    @googlenesthelp I have a 3rd generation nest that lost connectivity to WIFI after using it for more than an year. I have tried to reset the device to factory settings, reset the wifi routers etc. and nothing helped. Need your help ASAP pls.

    @googlenesthelp hi guys I’ve had my nest now for about 6 months and it worked great until a few days ago. It has lost WiFi and after a lot of testing and following you help section I have had no success in the device finding any networks at all. I have followed all your advise

    @WFLAJosh @googlenest I had a similar issue in Dec 2021. I contacted Google Nest Support and they replaced my unit.

    @WFLAJosh @googlenest Mine was throwing electric error code but it was an issue w my gas valve. If self help troubleshooting isn't working you probably need to call a technician

    @googlenesthelp @googlenest My Google Nest hub the past 3 days I give it a command to add a grocery item to my shopping list (in Google Keep), & it responds with "Sorry, something went wrong while I was trying to change your shopping list". Worked fine b4 for many months. Help!

    @googlenesthelp worst customer service have no idea how to deal with customer situation even they say to customer that we can’t assist you if they have no solution and have to assist other customers and hung up now you guys charge my card and no one is ready to solve my problem

    @TheJohnSenning @WFLAJosh @googlenest Oh I bet you’re running heat and every time the electric heat comes on, the breaker trips. Now that winter was last week you’ll probably be fine! So maybe heaters bad or breakers weak and trips too easily. Definitely electrical and you need to call someone.

    @googlenesthelp this is a warning to anyone hoping to get a simple issue rectified with Google for my nest doorbell don’t bother they are useless I have had issues since October and no one will sort out the problem I strongly advise you to think about a different doorbell

    @googlenesthelp - Nest Thermostat lost connection to Wi-Fi and now can’t find any networks. Gone through all options around rebooting and reconnecting as suggested but it just not picking any of the networks. This is frustrating and spending too much time. Please HELP!

    @googlenest After a year of using the thermostat, it’s all of a sudden telling me low battery and needs to charge, but doesn’t???? And it randomly shuts down? If it shuts down how am I supposed to stay warm?

    @googlenesthelp I forgot to cancel my automatic renewal as I don't use nest cams anymore. And basically I'm being told to bad, I'm screwed, there's nothing that can be done. I haven't used the cams since last July. Utterly ridiculous and horrible.
