@googlenesthelp when I try to install the second Google doorbell in 2 days (your support said 1st was faulty) I still get exact same message on home app telling me to set up a nest account. But I can’t set one up as it’s merged with Google. Nightmare.

@googlenesthelp The issue appears to be the Nest/Google apps. The thermostats never disconnect from the Internet. The issue is for some reason the Nest/Google apps continue randomly dropping connection. Did a factory reset to see what happens.

@googlenesthelp I own a nest learning therm v3 black. It can't connect to Wi Fi anymore. I tried to reboot it from scratch, I did reboot also my Wifi. Nothing works. It can't detect any Wifi nearby although there are a lot of them (and I can connect my cell). Can you help? Tx

@googlenest why ******** am I limited to a 2mb file size to share pictures of the wiring for your faulty device when a standard cell phone picture exceeds this? Or do you just manufacture garbage and know/not want to support it?
