@BestBuy @googlenest Thermostat has a major problem that cannot find any WIFI network. My device lost the WIFI connection and can't reconnect anymore. It is a known problem and you can search for it. @googlenesthelp doesn't want to replace my unit anymore

Hey @googlenesthelp, my Nest randomly logged me out (first time in 2 years). Says it sent me a password recovery email, but it hasn't arrived (not in spam folder either). Is there an outage or something...?

@googlenesthelp Hello I am having a very annoying problem with my nest 3rd generation. I installed it and it worked for about a day. Now it doesn’t connect to the WiFi and even when I press it, it does t really turn on for at least 10 seconds. It’s pretty annoying. Can you help

@googlenesthelp I have a Nest Thermostat E with a bad wifi chip. This is a known and common issue but Google will not replace it as my warranty has expired. A supervisor was supposed to call me yesterday to discuss but no call. Poor customer service and product backing.

@googlenest my #GoogleTV decides to ignore the remote up or down. If I long press the home button they work, so I get to reboot the stupid device once every day or two 😭. #poorshow #notsmart

@googlenesthelp It would certainly be awesome if my Nest Audio (made by Google) could pair with my Pixel 5 (made by Google) via Bluetooth instead of being undetected when in pairing mode. Even after rebooting. Why has just about every Google device I've had so bad with Bluetooth?

I got a @googlenest Chromecast with Google TV as I had some credit to spend in the Google store. It’s so laggy and slow… amazes me that they released this.

@googlenesthelp My Nest Home devices have become extremely unreliable in the last few weeks. "OK Google" is much more faulty, voice recognition fails very often. Nest cam is frequently offline. They used to work just fine, but something changed a few weeks ago for the worse.

@googlenesthelp Voice recognition fails a lot more than it used to. Home Hub doesn't always detect "Ok Google" and I have to repeat it multiple times. Even simple commands (eg. Play Music) don't always work. Nest Cam is frequently offline and can't be streamed.
