    @tesla_raj @googlenest These thermostats and the rest of the suite have gone downhill since google acquired Nest and integrated them. They also canceled the "works with nest" program which cut off thousands of 3rd party integrations! Trash products

    @googlenesthelp No I called an engineer and spoke to one of your advisors on the phone to sort the problem.The engineer cost me some money .It would have been nice if they or you advised me to ring one of your advisors first as its a lot easier and she said there is set procedure to go through .

    @madebygoogle @googlenest Nest thermostat is acting weird suddenly, water heating is not kicking in as per the schedule and taking chilly showers is not pleasant in mornings…Can anybody at google help?

    @googlenesthelp @MyrnaBreitbart my nest thermostat is offline too. It shows offline on the phone app as well as on the web page.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, have checked the breakers/switches and nothing has tripped. The boiler is working fine and has power. The issue is the heat link

    @googlenesthelp The Nest app on my iphone no longer communicates with my Nest thermostat so I cannot monitor or change temperatures from the iphone. The thermostat on the wall is working perfectly manually. This problem seemed to happen when Google took over Nest.

    @googlenest @madebygoogle lol, I just called so they would turn on my outdoor cameras to record, it’s a service, the guy asked if I had power to them, as I told him earlier, cameras are set up, app on phone, just want the feature to get them to record, not just a still picture, he hung up on me!! Wtf

    @googlenest I bought my Nest Thermostat 9-1-2021. It stopped connecting to internet a week ago. That’s pathetic. I’ve tried everything and it’s not connecting. Help

    @bllfield @googlenesthelp Brian, this is a known error and the same happened to ours the other day. We tried everything nest support advised but nothing worked. It’s now useless. Because it’s 14 days out of warranty @googlenest won’t repair or replace it. Good luck with yours. 🤞🏼

    @googlenesthelp my unit has lost all Wi-Fi connections. I have tried rebooting modem and router. I have reset nest to factory settings. I also took the best unit and swapped with another in my house to no avail. Please help
