    My @googlenest thermostat 3 is throwing up a W5 WiFi error. Every other device in the house is connected fine, so it’s the Nest that’s at fault. Both Reset>Restart and Reset>Network have failed. Any suggestions?! @googlenesthelp

    @googlenest Are you ever going to acknowledge there was an outage with the nest thermostat histories? For those of us that had to individually troubleshoot with your service this was frustrating. Glad it's fixed but you could have just announced the outage.

    @zahid_ramzan @googlenesthelp I just noticed it yesterday - last data on the app, Sunday Jan 14th - I recently turned on two-factor authentication - still using old Nest account login not Gmail integration - but we’re not the only ones - lots of people have been reporting this issue for some time now.

    @googlenesthelp So not only my IOS app is not displaying my heating history for January, but after resetting the Nest 3rd gen, it suddenly discovered that my room temp was actually 1 degree centigrade lower than previously displayed. WTF? It’s a global issue.

    @au_tom_otive @googlenest @googlenesthelp Good luck with that (& getting any help). Took me weeks to get response, had to send unit back then heard nothing, had to chase repeatedly before new unit arrived

    @googlenesthelp Hi I also have an issue with history not showing on my nest app or website, looks like you have an issue as theres lots of people on here saying its missing. i have done all the troubleshooting and resets, still not showing.

    @rom_j_patel @googlenesthelp Hopefully Google are trying to fix these glitches that the Nest thermostat is experiencing! annoying when you have to get up in the middle of the night to manually turn the heating on!

    @googlenesthelp Both are Gen 3. I saw that Nest is aware of the problem and working on a solution. It's not just me with the problem.

    @googlenest Some livestreams are automatically set to 144p and there is nothing I can do to fix it. I also tried to set the quality before streaming it to chromecast, but it does not work.

    @b1keridingpinko @googlenesthelp I noticed my nest went offline for 4 hours last Thursday and been doing it awhile before that.. our WiFi and internet all working perfect. Must be a issue at Google.

    @googlenesthelp @sk0rp10 I too have this issue. No history since January 20th. I had removed a Nest protect that had expired then. On weekend I removed all Nest products and re-installed. Still no history. I have a 2nd Gen Nest Thermostat.

    @googlenesthelp Like many others I’m not getting any history on my nest app since 21st January. This is an inconvenience as the change of weather means I’d like to keep a closer track on my energy usage. What is the problem?
