    @googlenesthelp Hi Google Nest Support — I requested a phone callback through the official Help Center for my Nest Wi-Fi Pro issue, but never received the call. I’ve tried multiple times with no follow-up. Can you help escalate this or advise the best next step to reach a live support agent? Thank you.

    I’m fully in the ecosystem, but @Google is making it harder to stay. We shouldn't have to pay more for a "smarter" home that actually does less. Bring back Continued Conversation and fix speaker group playback! #GoogleNest #TechFail

    @googlenest @madebygoogle doorbell rang tonight, and video froze. In the Google home app, it showed my doorbell camera offline for approximately 90 seconds before video restored. This is obviously problematic - thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

    Hey @AqaraSmarthouse! I’ve been a @googlenesthelp Nest user for close to 15 years. My most recent Nest Thermostat has been disconnecting from my wifi. It’s 3 years old. Nest don’t seem to care. I have a bunch of Aqara cams, hub and lock. How’s your thermostat? Can you help?

    @googlenest when will you fix your terrible video playback system. I wish I never migrated from nest. No rewind from a live video? Seems archaic.

    @sundarpichai @Google @googlenest Please read ALL the apple App Store most recent reviews over the last year regarding the garbage dumpster fire the app is with Google nest cameras. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

    @googlenesthelp I am struggling with nest support for my 3rd gen thermostat giving e74 error. Tried everything suggested...they are just saying get an HVAC tech...but the old thermostat works just fine....this is second unit I that hasn't lasted over 2-3 years. What is exp life ?

    @googlenesthelp Hi, my Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen) has lost connection to the wifi for no apparent reason. I've followed the suggestions on the help pages, but it's still not able to find any wifi networks when searching. Can you help please?

    @googlenesthelp my cameras show live in the Google home app but upon selecting them, they just spin and black! I’ve rebooted router, phone, reinstalled app! Any help would be appreciated!

    @googlenesthelp I've done all that, even had your support team access my smart speakers to check they are working ok & have updated firmware & there is no problem. Now today no radio stations work not even @tunein

    @BanHammerJags @MAGABarbie317 @googlenest O.M.G, you don't know how to google either? Persistent Login: The app remains active in the background, allowing you to receive notifications and live view camera feeds without re-entering credentials. Either Karen or her dad deleted it.

    Don't use @Weather_Makers in Northbrook if you are brown. The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. No laws broken Karen.

    Looks like I'll be getting rid of all of my @madebygoogle and @googlenesthelp equipment, as Google Support is about the worst I've dealt with. Being charged double on my Google AI account and being told that nothing can be done, despite it being illegal.
