@googlenesthelp thanks for nothing google support. I did everything your support told me, on the phone for nearly 2 hours with them, all for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do, but wouldn’t admit the device is the issue… I’m done with google.

  • beanz_sam Sam Beanz (@beanz_sam) reported

@googlenesthelp I am having trouble logging in to my nest app or the website. I have tried to reset my password but I'm not getting any emails through. Is this a wider issue?

  • rameshnukala Ramesh Nukala (@rameshnukala) reported

@googlenesthelp I have google mesh routers & every few months I’m having trouble with accessing internet. When I contact the customer care, only solution I get is reset router. Resulting in a new network name and setting up a new password on all the 50 +devices. VeryFrustrating

  • Da_Big_Dogg Jason Silver (@Da_Big_Dogg) reported

@googlenest just wanted to say Thank you for basically making my v1 Nest garbage, you pissed me off enough to look at other products and now I’m going away from Nest! Nicely done!!! Idiots!

  • papadhimitri Harry Papadhimitri (@papadhimitri) reported

@googlenesthelp I have a problem with my nest thermostat third generation I had before in the app but now doesn’t connect anymore to the WiFi Can you halo me to solve this or replace the thermostat ? I did hard reset to factory settings and still the same

  • FJO1020 DJF (@FJO1020) reported

@pir2h @googlenest Having the same issue @googlenest Second issue in as many weeks!

  • aud_eng Audio Engineer (@aud_eng) reported

I was excited to install a new Nest 4th Gen learning thermostat to replace my ecobee which was working fine, @googlenest. The only reason I have one is remote sensors. THE NEST TEMP WAS SET TO 68 BUT IT'S STILL HEATING AT 77 DEGREES! WHY?? Do I need to have this unit replaced? I can't turn enough of this eco-garbage off. I'm smart enough to know exactly what I want to temp to stay at and not have my temperature change on it's own. Please advise, I thought we were over the frozen dead grandmas of 8 years ago.

  • DavidLinguist DavidLinguist (@DavidLinguist) reported

@DH5tv @googlenesthelp Same here. And when I try with a web browser, rather than the app: "Oops! We encountered an error. Please try again."

  • rowebil Billy Rowe™ Ph.D (@rowebil) reported

@GilBenelli @googlenesthelp I ran into this issue before and might be experiencing it now. We had to remove the thermostat from the account, do a complete reset, and re-add. Their support was not helpful - complete opposite really.

  • Rabinnh rabbitinnh (@Rabinnh) reported

@googlenesthelp It's pretty obvious that your service is down since all these people are reporting it so it's not just me. You're returning 503 errors from a desktop. You guys don't seem to be too on top of things.

  • RomanEagles Roman Eagles ⚛️ (@RomanEagles) reported

@ahails @googlenest Yes, Nest Hub and Max plus the mini now as well. Buying an Amazon echo dot...problem solved.

  • justinjharman JJH (@justinjharman) reported

@googlenest what is wrong with your product? Will not let me login after restarting the app and my phone. feel super safe with your product, not working and me not being able to monitor my house.

  • samboni96 Sam Modell (@samboni96) reported

@googlenest Nest app isn’t working. Can’t login and I know my info is correct.

  • Janncolon JC (@Janncolon) reported

@googlenest your support service is terrible!

  • MomOnTheFly christy penders (@MomOnTheFly) reported

@googlenesthelp the 3-day notice that my thermostat was not going to work by app was bad enough. Since I “upgraded” my nest cameras to the Home app (3days ago) 3 nest cameras have completely quit working in the app. What a fiasco
