Gavin Melling (@generationgav) reportedLooks like I'll be getting rid of all of my @madebygoogle and @googlenesthelp equipment, as Google Support is about the worst I've dealt with. Being charged double on my Google AI account and being told that nothing can be done, despite it being illegal.

Rocky Mountain Air (@2ThinAir) reported@WAServers @JackPosobiec @googlenest Many cameras have internal memory to store footage in the event of slow wifi or wifi outage. I'm sure Nest tells people this in their terms and conditions which no one ever reads.

PigwitFade (@sixseven7156) reported@zerohedge @googlenest @Google I think you got alot of people trying to sign in. Maybe they do that to any account seemingly getting attacked. Hopefully you get in!!

Julian Pompeo (@julian_pompeo) reported@googlenest if you are going to replace a product at-least do it with something worth of buying. The first alert SC5 is a terrible replacement for the nest protect.

Dr. Bill Davis (@Dr_Bill_Davis) reported@googlenesthelp Hi Google Nest Support — I requested a phone callback through the official Help Center for my Nest Wi-Fi Pro issue, but never received the call. I’ve tried multiple times with no follow-up. Can you help escalate this or advise the best next step to reach a live support agent? Thank you.

Ben Marshall (@marshallb60) reported@googlenest hi my doorbell won’t re attach to the plate. I think the pin at the top isn’t popping out. Is there a way to fix it?

Raymond Snijders (@rsnijders) reported@googlenesthelp I don't have a Radio section under Services in the Home app. Could that be because i'm in the Netherlands? Anyway, it's a TuneIn problem i think. Even when i cast from the (working) TuneIn app on my phone, i get the same notice that the station isn't available in my country.

Phil Humphris (@PhilHumphris) reported@googlenesthelp So you don't want to help me then!

Area Man (@lheal) reported@CdreMattDecker @googlenest Yeah, except we have fish that don't like to have the air temperature fall below 68. And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.

Stephanie George (@GeorgeStep18720) reported@looplunchrun @googlenesthelp I got help from Sylas_techz1 when this happened.

Kevin (@McNamara_Group) reported@googlenest @madebygoogle Subject: URGENT ESCALATION: $650 Nest Hardware Unusable / Account Locked After Church Vandalism To Google Nest Support / Escalation Team: I am writing to urgently escalate a situation that has rendered $650 worth of brand-new Google Nest cameras completely useless due to an automated account lockout loop. Recently, our local church was vandalized. I have been a loyal Google user for years and personally promised our pastor that Google’s ecosystem was reliable and spectacular. Based on my recommendation, we purchased four new Google Nest cameras to secure the building. Here is the exact timeline of what has happened: I set up a new dedicated Gmail account specifically to manage the church's new security system. I successfully set up all 4 new Nest cameras on that account using my mobile phone. Everything worked perfectly on my device. I then gave the email and password to our pastor so he could log in and monitor the system from his end. Instead of letting him log in, Google’s automated security randomly locked the account and sent an email demanding an explanation for why the account was created. I provided the full explanation, and the account was officially "restored" 2 days later. The Current Issue: Despite the account being restored, the system is STILL blocking any login attempts from the pastor's devices or any computer. It continuously throws an "unrecognized device" error, even with the correct password and recovery information on file. Because of this endless security loop, we cannot hand over the account to the church. Right now, these four cameras are essentially $650 dead sticks. We cannot monitor our recently vandalized church. I understand Google has automated security measures, but I need a human being to look at this account, lift the device lock, and allow us to actually use the hardware we purchased. I need this escalated to someone who can resolve this immediately.
