    @peterWscream @googlenest Call Nest support on 0808 169 2307 and they will send someone round to fix it. There is a quality issue which they are fixing for free. I ended up sending mine for repair before I discovered a message from Nest in my spam folder which was send just after it failed.

    One of worst customer service from Nest @googlenest . Accept you sent bad replacement but claim it is past warranty after update

    @googlenesthelp Help! My nest cannot connect to wifi whereas every other device in my house can. Please let me know what I can do to fix or get a replacement device.

    @googlenest your nest protect smoke alarms are probably one of the worst things I’ve ever bought from @currys they constantly go off with steam, it’s a chore to change the WiFi connection. can’t put it in a kitchen #whatsthepointofit

    @googlenesthelp It has since been resolved. The issue was it was asking me to confirm my identity and the only way it would do so is with the Gmail app which I don’t want to install

    @googlenest @SantanaSamuels Having the same issue for the first time. Shows offline in app but actual thermostat is working has great WiFi signal and battery is good. I’ve rebooted thermostat to no avail

    @AmazonHelp My wife is sick and keeps sneezing. Each time, @Alexa wakes up to tell us she couldn't understand what my wife said. Not only did she not say Alexa but she literally didn't even say a human word. How tf is that a me problem? I'm buying a @googlenest.

    @googlenesthelp nest help good nest hub glass cracked accidentally which can not be replaceable by @Google what a shame #nosupport asking customers to find a local repair shop. So what is the worth of #googlenesthub ?

    @googlenesthelp Another six weeks later. Still no sign of my refund. Your organisation is either dishonest or embarrassingly bad. Its been over six months I've been waiting now. For £70. How does it take six months for an organisation of your size to refund £70 for defective kit replacement?
