    @madebygoogle @Google @GoogleNest 5-yr customer. Replaced dead Gen 3 doorbell Dec 5 with new Nest Doorbell. Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

    @googlenest @madebygoogle warnings every night despite "Nightly Promise" being OFF. You have broken my ecosystem. I need a full prorated refund for my 7 units immediately so I can switch to a supported UK brand. #NestProtect

    @googlenesthelp @googlenest do not, I repeat do not use Google camera products. Their support used to be great they’re totally blowing me off. Frustrating because there is no other way to get help. They changed their subscription to screw the people like every other company FU!

    @googlenesthelp I've done all that, even had your support team access my smart speakers to check they are working ok & have updated firmware & there is no problem. Now today no radio stations work not even @tunein

    @googlenesthelp I don't have a Radio section under Services in the Home app. Could that be because i'm in the Netherlands? Anyway, it's a TuneIn problem i think. Even when i cast from the (working) TuneIn app on my phone, i get the same notice that the station isn't available in my country.

    I’m fully in the ecosystem, but @Google is making it harder to stay. We shouldn't have to pay more for a "smarter" home that actually does less. Bring back Continued Conversation and fix speaker group playback! #GoogleNest #TechFail

    @CdreMattDecker @googlenest Yeah, except we have fish that don't like to have the air temperature fall below 68. And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.
