@googlenesthelp We've got a tech coming, but we have a Learning nest. I've done the turning heat mode on and off, I've reset the schedule, I've adjusted the temp up and down. My landlord earlier did a reset as well, so we've done everything that was suggested online aside from messing with wires

@googlenest Is there a reason why all our Nest Hub 2's can't open Google podcast by touching the screen? If I tab the podcast icon, something like "oké... Woups there was a problem" or it opens Spotify is it's reaction for some reason. Only asking the specific episode works...

@googlenest something you guys changed on an update for the thermostats is throwing an N72 error. I remember this being a problem back in 2018 when I bought them. Fix your software. It is not a wiring problem. #google #nest #fixyourmistake

  • Damon_BPH Damon Blakemore (@Damon_BPH) reported

@kaPOWed @googlenest @Intergasheating It’s a combi so will control it via the front on the boiler. Press the thermometer on the left and the green light will go to the tap, then press up and down for desired temp. Then on the right you have constant or eco mode options.

  • ktiedt Karl Tiedt (@ktiedt) reported

Dear @Google / @googlenest if you put software engineers on support lines... perhaps you should train them on the role... being told "we cannot escalate this because you do not have a problem" when, in fact, the whole reason you are calling IS a problem is f'ing infurating. #fail

@JewceNET @googlenesthelp Same! Almost threw it in the dumpster since it never notifies me of motion anyway! Took it down to try resetting it and now I can’t hook it back up 😡

  • mzaferyahsi M. Zafer Yahşi (@mzaferyahsi) reported

I think I made a terrible decision by buying a @googlenest video doorbell! I get notifications after the person on the other side is gone :( I am reading that a lot of other people have also the same issue and there isn't a fix as it seems :(

  • wackpack77 Randy Grant (@wackpack77) reported

@googlenesthelp having issues with a nest thermostat finding a wifi connection. What can I do? Need help please

  • recordernaomi Naomi Wellings (@recordernaomi) reported from Solihull, England

@googlenesthelp our heatlink is unresponsive. All other systems fine. Installed March 2020. Hoping you can help resolve as we have no heating 😔

  • safoian Tony (@safoian) reported

I hate that @googlenest subscriptions and services don't work with @GoogleWorkspace accounts. Many people use workspace for their family accounts. And for whatever reason we can't integrate into all of the consumer / residential products and services easily. Help!

  • cwriches Clarence Richardson (@cwriches) reported

@googlenesthelp Everything is good on the network. Even all of my Nest cams and anything else is working fine.. just the guard suddenly is dropping offline. Had it for a few years now and never had this issue..

  • mallard1985 matt allard (@mallard1985) reported

@googlenesthelp hi is there an issue at your end effecting getting entry keys for nest thermostats. I’m trying to connect one for a customer and it keeps coming up “there’s a problem connecting to the service”.

  • therealdorozco David Orozco (@therealdorozco) reported

@googlenesthelp I’ll try that right now. I should mention that on the nest community support page, I saw that there are many others that are experiencing the exact same issue.

  • samuelratcliffe Sam (@samuelratcliffe) reported

@googlenesthelp my heatlink to my thermostat has just died. Unresponsive and my thermostat is showing a h72 error. No issues with power anywhere else. Please help.

  • nathan_sismey Nathan Sismey (@nathan_sismey) reported

@googlenesthelp appears to be an issue with nest hubs/Google minis. For me it won't connect to Philips hue however lights connect and work fine through hue app. Similar issues for others around the world. Can you confirm you are aware?
