    @googlenesthelp I’m having issues with my nest thermostat. Randomly this morning it decided to not be able to connect to WiFi. I see from some Googling this is a common fault and is clearly a hardware issue. Can you please help.

    @googlenesthelp Installed yesterday. Changed pwd on home wifi today. So they disconnected. I factory-reset one, and I cannot reconnect it or get it to work manually. Other 2 work manually but won't connect to Home app. PLEASE HELP.

    @googlenest twice since friday my Gen 3 nest thermostat jumped up to 80° (from 69°) at night causing my system to run non-stop for 6+ hours. After the first time I turned off all "eco" and auto-scheduling functions and ensured that no schedules were set. Didnt work. Pls Help.

    @googlenesthelp Hey Google your customer service team is terrible. Freezing in my house , can't adjust the heating as our nest thermostat is broken. My wife is disabled and I have a young child. Who regulates you guys? Your customer service team did not escalate our case like we were told

    Does it take someone with a four digit IQ at Google to design a feature for their @googlenest speakers to turn themselves down after playing music at 2pm so that when you ask for the time at 10pm it isn’t screaming the answer to you in your silent bedroom? Dogshit product.

    @googlenesthelp, my NEST app has been down all day, save for a few minutes mid-day. Is this system-wide? What’s going on? Never had this happen before, even in extreme weather, and the Google Home app is still working, so it’s just the NEST app.
