phone and give put those touch screens to use. Also give it options to add contacts or have a separate phone book for family to use. That would be some hot ****..@Google

    @googlenest Home Max randomly disconnecting from wifi is known issue. What's worse is how frustratingly ineffective the Google support is. My case no: GHT3 31370. No way to get phone support, trying to talk to a mgr. I have 7 Google smart devices + Pixel 3a. That count at all?

    @googlenesthelp 3 of my 5 smoke alarms are offline and won’t even start Wi-fi setup. No changes to my network recently and they’ve all been fine for months until now. Any ideas?

    Omg I hate @googlenest! We had cameras installed by a pro and now we learn that to add it to my Nest account I need to actually unmount them? WTF Nest! I really wish Apple made security cameras and doorbells so that I don’t have to deal with user unfriendly Google
