    @googlenest From what I’ve read and researched there’s a major glitch in your system that won’t allow you to change your phone number to link it up to the thermostat.. now it’s sort of becomes useless doesn’t it and I have to spend money to buy a new one.

    @googlenesthelp I have having trouble connecting my Nest Thermostat to my wifi. Everything in the house finds WiFi. I tried rebooting everything and still nothing. I’m not sure what my next steps would be. Thank you for any help with this.

    @WAServers @JackPosobiec @googlenest Many cameras have internal memory to store footage in the event of slow wifi or wifi outage. I'm sure Nest tells people this in their terms and conditions which no one ever reads.

    @madebygoogle So i DM you as requested but you still haven’t solved my problem - where in the uk can i get a new thermostat so i dont have to replace my whole system? Awful product @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp and even worse customer service!
