  • KristyKay5 Kristy (@KristyKay5) reported

@googlenesthelp No thanks. I mostly just wanted to alert you to the problem, not that you will ever admit it's a problem on your side. But in case you want to mention it to your technical folks, I have the 2nd Generation Learning and it has the latest software (5.9.4-5).

  • MikeyWinsAj MikeyWins (@MikeyWinsAj) reported

@googlenesthelp @laconictae Same problem, nest learning thermostat bot 2018.

  • jgpolster Jillarious (@jgpolster) reported

@googlenesthelp We also tried to cancel the old subscriptions online and kept receiving error messages. The frustrating part is that the come-on for the new $60/yr subscription made it seem like it would be a seamless transaction.

  • MiladDarvishi1 Milad (@MiladDarvishi1) reported

@googlenesthelp I still have not gotten instructions to return the supposedly new but faulty device. The issue is that for this faulty device you have charged me 200 dollars . Please give me the instructions.

  • strangepartscom Strange Parts (@strangepartscom) reported

Also, @googlenest, you need to add bears to your “animal events” model. I have zero footage of the trash can actually disappearing…

  • notarealpIace 🛸 (@notarealpIace) reported

@jameseahawk @madebygoogle @googlenest Go spend some time on the Google pixel subreddit. They have the worst support of any major phone manufacturer. And it's not even close.

  • leonheywood Leon Heywood (@leonheywood) reported

@googlenesthelp Yes I have done all the problem solving I have even reset the devices they just don’t listen anymore they wake up and after we speak they ignore us.

  • BrynaTweets Bryna Corcoran (@BrynaTweets) reported

@googlenesthelp device won’t connect to Wi-Fi network. Did all the steps listed on Google forum/site (rest modem, reset nest etc). It still won’t find network and connect. Help 🙏

  • SullivanLiu Sullivan Liu (@SullivanLiu) reported

@googlenesthelp None of that is the issue. I’m on auto update. The videos make it to the cloud just fine. I t’s not my wifi. Same problem when I’m on LTE. The issue has lasted 3-4 phones I had. As a software engineer: please formally triage this with the engineering team. It’s been long enough.

  • bunnydoctor andee tao (@bunnydoctor) reported

  • ImperialDesi Anuj Joshi (@ImperialDesi) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

  • BrettHooper63 bretthooper.eth (@BrettHooper63) reported

@googlenesthelp A slight convex or concave added to the button geometry could help solve it or perhaps not having the contrast going to the camera housing but instead focusing on the button.

  • deb_deitz Deb Deitz (@deb_deitz) reported

@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp @googlenest Why doesn’t anyone seem to care that our cameras are continuously buffering and impossible to watch? But you continue to take $ from my account to pay the bill. For what? NOTHING! Fix it! Please!
