    @ecobee OMG, you guys are not doing well. After fixing things 2 days ago and claiming the firmware would not auto-update again to the broken 4.7.5.250, both thermostats auto-updated and are broken again. What will it take? A @googlenest ?

    Do not purchase a #googlenest thermostat. I found out I had a defective one and it was installed in November of this last year-Aftee 3 HVAC companies have worked on my unit- finally decided to take the Neat out and my unit has worked great-tried to get a refund being told to bad

    @googlenesthelp home/away assist is not working properly. Nest all shows me home and away, but does not turn on or off cameras like setup to do. Have to manually select home or away for the cameras to turn off or on.

    @googlenesthelp It happened today. All devices are accessible via the Google Home App, but Nest Hub shows them offline. No changes in the network, already did a factory reset of the Hub, (un)linked the Hue account.. I see some similar issues in the Netherlands on Twitter rn

    @sundarpichai your @google @googlenest tech support group needs work and product quality control needs improvement. 2 techs have misdiagnosed an issue with my thermostat. I have now done the work for them but this indicates a systemic issue in your tech support organization.
