    @googlenest Hi I have a 3rd generation thermostat that went out of warranty last year. Wifi no longer works on it and apparently it's a known issue. Everything else still works. Called tech support and they tried everything. I assume I'm out of luck on a 3 year old thermostat?

    @googlenesthelp i have google nest 3rd gen. When i bought it was connecting to wifi easily. However, all of sudden it stopped connecting. I jave tried all possible troubleshooting for the nest to connect to wifi, still cannot connect. Please help

    Things I want my "smart" thermostat to do: go to the temperature I tell it to, when I tell it to Things I don't want my "smart" thermostat to do: "learn" my schedule and adjust the temperature on its own so the "heat" is set to 55F in the middle of the night **** you @googlenest

    Do NOT buy Nest thermostats—they're unreliable, support is absolutely terrible. Avoid Google products. @googlenest @googlenesthelp @madebygoogle
