    @googlenesthelp moved house, purchased a new Nest 3rd gen thermostat, cannot log in with my account details or Google details and email request to rest password is not working. Completely stuck, cannot get the app working at all, let alone link to the thermostat

    Very disappointed that @Google @GoogleForEdu has purchased @googlenest and now will not honor my school’s tax exempt status. Tax exempt does not mean that you pay taxes and then get reimbursed. It means you don’t pay them at all. I have never had this issue with a vendor.

    Please help! My nest app keeps showing offline. I have reset the nest device, the app is up to date, my phone is up to date, internet has been reset, I have deleted and reinstalled app, battery/power is fine. @googlenest

    @googlenest all of a sudden I can’t login to my nest app and the reset password link doesn’t work. I have a home I am many hours away from and can’t reset everything because I have to control the temperature on that homes thermostats remotely. Please help

    @googlenest And then some of the settings like changing Cel to F can only be done from the buggy Home app which doesn't actually transmit the change to the device. Probably have to send the damn thing back and look for a 1st gen on eBay. You blew it @googlenest /end

    @googlenesthelp Got an email that my payment couldn't go through. Tried to click on the "Fix It" link that was sent to me, and nothing happens. The page just go light, but doesn't go anywhere and nothing pops up.

    @madebygoogle Do not waste your money on @Google @googlenest overpriced garbage. Nest Aware service is horrible. Google customer service is useless and will misdiagnose their faulty hardware.

    @googlenesthelp having issues with my nest not connecting to the wifi. Have reset the router, reset the nest several times and nothing. Any help troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

    @googlenesthelp Hi I’ve had a google nest learning thermostat for a year and it just recently stopped being able to find WiFi. I have tons through all the steps online to resolve this a none of my other devices have the issue. Please advise on steps to take. Thanks in advance.

    @googlenesthelp 75 minutes… still not connected. What the hell happened to Nest??? Updating a WiFi router shouldn’t cause the whole system to crash. It’s 2021 FFS.. 2-3 taps and should be done. Nope.

    @googlenesthelp Hey team! My annual subscription renewed today And I never got a warning about it and I didn’t want to continue as I didn’t know it was automatic and I can’t afford the £100. Google online chat was very unhelpful and basically said tough luck! Help me please!!
