@googlenest wow does anyone else have this problem, you say turn lights off, it turns them on you say turn lights on and it turns them off, really getting on my nerves now! Didn't used to have this problem but seems to be getting worse!!! Pissing me right off/on which is it!!!

@googlenesthelp @weareboxt forgot to mention H71 error. Reset nest several times. Even wifi even though that isn't the issue. Still disconnects throughout the day.

@googlenest You mean the setting in the Google Home app? Yeah, that's the first thing I did. Guys, you need to pass on to your developers a recast for a firmware fix. An internal firewall option would be great!

@googlenest I have changed the home name, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No this is not my first set up. A few months ago I noticed trouble with my devices and the app. I said today was going to reach out I did not want to go into the new year with bad or non working devices.

@googlenest Well if your killing the Nest app then there’s nothing more to discuss. My home security is very important and it seems like google is only interested in killing everything that’s good about the companies it buys. The trust is broken!

My @googlenest thermostat has been offline on the app for 6 months. We've done every recommended troubleshooting, uninstalled the app and reinstalled and nothing. It's extremely frustrating and I'm about to get rid of it all together.
