2/3 Where they able to login and see everything because they are actually memebers on the account? I was told for the past 3 years (every now and then I called to get confirmation about it from you guys!) that they can’t see a thing!TODAY, someone from @googlenesthelp @googlenest

  • mayta_capac Nick Espinoza (@mayta_capac) reported

@googlenesthelp It is about ten feet away with no obstructions, I don't get an error msg, the device states Wi-Fi network cannot be found. I restart the router, restarted the thermostat and reset the thermostat.

  • BenBond76 Benjamin Bond (@BenBond76) reported

@AwakenPatri0t @googlenest @Google Oh, it's working just as it was designed. The **** is a spy device, you volunteer to interact with.

  • rezurrection Andy Bolton (@rezurrection) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England

Anyone have ideas how to resolve the W5 issue with #googlenest learning thermostat? Or maybe a reliable alternative? We’ve had a replacement about a month ago for this issue and now it’s happened again 🤬😡 @googlenesthelp @googlenest

  • 1kenobi_ob OB_1keNobi (@1kenobi_ob) reported

@googlenesthelp @googlenest after 3 weeks of ownership my best failed. What a load of rubbish! Do not buy. Custer we services were rude and unreasonable. Worst smart thermostat on the market!!

@googlenesthelp Hi, I have a 3rd gen Nest. The Heatlink has literally just stopped working. The radiators are still hot. No lights on the Heatlink and I have checked that it is receiving power. Apparently this is a known issue. How do I get a replacement Heatlink sent to me?

  • investwithdell ibuyhousecash (@investwithdell) reported

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat does not detects any wifi. I have 2 of them and one of them has that problem. Please help. Restarted and reseted numerous time.

  • JLeep86 🫡J Leep🫡 (@JLeep86) reported

@googlenesthelp No. You won't be able, or willing for that matter, to fix the problem.

  • thomashabets Thomas Habets (@thomashabets) reported

@googlenesthelp If anyone else is interested: After quite a few back and forths Google Nest Support replied that the devices don't support channels above 149. Which... is exactly what I asked them to fix. Oh well. Only 5.5 years since UK allowed these channels. Not like Nest is at the forefront.

  • 1kenobi_ob OB_1keNobi (@1kenobi_ob) reported

@googlenesthelp @googlenest after 3 weeks of ownership my nest failed. What a load of rubbish! Do not buy. Cheap unreliable electronics. Customer services were rude and unreasonable. Worst smart thermostat on the market!! Purchased through @amazonuk absolute rubbish help Centre

  • stevecarrillo Steve (@stevecarrillo) reported

@googlenesthelp hi. I’m having trouble connecting my thermostat to the Wi-Fi. It can’t seem to find any Wi-Fi networks around me. I’ve tried many trouble shooting attempts

  • agallan Andrew Gallan PhD ⛳️🇺🇦 (@agallan) reported from Kings Point, Florida

@googlenest sucks. Installed a wired doorbell and can’t get it to connect to the app on my phone. 1.5 hours on the phone w #CustomerService and same error message 10 times. Why? Same solution every time. #frustration

  • TheGrumpasaurus The Chumpasaurus (@TheGrumpasaurus) reported

@googlenest made the mistake of setting up another Nest in a different room. Big mistake. Wrong device responded AGAIN. These things are garbage, they simply cannot detect proximity. Also, the "wrong device" prompt should cancel the mistake and allow you to redo it. It doesn't

  • narkoleptik Bradley McDuffie (he/him) 😈 🏳️‍🌈☮️ (@narkoleptik) reported

Yo @googlenest WHAT THE ******* ****?? I can’t mute the goddamn low battery alarm from the app? My piece of **** $10 smoke detector from Walmart works that way. No worries. Finally after about the 5th slam of the hammer it stopped. 🤬🤬 #nest #googlehome

  • Lioness787x Lioness787x (@Lioness787x) reported
