    @googlenesthelp @engadget @TheVerge You guys have reported on the w5 error in the past. I'm guessing this is the same error without the error code. Have you had any follow-up from Google or readers on your articles about resolution for this issue?

    If you own a Samsung Android, don't buy @madebygoogle @googlenest cameras. The 2 way talk is broken. They are using the wrong microphone on Samsung in the home app, and refuse to fix it.

    @googlenesthelp Also having to use two apps now sucks. I liked using the nest branded app. But the new cameras seem to not work on nest app. And the google home app isn’t as great in my opinion. It’s just a terrible experience and makes me want to dump it all for another brand :/

    @googlenesthelp Same problem this evening. The living room speakers won't stop, and won't listen to voice commands. I cannot imagine these devices controlling heat, lights etc. They're basically useless...

    @googlenesthelp I am unable to connect to wifi as I have a w5 error code on my Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen. I did all the troubleshooting and the issue is still there. Please advise.

    @googlenest I filed a warranty claim for a broken thermostat on December 7th. RIDICULOUS. Please contact me about resolution.

    @googlenest hey my wifi has been weird in my office. I just noticed my nest appears just flat out broken?? Took out and put back plug and it won’t light up. Google Home doesn’t detect it. It just sits on the floor in a corner. Seems crazy it broke!

    @googlenesthelp I don’t need a conversation about this….You need to tell your customers that there is a problem and sort it out. I’ve already reported my issue but others reported theirs months ago, still nothing done.

    @googlenesthelp The slowness seems to affect all platforms, inc. phones, Nest Hubs, even viewing in the browser. The mobile notifications aren't as bad as they were the other day, but generally I've noticed the system as a whole getting slower this past year.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, can someone assist with a Nest doorbell (wired) that suddenly went offline and won’t reconnect? There is a flashing green light at the top. Have tried to factory reset and removed from app, but get a NC023 error when re-adding. Any advice how to recover this?
