    @googlenesthelp My Google Nest 3rd generation won’t connect to my Wi-Fi or sync to my phone. I reset the settings, restarted it, and even changed my router password, but I’m still having the same issue. It powers on but does not connect to the internet.

    @AppleSupport @googlenest I updated to iOS 26.1, and now my nest thermostat changes from Home to Away automatically without leaving home. Are others having this issue with Nest Thermostat App?

    @googlenesthelp hi team, my nest is working but it is not connecting to wifi. I tried all troubleshooting steps mentioned on your website but it is not working. Can you please help? Everything was working fine but suddenly wifi not disconnected and my nest app shows offline.

    @GilBenelli @googlenesthelp I ran into this issue before and might be experiencing it now. We had to remove the thermostat from the account, do a complete reset, and re-add. Their support was not helpful - complete opposite really.

    Monthly @googlenest cameras are trash post. So terrible at staying connected to the WiFi network and actually loading. What good are cameras that constantly DC or stop loading?

    @googlenest @madebygoogle doorbell rang tonight, and video froze. In the Google home app, it showed my doorbell camera offline for approximately 90 seconds before video restored. This is obviously problematic - thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

    @googlenesthelp I have a nest thermostat that will not connect to wifi (2.4 ghz). I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

    @googlenesthelp thanks for nothing google support. I did everything your support told me, on the phone for nearly 2 hours with them, all for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do, but wouldn’t admit the device is the issue… I’m done with google.
