@googlenesthelp I have lost control of my lights. All lights are C by GE. The smart outlets still work from Google Home. I have reset the cable modem and Google Mesh Wi-Fi 2 times. I have reset my local mini. I have issued the sync my devices command. HELP!

@jordanfd @googlenesthelp Jordan it’s like calling Comcast. You’re dealing with a level 1 tech who is reading through a script and unable to deviate from it despite knowing their is a larger problem at hand. I reported the same 2 days ago. My app hasn’t reported usage in 4 days

The last @googlenest I'll ever buy decided that at 12:20am to loudly chirp to tell me the CO2 sensor expired. The silence button, worthless. The app told me the same thing, but it's 12:20am, chirping. Wtf am I supposed to do. Smart device meet hammer. cc @internetofshit

As a huge fan of @Google I have to say, the @googlenest wifi is the biggest piece of garbage. And, I HATE LEVEL 1 tech support. They have no idea what they are doing.

@deflatermouse When we did ours 3 yrs ago I briefly toyed with the idea of the @googlenest version. But price and likely obsolescence within a decade made that a bad choice. Some things are better left simple.

@googlenesthelp United States, it has been out for two weeks. I test the power cord with my phone and it started charging so the line is still good. I then took the camera down and tested it in a different outlet using a nest plug and adapter, but the camera still failed to power on

@googlenesthelp Sorry, I missed your reply. So I have good Wi-Fi coverage and have unplugged the hub and speakers multiple times to try to fix it, and still have that issue.

@googlenesthelp Resetting the device, clearing the cache, reintegrating my Google account, removing it from my "Home" in the app....This seems to be a widespread issue, that's impacting more than me (based on a quick Twitter search). So I'm guessing this is an issue on Google's end.
