@googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply! I’ve had an issue with my thermostat for 3+ months. And I’ve reached out to your support team hoping for a resolution. It’s been a total waste of time with no resolution. It always reads 21+ degrees when in a cold room.

@googlenesthelp Been loving my nest thermostat for years all of a sudden it lost WiFi. WiFi works for ever device in my house. Nest sees zero networks. Tried all the trouble shooting guide (reboot router and nest, reset nest) with zero success. Any other ideas?

@googlenesthelp I had a neighbor power cycle the cams and they started back up, BUT why is that necessary? Why don't the cams have a restart feature built in after a power outage, especially a momentary outage? And why is it some cams and not all cams? I would love an answer.

Having my whole basement under 18" of water and losing so much of my stuff wouldn't be so bad if @googlenesthelp would just let me switch my drowned WiFi puck for another puck in the house, but of course that's completely impossible with the new Home app.
