    My streak of never having had an electronic die from power surge ended tonight. While literally no other device did. Thanks again @Google @googlenest for making the biggest piece of **** router on the planet. Let me be a cautionary tale DO NOT BUY GOOGLE NEST WIFI.

    Hi @googlenesthelp @TuneInSupport ! We have 3 home nests and love them so much. I regularly use the voice commands to listen to @CBCMusic by asking for "cbc radio 2" or "cbc music". Within the last 2 ish months, this is no longer working -goes to a different station. #help ?

    @googlenesthelp My google account was hacked after I downloaded a virus onto my computer. the hacker changed my password, number and recovery address and I was locked out of my account. they currently have access to all accounts linked to that email and I desperately need help.

    @googlenesthelp Issue started a few days ago. No moves or changes to routers or networks. Restarted routers, didn’t help. Restarted Nest Thermostat, didn’t help. Phones placed next to Thermostat receive WiFi from multiple networks, Thermostat does not register any.

    @googlenesthelp my Nest thermostat is only 2 years old but the internal battery must be dead. Ordered and replaced but keep getting an error that it’s offline and doesn’t have enough power to reconnect. What can I do?
