    @RamyShalaby @googlenesthelp same thing happened with mine, google sent a replacement -- it was working fine for 2 weeks-- all of sudden has stopped working again. Google nest's help is really annoying and will expect you to troubleshoot for 30+mins before they will agree to send out another one.

    @googlenesthelp i am still trying to get case id 9-5448000031159 resolved. All I want to do is send this piece of junk back for another garbage replacement and I can't even get that done. You support is useless. I have spoken to 3 ppl already. Pls help.

    @googlenesthelp Hello, I am unable to log into the nest app, but can login on the website. Is there a problem centrally or is this just us? Tried multiple phones, restarting everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, but it just hangs when first opening the app before login.

    @googlenest nest hello app has just started crashing every single time I try and view a video/event. I’ve just found TENS of tweets same thing going back to 2016. How is this still a problem?? Will return and unsubscribe from nest aware plus if can’t fix.

    @googlenest have been trying to get a replacement device for a faulty nest thermostat since Nov 2020, but no help. Horrible support!! Case: 2-0622000031336

    @googlenest Unfortunately not. Still many issues with combining Google Tv with Nest Devices within a group. E.g. delays in the next song coming on; or the song starts playing too loudly, then quiets down; or I have ask several times to play music before it does.

    @googlenesthelp is not helpful. My Nest Gen 3 went out a few days ago. Now, heater is not working. Been charging it, still no good. It’s freezing in my house (60°)! 1-3 days until they review my case for a replacement? Are you kidding me? I’ll be frozen by then!

    @starbreiz @googlenest Right? It’s pretty random for me. Sometimes it’ll work fine for 2 months and then it has me re-login. Then sometimes it’ll do it twice within a week. I don’t understand.

    @bellahollyoak Can we all hear what you have to say #googlenest ? I understand you’ve insisted on a pre-authorise prior to shipping replacement. Then YOU decide if it’s in warranty. A BAD idea! Once you have the faulty item you can say what you want.. I see‘bye bye money’ -2deg no heat 2 weeks!

    @googlenest wow had your support gone down the toilet! Spent thousands and I can’t get someone who speaks English well and maybe has a modicum of understanding the product? Too big for your britches?
