The instructions are nonexistent, the set up and app process just don’t work, and the app is more interested in tracking you than working.

Your app/device is a privacy nightmare and demands access that is not required with no options for consumers to choose what they provide.

Sameer Sajid (@darksamus8) reported@googlenesthelp Hi- I have a Nest that I'm trying to connect to my heat pump heating/cooling system. I am having trouble getting it to turn the heat pump on. It controls the fan and aux heat just fine, but only turns on the heat pump for ~30 seconds. Old thermostat works fine

An internet search came back without useful information. I have tried the following steps but still failed.

NM (@naresham) reported@google @googlenest Now its my bedroom Nest Mini again this time since today evening that suddenly Continued Conversation has got disabled for it. The only way to fix it is to remove it from the room, reset it physically, and then set it up & add back to the room. Ease-of-use! 🙏🏻
