    Hey @USPSHelp & @USPS I had a package (waiting 6 months for this) where the contents were stolen and was delivered with a rubber band around it. I have it on video via @googlenest and have the tracking number. Need help filing a claim so I can get some accountability for this.

    **** @Sonos [and their extremely overpriced speakers] for taking away my ability to change @GoogleNest speaker group volumes. What a completely BS patent. Imagine if a car company did the same and req other manufacturers to have 4+ vol dials instead of just one. ***. Holes.

    @googlenesthelp my Nest thermostat app has logged me out and I’m now unable to log back in. It says my password is incorrect when it’s not. I’ve tried to reset but the email isn’t coming through, nor is it in my junk/spam folder. Can you help?

    @googlenesthelp Wtf.. I am talking about volume dude. How does it even matter with the region, I am only concerned about it's sound quality, when connected to an android phone, playing some music.

    Hey @googlenest you need to fix yourself. No matter how many ways I say "Hey Google, play the 10 minute version of All Too Well, Taylor's Version, by @taylorswift13 " it keeps playing the old original version that she doesn't own the masters to. Not cool bro. #TaylorsVersion

    @googlenesthelp so should we just skip asking for rebates on our hub abd speaker purchases, or just fast forward to the class action lawsuit? Fix the group volume issue. Y'all knew it was coming and should've had a work around ready. At the very least pay the license fee.

    @googlenesthelp I just contacted you for some replacement wire connectors for my Nest Protects. But because they’re out of warranty you can’t help. So am I just supposed to throw them away? That’s not very sustainable…

    Not only is the Google Home app a consent round and circles to try to figure out where any of the settings are but you have FACTORY RESET @googlenest devices to update the wifi settings. What a terrible user experience.

    Come on @googlenesthelp! When I have an issue w/my #GoogleNest & I ask yall to call me for help, please make sure somebody’s READY to help me instead of calling me only to place me on hold for—going on 20 minutes now… @GoogleNest this is RIDICULOUS!

    I love that I bought @googlenest cameras for my house so 1, sometimes 2, can be offline all the time. Seems like that defeats the purpose of a camera. Guess it's tuff to make quality things when you're a multi billion dollar corporation. #googlenestsucks
