    Whenever I ask @googlenest to play @PaulMcCartney it plays “Hurt Myself”by Dino Jag. If I say “skip this song” it starts Hurt Myself again. If I let it play through it just plays the same Dino Jag song over and over again. WTF?!!!

    @TedNesi @googlenest Hubby does hvac and we have American standard thermostats. No issue. Nest cameras have become useless needing two diff apps between google home and nest.

    @TedNesi @googlenest We disconnected the A/C wire and that did the trick. Temporary fix until we get a different power source. Apparently the a/c shuts down as a precaution in suoer low temps.

    @googlenesthelp, my NEST app has been down all day, save for a few minutes mid-day. Is this system-wide? What’s going on? Never had this happen before, even in extreme weather, and the Google Home app is still working, so it’s just the NEST app.

    @TedNesi @googlenest We just replaced our @googlenest thermostat with a good old-fashioned digital thermostat. Nest kept sending “offline” message and could only be fixed by being within about a foot of the device! Reason we got it was for remote management. Dump it!
