    @googlenesthelp I have having trouble connecting my Nest Thermostat to my wifi. Everything in the house finds WiFi. I tried rebooting everything and still nothing. I’m not sure what my next steps would be. Thank you for any help with this.

    @madebygoogle So i DM you as requested but you still haven’t solved my problem - where in the uk can i get a new thermostat so i dont have to replace my whole system? Awful product @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp and even worse customer service!

    @googlenesthelp Recently, my Nest thermostat stopped finding my router and I did all the things that Nest trouble shoot told me to do but to none avail. I can still control the temp and stuff from the wall setting, but can’t control it from my phone. Help!

    @Gardyloo_Alert Every man should have a camera facing their door and living area, not wifi but micro sd or usb thumb drive to protect themselves from bad people like this woman. **** like @googlenest from @Google goes to from cloud and they use it for their ai and spying on you, the evil cloud

    @googlenesthelp Hello, I have a recurring issue with my camera flood lights, the lights work but the app does not show the lights. Whenever I call support they ask me to reset the camera which I have done multiple times. I was told it is an issue that upper mgmt is aware of it,

    Google Nest thermostat is such a POS product, I fkn hate it. App never works right and support won’t help. I regret buying it. I thought Google would stand behind their products, but no. $280 wasted. 🖕 @googlenesthelp
