@googlenest My device was stolen. Per your stolen device policy, I filed a police report, submitted the report to nest and received an email approving the replacement. The support agent is now saying they won't replace the device because it is not under warranty. HELP!

@googlenesthelp Sure, thanks for the reply. Nest Hello doorbell cam has been off for a couple of hours. I guess if there's no outage on y'all's end I need to so some troubleshooting. WiFi is up for every other device in the house.

Funny how Google nest support tries to blame the customer for their app outage.. three mobile devices can't access the app and then two from 10 miles away can't access some app and they want me to check my Wi-Fi @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp my nest app is not working. Its been a couple days. The cameras do work on using the Google home app so it's not the cameras or WiFi.

@googlenesthelp No Networks found yet is the error message. When I try to connect my phone or other devices I find at least 10 network around me. I don’t why the thermostat is having hard time find network. My router is about 10 ft from the thermostat.
