    @googlenesthelp Need help. My Google next mini will not connect to my wifi. I have two other devices in home. A Google Home and a Hub Max. Both are connected but I cannot get the next mini connected. Have tried factory reset.

    Please help! My nest app keeps showing offline. I have reset the nest device, the app is up to date, my phone is up to date, internet has been reset, I have deleted and reinstalled app, battery/power is fine. @googlenest

    @googlenesthelp 75 minutes… still not connected. What the hell happened to Nest??? Updating a WiFi router shouldn’t cause the whole system to crash. It’s 2021 FFS.. 2-3 taps and should be done. Nope.

    @googlenesthelp "connection problem during set-up Nestmini9650 could not connect to (Network Name) check Wi-Fi Network name. But the name of network it's trying to connect to is correct. And it's a private home.

    @googlenesthelp Do not waste your money on @Google @googlenest overpriced garbage. Nest Aware service is horrible. Google customer service is useless and will misdiagnose their faulty hardware.

    Do not waste your money on @Google @googlenest overpriced garbage. Nest Aware service is horrible. Google customer service is useless and will misdiagnose their faulty hardware.
