    @googlenesthelp Hi, having to re link up my nest wifi router and point. Home app finds the router, I scan QR code but then get message 'modem isn't giving wifi point an internet connection'. My broadband provider says this is problem with my nest router not them. Is it? thanks.

    My husband just got off the phone with @googlenest customer service. Complicated issue with our heating system, a new humidifier, and power to the unit. Specialist was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Impressed!

    So that's cool. When you order a Nest product and it breaks in two weeks, under warranty you get a refurb unit. Which is ****! @googlenest Why wouldn't we be getting a new unit?

    @googlenesthelp having issues with my Nest thermostat going offline since it’s last update. Walking up to thermostat all ok, on app says offline. Checked my router, all connections and no issues. Looks like your software is at fault. How can you help with this please

    @googlenest is trash. Kept saying my C wire wasn’t providing enough power. Took it back and installed an @ecobee. Zero issues and saved $50.

    If @googlenest support can go by business days, shouldn’t that apply to me and their return window? Tried to work with support in good faith and now they are refusing a return. Part of the delay was them and also waiting for shipment of replacement parts, that didn’t fix anything

    @googlenesthelp I'm in the UK, they work individually if I tap them, and they all give the same response. It works fine on two other speakers that I have which are not in a pair. Here are some forum threads of loads of people with the same issue:

    @ring charged me an annual fee and wont give me a refund. I cancelled my service 6 months ago because I sold that house. Even my video history shows camera offline for months. @googlenest

    2 days on @googlenesthelp all the while without heating. All 3 customer service peeps confirm @googlenest heat link is the issue. No one can approve new heat link device to be sent out. Have to wait 2 working days to speak to safety department! For a £180 device!
