    @googlenesthelp Help please, we have guests in our house and they have no hot water!!!! The app and the Nest controller in the house both say hot water is on but neither go orange. What can I do ???

    @goody2sues @googlenesthelp The support team are suppose to be helping out but they're not doing their job honestly it's bad, it was a long wait for me when my Instagram got locked for no reason but all thanks to Nesthacks on instagram they helped me fix and recover my locked account within few minutes

    @googlenesthelp My nest thermostat & doorbell are offline as of 10 minutes ago. Wifi is fine for every other device.

    @googlenesthelp Yeah, everything is back up and running. Once I realized that my camera would not open on my phone or my computer along with my iPad in the living room, then I knew it was your issue and not mine.

    Why is @Google Home so bad? I'm a refugee from HomeKit cameras that never gave notifications, but at least the cameras would properly connect... I've somehow regressed with @googlenest...

    I need help finding an outdoor security camera for my house that has 24/7 recording. I’ve looked up @ring @WyzeCam and @googlenest but no product info is helpful. They either say they do or don’t or you need a plan too or confusing wording saying yes but no. Any help please!

    @googlenesthelp Hiya - Its an Iphone xr with the latest ios update. Like i mentioned all notifications were working fine till yiur system crash yesterday & had been for over 12 months. Yeah activity zones set up & all notifications on.

The Nest systems working again now, However Doorbell & Outdoor push notifications dont seem to be working properly now, They are Very intermittent since the system went down, They were working perfect b4. Ive tried logging out then back in. Any ideas?Help plz

    @googlenesthelp my account is migrated and yest that works when using speaker, but my children cant ... they were using the remote control to be able to chose cameras in the app. now i cant sign in the app
