    @googlenesthelp Hello, my Nest thermostat has lost WiFi connection and keeps rebooting. It eventually says “Date & time incorrect” but the dial is unresponsive and the nest shuts down and reboots. I’m in the UK, can you help? Thanks

    @googlenesthelp I need help understanding why a product called nest cam doesn't work with the nest app. Bad advertising and infuriating. I feel mislead. It's a Google home cam. Wouldn't have bought it if that was the name. Good job getting the sale....

    @googlenesthelp Status light is completely off on both doorbells (front and back door). This has happened before when google experienced an outage months ago, status lights were out but everything came back on its own. It rained yesterday evening, no known power outage. What should I try?

    @googlenesthelp I have tried all the steps and even a factory reset with no luck. It’s obviously broken / a hardware failure. I don’t understand why it’s so painful to get a replacement 😒

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply! I’ve had an issue with my thermostat for 3+ months. And I’ve reached out to your support team hoping for a resolution. It’s been a total waste of time with no resolution. It always reads 21+ degrees when in a cold room.

    @googlenesthelp Please tell me the reason for trying a different electrical outlet. I'm and Engr. If I understood maybe I could fix another way. Not possible for two of the most troublesome cams.

    @googlenesthelp Seems like a common issue right now, but I also have a Nest e-Thermostat that stopped connecting to wifi a few days back. Can't find ANY network. I have restarted it, reset the network, manually tried to add the network. All resulted in no luck. Had awhile

    @googlenesthelp My newly purchased Nest isn’t detecting WiFi networks despite every device in my house having no issue, one of those is another Nest. Can you send me a replacement? Yes, I’ve reset it and all. Not working.

    @googlenesthelp our nest hello doorbells went offline yesterday evening and are still both off. We reset our router already. Does it take a while for them to power up? Not sure what happened? Any advice?

    @googlenesthelp Hey, my nest is not connecting to the internet, it won't grab any wifi signal. I've tried all the basic trouble shooting and still don't get it to pick up any wifi networks, any other help you can offer?
