    @googlenesthelp Hi, I just purchased a nest learning thermostat and i cannot get it to find any wifi networks in my home. When in try to search for a network it just keeps spinning. I've followed the recommended advice and reset the device and nothing works. Help Please?

    @googlenest It's coming from the Nest app, it's keeps logging out intermittently and I have to reselect my login details from the list of accounts I have and type my password.

    @googlenesthelp so my camera has been going offline a lot lately. Had my tech come in and take a look and stated that the problem isn't on my end. Talk to a few other people who said they've been having the same problem for the past week or so.

    @googlenest my nest mini keeps on disconnecting from the network, I noticed a lot of threads going back some months now, has this issue been sorted? Had no issues for 2 months up until about a week ago

    Now 2 weeks since my Google nest thermostat problem. @googlenest are still being obstructive and no help whatsoever. The call out fee I paid to the local company has still not been reimbursed and it doesn’t look like it will anytime soon. For a big company your service is rotten

    You only need to read the #Google reviews to realise this company has a shitty reputation and shitty customer service. The whole exchange was recorded on my @googlenest doorbell. It makes your company look bad @bol_com, suggest you consider finding a new company to work with...

    @googlenest please help can not get any online help at all. Camera is offline and can not receive password reset email. Have checked Junk and Spam. Have set up a google nest subscription but app still has old email address and can’t change without password

    @googlenest I have 3 Google Devices in my home and every one has the same problem. They can all play the BBC, tell me the time, describe the weather etc but not one will stream anything from Global Player
