NEVER call the number on your @googlenest thermostat if you have power issues. I just got charged $129 for a 15 minute diagnostic where they told me to call an HVAC company to fix the issue. I had told them on the original call it was not the Nest having issues

  • BrisDev Craig Phillips (@BrisDev) reported

@googlenesthelp @deb_deitz Also happening to me, as the original poster states, lots of people having the same issue

  • deb_deitz Deb Deitz (@deb_deitz) reported

@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp @googlenest Why doesn’t anyone seem to care that our cameras are continuously buffering and impossible to watch? But you continue to take $ from my account to pay the bill. For what? NOTHING! Fix it! Please!

@googlenesthelp turning off Auto Play (Auto-play next video: Turn off for me AND when someone isn't recognised) for each Google Display's YouTube settings just does not work! This is annoying for adults but greater has consequences for parents Please fix it @madebygoogle

The #GoogleNest thermostat is the biggest piece of **** I've seen in a long time. Trying to get the temperature to hold at a comfortable level. Looked up the manual online. That in itself was a nightmare. Go to the Temp hold settings. Couldn't find it on my thermostat.

  • SullivanLiu Sullivan Liu (@SullivanLiu) reported

@googlenesthelp None of that is the issue. I’m on auto update. The videos make it to the cloud just fine. I t’s not my wifi. Same problem when I’m on LTE. The issue has lasted 3-4 phones I had. As a software engineer: please formally triage this with the engineering team. It’s been long enough.

@googlenesthelp i need some help with my (already) second 3rd generation nest thermostat. The first one could connect to any wifi network. So the company where i bought it exchange the thermostat. But now the second thermostat gives the same problem. What can i do?

  • aiotechnv AIOTech LLC (@aiotechnv) reported

@googlenesthelp I've been having the same issue on my first gen Nest Hub for the past three days. It disconnects numerous times a day and says to check my internet connection. I've had no trouble with any other devices or my internet connection.

  • BrettHooper63 bretthooper.eth (@BrettHooper63) reported

@googlenesthelp A slight convex or concave added to the button geometry could help solve it or perhaps not having the contrast going to the camera housing but instead focusing on the button.

  • shotgun_crypto ShotgunTortoiseCrypto (@shotgun_crypto) reported

Can I just ask why the actual **** is my home thermostat reminding me about buying **** for fathers day. You had one job do it... #NEST #googlenest

  • leonheywood Leon Heywood (@leonheywood) reported

  • s_matte100 Simon Matteson (@s_matte100) reported

@googlenesthelp my first gen Nest Hubs have all given me the error message “Check Internet Connection”. I’ve reset router (all other devices connect), unplugged, and reset hubs. Works for a while then gives me the error again. Is this a known issue?

  • mariethemuse RIE🪡 (@mariethemuse) reported

The @googlenest mini is worst home speaker I’ve ever used. It always crashes randomly I’ve set thing thing up 4 times since I installed it this week. DO NOT BUY it’s a waste of time and money.

  • laconictae Dan Potter (@laconictae) reported

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat suddenly refuses to connect to wifi - some searching online revealed this is a common issue and led me here. I have reset it and tried a few other things, but nothing seems to work. Suggestions?
