    @googlenest @googlenesthelp I have to say I am less than impressed with my video doorbell. I missed a important package today because when I got the doorbell ring notification. The best app froze and it stated the doorbell lost power. A problem I have been dealing with off and on

    @googlenesthelp returned faulty nest thermostat, waited two weeks for replacement.they sent the same thermostat back and it had the same problem. What a nightmare this is turning out to be!!!!

    @googlenesthelp my best thermostat is not finding any Wi-Fi. Spent hours with support without any help. Are google products supposed to work for a few months??

    @googlenesthelp been chasing a refund for replacing a heat link. Since 20th October. Lots of apologies and promises. More emails sent and still nothing. I've never experienced such poor customer service

    @googlenesthelp So my thermostat stops charging after an update then charges fine after the next update then stops charging after the next update and you’ll take that as feed back? No I don’t need anymore help with it I enjoy pulling it off the wall every week to manually charging it. Ty

    @googlenesthelp I can't log into my Nest cam page through Firefox 94.0.1, Win 10 desktop. Keeps circling back to Google log in after trying to log in. This started this morning. I can log in no problem using Chome & thru iPhone app.

    @googlenesthelp closer or far away? God knows.. "But as the issue is with the range, moving the router or the device closer to each other is the only solution. You mentioned that you live in a condo and there is no way to do this, because there is no power source to power the device." -- pedro

    @googlenesthelp I didn't make any changes to settings. I've always used the command "add [item] to my shopping list", and never had an issue. Now when I ask Google to add items to "my shopping list" it says "I can't find a list called shopping, would you like me to create one?". If I say yes...

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply. Lots of "Can't help with that", won't turn on all the lights when asked to turn lights on in a room. So many failed responses
