    @googlenest If you know that there is not currently a fix to the problem, why don't you make sure that every consumer on the face of the Earth knows that? Your pleasant response gets me nowhere. Bus fare, still will get me downtown. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

    @googlenest Yeah it’s all connected properly and I’ve used all of the ports on my tv and I still get the same issues, it’s never been a problem before

    @googlenesthelp so sick and tired of paying you guys for terrible service. My nest thermostat goes off line for hours at a time a few times a week. It's not my network, everything else is working as expected on my network. My nest doorbell is fine, fix your end or credit me.

    @googlenest To be clear, this is a bug report - not a support request. That said, after reproducing/verifying the issue, I tried to locate a method to either view my ratings list or perform a bulk reset of my ratings.

    @googlenesthelp Nest thermostat 3a. Pre heating is not working. True radiant is on and schedule is to have 21 deg at 8am, but at 7:20am temp is 20deg and heating is still off. Need to wait till 8am for heating to turn on.

    @googlenest @jboovy For anyone who finds this tweet; after Google migrated all Nest accounts to “signs on with google”—the Apple TV Nest app has been disabled—Circa fall of 2019. They don’t seem interested in updating either AND—the error message for the app doesn’t explain their decision to kill it

    @googlenest As bugs go, it's a small one, but with potentially big impact. It's sure left a bad taste in my mouth, as your suggestion system was performing well prior to my doing around 20 passes through the prompted rating system. Frankly, I'm a bit shocked this bug wasn't caught in test.

    @googlenesthelp It says it’s offline. There’s no color on the doorbell and it doesn’t ring. I’ve done the Bluetooth off/on as the troubleshooting said for an NC023 error code but no luck.

    @googlenesthelp I tired doing this with the tool that came with it but there wasn’t a light on so I just counted to ten while pressing it in. Still offline with no light on the ring part.

    @googlenest Still no lights. It is finally recognizing that lights are there but I can’t get through the set up phases. Just installed a new home hub with no problem.
