    @googlenest Yep, that’s an issue if the camera can’t pickup the WiFi... My phone is next to the camera and has full signal, the camera refuses to recognise that network even though 2 other cameras are on it. Nest equipment fails far too easily in my opinion. Based on over 3 years use.

    @googlenesthelp Both our therms show that heat is being generated but the furnace is not turning on and our house is cold. It seems like a lot of folks have this problem based on support threads (several threads, some with hundreds of responses, all now disabled). Please help.

    @googlenest if you are looking for mesh network setup, I would have second thoughts regarding this expensive setup. Reliability and stability are an issue, along with support. More to come based on my actual experience using Nest WiFi...
