Ricky D (@Disisr) reported@Google @googlenest i have to say: you cust. ser. is very poor. I have been dealing with an issue since Monday and 2day is Friday and still not resolved. I have been on the phone everyday to be transferred from person to person or disconnected and still dont have a resolution.

Nigel Hobden (@NHNTweets) reported@googlenesthelp Nest appears to be down can't login, isn't WiFi or cell, logged out/in but Nest doesn't connect, bizarrely, shockingly Home seems to be connected which is useless as Hot Water control isn't resolved working properly in Home which again is quite ridiculous.

Since the forced Gemini rollout, basic features (hands-free calls, routines) are broken unless I hand over more data. Safety risks in the car too. Any chance of a buy-back program for loyal customers whose paid-for hardware is now deliberately degraded? #GoogleHome #GoogleNest #GeminiFail

Owned a nest mini for years and recently it has multiple times a day just lost connection to all other smart devices on the account. App shows them as “offline” but they are online and functional. Fix this
