    @googlenesthelp The address wasn't set. I've fixed that and the other stuff, we'll see if that works. Thanks for your help. Can you tell me if this nest contains any camera or microphone? It shouldn't, but I wanted to check.

    @googlenesthelp One specific problem: our Nest frequently switches from 'Home' to 'Away' while I'm just sitting here at home. What's up with that? The phone is connected to the same WiFi network as the Nest all in the same room so I don't get it.

    @googlenesthelp my nest hello doorbell seems to have stopped working after a recent power outage. I seem to have power at the transformer so I don’t think it’s that. Any suggestions?

    @googlenesthelp not paying your 200 dollar hold charge due to your Google nest wi-fi connection issue on the nest. Unbelievable! Can't wait to get rid of this thing. Thanks for the crappy support and help

    @googlenesthelp Yes I was going to say it's going well. I think it is possible that sometimes when the app is updated on iPhone and it requires me to sign back in, it also resets the app settings, so I should check when it requires me to sign in.

    Given that for all these steps, I have to go to post office and wait for a long period of time while I have paid $329 aud and doan't have anything in my hand. In first case I need to pay another $329 and wait for refund after I send them back the broken @Google @googlenest

    @googlenesthelp my nest indoor camera has all of a sudden started alerting me of movement even tho my setting is for when I’m away. I’m home when this occurs. Any suggestions for a fix?

    @googlenesthelp I keep getting a connection error when trying to set it up. Ive restarted modem, the Google home, my phone, and factory reset the speaker and still doesn't wanna communicate with the app

    @abushabanrain @googlenest I had same issue with my account,I contact support but they couldn't help until I was referred to will_tech02 on Instagram, he is a technician, i'm sure he can fix yours...
