    @googlenesthelp Hi there, thanks for the follow up. After tinkering around with it for a few days, the problem seems to be with the "True Radiant" feature which was not switching off all radiators. I've turned that feature off now and it seems to work.

    @googlenesthelp I'm getting more issues today. The Nest seems to have a complete mind of its own. I've turned off all the 'smart' features but only upstairs radiators are now on and I can't get the downstairs radiators to work. Honestly, a terrible experience so far.

    @charlietpiper @googlenesthelp This is a hardware issue, and @Googlenesthelp knows that. I have tested with Echo dot & my Bluetooth speaker in the same location, and I have tested Google Nest Hub in another part of the house to speaker in same location. Works perfectly, no stuttering. B-tooth in Mini stinks.

    Thank you very much @googlenest for your excellent customer services from diagnostics, dispatch to technical help with the installation of new thermostat. To top it off, it was out of warranty, yet you still sent me a new one. #CustomerService

    @Gourmetlawyer @googlenesthelp There was a time my account got locked so I tried changing the password but to no avail which continued for a long time, I had to contact unihacksupport also on insta and they got me back to my account. I think they can help you too

    @googlenesthelp We recently dug our best thermostat out of storage, and it is not connecting with wifi (Its not even trying). I tried manually tying the network info (I got a "failed to connect" error) and all the online troubleshooting on your website didn't work.

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat dropped off the Wi-Fi and now can not connect. I’ve reset and restarted, disconnected app, tried reconnecting, nothing can get it back online. Help?

    @googlenesthelp So the answer is “you can’t.” You should remove the non-functioning instructions from your help pages.

    @googlenesthelp my Nest learning thermostat won’t connect to Wi-Fi. I’ve run through every item on the trouble shooting guide multiple times and it still won’t connect. I tried switching on the AC and though it says it’s cooling, it’s still in heating mode and warming my house.

    @googlenesthelp hi please help me for over a week now my best won't connect to the wifi I've done everything and followed all your steps too ie reset restart router plus other ideas it just doesn't pick up wifi anymore please help. My girlfriend struggles up stairs .

    @googlenest @madebygoogle made the worst security system, which we should be allowed to return. We purchased a @SimpliSafe alarm system instead, it’s BOMB 💣 & makes Google Nest look so cheap and useless!
