@googlenesthelp urgent help! I didn’t migrate my account and now I can’t get it back. This means my heating is broken. I clicked the reset password link and it’s not sending me my password I tried to just reinstall everything but it’s all connected to my nest account (not Google

@googlenesthelp it’s receiving power but it keeps saying it’s having a problem connecting to ligma???? help:(((

  • DrAnnoyedGrunt Steve (@DrAnnoyedGrunt) reported

@googlenesthelp I know you're a bot, but I think @Shudder could use your help fixing their app.

  • Patty_Lyons Patty (Needs WAY more coffee) Lyons (@Patty_Lyons) reported

@googlenesthelp And don't say you hear me. You don't. You've asked the same questions 5 times, don't listen to the issue, and don't care that you pushed an update that has caused your product to not function.

  • aphofer Critical Bureaucracy Theory (@aphofer) reported

@googlenesthelp U.S., latest version of Chromecast with Google TV. There isn’t a problem with functionality, just the UI. Is there a setting that restricts search results to services that the user has successfully signed in to? Also, can volume remote be programmed to control 3rd party spkr?

@googlenest your app is absolute trash

  • Patty_Lyons Patty (Needs WAY more coffee) Lyons (@Patty_Lyons) reported

After asking @googlenesthelp for a week what they did on THEIR end to screw my thermostats, you finally admitted there was a software update the day before my thermostats started randomly switching off my heat every day . . . STOP ASKING ME TO CHECK MY SETTINGS. FIX YOUR UPDATE.

  • davidkeatscroft David Keats-Croft (@davidkeatscroft) reported

@googlenesthelp pretty unhappy that I've got the w5 wifi chip error and now being told I'm out of warranty (end of Oct) when the problem has existed for over 30 days, putting me FIRMLY inside the warranty period. I hope you plan on fixing my problem.

  • Patty_Lyons Patty (Needs WAY more coffee) Lyons (@Patty_Lyons) reported

@googlenesthelp 5th day in a row, that our thermostats went to Eco. You must fix this. Software update???

  • Patty_Lyons Patty (Needs WAY more coffee) Lyons (@Patty_Lyons) reported

@googlenesthelp I'm not giving you a product suggestion. I'll try to make this clear. On Nov 1st you pushed a software update to my thermostat. Starting Nov 2, they no longer functioned correctly. Stop asking me to troubleshoot. Fix your update.

  • jordanyonodev jordydev (@jordanyonodev) reported

@googlenesthelp Nope. It can’t find any networks in range. Such as my neighbors, but my iPhone, android tablet, chrome book, and dell + Ubuntu Linux can find the networks no problem. Luckily the nest is working in offline mode now, but it wasn’t before.

  • RomaneVernet2 Romane Vernet (@RomaneVernet2) reported

@googlenesthelp Not sure the exact distance, but I'd say about 20-25 feet. It wasn't an issue before, it's been running fine for about 5-6 months. Not baby monitor or cordless phones (are those still around?) no appliances. The one downstairs works fine. I have a 3rd one, but it's not installed

  • jkouns Jake (@jkouns) reported

Anyone ever had an issue with @madebygoogle where they just randomly deleted a whole home structure and all the devices? I swear @Google has completely botched this @googlenest integration.

  • bennetyee Bennet Yee 💉💉 (@bennetyee) reported

@googlenesthelp The app has always lied, or, more euphemistically, been optimistic about the network status, until the moment it's sure that the network is down.
