    @madebygoogle @googlenest is something going on with the nest minis? Mine has been super slow to respond over the last week/week and a half+. I've rebooted it but doesn't seem to have improve performance. This is 2nd gen model. I have not factory reset it yet.

    @googlenesthelp The issue is still happening to me. The buds connect when in the case. It isn't all the time.

    My @googlenest device setup has worked flawlessly for years. Thermostat, Doorbell, 2 cameras, 9 smoke/CO2 detectors, 6 Hime/Hub/Hub Max devices. I'm invested. Now? - Smokes go offline, no reasonable path to fix. - Network changes are, frankly, user hostile. It's awful.

    @Google @googlenest ya may want to fix your emailing system… just got 6 emails all within a few hours telling me that my nest address will be changing. I changed my address months ago. There should be no reason for that many emails so late.

    Getting real tired of @googlenest trying to harass me into switching to the Google Home app. Nope, sorry, the @Google app is ****. The lesson here is to steer away from anything google acquires/ruins. @googlenesthelp

    @googlenesthelp Help! I have a google nest thermostat and it continues going offline. All other devices in my wife network work great. Rebooting etc...does not work.

    Cannot believe how bad the @ring customer support is. I have a defective camera and they refuse to replace it with a similar version and will only replace it with the version that costs $90 less. I wish I had purchased @googlenest cameras for my home.

    @generic5555 @madebygoogle I'm on my 3rd replacement @googlenest doorbell with flaking front. Rather than admitting the issue and fixing it, Google just continue to replace the faulty design with another unit with the same flaw, until the warranty runs out and then washes their hands of the problems.

    @googlenesthelp restarted my phone and tried to DM again. IT said "error loading page, try again." Tried again and received the same message. Can we do this via the phone?

    I want my Google Assistant to be calm and do nothing when I call it a piece of ****, ************ ******* etc etc and all other abuses but not to play any ******* songs with those names. What a disgusting piece of **** you Google Assistant!!!!!! @googlenest

    It only took @googlenest 8 months to get me a working thermostat. Happy that it’s working but disappointed at the terrible way they handled it.
