    Thank you @googlenest now 1st & 2nd gen thermostat are not working with Nest app anymore. So I have to pay another $250, smart move to screw your client. However, I'm moving away to another brand.

I’ve tried multiple times with no follow-up. Can you help escalate this or advise the best next step to reach a live support agent? Thank you.

    Hey @Google you have ****** up your entire #GoogleHome ecosystem & your assurances that you are listening to your customers & will fix things clearly are just more lies. Anyone who would actually consider *paying* for @googlenest must be insane or a MAGA supporter (same thing).

    @CdreMattDecker @googlenest Yeah, except we have fish that don't like to have the air temperature fall below 68. And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.

    @GilBenelli @googlenesthelp I ran into this issue before and might be experiencing it now. We had to remove the thermostat from the account, do a complete reset, and re-add. Their support was not helpful - complete opposite really.

    @googlenest Network error. Nest not communicating. Try again. Is there a problem with the app? All of my other apps that I use to monitor home is working .

    @googlenesthelp My Google Nest 3rd generation won’t connect to my Wi-Fi or sync to my phone. I reset the settings, restarted it, and even changed my router password, but I’m still having the same issue. It powers on but does not connect to the internet.

    Done with you @Google @googlenest, bricking remote connectivity to perfectly working Gen1/Gen2 Nest thermostats and forcing hardware upgrades that aren't needed? Go **** yourselves. I'm replacing ALL of my Google/Nest devices in my properties with Ecobee. 🙄🖕🖕🖕

    @sundarpichai @Google @googlenest Please read ALL the apple App Store most recent reviews over the last year regarding the garbage dumpster fire the app is with Google nest cameras. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!
