    Thanks to @googlenesthelp for helping me sort out my transition from Nest to GoogleNest. At first they asked for a lengthy triple-checking with data-harvesting-forms but ended up handling my problem without me having to enter *all* my data again.

    @googlenesthelp all nest devices including Yale lock are showing offline. Nest app (mobile and desktop) stuck in Google login loop. What is going on? Chat support was no help.

    @googlenesthelp @bwyazel What @bwyazel is describing is exactly the same that happened to me. I can even see the devices connected to the network, it's definitely not a problem on my end.

    @googlenesthelp When i try to add it to my google home app it will sometimes tell me it can't detect any of the wires, and then sometimes just that it cant see power to the C wire. So I've tried removing it and putting it back in. I also sometimes see an error code E298 on the screen.

    @googlenesthelp Well just stop. Everything doesn’t need to be integrated. It works fine just leave it alone it was so convenient to use and now it’s just irritating. You need less people trying to think at google. It’s not working.

    @googlenesthelp Home & Nest App still not working. Uninstalled, then restarted phone. Then reinstalled apps and still no go. Can you please DM to help find a solution.

    @googlenesthelp I can’t sign in to my Google account through the nest app. It shows it loading and then stops and the screen freezes. I’ve deleted the app and tried downloading it and still has the same issues

    @googlenesthelp Can you give me a host name to trace route to so that I can see where the traffic is dropping? This may help to diagnose if it is a regional internet backbone issue in Portland/Seattle

    @googlenesthelp having serious problems with the app. None of our devices are connected to the app even tho all are on Wi-Fi. I cannot seem to resolve the issue. Our internet is completely functional.
