    @googlenesthelp is your chat online not working? Every time I go to submit it tells me something went wrong but doesn’t actually tell me what went wrong 🙄. I’m getting really frustrated with these products! I need to get in contact due to the THIRD failure of our IQ outdoor 😠

    Hey @googlenesthelp, is your service down because of the @AWSSupport outage? Seems weird that Google/Nest would use Amazon’s services and not your own, though. Right?

    @googlenest Just seems to be a problem with devices like my Pixel and the Nest (and at other times my TV) talking to each other on the wifi

    @googlenest Okay, I uninstalled and reinstalled @PrimeVideo and the issue still persists. Keep in mind I only see the issue with SD video. HD and 4K are fine. It was better before the latest system update. No big deal, in sure it will get updated, I just wanted to report to help out.

    @googlenesthelp Hello. I am having an issue with my nest thermostat. Unit no longer sees any WiFi & I get a w5 error. I have current firmware, reset the device, reset my WiFi several times, and tried to connect to different WiFi. WiFi has failed. Help please.

    @googlenesthelp My protect keeps on going off, so much so that we’ve had to take the batteries out of it just to get it to be quiet. Any help would be appreciated

    @googlenest Yes, the lights are working on their own. When I use the Ikea/Tradri app on my Pixel 3, I can control the lights. The GoogleHome-Ikea connection seems to be broken

    @HiveHomeUK @HiveHelper So fed up with your system. Over the past 2 weeks, it's been offline several times A DAY, leading to no heating for hours! No point in home technology if it doesn't work. Thinking of switching to @googlenest as it's so rubbish. 😡
