    @marcoarment @googlenesthelp I recently migrated my Nest account to a Google account so that my Google Nest Hub will announce and show video when someone rings my Hello doorbell, and the Nest and Google apps are terrible. I’ve been randomly signed out and unable to login multiple times.

    @googlenest The Nest Audio speakers came out not long ago, this is something that should’ve been fixed from previous models. This has been a known issue for years, how much longer should we wait for a fix?

    @mehaines99 @googlenest Mark, I must say I agree! Did you go ahead with the Honeywell? Currently 35 weeks pregnant and desperate to be able to control our heating, faulty thermostat and Nest have been beyond terrible. Not offering me any reasonable solutions despite being under warranty!

    @marcoarment @googlenesthelp I know this advice sounds stupid, but I went through this yesterday with a replacement Nest thermostat. I quit the Nest app then tried adding it again and it worked no problem.

    @googlenest @expressvpn I've already tried, but they can't do anything because it’s not possible to configure my Orange Livebox router and my issue is precisely to bypass the detection of the router in wifi so their help doesn’t concern my problem. Thank you anyway!

    @marcoarment @googlenesthelp My nest smoke detectors had the same issue. I had to use my Pixel 2 to make it work.

    @googlenest have spent the day talking to google nest support as they have been ignoring my emails. Joke! Possibly one of the worst companies I have come across for service. Faulty thermostat all options for replacement contravene my statutory rights. #terribleservice

    @marcoarment @googlenesthelp I've actually had similar problems with my Nest thermostat in the past. The issue ended up being that my DNS configuration prevented it from connecting to its services. Do you have some kind of weird DNS config going on here?

    @googlenest @Harleydadd No one in support has been able to help. No tier 1, nor tier 2 support or managers. No one can tell what is going on with this Wi-Fi system. I wonder if it works? Or if I should just give up and buy something else.

    Was forwarded to a senior technical specialist to help me troubleshoot. Spent 20 minutes reading my issues and responded with "the unit is end of life. You should buy a new thermostat, we come out with new ones every year". Almost like its designed to fail at 2 years @googlenest
