NM (@naresham) reported@googlenest @Google Why 'Play Start Sound' doesn't work for commands given in non - English language, I prefer to use both English and Hindi languages, but after the first command in Hindi has been actioned by the speaker I have to again say 'OK Google'... Please fix this.

Throughout the day I set the temperature to 25 degrees but at around 5pm I turned it down to 9 degrees. 5 hours later it was still on 25 degrees so I had to switch the boiler off at the mains.

Richard Holmes (@Richard14679086) reported@googlenesthelp I'm getting more issues today. The Nest seems to have a complete mind of its own. I've turned off all the 'smart' features but only upstairs radiators are now on and I can't get the downstairs radiators to work. Honestly, a terrible experience so far.

I have tested with Echo dot & my Bluetooth speaker in the same location, and I have tested Google Nest Hub in another part of the house to speaker in same location. Works perfectly, no stuttering. B-tooth in Mini stinks.

Chase (@Chase44523118) reported@googlenesthelp hello. My Google nest 3.0 will not connect to wifi. It was working just fine for over a year. I tried restarting the router multiple times and factory resetting the nest multiple times with no luck. Is this a known issue?

FOR AN HOUR I'VE BEEN TRYING TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AND CANNOT AND KEEP ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE AND GET NO EMAIL LINKS. IT'S RIDICULOUS TO STRUGGLE THIS MUCH FOR WHAT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE ISSUE.

Tori Holstine (@HolstineTori) reported@googlenesthelp my Nest learning thermostat won’t connect to Wi-Fi. I’ve run through every item on the trouble shooting guide multiple times and it still won’t connect. I tried switching on the AC and though it says it’s cooling, it’s still in heating mode and warming my house.

Justin Vitovsky (@justin_vitovsky) reportedFrustrated. My nest thermostat wifi broke and @googlenesthelp acknowledged the defect and isn't willing to help since I'm out of the limited warranty. What smart thermostat do you use? I need a replacement and I'm not going with a company that doesn't stand by their product.
