    @googlenesthelp I seem to have an issue with a faulty heat link. 3rd generation learning thermostat less than 2 years old, H72 error on the thermostat, heat link completely dead no lights. Unable to reset. Boiler has power and is working fine. troubleshooting completed.

    Hi @googlenesthelp @TuneInSupport ! We have 3 home nests and love them so much. I regularly use the voice commands to listen to @CBCMusic by asking for "cbc radio 2" or "cbc music". Within the last 2 ish months, this is no longer working -goes to a different station. #help ?

    @googlenest And then some of the settings like changing Cel to F can only be done from the buggy Home app which doesn't actually transmit the change to the device. Probably have to send the damn thing back and look for a 1st gen on eBay. You blew it @googlenest /end

    @madebygoogle @googlenest A suggestion, can we rotate the image for our outdoor nest IQ in the app already? Very frustrating having to buy off brand brackets for a $400 camera to fix this issue when it can easily be changed in the app.

    Like what if I wasn’t home? My cats could have actually died lmao. The AC refused to turn off Heat unless I flat out shut off power to it. Fix this @googlenest it was funny at first but you’re another billion dollar company incapable of providing a decent product Annoying

    @googlenesthelp How long is the usual wait from your ‘help centre’? Im 17 hours in with no hot water thanks to a faulty google heat link, and haven’t had a word from your help centre. Is there a human I can speak to? Please.

    I just want to say that I just had hands down the best experience with tech support that I have had in my entire life. @googlenest your tech was proficient, friendly, and treated me like a person who knew what she was doing. Every tech person should strive to be this awesome.
