    @googlenesthelp Don’t think that would help it’s buggy on my partners phone too. But beyond that the Ui is just less useful. I get you want to make things more seemless but not convinced the home app is the way.

    Hi @googlenesthelp I can hear audio on my nest doorbell when I open the app, but when someone rings the doorbell I can't hear them speaking... But they can hear me ok... What do I need to do to fix this?

    @googlenest of all days, my thermostat quits responded (wifi W5 error) during a ‘generational freeze’. This is the 3rd replacement in 1.5 years. Don’t buy them.

    5. Thermostat Save yourself from high utility bills. Remotely manage the temperature in your home. Know if there’s a problem or prevent your guests from keeping it too hot or cold. I use @googlenest

    @googlenesthelp please fix the problem with casting to speaker groups. This feature is as stable as the pease in the middle east.

    @googlenest I’m still perplexed with how bad your app is… we’re in 2022. 1. let people manage subscriptions in the mobile apps, 2. Let people choose the time zone they want on their cameras, stop forcing it. It’s annoying.

    @googlenesthelp It’s the home app that is the problem. It does too much and has a horrible UI and missing features. Like I cannot even control the hot water on the thermostat. The camera part crashes often and scrubs really poorly compared to the best app.

    Temp: -6, Wind Chill: -40’s. Google Nest decides this is the perfect time for the battery to die (apparently known issue) and @googlenest says sorry we can’t help you. So glad I paid so much for the stupid thing just to have to buy another since it’s already installed 🤬

    @googlenesthelp oh, one other thing, during all of this trouble shooting, there were times when the display would go black and pressing on the display would not wake it back up, I end up having to remove nest from the wall and then put it back on in order to get it to wake up.

    Hey uh, @googlenesthelp, I'm having an issue with my nest cam. and when talking to online support, idk who was more confused, me, or the tech support. So uh..yeah..think we can get this resolved? I'd really like to figure out my cams issue.

    @googlenest — please fix your sound machine timer! When I tell it to play for 20 minutes, I don’t want to play until it wakes me up and I have to tell it to stop.😭

    @googlenesthelp It's been happening regularly for over a year. A search of your own support pages shows many many people having the same thermostat problem and everyone who's reached out to Google just be ignored. Model shows as Display-3.4. Software 5.9.5-2, no updates available

    @googlenest @google Help?? My 4 home Nest Minis had (miraculously) been working quite well for a while. Then I asked one to set a reminder for me, and it said I needed to activate voice recognition. Suddenly everything went wrong. Went into Google home app to change
