    For any of you that have a @googlenest Thermostat, how in the hell do you get it to just maintain a damn temperature? My **** be letting the temperature drop like a **** in here before firing the furnace back up.

    @googlenesthelp I am having the same issue. My thermostat will not let me see any networks to connect to. Nest learning thermostat 3rd generation. Any advise.

    @googlenesthelp I’ve never really had any problems with it in the past and it’s always been very reliable. I can’t figure out what the problem is! It seems to just shut off when I push the button.

    @googlenest Thank you, since I need 6 sensors at $49 each and I can't even buy them... I'll be getting an entirely new @SimpliSafe system for $379 instead. Way to drop the ball. I guess my Nest Secure is trash now?

    @googlenesthelp I have a Nest Thermostat 3.0 and i have been having issues connecting to WiFi. I Have tried all the steps listed in the troubleshooting guide and have not had success in listing any WiFi Network on the thermostat. Could you please help me resolbe the issue?

    what’s the german word for when you spend two hours on the phone with an incredibly kind/helpful/patient customer service rep who is clearly w/o any power to actually help you because the underlying tech is clearly broken and you’re mad at @googlenest but not Philip himself

    4 hours after my nest account was corrupted & unable to use it (door lock, smoke detectors, security system, thermostat, security cameras)...they're saying engineers need to look into what broke & it'll be days before any of them are working again. WTF @googlenest @googlenesthelp
