    @autolycos @googlenest Swear to god my nest wanted to kill me. The wall plate connector went bad and I would wake up to my house being 90 degrees. It wouldn’t stop until it hit the emergency shut off

    @googlenesthelp my nest protect smoke detectors are showing offline at random. Both are ac wired and wifi reset. All 3 nest cams have no issues. Is this a google server issue?

    @googlenesthelp Hello. Why is the thermostat scheduling function on the Nest app so awful? It hasn’t improved in years and it is still horrible to use. Is there a UX person at Google who can fix this? Please 🙏

    @googlenest Sure, no problem - stop/ start - restarted using button on nest - manually connected to wi-fi router - restarted wi-fi router

    @googlenesthelp No changes. I did perform a wifi reset on both smoke detectors. They are never offline at the same time. The only indication that they are offline is by looking at my phone’s nest app while I’m looking at the nest cams.

    @madebygoogle I would be calling @googlenesthelp for help in fixing my 3 Google Nest hubs...but after waiting for 2 months for tech support to resolve my issues successfully, I won't hold my breath that anyone would ever pick up.

    @TeamYouTube @googlenest But when I use the @youtubemusic app on my pixel 5 I don't have these controls from the lock screen or drop down control bar.

    @googlenesthelp One of my nest thermostats has lost wifi. I have tried resetting, I double checked my router (all other devices work with wifi) and have unplugged for a while and plugged back into the base. Still have the issue "no networks detected"

    @googlenesthelp is there a current issue with Google Nest Cameras not sending notifications. I have 4 outdoor cameras and a 5th doorbell camera. I used to see many many notifications a day. Now I get none. Not even from doorbell camera when I get a delivery.

    The breaker tripped on my HVAC twice yesterday so it got cold af. And my @googlenest thermostat didn't notify me. My Nest camera will notify me out the ***** if it loses power or network. So why can't the server do the same for my thermostat?

    @verizonfios router died this morning. Lost a morning of work and the kids missed several hours of school. Ran to worst buy as soon as it opened and snagged a @googlenest mesh bundle and it's working brilliantly.
