    @googlenest the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Broken heatlink on my #nestthermostat. 3 #googlenest support calls, 2 Britishgas engineers test it and confirm plus drafted a pdf and still being told it’s not enough.

    @googlenesthelp Next Aware 1st gen. I went through three service agents who couldn’t help.I was told to send screen shots of my account which I did. I simply wanted to update my payment details but the link on the email sent by you will allow new details to be added but wont allow the swap.

    @googlenesthelp @Google @sundarpichai exchanging 135 emails Dec2019 and accepted by google that there is problem with the NestHubMax and getting std reply that our team is working on the issue, finally I got reply that they can't fix the issue. I need to handle that on my own.

    @googlenesthelp I have a google nest thermostat that worked great for 9 months and now no matter what I try the best can not find the WiFi connection it used to connect to. Router is good. Please help

    @googlenest @madebygoogle My Google Nest Thermostat stopped connecting to WiFi. Contacted the company, they sent a replacement. Not even 5 months later, the replacement has the SAME ISSUE! Now, they are saying that their defect replacement pushed me past my original warranty period and to buy a new one!

    @googlenesthelp Must be set up to NEVER assist customers in warranty claims. A failed cord leads to two 20+ minutes (& counting) calls always leads to a runaround requesting more information. Worst customer service ever.
