    @googlenest nest hello app has just started crashing every single time I try and view a video/event. I’ve just found TENS of tweets same thing going back to 2016. How is this still a problem?? Will return and unsubscribe from nest aware plus if can’t fix.

    @googlenesthelp I’m still waiting for my issue to be resolved. It’s been months now that the app just keeps crashing before I can see anything, making it USELESS. Where’s the app update to fix this??

    Hey @googlenest thanks for the poor choices when wanting to renew my camera subscription. You offer either a basic useless Event Based or Continuous recording for an unbelievable $160 per year. Only 2 choices. Rip off since the Google takeover. Subscription cancelled !!! #shame

    @googlenesthelp Hello, I am unable to log into the nest app, but can login on the website. Is there a problem centrally or is this just us? Tried multiple phones, restarting everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, but it just hangs when first opening the app before login.

    @googlenest UK, it used to work, then randomly stopped. I cannot imagine there are many trouble steps to take. You either have the action in the routine or not. There's no options etc. It has been rebooted (the Nest Audio)

    @googlenest It had up until two months ago, I keep trying things. I have done a factory reset, I tried to add internet manually. I have reset router. Bought a wife ext to try to help. It doesn’t find any network.

    @googlenest @bellahollyoak Can we all hear what you have to say #googlenest ? I understand you’ve insisted on a pre-authorise prior to shipping replacement. Then YOU decide if it’s in warranty. A BAD idea! Once you have the faulty item you can say what you want.. I see‘bye bye money’ -2deg no heat 2 weeks!
