    @yashar Isn’t this the EXACT thing that AI should be used for? It shouldn’t require a ******* subscription. It SHOULD be monitoring for this kind of **** and alerting authorities. It would be great at it. @googlenest This should be your shining moment but instead you’re too greedy.

    @googlenesthelp Hi Google Nest Support — I requested a phone callback through the official Help Center for my Nest Wi-Fi Pro issue, but never received the call. I’ve tried multiple times with no follow-up. Can you help escalate this or advise the best next step to reach a live support agent? Thank you.

    @madebygoogle @Google @GoogleNest 5-yr customer. Replaced dead Gen 3 doorbell Dec 5 with new Nest Doorbell. Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

    @googlenesthelp @SmithCLC have issue with my thermostat, not connecting to wifi, I've reboot the modem, reset the wifi on my nest device, still can not find the wifi to connect. Any idea how ro fix the issue?

    @googlenesthelp @looplunchrun The dashboard says everything is fine but users here are reporting outages and on down detector… why is the page saying all is good when it’s clear that isn’t the case?
