    Looks like I'll be getting rid of all of my @madebygoogle and @googlenesthelp equipment, as Google Support is about the worst I've dealt with. Being charged double on my Google AI account and being told that nothing can be done, despite it being illegal.

    @googlenesthelp The First Alert SC5 alarms are an utter piece of **** compared to the original Google Nest Smoke/CO2 alarms.

    @CoffindafferFBI Note on systems thinking and why compute systems are still such garbage: minute those cameras are disabled in a systematic way, 911 needs to be called by the system, for sure she had @googlenest subscription service. Product once again has been demonstrated to be utterly USELESS.

    @googlenest if you are going to replace a product at-least do it with something worth of buying. The first alert SC5 is a terrible replacement for the nest protect.

    @googlenest @madebygoogle warnings every night despite "Nightly Promise" being OFF. You have broken my ecosystem. I need a full prorated refund for my 7 units immediately so I can switch to a supported UK brand. #NestProtect

    @stevemerckel @GoogleHome @googlenesthelp I had to scrap my old (v1?) Chromecast a couple of weeks ago. It just would NOT show up with full config/control in the home app. I even tried installing some janky old revision of ho.e-wifi configurator, still failed. Now it's in the trash

    @googlenesthelp Hi, my Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen) has lost connection to the wifi for no apparent reason. I've followed the suggestions on the help pages, but it's still not able to find any wifi networks when searching. Can you help please?
