@ecobee app is having "technical difficulties" so you can't do what you probably bought a smart thermostat for. Then the app sends you to a status website... That is offline. I'm getting a @googlenest ASAP

@googlenest @googlenesthelp I’m so disappointed in this product. I paid for a years subscription for 60 days history before the free trial ended, you canceled my subscription at the end of my free trial. There is no help in site, beware of this service!

@googlenesthelp I have a 3rd generation Nest learning thermostat, only for four months now and still under warranty. I’m getting a w5 error code as it can’t pick up Wi-Fi signals and connect to the internet. I was told purchase new one and send old one back to get a refund

@googlenesthelp When it has a fresh battery, we get the door open notifications; then when it drains the battery we get a "nest detect offline" notification. No LEDs on currently, but all worked as expected when I did the "check setup" after replacing the battery.

@googlenesthelp Hi. I can't get past the initial screen on the nest mobile app to control any of my devices. I've just tried the web app and it let me login. Any ideas ?
