    @googlenesthelp @SmithCLC have issue with my thermostat, not connecting to wifi, I've reboot the modem, reset the wifi on my nest device, still can not find the wifi to connect. Any idea how ro fix the issue?

    @sundarpichai @Google @googlenest Please read ALL the apple App Store most recent reviews over the last year regarding the garbage dumpster fire the app is with Google nest cameras. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

    I can't wait until somebody replaces the garbage Google puts on its nest devices with @xai's @grok. It's frustrating having @googlenest hardware in the house when it's effectively useless for anything other than playing music and playing a slideshow of my photos.

    @googlenesthelp I have a nest thermostat that will not connect to wifi (2.4 ghz). I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

    @jp2e @verge @googlenest Oh isn’t the smart home fun! I currently only use Google Home, would adding Home Assistant to the mix help them talk to each other?

    @googlenesthelp I’ve been waiting over a week for a response to my support log, your AI app gave me poor advice & I now have a non functioning thermostat & no upstairs heating. This is really poor customer service!

    Hey @googlenest, my point keeps going offline randomly. The main router stays fine, but the point drops. Rebooting it every time is getting old. Any idea what’s happening?

    @GoogleNest @rishi_chandra @rosterloh Loyal customer w/4 Nest thermostats. Google repeatedly denied a Nest upgrade promo for 1 of the units since it was offline during a reno. If this is how they treat loyal users, I’m done. All 4 will be replaced with competitors. #GoogleNest
