    @madebygoogle Do not waste your money on @Google @googlenest overpriced garbage. Nest Aware service is horrible. Google customer service is useless and will misdiagnose their faulty hardware.

    @googlenest geee, I thought Google is so strong in server balancing. Google Voice recognition is so bad currently in Germany 😭

    @googlenesthelp Need help. My Google next mini will not connect to my wifi. I have two other devices in home. A Google Home and a Hub Max. Both are connected but I cannot get the next mini connected. Have tried factory reset.

    @googlenesthelp I think it's a Spotify issue and not a Google Nest issue. When listening to my liked songs or a playlist on my phone and connecting it to my Nest, it can only get through one song before I can no longer change the song on my phone but it continues to play on my Nest.

    @googlenesthelp Sorry for the late response. Upon trying all the recommendations, unfortunately, it's still not working. I always see a disappointment in my son's face everytime he tries to set a timer and it fails😭

    @googlenesthelp "connection problem during set-up Nestmini9650 could not connect to (Network Name) check Wi-Fi Network name. But the name of network it's trying to connect to is correct. And it's a private home.

    @googlenesthelp moved house, purchased a new Nest 3rd gen thermostat, cannot log in with my account details or Google details and email request to rest password is not working. Completely stuck, cannot get the app working at all, let alone link to the thermostat
