Never have I experienced as horrific customer service as that of @googlenest been trying to get an issue resolved from August. Avoid at all costs people. Oh and just to note when they do reply they’ll just repeat themselves and refuse to answer your questions.

@GoogleNest I'm having a bad onboarding. Setting up both fire alarms and a doorbell, and your app is totally useless on iPhone. The website gets me further but forces me to drag a pin on an inaccessible Google Map. So, blind folks simply can't set up Nest, full stop? #a11y

@googlenesthelp It's all my cameras. 3 indoor, 1 outdoor, 1 doorbell and a Nest Hub Max. Sometimes our minis and homes lose connection but rarely. Mainly the cameras. Other wifi devices will work through the down time and the main nest router never goes down, just the pucks.

@googlenesthelp Ah, this is ringing bells. I have a sneaking suspicion this is going to end up being one of those situations where having a Google Workplace account as my main Google account ends up not working with Nest devices for some insane reason.

@mario18121105 @googlenest @EllieSherven I think, and just spit balling here, we redeem the leaves as extra time on this planet as we try to push back the damage done with global warming. or some **** like that, plus Google being tight ****** seeing as the data centre's consume a ton of energy daily, counterbalance lol

@googlenesthelp was on DM with your support and now they won’t respond. I have a bad nest e thermostat and have gone through all of the troubleshooting with them and on my own. Same model in another part of house works fine. Can someone actually help?
