    @googlenest After your Gemini update to Google home everything is slow and broken. I ask for the weather and it gives me the weather for New York City. I don’t live in New York City. Asking to play Spotify seems impossible for Gemini. This update is terrible.

    @googlenesthelp My Nest Mini 2 seems to have broken completely. When ask it to play a playlist from my @Spotify Premium it plays some other random playlist. It's made playing songs on it almost impossible. Ive already unplugged it, factory reset it & deleted & reinstalled it

    Ok.... I am after homekit enabled smoke/carbon detectors. @googlenest protects are all at the end of their lives. They don't make them anymore. So, Trying to find what works/is available in canada (NA). There are "smart" ones from Kidde and a homebridge plugin. Any help?!

    @GoogleNest @MadeByGoogle I 'upgraded' my Home devices to Gemini and lost Continued Conversation. The help docs say I can't revert!? This is a major accessibility regression! Continued Conversation must be expedited for Gemini immediately. #GoogleHome #Gemini

    @johncu71 It’s a ring camera in night mode. @googlenest still far better but sucks that they don’t have time lapse like they used to. When will those capabilities return Google?! Please fix it!

    @googlenest stop sending me reminders to replace my nest smoke/ CO sensor, when there is no google nest replacement device in the UK… wholly pointless and VERY annoying, exceptionally poor customer service … I’m sure Google has loads of useless excuses though …

    @googlenesthelp @googlenest do not, I repeat do not use Google camera products. Their support used to be great they’re totally blowing me off. Frustrating because there is no other way to get help. They changed their subscription to screw the people like every other company FU!

    Google Nest thermostat is such a POS product, I fkn hate it. App never works right and support won’t help. I regret buying it. I thought Google would stand behind their products, but no. $280 wasted. 🖕 @googlenesthelp
