    @googlenesthelp our learning nest thermostat is not connecting to our network. Troubleshoot three times no resolution. Contacted center and it was escalated. Told our thermostat working but we cannot access thru phone app when away so all functions not working. Needs resolution

    @googlenesthelp why am I not getting anywhere with google in trying to help with my nest thermostat. All I keep being asked to complete a form which I have done about three times and they asking me the same questions again. What a waste of money buying a google product.

    @Francis_Palma @googlenesthelp This issue has existed for a while. Support will run you around in circles with troubleshooting tips, and even ask you for the serial number of your camera when, bottom line, it’s VERY CLEARLY a bug within the app itself. In the meantime, you can adjust schedules via the web.

    @DonoTippett @googlenesthelp This is super annoying every time it happens. Nest is mission critical stuff and shouldn’t go down. Can’t wait to no longer have any nest products.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, Don’t know if you can help but my nest thermostat doesn’t appear to be using my iPhone 7 for home and away assist. Location is on, just says in settings it hasn’t heard from my phone with an orange triangle, been like it for a while, any ideas please? Alan

    @googlenesthelp hi, I’ve got a nest thermostat and it won’t find any wifi network. I get w5 error. Looks like a known issue. I have another nest which is working and finds my wifi network fine. What should I do?

    @googlenest hi, my app says my Nest E is offline. But the actual thermostat says it is online. I’ve tried restarting both the router and the thermostat. Any ideas?

    @googlenesthelp bought my new Nest thermostat around18 months ago (upgraded from older model), now it can’t find WiFi networks. Tried restart, unplugged, everything. Nothing works and I see online it’s a common problem. Please help?

    @googlenesthelp hi! my Nani (grandma) has a Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) which has completely stopped discovering WiFi networks. I’ve restarted, reset, and attempted every fix via the Nest or Google Home app, but the thermostat can’t discover networks and it’s not usable
