Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

I bought mine brand new 11 years ago & it still works good as new. I’m not going to drop another couple hundred bucks just to use the app

I have been on the phone everyday to be transferred from person to person or disconnected and still dont have a resolution.
