    @googlenest @madebygoogle doorbell rang tonight, and video froze. In the Google home app, it showed my doorbell camera offline for approximately 90 seconds before video restored. This is obviously problematic - thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

    @GilBenelli @googlenesthelp I ran into this issue before and might be experiencing it now. We had to remove the thermostat from the account, do a complete reset, and re-add. Their support was not helpful - complete opposite really.

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp why are your nest devices suddenly garbage? Owned a nest mini for years and recently it has multiple times a day just lost connection to all other smart devices on the account. App shows them as β€œoffline” but they are online and functional. Fix this

    @WAServers @JackPosobiec @googlenest Many cameras have internal memory to store footage in the event of slow wifi or wifi outage. I'm sure Nest tells people this in their terms and conditions which no one ever reads.
