    @googlenesthelp not only does Nest not have a record of my numerous Nest product purchases, I cannot do anything with the two defective cameras other than throw them out. They stopped working completely. I will be sure to advise others to avoid Nest outdoor cameras. Worst ever.

    @googlenest year after not only this is not fixed, the problem much more severe if you add a smart light bulb. this is just shitshow that google keeps on making faulty products, i hope this deter people from buying "smart" devices from google

    @googlenesthelp the Google platform thinks I’m in Saudi Arabia. I’m not. This is rendering my Google/Nest smart home setup useless. I’ve tried everything I can find online. I’ve reached out to Google but have gotten no response. Please help.

    @googlenest So it's 72 outside and I turned my thermostat down to 67 (cuz it doesn't need to run), but Nest is used to running at 69 when it was cold. How is this a "smart" thermostat? Even my 5 year old asked "why is it so hot in here?" Cuz Nest...

    @googlenesthelp my 3 month old nest can't find any wifi networks. Rebooted unit and router. All other google home devices and nest thermostats work fine. Help?

    @googlenesthelp I'm not home. I have a Nest Hello Software4110043, Nest Thermostat E Display (1st Generation) Backplate modelBackplate-7.6, and a Yale lock Model1.1 Software1.2-7. Your servers went down. My internet is still up at home as I can talk to my servers.

    @googlenesthelp Is this suggesting the alarm won't work unless wifi is connected? Power cable is from out of the box, no issue there.

    @kaitlinmaud I think there's a value to thinking about overall integration. We can set our @SimpliSafe alarm from our @googlenest hub, but i don't think we can integrate the ring cameras with the nest (since nest has their own cameras). How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?

    @googlenesthelp do you know when the new outdoor cams will be launched in the UK. My outdoor iq has died today and the retailer I bought it from can only issue a refund as the outdoor iq are now out of stock and never due back in.

    @googlenest Our Google nest is awful. It’s supposed to get down to 32 tonight and says it won’t heat up two degrees from 66-68 for 2.5 hours while blowing out cold air after having to be restarted & factory reset twice today. Its not the unit. it works randomly in the day time

    @googlenest The migration of Nest to Google is a nightmare. Horrible integration and customer service. Nest support sends us to Google support and Google support sends us to Nest.

    @googlenesthelp the absolute worst outdoor camera ever. One failed it was replaced. Now the second one failed and so did the replacement. I cannot find my receipt, I thought Nest products would have the details of my registration on file. Lack of customer care. Never again.
