Either way it's clearly a problem & to make matters worse @homedepotCanada tried to tell me that they were new and @googlenest just comes with open boxes and that I should take it because it was the last one. Get home to missing pieces then see online they have 14 in stock.

I got 2 @googlenest thermostats installed yesterday and my life is changed. 👌 No longer do I have to go down two flights of stairs to double check the heating on the ground floor. All controlled by app or voice. Bliss #PowerLife #AutomateAllTheThings

@davemerwin @nhuntwalker Don't count on help from googlenest. They told me 3 weeks ago I could replace my (under-warranty) Nest thermostat for free. I've been told 5 times I'd receive an email in 24-48 hrs. 5 times!

@googlenesthelp Rebooted everything and the 2 that were offline came back on. Since then they have all dropped from time to time so nothing has changed. I searched and others have been having the same problem. I think it may be a router problem and I need to get a mesh router. Sound familiar?

@googlenest @googlenesthelp Nest says it’s connected to heat link. Heat link has a green light. Have restarted both. Heating only coming on if I manually turn it on at the heat link though, despite the thermostat telling me it’s on. Controls the hot watr fine. Help urgently plz

@googlenest is weak..i spent 3 times the amount for a #GoogleNest Wifi as a Linksys and it works worst than the 3 year old Linksys. Don't waste $200 on this product. They'll keep trying to get you to buy more access points. What about when I am 2 feet away and signal is trash?
