    @googlenest I got the I don’t know how to help with that. What’s interesting is that I just tried flipping the command (at 5 turn off the light...) it u set stood that, but not to turn the light on

    @googlenest The Philips Hue hub is right next to the router. There are bulbs in the same room as the hub and the router, all the google homes in the house have the same issue.

    @tranvanjohnny @googlenest How do you find the Nest X Yale lock? Likely first purchase when we get down to it at the new place. And how can I sell my wife on the doorbell? Any way to play the young child angle, can you mute the chyme?

    @googlenesthelp could you help me fix an issue with my nest hub max? If I want to set a timer it says it's cannot do that right now. Any ideas? Every other Google device in the house works fine.

    WiFi going down means @googlenest won’t play white noise again... just in time for nap time 😢. Is there a way to cache ambient sounds locally so that my kid can nap through our next outage?

    @googlenest I have ring cameras at my house but my neighbors have ur fancy cameras. They’re always going out-missing important actions that they have to rely on my cameras for. & ur customer service is worthless. Get ur **** together

    @googlenest your free gifts are ***, half the time my google nest will disconnect while nothing else connected to my internet does, no troubleshooting online and constantly "can't communicate with nest" like how wack of a company to not fix this **** after 3+ years??

    I rarely get on Twitter, but I just had the WORST customer service experience with the @googlenesthelp team. It was two hours for them to tell me I need a new one... obviously I know. THAT'S why I CALLED! I wasted so much time AND I have no heat!! Your faulty device is the reason

    @lisamjarvis @googlenest Problem is that WiFi is down so I need my phone for work... and it’s the only device I have with a cellular connection. I think the real answer is to switch over to a standalone white noise generator
