    @googlenesthelp Still not working. Doesn’t work on wifi, LTE, 5G or otherwise. It’s something with the app.

    Also @google is making @googlenest (#nest) trash ... hey UI idiots when I remotely check my thermostat I want to know what the temperature IS in my house not what it is set to.

    @googlenesthelp I currently have the same problem with all BBC stations. I have also tested with "Jazz FM", "Capital Radio" and "LBC". All experience the same problem. The only one to work (of those I have tried) is "Heart FM". Speaker replies "Streaming Heart UK from Global Player."

    Hey, @googlenest, when the error code on a non-functioning thermostat provides a URL that leads to the "Do you want to buy a new one?" page, it makes one wonder about your commitment to service.

    Any1 else having problem with @googlenest Outdoor Cam not saving important events after switching from their old CONTINUES VIDEO RECORDING sub to their new EVENT BASED RECORDING. I feel that the Google Support not taking this saftey issue seriously. 4 month without solution...

    Anyone else had a problem with a @googlenest thermostat and @TPLINKHelp Deco system coexisting? Mines been fine for months, and now all of a sudden both have become unstable with no system changes. Nest drops the heatlink, and deco drops the mesh.

    So I have 5 @googlenest smoke detectors. (Over £500’s worth). I’ve reported an issue. They won’t help because i’m using Duracell batteries and not energiser as they recommend. That’s a pretty poor response, why would a product only work with 1 brand of battery?

    @googlenesthelp has given me a runaround over a problem that is demonstrably a new (and unnecessary and unwelcome) “feature”: their thermostats can not be set to heat less than 50F. Offended that I wasted my time on useless ritual diagnostic steps.

    @googlenesthelp In the United States. No error code. It just says that it can’t find the network. I am using a Eero 6 router.

    @googlenesthelp Your chat support doesn’t connect with the message ‘ something went wrong . Please try again ‘ and your phone support says ‘ we are closed’ but doesn’t tell me when to call back . I need help connecting my thermostat.
