    @googlenesthelp the Nest Mini I got in January keeps losing the wifi connection. I've tried three routers in two apartments now, including a brand new ASUS gaming-spec one. Is this a known issue that I can wait on a firmware fix for, or do I need to send it back?

    @getawair it would be cool if you offered an integration with @googlenest and searched for correlation with when my heater / AC was on. I can’t help but wonder if spikes in VOCs are caused by things near the heater vent heating up but it’s tough to eyeball it

    @googlenesthelp I've tried everything and my Next Thermostat can't find my Wifi. It has been working fine for 6 months. Tried restarting nest and wifi router. All other devices in the house are connecting fine. Can you help? Thanks!

    @googlenesthelp I currently have the same problem with all BBC stations. I have also tested with "Jazz FM", "Capital Radio" and "LBC". All experience the same problem. The only one to work (of those I have tried) is "Heart FM". Speaker replies "Streaming Heart UK from Global Player."

    @madebygoogle @googlenest Hello, my Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat has gone down. Looks like you have an issue with the WiFi chip inside the Thermostat head. Please contact me ASAP as it's not working and I've been trying to get hold of someone from Google. Thanks Jonny

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp @alexa99 I purchased a second Nest months ago and for some reason it can’t be found by Alexa. It connects to WiFi and the Nest app fine but not Alexa. The first Nest connects to Alexa fine so not sure what issue is. Can you both provide support?

    @googlenesthelp It still happens after a lengthy power down and a router reset. Only this device though. Other devices in the house can set a timer correctly

    @googlenest @madebygoogle something is wrong with all my speakers and Google Home Screen. I ask how is the weather today and starts playing music. Also I click on the screen weather for today and says it can’t help with that. !?!?’ What’s going on. I ask that everyday

    @googlenesthelp Hi, is there an obvious reason why my Nest Thermostat Display-3.4 and Heat Link Amber-2.5 might intermittently stop communicating with my boiler? I've had the boiler serviced and the issue isn't at that end. Troubleshooting advice appreciated.
