    just got off the phone with a representative from @googlenesthelp support and you guys have the worst customer service for camera support. My camera stoped working after the 2 year warranty and basically they say in ****** and have to buy a new camera no damage or maluse ondevice

    My kids look so much like my wife that our Nest doorbell cam usually recognizes each of them as her. Is it bad facial recognition software, or is she just really good at manufacturing copies of herself? @googlenest

    .@googlenesthelp Our Nest smoke and carbon monoxide alarm is chewing up batteries every two weeks. Lots of forums saying this is a big problem and always happens conveniently after the two year warranty period. What’s going on?!!!!!!

    @googlenest your customer service SUCKS AND I WISH GOOGLE NEVER ACQUIRED YOU. FOR AN HOUR I'VE BEEN TRYING TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AND CANNOT AND KEEP ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE AND GET NO EMAIL LINKS. IT'S RIDICULOUS TO STRUGGLE THIS MUCH FOR WHAT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE ISSUE.

    @googlenesthelp Just spent 1 hr 40 mins on (another) chat only to be told it needs to be referred to ‘another’ technical team. This is actually becoming a total nightmare . Utter waste of time

    @googlenesthelp Sure, the thermostat was only installed yesterday. Throughout the day I set the temperature to 25 degrees but at around 5pm I turned it down to 9 degrees. 5 hours later it was still on 25 degrees so I had to switch the boiler off at the mains.

    @aHarmlessFly @googlenest Never did. Just canned responses and pointless repeated factory resets. There was never any escalation or work on the problem and it's just gotten worse. Apparently there are entire forums dedicated to just how bad it is and to stay away from GE and Google Home. Went Phillips.

    @googlenesthelp My second Google nest hub has died on me, with a black screen, in as many years. This product is shocking. Having browsed the web I’m certainly not alone with this issue. Terrible product

    @jdetle @googlenest @googlenesthelp I spent a few hours getting homebridge back up and running in my kube cluster only to find out that homebride-nest-cam also doesn’t support the new cameras yet. I should have returned this thing as soon as I found out about this issue

    @chrisplummer @googlenest Once while troubleshooting a PC peripheral... Manufacturer's support: "Reinstall Windows" Me: "What will that do that will fix the problem?" Support: "Uh..." Me: "So you want me to spend hours reinstalling the OS and all my applications because you have no idea what's wrong?"
