    @googlenesthelp my google nest thermostat 3rd gen won’t connect to wifi. I’ve reset wifi settings and allowed Nests battery to drain completely and then plug in. It won’t recognize any networks. Could you help?

    @googlenesthelp hi there. what’s the warranty on nest smart thermostats? I bought 3 in April of ‘21 and they’re nothing but trouble. Always going offline, always a technical note or notices, bad iOS interface, etc.

    @ChelseaMAdam @ERCOT_ISO @googlenest Lol. My thermo is usually on 75 during the day, with the fan on high. It's not too terrible, but talk to me in July.

    @googlenesthelp Using only 1 network name in wifi. Error happens in google home app : this nest mini is not found connected to the wifi network and hence cannot be casted. Direct Interactive with device also received response notifying that device is not having any connection to wifi network.

    @googlenest why do your nest cameras keep going down?? In the past week my cameras have gone down over four times and there is nothing wrong with my Internet connection

    Ridiculous service from @googlenesthelp refusing to investigate potential bugs when my grandfathered subscription was cancelled w/o consent. Clearly this org structure is broken if agents keep handing you off b/w teams, claiming "ur subscription is managed by Google, not by Nest"

    @googlenesthelp My Nest thermostat lost wifi connectivity. I've reset my router, restarted my thermostat, deleted it and tried to add it back, and nothing works. It doesn't find ANY network despite the fact that all other devices find 5 or 6 other than mine. Help.

    @googlenesthelp Units often go offline and have to be restarted. Now they’re reporting 260s. It’s been nothing but trouble after the first week or so (they were great at first)

    @googlenesthelp I’m so disappointed in my Google Nest Thermostat. It broke down after 2 years. I don’t recommend this unit. I think I’ll go back to Honeywell. My old unit lasted many, many years and worked just as well.

    Hey @googlenest. I encountered a pretty catastrophic failure mode in my 2nd home. The thermostat failed in a way that it called for both AC cooling and emergency heat at the same time. My electricity bill was 10x the month before! Anything you can do to help?

    After countless attempt to pair a @googlenest smoke detector I think I have to send em all back 😭 I’ve gone through every trouble shooting step and nothing helped

    .@googlenesthelp worst customer service. Something that should take 5 mins has turned into 3 hrs. And no answers. Buyer beware!

    @googlenesthelp Thank you for replying. I have rebooted couple of time incl resetting the device. Also there are home mini and Chromecast connected to the same wifi and they're working just fine, no issue with disconnection.
