    @googlenesthelp As stated, I bought it two years ago, so probably out of warranty, but I can’t replace the cable (attached to camera - design flaw?). Would expect a good customer service to solve my problem, especially when it is caused by a cable deteriorating like that, even warranty expired.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, I’ve had this response from Bose Support. 1/2 “The issue you are facing is related to your connection. We do not advise that our Wi-Fi products be used with mesh networks and extenders. The connection is hit-and-miss.”

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply. I am one of hundreds, if not thousands of customers that are or will have this issue. Every single Nest 3rd gen will not last more than 5 years and will need to be replaced. This will create an alarming amount of e-waste. I recommend a replacement program.

    @graemeknows @rupertlo7 @googlenesthelp Sounds like a lot of people have similar experiences with Google products and support. Don't forget, the company is worth almost $2 TRILLION!! Yet they can't even be bothered to actually help their customers.

    @googlenesthelp I finally got it to work! It seemed to be a glitch error. If one entered the wrong password. Which I did. I got my complex password correct eventually & the app eventually let me reset it! Thank you! Now I just need good adhesive to tape it outside my door. Any ideas for renters?

    @googlenest @madebygoogle Luv the Google Nest hub and doorbell. The doorbell mounting hardware is garbage tho. Much too flimsy.

    But they don’t account for the waste that their products create once it leaves their factories. This battery thing is a super common issue that they will not acknowledge in order to protect their bottom line. @googlenesthelp

    @googlenest when will you be fixing the Google TV Nest App? It will not let us sign in via our google account. (Only Legacy Nest Accounts).

    @googlenesthelp Hey there. I got a Google Nest Hub Display for Christmas and was working great. Now it is stuck on a grey screen with a G in the middle. I have factory reset, and nothing. Any help?

    @googlenest is the WORST! We had cooling issues in summer and now we are having heating issues and it’s 17* outside! My toddlers’ room is 56 degrees. 😰

    I placed an order on the @googlenest store on December 21st and the estimated delivery is... April 27th. WHAT?!?! WTF?!
