    @googlenesthelp hi there. I'm having a problem with the wifi on one of my thermostats at home. I have 2 of them and 1 disconnected and won't find any wifi networks. Have tried restarting, factory resetting and even factory reset router without luck. Everything else works

    @googlenesthelp Your instructions also say I need to remove our house hold from the Google home app which I don't have, have never had or needed to make this thing work. I wasted the time to download it and it doesn't help either.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, can you help please? My nest doorbell (wired) is constantly going offline and not working (both at the doorbell end, and through the app). Although out of warranty, surely these should have a better life than +3 years? WiFi and power not the issue

    so i got robbed on sunday and now @googlenest is out here robbing me a second time by making me pay twice for my doorbell's aware subscription and i've talked to 3 different customer support people and not a single one has been able to do a thing for me and its like...wtf

    @googlenest it is so very frustrating when Google nest support staff cannot resolve issue with app being offline when Thermostat connected by wifi showing strong wifi connection.

    @googlenesthelp Hey, yes I have a Z fold 3.... n have not removed the app, worried it may not take my cams again since I had an issue installing one b4 since we're forced to use the home app n not the preferable nest app... issue started w the last update... Will give a try shortly, stay tuned.

    @googlenesthelp What are you going to do besides tell me to reset my residential gateway? No other device in my home loses connection. This is a nest thermostat problem. One that I don't believe you have the ability to fix.

    @googlenesthelp Nest Thermostat e decided to disconnect from the heat link. I’ve spent hours trying to resolve it. Second time this has happened. Full factory reset on both devices and setup from new. Still no joy. It’s just not reliable enough. It was a nightmare to sort last time.

    @googlenest please explain how the thermostat can be offline from the internet but still know the outside temperature.
