And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.

Steven A Rose (@stevenrose24) reported@googlenesthelp Recently, my Nest thermostat stopped finding my router and I did all the things that Nest trouble shoot told me to do but to none avail. I can still control the temp and stuff from the wall setting, but can’t control it from my phone. Help!

Jas Hans 71 (@JasonHanson1971) reported@googlenesthelp my just installed nest learning thermostat Wi-Fi is not working. It will not locate any networks. I have tried to connect from the device and also connecting via Bluetooth to the app no networks show up. I have reset the nest a couple times also.
