    @googlenesthelp I have a generation 1 Nest thermostat that constantly loses wifi. It’s only 30 feet from the router that consistently gives a speed of 500 mbps. None of my 3 protects have a problem. I have done all the things suggested online. It has done it since new. Any ideas?

    @googlenesthelp I haven't been able to reconnect my best thermostat for days now. Just stop seeing network. Tried everything please help!!

    @googlenesthelp No changes. I did perform a wifi reset on both smoke detectors. They are never offline at the same time. The only indication that they are offline is by looking at my phone’s nest app while I’m looking at the nest cams.

    @JakeEchanove @googlenest @honeywell I had one at my condo, and had no issue. One unit had the MAC mislabeled. The other has a physical defect preventing the professional from installing it properly. 2 out of 3 is not a stat I would be confident with. I don’t want to have to go through this setup process again. EVER

    The breaker tripped on my HVAC twice yesterday so it got cold af. And my @googlenest thermostat didn't notify me. My Nest camera will notify me out the ***** if it loses power or network. So why can't the server do the same for my thermostat?

    @googlenesthelp I know the December update that reached the Chromecast today fixes some issues with 60Hz 4K but for me I initially lost all 4K options after install but after another reboot that got fixed. I tried turning on/off then back on "Match Content" which didn't help.

    @googlenesthelp They say it was fixed but my nest mini still not working. Still getting that message on voice commands. Trying to turn off my lights with my voice. Always worked til about 3 days ago. Google says the 'device not set up yet'

    @googlenest long time user and since Google bought Nest the nest camera aware product has gone down hill. Bring back continuous video storage please.

    @googlenest keep getting h71, reset the heating link numerous times but it keeps dropping connection. Moved thermo. How do I do a hard restart of thermostat? I don’t want to have to replace both if only one breaking down

    @madebygoogle Unless you can refund the money I spent on the nest thermostat; I don't think you can help. The @GoogleStore said they couldn't refund because it's been more than 15 days. It's been that long because @googlenest sent the wrong item twice.

    @autolycos @googlenest Swear to god my nest wanted to kill me. The wall plate connector went bad and I would wake up to my house being 90 degrees. It wouldn’t stop until it hit the emergency shut off

    @googlenesthelp I have a gen 3 nest and the wifi chip is not working. It cannot find any networks in the area when we know there is available networks, and then it gets stuck in search mode. Please help!

    @googlenest what does “away” mode actually do? I can’t seem to find a straight answer in any of the help articles. I don’t care about how nest automatically figures out away. I want to know what happens when I set away manually.
