Hey @googlenest, 1 of my Nest Hubs has been mysteriously disconnecting from Nest Wifi recently for no apparent reason. My other 4 Hubs are fine. The problem unit is closest to the Wifi and there's nothing between them. Whenever it disconnects, I have to reboot it. Any tips?

Seriously @Google ? I have @googlenest cams and for two years and my @Apple iPhone gets all the notifications before my pixel5 does. The range varies from 1-10 mins. But a google product to a google phone should never be delayed. Wtf? (This has been a problem in my mind 4 years)

@googlenesthelp hi, I have had a google doorbell, and when i talk to someone the volume is really low. It's up to full on the settings. The auto response options are loud and clear. Tried this with 2 different phones and it's the same. Can u help?

@googlenesthelp our google nest wifi stopped being connected and with google nest support we can't even pair it to the heat link, and still not able to connect it to the wife. I think the nest is faulty. Please help we have limited control over our heating in the house!

@googlenesthelp We’ve tried every setting and the heat will not come on until it wants to randomly…and when it is on it doesn’t heat the house to the desired temp, it cuts off prematurely…we even turned the smart/eco function…plz help lol

Inheriting from a previous owner is a nightmare. Trying get @googlenest to relearn is a struggle and a lengthy process. In order to get the heat to go on, you have to move out of eco mode and you can wait 2+ hours for 4 degrees of temperature.

@googlenesthelp Hi, I have my Nest Hub stucked in the grey screen with the white G after a power outage :( . I've already tried unplugging it for a while and factory resetting it but it's still the same. Is there anything I can do to unbrick it?

@googlenesthelp still waiting on an update. I was told 24 to 48 hrs. It's been 3 days since that and 6 days since I reported the issue to you. Why don't you just say - we have your money couldn't care less. At least I'd then know.

@googlenest My nest mini keeps losing its connection to my new Chromecast Google TV. Its your products and they can't keep a stable Bluetooth connection with each other... I thought getting the chromecast would work, since it was losing its connection withe my shield TV too. The fix?
