@googlenesthelp No answer anymore? Why not just admit the trouble and deliver service to your customers? You are selling non conform product which isnt even allowed in European Union anyway? How about my guarantee? @GoogleNL

  • CcRaccoon CC_Raccoon (@CcRaccoon) reported

@googlenesthelp @gmail I apologize, I don't intend rudeness at the person typing for nest help. I'm just infuriated with Google and it's nonsensical 'fk-the-user' mentality.

  • imhexproof Lauren (@imhexproof) reported

When @googlenest clicks to away, your upstairs heats to 82 degrees, then takes it’s sweet time cooling down. During Texas Summers the away function is THE WORST. -Sweating from Bed 😭😭🥵🥵 (This is also the 2nd time it has happened this summer, even tho I turned Away off!)

  • cnd1 Juli Moore (@cnd1) reported

@googlenesthelp I have been on hold twice for over and hour each time to get help on a warranty and the most recent person HUNG UP ON !a supervisor was 2contact me and of course no one ever did. I have a case number and nothing was ever done. Case #6-4044000033034 I need help!

  • Dielange76 Die Lange (@Dielange76) reported

@googlenesthelp I am in The Netherlands. What happens is unstable mesh network and connections dropping off at random. ISP is stable and solid as a rock. Issue is in the Google Wifi. Already tried anything to fix and without any result. Paid a lot of money and very unsatisfied at this point

  • SnackinTv SnackinTV (@SnackinTv) reported

I bought a @googlenest when I first got my home thinking that it would help save money on the long run… couldn’t be more wrong this thing has costed more then I paid for it. Always changing temps on its own when I’ve never had it set to those temps.

  • Ceci_DLM Ceci De La Montanya (@Ceci_DLM) reported

    @rick_manders @googlenesthelp I’m having the same issue @googlenesthelp

  • navjhans Nav Jhans (@navjhans) reported

@googlenesthelp , I have recently purchased a Google Nest cam outdoor battery, but it doesn't seem to be working correctly. It is not sensing motion in the activity zones I have set-up, and I have set the sensor to high sensitivity and to detect all motion - can you help?

  • CcRaccoon CC_Raccoon (@CcRaccoon) reported

@googlenesthelp I don't own a nest. My Gmail is the issue. Buy new phone, forgot password, set new one according to 'can't use prec passwrd' + special character rqmnts. Not my typical pass. New cell gets in. Accidentally broke. Nxt phone lock accnt trying to access. Now I'm fkd w/o 8-dig code.

  • switchlec Switchlec (@switchlec) reported

@Andrew33080654 @googlenest Exactly what I was going to suggest. Problem with their stuff (well, one of the problems) is it's all designed for the US market where they have boxes in for everything. Zero thought given to anyone else.

  • iamandrewgrubb Andrew Grubb (@iamandrewgrubb) reported

@googlenesthelp This is exactly the issue I have with your support! I just gave you all the steps I took to identify that there’s an issue with 3 separate 3rd generation units, and the response I get is “have you tried charging it” YES!

  • subbuparam Subbu Param (@subbuparam) reported

after recommending @googlenest mesh wifi to at least 25 people in the last 2 years, I now believe that it is absolutely the worst. plagued with tons of problems that @Google doesn't care about. the most important one being the frequent disconnects in the mesh system! Terrible!!

  • IGawtTheDoorTor Coward the Couragely Dog (@IGawtTheDoorTor) reported

@googlenest thermostats are literally the worst!

  • s7uat Paco (@s7uat) reported

@googlenesthelp Absolutely shocking decision for legacy users. We have 2 options. Use the Google Home app for all cameras (this could be the worst app ever designed!). Or, use 2 apps. Horrendous from Google. Will be getting returned tomorrow & really makes me think about my other 3 cameras.
