    @googlenesthelp what’s going on with you guys? First my outdoor cam goes down, and still no resolution from you guys almost a week later. Now my nest hello won’t reconnect to my wifi. I even tried factory reset. Seems to be a widespread problem Get your act together Google!!

    @googlenesthelp My Nest Hello is showing as Offline. It's showing as connected to my router and I've also gone through the steps in the app to reconnect to WiFi which was apparently successful but it hasn't fixed it. Also tried power cycling. No luck. Any ideas?

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp My Nest doorcam is just spinning & spinning but no video. I've eliminated our home network as the culprit. Downdetector & twitter search indicates this is a widespread issue. What's going on?

    @MirrornaM @googlenesthelp Wider issue, not just you. Seems to be almost everyone with a hello doorbell. Google support is worthless as of yet.

    @googlenesthelp my Nest Hello has been offline since around 10EDT. I’ve RESTARTED it, RESET it, redownloaded iOS app, RESTARTED Google Mesh AND Router. Green light on, ring light on, doorbell activates. But offline.

    @googlenesthelp nest camera went offline about an hour ago. I restarted it by mugging it and waiting about 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Verified the wifi is up and has good signal. Don't think the issue on my end.
