    @googlenest the Nest app home/away feature no longer works, see hundreds of complaints on the Google message board and on the App Store reviews. Spoke to support 4 times and just go round in circles. My heating does not switch to Eco when I’m not in! Please fix the app!

    So @Google wifi is being deprecated, and we should have a Nest 40% discount... but it doesn't apply at checkout. Been transferred to 4 different support people, still no one seems to help. My wife works at Google *on hardware* and we're still stuck @googlenesthelp

    @googlenesthelp This has to be the worst customer support. I'm a Nest PRO and I cannot get VIP support to replace my customers defective learning thermostats after 3 months and 25+ cases.

    @googlenesthelp is Google Assistant currently down? At least Assistant on Home devices? Every one of my Nest devices (3 minis, 1 Hub) say "something went wrong, please try again in a couple of minutes" when I try using them.

    @googlenest still unable to connect from my IPhone Nest App to my thermostat either on WiFi or 4g. The problem has occurred since Google got involved. My only solution is to change to Hive

    @googlenesthelp I have 12 devices spread across a 1000 sq ft space. Proximity is not the problem. This is something gone wrong at your end. They just started this, and I've tried rebooting, resetting network, etc...

    @googlenesthelp I’m in Uk and already have a Case ID [2-1927000032224] but it’s clear from all the complaints about the same issue is that it’s a global issue and more importantly Google are not responding and are doing nothing about it.

    I must stop recommending @googlenest after their abysmal support. My doorbell recently started intermittently malfunctioning (video not capturing), did troubleshooting and they expect me to connect my doorbell to a hotspot for 5-6 hours to recreate the intermittent issue!

    @googlenesthelp It seems to be pointless, as the issue I raised was in regards to getting the full police report and they have ask for it again. Either they, for the email have not read the issue or is just playing me and wasting my time.

    **** @googlenest I’m going to ecobee right now! Been messing with my heat for 2 hours before it finally came on. Had to unplug the dog **** Nest like 4 times. It’s going to make for a fun hockey puck. Worthless piece of **** that it is.

    @googlenesthelp Your home app is terrible compared to the original nest app.I can't make custom clips and footage is slow to load on the home app compared to the better designed nest app. As my camera die I will be moving away from nest because of the home app

    @googlenesthelp My nest thermostat shows up all OK in the Google Home app but not on my shared users, ie wife's phone. She can see and control all the other devices (lights, nest mini etc) but not the nest thermostat. It's greyed out and unable to click on it. Can you help?

    @googlenesthelp Literally all I ever do is ask these devices to play KEXP on everywhere. They've gotten progressively LESS able to even do that, without manual intervention. If they can't even play music, now, they are useless. #WTF are your Devs doing? Have you given up on these products?

    @googlenest I just had one of the most frustrating experiences with your customer service. Being told that a model cannot be replaced after “faulty hardware” and the only solution provided was spending $200+ on a new model is laughable and asinine! Please help make this right!

    @Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp No response yet? Make my Google NEST cameras work n the Nest app or u can refund me 4 these pieces of trash that only work in Google Home crappy app. Why not just Google Cam? Putting Nest n the name is misleading & it should work n Nest app!
