    .@googlenest @googlenesthelp 6month old 3rd gen thermostat broken since mid-November. 3 attempts to get a warranty replacement failed because of “problems in the computer system”. Now on hold for 1.5hrs for the third time this week. It’s winter and my house is cold. #Ridiculous

    @DataJunkie @adamlaiacano @googlenest The cloud dashboard with access to the camera feed and the video recordings is broken in web browsers. Shows blue spinners where the camera feeds should be.

    If you are thinking of purchasing @googlenest cameras, DON'T they have the WORST customer support I've ever had, 2 months now since they forced me onto a new Nest Aware plus subscription service and since then the cameras have been missing events ! Absolute joke @googlenesthelp

    @googlenest the issue started yesterday. Figured it would go away. I have tried multiple browsers on multiple different computers. The app works from my phone.

    @googlenesthelp is there a problem with Nest? One camera is offline while my doorbell and thermostat is working.

    @googlenest Currently flashing red; however, sometime when experiencing the problem, it'll be white. No changes to the network settings and I just confirmed with my provider that they aren't experiencing any outages.

    @jpatanooga @googlenest Yes, we have wireless temp sensors and power consumption. The challenge is old houses don't have room specific hvac controls. I looked into some DIY options, but the chatter seemed to be smart vents might be bad for the furnace in the long run.

    Hi @googlenest, whenever I request @radioparadise on my Nest Mini speakers, it tries to play via @tunein - but I only get a looping message saying the station isn't available in my country. This is despite RadioParadise offering free worldwide audio streams. How do I fix this?
