I hate that @googlenest subscriptions and services don't work with @GoogleWorkspace accounts. Many people use workspace for their family accounts. And for whatever reason we can't integrate into all of the consumer / residential products and services easily. Help!

@googlenest something you guys changed on an update for the thermostats is throwing an N72 error. I remember this being a problem back in 2018 when I bought them. Fix your software. It is not a wiring problem. #google #nest #fixyourmistake

@googlenesthelp We have a nest thermostat. No recent changes to the network. -- Powercycled both. Wifi from router back up. Doorbell only showing a steady green light with no ring. (Has been showing steady green light no ring since it went offline two weeks ago)

@googlenesthelp Yeah the tech pinned the issue on the thermostat, we checked everything else and that's the only thing that could have caused it. We got told by the tech the thermostats can be finicky, on if they kick on or not. So maybe that's something to address in updates?

@googlenesthelp my nest guard suddenly keeps going offline the last 2 days. I keep resetting it (press/hold #5) and it resolves it for some hours before dropping offline again.

@adamnash @googlenest I have felt your pain. Home was not created with what the customer wanted in mind, but as a leap toward some PM’a vision. The awkward middle ground is terrible:

@googlenesthelp Hi, having to re link up my nest wifi router and point. Home app finds the router, I scan QR code but then get message 'modem isn't giving wifi point an internet connection'. My broadband provider says this is problem with my nest router not them. Is it? thanks.

@googlenesthelp We've got a tech coming, but we have a Learning nest. I've done the turning heat mode on and off, I've reset the schedule, I've adjusted the temp up and down. My landlord earlier did a reset as well, so we've done everything that was suggested online aside from messing with wires

@KxDoesUx @unicornkx @googlenest So we’ve got the same and it really depends on the amount of activity that triggers it, ours has lasted a month without charging, but we probably get like 15-20 events a day if that. Unfortunately a quoted battery life doesn’t work with this because it’s all down to triggers 😣

@unicornkx @KxDoesUx @googlenest Yeah that’s really bad, I know it’s cold weather recently but they’ve really messed up on the batteries on this one, I think they designed them for California weather!

2 days on @googlenesthelp all the while without heating. All 3 customer service peeps confirm @googlenest heat link is the issue. No one can approve new heat link device to be sent out. Have to wait 2 working days to speak to safety department! For a £180 device!

Dear @Google / @googlenest if you put software engineers on support lines... perhaps you should train them on the role... being told "we cannot escalate this because you do not have a problem" when, in fact, the whole reason you are calling IS a problem is f'ing infurating. #fail

@googlenest Is there a reason why all our Nest Hub 2's can't open Google podcast by touching the screen? If I tab the podcast icon, something like "oké... Woups there was a problem" or it opens Spotify is it's reaction for some reason. Only asking the specific episode works...
