    @googlenest @Google Why 'Play Start Sound' doesn't work for commands given in non - English language, I prefer to use both English and Hindi languages, but after the first command in Hindi has been actioned by the speaker I have to again say 'OK Google'... Please fix this.

    @pbplumber @googlenest Help-Link rebranding was always destined to end up this way even with Worcester-Bosch trying to jump in. Look at directors list and you'll see WB people have now resigned. Manufacturers wanting a slice of installers pie!!!

    @pbplumber @googlenest I’ve had two go down in the last month struggle to get replacements , customers ended up getting complete new ones and keeping the control for spare

    @pbplumber @googlenest I ditched @googlenest their tech support if shocking!!! And in general aftercare is the worst ive ever experienced, used to fit loads but advise customer to run a mile amd be happy they don’t have one now

    @googlenesthelp We recently dug our best thermostat out of storage, and it is not connecting with wifi (Its not even trying). I tried manually tying the network info (I got a "failed to connect" error) and all the online troubleshooting on your website didn't work.

    @googlenesthelp hello. My Google nest 3.0 will not connect to wifi. It was working just fine for over a year. I tried restarting the router multiple times and factory resetting the nest multiple times with no luck. Is this a known issue?

    @pbplumber @googlenest BoXt…. The company that keeps on giving!!! All Iv ever heard back from their customers is crap feedback, nightmare company!! Don’t know much about googlenest and by the sound of it I don’t want to!!! 😵‍💫

    @googlenesthelp Hi there, thanks for the follow up. After tinkering around with it for a few days, the problem seems to be with the "True Radiant" feature which was not switching off all radiators. I've turned that feature off now and it seems to work.

    @googlenest @madebygoogle made the worst security system, which we should be allowed to return. We purchased a @SimpliSafe alarm system instead, it’s BOMB 💣 & makes Google Nest look so cheap and useless!

    @PaulLomax @googlenest The batteries go bad in the thermostats. I'm a electronics tech & found that the batteries are not replaceable. One must buy a new $300 nest thermostat every 10 yrs or so.

    @googlenesthelp hello. My nest is not connecting to any network. Other devices are connected to wifi fine. I tried looking for my mobile hotspot. Neither worked. I reset the next. Problem continues.

    @GoogleStore @googlenest I cannot believe how badly you messed up the new generation of indoor cameras. They are completely useless to us now and have to return 3 cameras. No clue what you were thinking. Whoever had this idea should be let go. You made best camera into the worst.
