Google Nest Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Organometallica Marshall Brennan (@Organometallica) reported from Naperville, Illinois

WiFi going down means @googlenest won’t play white noise again... just in time for nap time 😢. Is there a way to cache ambient sounds locally so that my kid can nap through our next outage?

  • Organometallica Marshall Brennan (@Organometallica) reported from Naperville, Illinois

@lisamjarvis @googlenest Problem is that WiFi is down so I need my phone for work... and it’s the only device I have with a cellular connection. I think the real answer is to switch over to a standalone white noise generator

  • DrewsClues 🦎👱‍♀️🍳☀ (@DrewsClues) reported

@googlenest Make and model is GOOGLE PIXEL 3. It seems to be a pretty easy two-step thing and nothing happens when I do the two steps. I have now returned and purchased a second Google TV and same issue on this one. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Google home

  • robert_fenton17 Robert Fenton (@robert_fenton17) reported

@googlenest I was initially getting an error stating could not access instant pot account. However, when I tried it again now, it worked flawlessly. I didn’t make any other system changes. I guess either instant pot or Google may have been down when I was trying. Sorry to be a bother.

  • eidas007 Cory Wetzel (@eidas007) reported

Day 2 of tweeting about how @googlenesthelp is incompetent as **** and stole my money.

  • knabb215 Internet Explorer (@knabb215) reported

@googlenesthelp My case(s) have been escalated to your Order Management team, several times. No one from that team has ever contacted me. This has been going on for a month. Can I please have someone look at my cases and help me get a refund for my RMA gone wrong?

  • jimboandandrea Jamie Mead 🇬🇧 (@jimboandandrea) reported from Saint Agnes, England

@googlenest I have a warranty problem following a second faulty Wi-fi chip please can you DM me to continue our conversation

  • SeniorEarls Sheepdogs Baseball (@SeniorEarls) reported from Wilmot Centre, Ontario

@Rubbers29 @googlenest Good idea! I have booster fans installed in our current house, but adding smart switches would allow me to boost ‘output’ to a specific room. The system may overwork a little bit at least I would have boosted output to the problem areas.... The baby room is an issue!

  • SnackRitter Zach Ritter (@SnackRitter) reported

@googlenest Just reset the bulb and still the same issue. Google home is not connecting to bulb. Bulb is still about to communicate to C by GE app

  • hpattle helen reid (@hpattle) reported

@googlenesthelp have not had a working thermostat since the 17.11.2020, W5 error! Have just been cut off from your customer service centre after an hour! Email correspondence for over 2 weeks and no resolution reached! This is disgraceful customer service.

  • wendyashman Wendy Ashman (@wendyashman) reported

@googlenest thermostat not working after only 20 months but because it’s out of warranty they won’t do anything about it. I definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.

  • yaramazkavanoz yaramaz kavanoz (@yaramazkavanoz) reported

@tomnorman @googlenest I am experiencing the same problem. no solution so far on the internet. Could you please tell me how did you solve this problem. If it isn't solved yet, I appreciate it if you update here whenever you figure out. tnx

  • SunnyRai29 Sunny Rai (@SunnyRai29) reported

@googlenesthelp hey! I've been using your Google nest thermostat e-learning product and my scheduling has stopped working. Can you help me with my settings to ensure everything is setup correctly?
