Looks like the @googlenest apps have gone loco. Say on both that nest is offline but it’s online and working currently. Had to get up and go to room to change temp as its not showing on app. Seem others have issue as well from tweets to @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp Yes, why isn’t my air conditioner kicking on when it should, my program is set to no hotter than 73, it is 74 in the room. That’s what the thermostat is reading. It should be on why isn’t this happening? please fix it

@googlenesthelp hi, my Google Minis have noticeably slowed down in responsiveness. I've read on the Google support pages that many users have experienced the same and the suggested troubleshooting doesn't solve it (I've already tried). Is there a reason and what's the solution?

@googlenest please fix your new wifi pro units. This is almost unworkable to have them crash every day. My router is a million degrees. For such a high price item this is terrible. I love you Google, fanboy for life, but this is not hitting the mark!

@googlenesthelp Yea, other devices are having no problem finding the SSID. I also tried with a guest SSID in the house but to no avail. It was purchased in may of this year, new in box from eBay.

@googlenesthelp I have rebooted both my nest and home (I have 1 of each) and I have uninstalled/reinstalled YT Music app. Set to Pandora and it plays music no problem. Set default back to YT Music and it refuses to play. YT Music sub is up to date and paid.

@googlenesthelp Hi - it’s the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen. Yes - first instance of Wi-Fi not working since install in Dec 2021. It has been offline from WiFi for 3+ weeks. I have a 2nd exact model connecting fine to WiFi.

@googlenesthelp Finally the issue to play music via the Google assistant on the Nest Audio speakers is solved! Sadly to be replaced by never finding the second speaker of a stereo pair. Will Google take months again to resolve?

The @google home app paired with the @googlenest doorbell is terrible. Trying to replay and save a video is hit or miss 80% of the time. It takes way too long to answer. The AI face recognition just decides not to work. Get your **** together google.

@googlenesthelp Unable to download. No error code. Video won’t even load and I’ve got full 5G and my house has 400mbps. As for the faces, it’s just lazy and doesn’t want to tell me who is at the door anymore. I go into the settings and everyone’s faces have names. But google just says “person”
