@googlenest Please help very bad experience. I returned a defective product of yours on December 8th. I called you to confirm and I was charged $300 for the product today. Been on the phone with your team for 40 minutes now. Not getting anywhere.

@googlenesthelp It's 3 nest minis and an original chromecast. They all show offline in the home app but they are all connected to the internet and can be used as designed.

@googlenesthelp I got in touch with chat after getting a link on reddit. The chat associates were very helpful, and resolved the problem. It would just be nice to be able to find that option with the do-it-yourself suggestions.

@googlenesthelp Hi, can you help please? My nest doorbell (wired) is constantly going offline and not working (both at the doorbell end, and through the app). Although out of warranty, surely these should have a better life than +3 years? WiFi and power not the issue

@googlenest anyway to repair these cables or check the fault? Been outside a few years, looks like birds may sat on the wire (placed upside down due to to stupid wiring convention tbf) Cabling was cracked and brittle, doesn’t actually look damaged - but will not work. #google

I ordered a @googlenest doorbell camera because I’m sick of the @ring f’ing up. They “tried” delivering it Saturday said no one was home spoiler alert, @ups never knock. It’s supposed to be re-delivered today. Got an an email from google that it was back in the warehouse. WTF

@googlenest your signup process for nest aware is atrocious. I received an email to sign up then had to go thru 8 screens, some of which had little content to sign up. Why? The WORST process.

@googlenest it’s 25 deg in Boston. Due to known issue w Nest I’ve had spotty to no-heat for over two weeks. Plumber had to be called to confirm wiring ok. Nest will now send a replacement base. In 4-6 days. And charge me $31 for it. CustSvc rep hung up when asked to rush.

@googlenesthelp My Nest will not connect to wi-if. I have done literally everything in the troubleshooting guide so I need help that is beyond that. It’s 6 months old so it should still be working.

.@googlenesthelp I went through customer service because half of my nest products show offline but function appropriately. It's been doing this for 6 months they tell me engineering is aware and trying to resolve it. How much longer? It's obnoxious.
