@googlenesthelp I’ve initiated 2 requests for assistance with my thermostat. 1 case was terminated because I couldn’t answer my phone when the agent randomly called, I’m a healthcare worker. The 2 chat abruptly ended with no resolution or further instructions. Please help!

Hey @googlenesthelp, is there an outage on the Hello? My other cameras work but my Hello has been in and out for the last 15-20 minutes. Already cycled the power and confirmed I can ping it successfully on my local network, but the Nest interface keeps showing "offline".

@googlenesthelp In my kids bedroom I have two google speakers for white noise and a nest camera. At night I set the noise and turn my bedside Google hub on to see them. This worked for ever. Now the white noise stops whenever I tune my hub to see the camera. How do I fix it?

@googlenesthelp My nest thermostat will not connect to the internet or I can’t even click for WiFi, nothing happens. I walk by it and it doesn’t light up like it use to. ?? Any help would be great. I have done all the steps numerous times.

Anyone else having an issue with the @googlenest thermostat app, reporting no usage, when it was definitely used. In fact I have been using it quite a bit. I'm sure my electricity bill will show that. It's just nice to know on the app. It's been like this for 3 days now.

@googlenest I moved into my house 2 years ago. A year ago one of my 3 nests went down. Was replaced. Same unit went down, called Google, they said it’s no longer under warranty. Same problem as before…so something defective and they are not taking ownership. Been loyal

@googlenesthelp I have a Google Nest Thermostat that keeps loosing WiFi. I have done the following but nothing is working. Restarted router, restarted nest thermostat, factory reset thermostat, removed all history of the device on my router. Can anyone help?

@RobFromInternet @googlenest There appears to be a problem with that power source that I, with my limited HVAC experience, cannot troubleshoot. I did, by the way, replace the Nest batter, since I thought that was the issue. I was wrong.
