    @RepMikeCollins @epaleezeldin Good. Please enact Right to Repair legislation - people need to be allowed to fix what they purchased. Electronics depending on online services need to be open-sourced if that online service goes away. @googlenest is currently rendering tens of thousands of WORKING thermostats useless because they are discontinuing service.

    @madebygoogle @googlenest Can you please help as the previous tenant has the pin for the thermostat to my heating I don’t so I cannot control the temperature or time of heating ? I have children in the house

    @googlenesthelp I have google mesh routers & every few months I’m having trouble with accessing internet. When I contact the customer care, only solution I get is reset router. Resulting in a new network name and setting up a new password on all the 50 +devices. VeryFrustrating

    Terrible experiences with @honeywell. It’s not even better than nothing, it’s just objectively terrible. Will be replacing with @googlenest at home, ranch, and all three office locations.

    Don't use @Weather_Makers in Northbrook if you are brown. The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. No laws broken Karen.

    Done with you @Google @googlenest, bricking remote connectivity to perfectly working Gen1/Gen2 Nest thermostats and forcing hardware upgrades that aren't needed? Go **** yourselves. I'm replacing ALL of my Google/Nest devices in my properties with Ecobee. 🙄🖕🖕🖕
