I got some funky hardware. Did a factory reset and all that jazz. Can’t find any WiFi networks. It gets stuck in some gnarly restart loop. I see tons of other people on YouTube have the same problem. Can you send me a new one? My house is getting really cold @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp The app has always lied, or, more euphemistically, been optimistic about the network status, until the moment it's sure that the network is down.

Hi @googlenesthelp no one is responding to my message. I’ve submitted the form and given you all the information but I keep on being told what I’ve already said is the problem. Yet still my doorbell is connected to an account that you’ve over ridden with a Google account.

@googlenesthelp And can anyone READ the whole thread. Please stop wasting my time asking me to change / check settings that have nothing to do with the issue. Correct the update that screwed up the Home/Away asst. period.

@googlenesthelp It's was working all along—now commands to turn off are ignored. Nest App and Alexa both indicate that the thermostat is off, though it's still on. A quick search shows that a number of people are reporting this issue since last week...?

@googlenesthelp I am trying to schedule my heating just for 30 minutes. But seems we can’t achieve as the minimum time apart is 1 hour. Didn’t expect this at all. It should up to users to choose of their choice. Else wasting my money and more co2 emissions. Any help??

@googlenest @googlenesthelp I was just informed my 3 year old thermostat is out of warranty so nothing can be done about the known issue with gen 3 battery life. How do I get this fixed?! $200 for only 3 years is unacceptable

Got the newest @googlenest thermostat only to find out it’s not with the temperature sensors that are compatible with every other model. What a terrible decision.
