@googlenesthelp What help? Yes I turned on ECO when I set it up. That apparently means it’s my fault it turns on the heat when the temp is 10 degrees higher than the setting I have in. Thanks so much!

@googlenesthelp About 2 weeks or so ago? Coincided with maintenance work on furnace, though main thermostat’s been fine. Initially assumed needed to replace battery, but existing tested good and new one didn’t change.

@googlenest this morning my nest (yrs old) has only a red flashing light which I see is usually a battery issue. I charged it with a charger for a bit and it worked but then drained again. If it’s determined the issue is the nest device itself do you offer replacements?
