    @Google @googlenest It's been some time now that continued conversation is much delayed. Also, when the speaker asks "Do you want more context", the listening is much delayed and it says nothing after I say YES. Please investigate & you will be able to easily replicate to fix it.

    @googlenesthelp Thank you for your reply. No it went offline today and refuse to find any network not just my one. It's still functioning as a thermostat but with no WiFi.

    @googlenest Ever since the 22Q2 update last fall our 3yr old Google mesh points have had intermittent loss of signal. Never once happened before. Has to be related to the update. When will @googlenest correct this problem?

    Should I attempt to contact @googlenest for a 5th time this morning to try and resolve the problem with my thermostat and get cut off again, or just not bother 🙄

    @googlenest 2.5 life span for a gen 3 nest… ?? battery issue & can’t connect to Wi-Fi - called support only to be told sorry. 20 degree day today a thermostat could be useful😢

    @googlenesthelp I’ve reinstalled the app twice and the problem continues. It’s very frustrating especially when we’re paying a lot of money for a service we’re not getting. Plus I can’t keep an eye on security for my home.

    Bit disappointed @googlenesthelp I fitted a Nest 3rd gen 22 months ago for one of my customers and developed a Wi-Fi issue, after ringing nest and going through all the troubleshooting,you emailed customer to say it needs replacement, he emailed back and was told needs to buy one

    @madebygoogle ..Googlenest leaning thermostat not working after replacing the boiler ...it is 250 dollar leaning thermostat .. useless ..We have to buy it every two years ...

    @googlenesthelp Hi my Nest Thermostat has lost the ability to find a network and connect. So far I've reset the device, I've manually added the network and completely factory reset the device, rebooted my router all to no avail. Help please I'm pulling my hair out🙈
