@googlenesthelp I have a nest learning thermostat and for some reason, it has lost the ability to see wifi. I have 2 in my home, the second one is fine. I tried resetting the wifi, the device, and everything else I can think of. Please help me reconnect it.

  • spyplanes spyplanes (@spyplanes) reported

@googlenesthelp I was able to get help from the retailer I bought it from. Thank you.

  • Badow723 Matthew Badowski (@Badow723) reported

@googlenesthelp Looks like we still had the same problem intermittently throughout the night

  • benjaminsinger Mr N. Ormal (@benjaminsinger) reported

@googlenesthelp Hi I’m not sure at this point. My two cameras dropped off last night at the same time, and are showing as offline despite being plugged in, on Wi-Fi and still on the same account. Meanwhile another duplicate home property has appeared in my nest app that has no devices attached?

  • JU51LNS JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported

@twistedpixel8 @googlenest I agree, odd logic on zones/notifications, poor/slow image transfer. I think I need to look at a better system for security, as reliability needs to be 100%

  • 13RWGuy Luke L Rasmussen (@13RWGuy) reported

@googlenest the stupidest thing ever. DO NOT BUY GOOGLE NEST. We are canceling our subscription. Go **** yourselves.

  • NBartelloni Nick Bartelloni (@NBartelloni) reported

@googlenesthelp my nest thermometer will not connect to wifi and I’ve reset it 10 times. Very frustrating. Please help!

  • t_cardinalli Torrey (@t_cardinalli) reported

@googlenest Please fix your doorbell app. I have the premium version yet no videos ever replay, only thumbnails. Always loading, good tool but you guys can do better when it comes to peoples safety.

  • JU51LNS JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported

Hi @googlenest your cameras are security devices, but when the speed to your servers is so slow despite solid internet connections, it just buffers, it makes them pretty useless. As I am paying for this service, I find it unacceptable

  • BradBuchholz Brad Buchholz (@BradBuchholz) reported

@Portland_Beer @ZiplyFiber Is it specifically the Ziply routers that are causing the issue, or is it the the fiber connection? I’ve been considering switching, and most of my computers are on Ethernet, or my own @googlenest mesh Wi-Fi.

  • NBartelloni Nick Bartelloni (@NBartelloni) reported

@googlenesthelp It is a Nest learning Thermostat. Only error is “w5” and it cannot find a wifi. I have another nest and it works perfect.

  • amiraplayzrh amira :) (@amiraplayzrh) reported
