    @googlenest can someone assist me with H72 error on my thermostat please im hearing that there is an ongoing issue with Google updates to nest and once updated the heat link box is dead! Please get in touch as most are saying this will need a replacement if so! We have no heating

    Welp trying @googlenest and already miserable. Refuses to connect to my WiFi, error code P005 (4072). Product really is garbage if it can't simply connect. Tried everything, hard reset, deauth, 2Ghz validation etc.

    @googlenesthelp Support has been atrocious. Got a w5 error for a Nest thermostat we bought new this summer. They sent replacement, didn’t work. Sent another replacement, didn’t work. Said they would follow up in a day about what to do next, and now it’s been 3 days, no response

    @googlenesthelp Yes, thank you for checking. 1. Nest mini keeps saying it isn't set up, even after I've set it up twice. Even though the Home app detects it. 2. Nest Hub has really terrible UX. Nothing you can do at night, past a certain time, to leave the screensaver and show the home screen.

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp Screw this **** ! Gen3 thermostat suddenly stopped seeing ANY networks after working fine for a couple years. Checking online I see this is a major flaw with all their wifi devices. So good luck 😡

    @googlenest I have purchased 2 nests from google in the last 2 years, the first one just went black and now this one is saying the battery is not charged,despite being plugged in at all times, how do I claim through warranty. These are poor for the cost

    @madebygoogle @googlenest 1. seriously tired of your half baked busted *** hw/sw. Your cameras constantly go offline, GHome app feels like it’s beta for years, Nest app is hardly working now, hub reboots in the middle of the night (stays bright), can’t setup cameras on any hub.

    @googlenesthelp 6-1612000033380 this is the case ID the representative said a replacement needed to be ordered but I have yet to receive an email to order the replacement thermostat. The error code is W5.

    @madebygoogle @googlenest 2. I switched my WiFi channel from 153 to 161 & all 7 of my hubs went into setup mode (not just the disconnected msg) and all 6 spotlight cams went offline. Switched back. No go. Had to setup hubs from scratch. Cameras are being replaced with Arlo Tues.
