    Forget the Pixel 6 reviews - @madebygoogle / @googlenest / The @Google Store has the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with, hours of calls and chat support and still nothing is resolved. Close to giving up.

    Ok @googlenesthelp please tell me why my nest continues to randomly turn from heat to cool in the middle of the night in the winter. I even turned the smart sensor off so it wouldn’t try and learn from my adjustments and that didn’t help

    @googlenesthelp hi I’m having a major delay in notifications. Had a visitor at 7:59 and did not get the iPhone alert until 8:09. It’s been happening all day. Wifi is fine, everything looks to be updated. Any suggestions? Never had this issue until today…

    @googlenesthelp It’s like 5m away. There’s lots of kitchen stuff nearby, but that has never been an issue.

    @googlenesthelp Hi yes it is on. I tried switching to another wifi and tested it out and still same issue of a delay. I tried also on our guest network and still a problem. Seeing others having the issue too perhaps it’s an odd glitch.

    @googlenesthelp Last update Oct 26, 2021. 6.2-22. Nest Learning thermostat error multiple x per day. Rc connection no power. But it restores on its own when time to run AC. Can't access control manually or on app, says no power off-line until restores by itself. Help?! Replace?

    @googlenesthelp My nest thermostat is having an issue with connecting to the internet. It states that it cannot find the network. Also, the display takes a while to show up at times.

    @MyTradingHandle @egoebelbecker @googlenest Thing is it's 23:29 here in the UK. Nobody is trick or treating here after 9pm. This shouldn't be happening here. Are they really going to say America's Halloween trick or treating is bringing the entire network to a crawl? Is Amazon/ring having this problem?

    @japersdizzle @egoebelbecker @googlenest My Ring sensors were also delays but only by like 5 seconds. It would depend on if their distributed services are regionalised. It’s not uncommon for services in parts of the US and Europe to go down at the same time if they share cloud space.

    For the avoidance of doubt, this isn't reliant on my broadband speed, I have gigabit internet and I'm also seeing 15-20 minute latency on notifications of events happening at my other property where I have a nest ecosystem. Fix. Yo. ****. @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp
