    @googlenesthelp @Google I have a nest that basically has interference while playing music and it appears the solution is to place this next to my router ! You advertise nest audio as being the way to connect and listen to music all over your house ! This error is mentioned lots

    @googlenesthelp you guys are so ignorant and irresponsible. Many Chromecast 3rd gen users are having this sound skipping issue with 60fps content on YouTube and Twitch due to broken firmware update you guys pushed into the device. Fix this or I wil never buy your stuff again. 😡

    @googlenesthelp It's all my cameras. 3 indoor, 1 outdoor, 1 doorbell and a Nest Hub Max. Sometimes our minis and homes lose connection but rarely. Mainly the cameras. Other wifi devices will work through the down time and the main nest router never goes down, just the pucks.

    @googlenesthelp Well, after 10 frustrating hours with your agents, who to their credit were quite patient, I called my brother who is a software engineer and former systems administrator at a publicly traded tech company and he identified the problem in 5 minutes and we got it fixed in an hour.

    @dsilverman @googlenest My power usage graph looked like a side-profile of a volcano -- a huge mountain with a crater where the power outage happened.

    @googlenesthelp was on DM with your support and now they won’t respond. I have a bad nest e thermostat and have gone through all of the troubleshooting with them and on my own. Same model in another part of house works fine. Can someone actually help?

    @googlenesthelp Yes the learning google nest. It will not hold the display and cannot connect to any WiFi. It been trouble shouted 3 times now and they said they would send anew one. Pls advise. Thx

    @googlenesthelp cameras & thermostat came back online after a while but protects still offline. I long pressed to join network (failed). reset WiFi via app which works w no errors but still showing offline. Router rebooted too. Any ideas besides resetting them all up again?

    @googlenesthelp Hi, this is what I tried earlier. I haven’t changed anything on my WiFi network for ages and the protects have been working fine for a few years now so why all of a sudden are they all offline?

    @googlenesthelp are you having issues? All my nest gear showing offline but my internet is fine.
