    @googlenesthelp I’ve had a nest heatlink failure (ie no green light, no power). Not easy to get hold of you for help/support. Need a fix/replacement.

    @googlenesthelp Figured out what it is. The new Chrome app in iOS caused the problem. Uninstalled it and was able to log into the app again.

    @googlenesthelp tried to post my broken nest at several DHL service points using the returns label emailed to me. None can send it as its an international parcel. tried to create pickup from my address still not working. Can you help me ship this broken thermostat please?

    @googlenesthelp What's the best way to get rid of a heap of Google Nest hardware (going to landfill would be bad)? Nest doesn't work with our email addresses because they are Google Workspace accounts. Competitor products work just fine with our email addresses.

    @googlenesthelp Ok hold on! I have NO issues with live or recorded video. I have NO issues with WiFi connectivity or device going offline! How is your detection algorithm exactly linked to the distance from the router? I mean, I am interested in troubleshooting, but please make it look legit.

    @googlenesthelp Thanks although the first row on that list says to use the command I have said doesn't work so not a great list. Sorry to push this but this is no fixed, you have broken this in the last 2 days, what you should be doing is raising a fault to get it fixed.

    @Google @googlenest Bought a Nest Thermostat. Took 2 months to find someone to install, it doesn't work. Nest support says my voltage is too high. NO WHERE on the box is there a voltage requirement. I cannot return it now nor will Google help. BUY RING, Google ruined NEST. BUY RING

    @googlenesthelp Smoke detector. Asking me which device speaks volumes about your customer service as I provided the case # to you in advance. Just another roadblock to resolution which I received all day re-telling my issue to 4 pro support reps!

    @googlenesthelp recently changed our wifi network. Trying to reset wifi on nest protect. Followed instructions to remove/add new. Cannot fin NEST-F449 to reconfigure. Please help.

    @googlenest Sort out the issue with radio stations! I ask to play Hits Radio on @tunein and it plays Gem instead! It was working fine the other day!!! Service through Google speakers is getting worse!
