    @googlenesthelp I bought 5 Nest Protect 2s and installed them 2 weeks ago. On both Tuesday and Friday night, one specific one of them triggered a false smoke alarm near midnight. No smoke, no steam. It is a few feet above an air purifier, if that could affect it. WTF is going on?

    @googlenesthelp I have been in contact with Google since the beginning of October with on going subscription issues the worst thing that happened to nest was merging with Google I strongly advise every new customer to avoid purchasing a doorbell the service is disgusting

    @madebygoogle ..Googlenest leaning thermostat not working after replacing the boiler ...it is 250 dollar leaning thermostat .. useless ..We have to buy it every two years ...

    @googlenest And don't even get me started on the "by the way" BS. No, I don't want tips for other things I already know I can do. Yes, I already disabled that in the Home app, and it keeps doing it anyway. The worst part is, this is still less annoying that competing smart speakers.

    @googlenesthelp My Chromecast for Google tv has suddenly stopped working. When turning it on only the G appears on the screen and it doesn't proceed. I've tried to reset it but nothing happens. Same issue with other TV's and outlets. I've had it for 13 months. Disappointed.

    @googlenesthelp Thank you for your reply. No it went offline today and refuse to find any network not just my one. It's still functioning as a thermostat but with no WiFi.

    @Google @googlenest It's been some time now that continued conversation is much delayed. Also, when the speaker asks "Do you want more context", the listening is much delayed and it says nothing after I say YES. Please investigate & you will be able to easily replicate to fix it.

    @googlenesthelp No baby monitors, no cordless phones, unplugging the microwave doesn’t help (I tried), no changes in network credentials, the router is the same, no moves, no thick walls. It doesn’t even see my mobile access point when I enable it nearby

    @googlenesthelp hi there, spoke to best support at 6:30. The guy was excellent and said he’d send me an email with link to boxy who would come and fix for free. No email came and now the phone number has closed at 7 but it should be 8. We have no heating or hot water. Please help
