@madebygoogle We’ve tried it on an iPhone Pro and a normal iPhone 12 both got same error codes. We also tried in the Google Home app and @googlenest app.

@googlenesthelp nice job, I asked Google a math problem and instead of doing the arithmetic, it turns it into a word problem and says it doesn't know how to help? It literally changed numbers to words.. get out of here

@googlenesthelp Help! My Google Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd ed) has quit communicating with my Google Nest Wifi. I've reset the thermostat, and rebooted my network. The device can't find a single wifi network.

@googlenesthelp Yes, of course. I have factory reset both devices several times, I have connected them to different routers, I have reinstalled the google Home app, I have tried everything. The problem is not only with voice commands, from the music menu of the app it does not work either

@googlenesthelp Have to admit it’s outside warranty and okay with disposing it Coz repairing it is not an option because of pandemic. Have really loved the product and worst case may buy a new one. But for sure a bit disappointed that Google has made a **** with 1 yr lifetime 😓😓

@googlenesthelp Why did you not notify customers, when they moved there Nest Account via migration to a Google Account it's irreversible once done. Also, migrated accounts do not work with Apple TV apps and now cant sign in via google as nest account deleted ?

@danieldevine @googlenest Yeah apps are another issue altogether but this is the actual UI when you turn it on. It’s fully owned by google so there is no real excuse for it to be stuttering etc. It’s also not tied to internet speeds at all.
