    @zahid_ramzan @googlenesthelp I just noticed it yesterday - last data on the app, Sunday Jan 14th - I recently turned on two-factor authentication - still using old Nest account login not Gmail integration - but we’re not the only ones - lots of people have been reporting this issue for some time now.

    @googlenest A growing number of people are having the same issue. All seems to have occurred after you pushed the winter schedule. Think this is your issue as I don’t believe this number of people have faulty devices

    @googlenest Hi there. My Nest thermostat seems to have stopped communicating. The iPhone app the Energy History has no updates since last Thursday. When I looked on the web interface it says ‘Come back tomorrow to see what your thermostat has been up to’. Help please‽

    @adamlaiacano @googlenest Spoiler alert, spent over 6 months on a FB messenger support exchange with Nest about my Nest Protect having an error. The conversation went nowhere and was incredibly frustrating and repetitive. Don't get your hopes up.

    @googlenesthelp 2 days and nothing from nest help on replacement heat link. -4 temperarures and no heating, appalling customer support from google I'd expect better

    @b1keridingpinko @googlenesthelp I noticed my nest went offline for 4 hours last Thursday and been doing it awhile before that.. our WiFi and internet all working perfect. Must be a issue at Google.

    @nickpandher @googlenesthelp Still no energy history this AM. Google the email telling me to use the website isn’t helpful, neither the App nor Website show the history. How many people have to say they have the same issue before Google sees this is not a user issue and fixes it

    So @googlenest was $10, introduced a “new” plan for $12. Then raised the current subscription to $20 to force you to upgrade. **** off.

    @googlenesthelp @Crap_ola I have the same issue. In UK with a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen. history stopped updating on app on January 20th. History still up to date on thermostat itself. Thanks. Happy for you to get in contact with me.

    @googlenesthelp 2 thermostats in 2 houses 1,030 miles apart, 2 different ISPs. Both on same day Jan 19th stopped sending usage data to cloud. Note that the humidity, room temperature & temperature setting display on app/web no problem.
