    @googlenest I think it’s a Vimeo issue. Doesn’t look like it is compatible with Chromecast, only Apple TV, unless I’m missing something. If I am wrong, then it’s completely unintuitive.

    @wobblyHaitch @googlenest I’m having the same problem. Ask the hub to play Mi Soul radio and you get a message saying, I looked for Mi Soul and it’s not available or can’t be played right now

    .@googlenesthelp @google your NEST customer service has been atrocious. I have been working with them for 2 months to resolve a broken product. They sent me the wrong replacement product 30 days ago and they still can’t get it together to get me the right product....

    @googlenest Only YouTube music. My friends having the same issue too and all fed up of using YouTube music. Separate accounts, separate WiFi networks. Same issues. There's a fundamental flaw with however you've integrated casting. Google podcasts is the same and drops connection so fast

    @googlenest please help can not get any online help at all. Camera is offline and can not receive password reset email. Have checked Junk and Spam. Have set up a google nest subscription but app still has old email address and can’t change without password

    @googlenest The new chromecast is on the 2.4 whereas the older one is on the 5. Could this be the issue? I don’t know how to switch it.

    @googlenesthelp It’s blue and won’t connect to internet. The screen in the app is black and we see nothing but it will ring at the bell but not our phones. This is the first problem we have had. It has been great all along.

    @googlenesthelp Why can't you solve a simple issue of a lost package? Just replace the items or give me my money back so I can go buy something else... You literally don't have to work for google to figure out how to deal with a lost package...
