    Apparently there's a problem with @spectrum modems and @googlenest wifi. But I cracked it. I'll probably write a blog post soon but in the meantime if you hear of someone who's stuck, send them my way.

    I finally locate a number to talk to @googlenest about my ordeal a few days later. Dude I speak to is nice, but we are having trouble understanding each other. He recommends I throw out my stupidly expensive device that could have caused untold damage and replace. 4/6

    @yangtheman @googlenest Yep, they don't care about thier product or customers. I am 5 weeks into a support issue on all Nest products and I was told "there is no eta for a resolution at this time" by a supposed tier 3 support rep.

    @googlenest you guys need to fix this with a firmware or software update, because this is unacceptable for me to pay money for a speaker that is only 2 yrs old and it not work. Won't be recommending these anymore..

    @Google @googlenest Can somebody please fix the bug urgently. Its irritating to keep saying OK GOOGLE-STOP after every alarm or timer goes off because the speaker now since some days ignores the STOP command. No Rocket Science here 😢

    Hey @Google @googlenest Your Nest Hub Max SUCKS ***! The screen CONSTANTLY goes black for no reason. CONSTANTLY. The online help instructions basically say unplug it and plug it back in. For a multi-hundred dollar product that’s crap! Any response?

    Hey @googlenest , your garbage speakers won't stay connected to a Wifi 6 Router. And before you even say it (like your other "tech" people ), it's not a range or interference thing. My 5 yr old router worked, your speakers don't like modern mesh networks.
