    @ecobee OMG, you guys are not doing well. After fixing things 2 days ago and claiming the firmware would not auto-update again to the broken 4.7.5.250, both thermostats auto-updated and are broken again. What will it take? A @googlenest ?

    @sundarpichai your @google @googlenest tech support group needs work and product quality control needs improvement. 2 techs have misdiagnosed an issue with my thermostat. I have now done the work for them but this indicates a systemic issue in your tech support organization.

    @xoxoKaralee @googlenest We’ve seen on our neighborhood page where that’s happening to nest users because ercot is trying to reduce the grid load or some ****. Try disconnecting the internet to it? If it can’t communicate with Google they can’t push updates to it
