@googlenest Amazon customer Service put your customer service to shame. Engaging helpful people who don’t put holding charges on people’s accounts for faulty broken equipment. They replace straight away

@googlenest if you want a bad customer experience purchase a nest thermostat or anything in the nest range. The customer support is dreadful 0/10. If it brakes they will demand a holding credit card charge. The guarantee is the worse ever and customer service is awful

@googlenest I have not contacted support but I have read a thread where people were having the same problem and they told them to switch to 1080p 60hz and another they said it could be a faulty product. I've returned and still have the same problem on the new one.

@googlenest Update... Google customer service is still non existent. As of yesterday the issue with my nest hello has been "bumped up to the THIRD level" Really never had responses to the first and second level.

@googlenest Hi, it was working fine this morning and just got home from work and the apps just say this, unplugged the main router and restarted that and the Nest WiFi etc . I’m still connected to it, it’s just the apps that say it’s offline when it is

@NestUK_ @googlenest Having issues with nest doorbell constantly connecting & disconnecting to wifi camera going offline. Have done factory reset on camera and Wi-Fi router still having problems. Offline Online Offline Online.

@googlenest @jmwein This crazy situation still rolls on, Google and Nest have ignored all us Family GSuite loyal (paying) customers for years being forced to use a separate @gmail.com email account is ridiculous. Extremely bad form. Irony is you can use Ring / Hive etc with GSuite accounts.

@googlenesthelp Hey, my nest cam suddenly went offline this evening, I’ve tried everything unplug/plug back in, restart phone, reboot Wi-fi, reset up the Wi-fi connection in the app.. I’m at a loss. It’s less than 1 year old too! Please help!
