    @googlenesthelp hi please help me for over a week now my best won't connect to the wifi I've done everything and followed all your steps too ie reset restart router plus other ideas it just doesn't pick up wifi anymore please help. My girlfriend struggles up stairs .

    @charlietpiper @googlenesthelp This is a hardware issue, and @Googlenesthelp knows that. I have tested with Echo dot & my Bluetooth speaker in the same location, and I have tested Google Nest Hub in another part of the house to speaker in same location. Works perfectly, no stuttering. B-tooth in Mini stinks.

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat dropped off the Wi-Fi and now can not connect. I’ve reset and restarted, disconnected app, tried reconnecting, nothing can get it back online. Help?

    @googlenesthelp @Richard14679086 I'm having a similar issue. I have two Nests connected to two different furnaces and both stopped working at the same time. The heat wont kick on even though the display says the heat is on. Has Nest been hacked globally? Please help!

    @googlenesthelp Sure, the thermostat was only installed yesterday. Throughout the day I set the temperature to 25 degrees but at around 5pm I turned it down to 9 degrees. 5 hours later it was still on 25 degrees so I had to switch the boiler off at the mains.

    @googlenesthelp My second Google nest hub has died on me, with a black screen, in as many years. This product is shocking. Having browsed the web I’m certainly not alone with this issue. Terrible product

    @googlenest your customer service SUCKS AND I WISH GOOGLE NEVER ACQUIRED YOU. FOR AN HOUR I'VE BEEN TRYING TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AND CANNOT AND KEEP ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE AND GET NO EMAIL LINKS. IT'S RIDICULOUS TO STRUGGLE THIS MUCH FOR WHAT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE ISSUE.

    @jdetle @googlenest @googlenesthelp I spent a few hours getting homebridge back up and running in my kube cluster only to find out that homebride-nest-cam also doesn’t support the new cameras yet. I should have returned this thing as soon as I found out about this issue

    @trophyguy @googlenest I keep the thermostat at 62 during the day but turn it down to 60 at bedtime. I can’t imagine what my heating bill would have been if I kept it at a more comfortable temperature.
