    @googlenesthelp Having an issue with my Nest Thermostat. Its stopped connecting to the Internet.l've tried multiple things to fix it: Factory/Hard reset my Nest Reset my router Confirmed my I have 2.4 and 5ghz signal Used a wireless hot spot Please advise on what can be done.

    As much as it's creepy as **** that @googlenest store logs of all motion near their thermostats/smoke alarms, it does at least mean you can do a full data request from them when you're trying to work out remotely if you've been burgled..

    @googlenesthelp "About 21 min ago: OFFLINE" in the face on the app. Also, "Check your Wi-Fi network connection." Our connection is fine. We've tested it. All other Nest cams, Nest Protects, Hello, etc. are online with no issues.

    @googlenesthelp Sorry, life's been busy. We're still having problems. We've turned it off and back on, factory reset it, reset the router, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Not only is the temperature way off, but it's still going offline. It's a 3rd gen.

    @googlenesthelp bought a Nest Thermostat on Oct 20th. I was away for the last 2 months and came back to find that my thermostat was not working any longer. Your customer support is refusing to help.

    @googlenesthelp Please consider creating a widget for the thermostat control or, even better, an attachment to the Android notification drop-down for the thermostat control.

    @googlenesthelp I am having trouble with my Nest thermostat... It reads the wrong temperature.. and turns on the air conditioner when it's not needed.. Actual temperature is 71 and the nest reads it as 82... Can this be fixed? MikePoly

    @googlenesthelp Upon further inspection the device appears to be broken. It seems paint somehow got inside the unit. Any chance you’d replace this for me?

    @googlenesthelp oh no I solved my problem. apparently new nests have to use google home, old nests have to use nest app for install. it's a disaster. your decisions around functionality are awful. Google used to be great at "things work" now not so much

    @googlenesthelp The green dot light at the top flashes twice and then turns off and the nest doesnt record for maybe a minute before the nest comes back on. Have not tried to trouble further

    @googlenesthelp honestly, the way the nest app works is better then the google home app for the thermostats. And I don't have a problem with the google home app. but since my new nest install sent me to google home, why would I ever think installing my not that old other nest would not?

    Is there any best number to reach Google Customer Support? Was trying to connect on the given num 1-800-419-0157 by Google. But its says invalid. Please help @GoogleIndia @googlenesthelp
