    @googlenest From what I’ve read and researched there’s a major glitch in your system that won’t allow you to change your phone number to link it up to the thermostat.. now it’s sort of becomes useless doesn’t it and I have to spend money to buy a new one.

    Ok.... I am after homekit enabled smoke/carbon detectors. @googlenest protects are all at the end of their lives. They don't make them anymore. So, Trying to find what works/is available in canada (NA). There are "smart" ones from Kidde and a homebridge plugin. Any help?!

    @googlenest After your Gemini update to Google home everything is slow and broken. I ask for the weather and it gives me the weather for New York City. I don’t live in New York City. Asking to play Spotify seems impossible for Gemini. This update is terrible.

    Google Nest thermostat is such a POS product, I fkn hate it. App never works right and support won’t help. I regret buying it. I thought Google would stand behind their products, but no. $280 wasted. 🖕 @googlenesthelp

    @GoogleHome @googlenesthelp It's my thermostat. I don't pay a subscription and don't need help with what I set it at. Imagine if Ford shifted your car from drive to 3rd because they felt you didn't need to be in that gear. Would you be OK with that?

    @googlenesthelp I have a nest thermostat that will not connect to wifi (2.4 ghz). I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

    @status_is_down Down in FL, one day after taking a $100 resubscription fee from my bank account, with no notice yesterday. Horrible service @googlenesthelp
