    @googlenest @madebygoogle why am I being billed for subscriptions I cannot cancel? Unable to cancel thru Nest app, Nest website, Google Account. Says I have no subscriptions yet I’m being billed for $240. I disputed it with my CC and requested a chargeback. Can someone please figure out wtf is going on?

    @googlenest are you deadass putting my thermometers on eco mode in 100 degree weather? My house just shot up to 80 degrees inside without notifying me or anything. This is legit one of the worst home products I have ever purchased. This hasn't helped us at all

    I’m literally about to switch out my home devices. Broadcasting messages is a nuisance! I’d rather scream and yell! I liked the system better before Google Gemini was added! They say they’re going to fix it but it’s been months now! @googlenest @Google @Gemini

    @googlenesthelp I've done all that, even had your support team access my smart speakers to check they are working ok & have updated firmware & there is no problem. Now today no radio stations work not even @tunein

    How do I tell my nest I dont care if its peak time? No matter what I do it goes up 1 degree for peak time if it wants to. If I cant change it: that's a terrible design. @googlenesthelp

    @googlenesthelp My Nest Mini 2 seems to have broken completely. When ask it to play a playlist from my @Spotify Premium it plays some other random playlist. It's made playing songs on it almost impossible. Ive already unplugged it, factory reset it & deleted & reinstalled it
