@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp TD004 error - but every other device in my house can easily connect to my wifi. At this point I think the nest thermostat is just faulty. Thanks for your help as soon as possible!

@googlenesthelp I've had my Gen 3 Nest thermostat for about a year and all of a sudden it can no longer find my wifi signal. I've restarted it, tried to input the wifi name and password multiple times. I've reset it and started from scratch and nothing works. Please help.

Need @googlenesthelp HELP: For the last two months at the new house, our Nest has worked 100% fine. Yesterday, it disconnected from wifi because it can't say at the necessary 3.6v. Yes, the red wire is connected correctly. This happened a year ago - 1/

@googlenesthelp hi we are having the wifi chip issue (previously working Nest now says “type in network name”). We’ve reset it to no avail

@googlenesthelp So the recent activity doesn’t really help for what I’m looking for as far as history. I want to be able to scroll backwards like in the nest app for each camera. Our new camera says “history” when I click it in the google home app but none of the others do.

@googlenesthelp can you help with my Nest Thermostat? (3rd gen). It’s connected to our wifi and is getting updated weather data, but on the phone app and web app both, it says my thermostat is offline. I’ve tried rebooting.

@googlenesthelp Google reached out to help me replace my Nest I’m glad they did. I feel like a $200 smart thermostat (that provides Google with my personal thermostat habits) should last more than 2 years. I’m glad they agree.

@googlenesthelp Or you could make your website not depend on third-party cookies. Just saying... The issue is you, not I.

@madebygoogle @Google @googlenest As long as Google decides to investigate, try it for themselves to replicate the issue & fix it. Also, I told you that I switch off the speaker daily in the afternoon, it's because even when DND is ON it makes sound when laptop auto-connects via BT. Fix the software.

So all of a sudden, my @googlenesthelp has started saying it has a problem with the Y1 wire. Yet nothing about it has changed since I installed it a few months ago. Everything looks right, and it worked great all summer. (shrug)
