    @BarryJBlack @googlenest Wildfire smoke from Canada is pretty bad over the Midwest today/tonight. And it's not just aloft, it's mixing down to the surface, it even smells like smoke.

    So our 3rd gen nest thermostat just cannot find any wifi networks nearby. I have tried rebooting my router and also the thermostat several times, but nothing works so far. So is this something that you could help me with, please? Many thanks! @googlenesthelp

    @googlenest no, I am not paying $150 for a product because you’re choosing to discontinue one that works perfectly fine. When it stops working, I’ll be buying a new brand. I’m sure a third party app would work just fine, but you want to scam customers. Ok, no problem.

    @googlenesthelp I have an established Nest thermostat. It no longer finds wifi networks. Every other wifi device works. The Nest thermostat is the only device that can't find a network. Both the network and the thermostat have been reset. Please help.

    @madebygoogle @googlenest $50 price increase? For what benefit? Google home has been going to **** with no new features and things actually getting worse. $150 > $200 is asainine at this point. Time to find a new security/home automation platform.

    @googlenesthelp My nest thermostat went offline and i cant get back on. Rebooted router couple times still cant get connected. Other things work fine. Help

    Kinda sucks I had to buy a doorbell from Amazon because @googlenest equipment is trash after 18months. 28.99 subscription every 6 months and @ADT charges 5x that for trash equipment. If yall think the trash talk gonna stop? Uh NO! YALL SUCK!

    Wow, @Google really destroyed the @googlenest brand. Terrible v2 hardware and they've raised the subscription prices by 30% when storage costs continue to drop.

    @KristenWeather @googlenest Ugh that is the worst. Years ago I remember being out mowing my lawn when I lived in the Cape. Suddenly there was a ton of smoke. Come to find out the smoke was from fires in Sarasota and the wind blew it down the coast. Seemed like it was coming from nearby it was so thick

    The impact of bad customer service! After literally 10 hours on phone with @XfinitySupport & giving them offers to take our money to just ship us their WiFi extenders, we decided to give up and go with @googlenest extenders. Wonder what’s the right threshold at which you give up!

    I’m looking for advice on what to replace our @googlenest doorbells (we have 3) and outside camera. We are continuously being booted from the app requiring a complicated login process. Plus, if somebody rings the doorbell, by the time we get the notification the person is gone.
