    @googlenesthelp Ok so that's my problem. I need to download stuff that's not an event which the new nest can't do. Looks like I'll have to look for an alternative brand of camera.

    @googlenesthelp Two days ago and out of the blue. Restarted the thermostat. It still cannot see ANY networks and my phone can see all of them. Restarted router anyway. Didn’t help. Thought about doing a full reset but did not.

    I will never trust #Google ever again. I'll be also slowly switching my mails and calendar, never buy a @googlenest (go Alexa!). My searches goes to duckduck go, my browser Firefox or Opera. Goodbye Google, **** you for destroying @GoogleStadia

    @googlenesthelp Nothing from you guys yet :( . Never in my whole life I experience this bad support. Be aware before you buy @googlenest product. It’s been 8 days without a thermostat .. can’t can’t count on there support .. period

    @googlenesthelp There have been no changes to our WiFi and all other devices connect without issue. The nest is model 3.7

    @googlenesthelp @Google Reference number is 6-8555000033098. Please help in closing the investigation which is taking forever to conclude. Customers are impacted due to such a pathetic order management system.

    @googlenesthelp It's quite poor that you don't sell replacement adapters. Accidents happen, children trip, adapters get snapped. Now I have a device which is perfectly fine but can't be used because of a broken charger. What a waste!

    @googlenest I love the Nest Renew program! Are there any plans to help people install their own solar panels? I can't afford them outright and the sales pressure from the companies that offer financing are horrible. It could be a way to increase the impact the program has.
