@googlenest iPhone 11. Once I had an issue with Stan, but apart from that it’s only been Disney+. Hence why I asked them the issue as I thought it might be their problem

@googlenest Yes the same thing happens on both casting from the app and using voice commands. I have tried unlinking and relinking my Spotify account through the Google Home app which worked at first but then it started again. Could it potentially be due to a poor wifi connection?

@googlenest I’ve performed a factory reset, created a new Nest profile, no improvement in performance. The random heating has always been an issue from 2014.

@googlenest Amazon customer Service put your customer service to shame. Engaging helpful people who don’t put holding charges on people’s accounts for faulty broken equipment. They replace straight away

@googlenesthelp setting up a new nest wifi point I get an error “no internet signal”. I did it with google home app and all the previously steps were correct. I put the point one meter from the router. I had the new nest wifi working in my phone and I checked the nest wifi ok

@googlenest made to feel like I was lying to customer service having to make a video and send to customer service only to be told it’s broken and they will replace but need to put a credit card hold on a google account and forcing me to open. Awful company to deal with

@googlenest I have not contacted support but I have read a thread where people were having the same problem and they told them to switch to 1080p 60hz and another they said it could be a faulty product. I've returned and still have the same problem on the new one.

@googlenest Yeah.. but I tried to tell you that the problem is that you guys changed the overall reply to something that doesn’t make any sense... and there was no reason to as the old reply worked fine. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

@googlenest Maybe? I’ve had to reset it on two separate occasions because certain apps will stop showing the option to cast. I don’t know whether it’s an issue with the apps or if it’s on my end

@googlenesthelp can you help me understand something? when I ask my Google Home hub to shuffle music by an artist why does it default to YouTube and not YouTube music? It tells me there's nothing available on YouTube. I don't think of "shuffle" as a video word.

@googlenest @jmwein This crazy situation still rolls on, Google and Nest have ignored all us Family GSuite loyal (paying) customers for years being forced to use a separate @gmail.com email account is ridiculous. Extremely bad form. Irony is you can use Ring / Hive etc with GSuite accounts.
