    @googlenest Yes pls! We're having a LOT of trouble connecting with our Chromecast - it does it eventually, but it's a slow and unreliable process. We've tried all of the advice on the website, and it's still happening. Any tips?

    @googlenest Has anyone else had any dealings with these amateurs. Nest thermostat not working still under warranty but I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come out and I have to pay £85 in case it’s not a nest issue because they’ve had people not pay 🤦🏼

    @googlenest yep. Never touched it. I just realized it did eventually stop, but I had the same issue last night. I'm trying to find another tv app with a livestream to test to compare. Far as I can tell it only shows up when casting (as opposed to native UI)

    @googlenesthelp Home/Away routines keep marking me away, while home. Would appreciate help. Presence sensing enabled on phone, location permissions for app always on, battery optimisation disabled. Phone is connected to Google WiFi even.

    @googlenest Back to the same problem again today. This is happening on my wife's iPhone also. I've reinstalled the iPlayer app but no dice. No issues with Netflix, YouTube etc.

    After 3.5 hours on the chat with @googlenest support for my terrible wifi- they can't do anything. REALLY???? Offer your customers refunds! Your wifi is horrible and your customer service is even worse!

    @googlenest I get same result; confirms that it's streaming as I directed, then says, Sorry, I didn't understand. Tried with a different radio station, WRTI, as well. Same result. As noted, the problem is with Home; the Nest mini is working. They're in a Home group, but only the Nest plays.
