    @googlenesthelp The reason I don't suspect the app itself, is because if I cast directly to the Chromecast Ultra, not the audio group, this issue doesn't happen. But, I don't have another audio group casting app... I will find one.

    @MRxQPR1991 @Sue99339007 @googlenesthelp Update — we've rolled out a fix for this and you should now be able to log into your Nest App. Let us know if you're still getting the same result.

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply. Lots of "Can't help with that", won't turn on all the lights when asked to turn lights on in a room. So many failed responses

    @googlenesthelp I didn't make any changes to settings. I've always used the command "add [item] to my shopping list", and never had an issue. Now when I ask Google to add items to "my shopping list" it says "I can't find a list called shopping, would you like me to create one?". If I say yes...

    @googlenesthelp So my thermostat stops charging after an update then charges fine after the next update then stops charging after the next update and you’ll take that as feed back? No I don’t need anymore help with it I enjoy pulling it off the wall every week to manually charging it. Ty

    @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp been chasing a refund for replacing a heat link for our nest. Since 20th October. Lots of apologies and promises. More emails sent and still nothing. I've never experienced such poor customer service
