@googlenesthelp I’m in USA. The device keeps searching for networks without end. Says “no networks found yet”. On one trouble shoot occurrence, it told my my wiring was wrong (but I’ve had it installed since before summer working fine)

@googlenesthelp hi there. I'm having a problem with the wifi on one of my thermostats at home. I have 2 of them and 1 disconnected and won't find any wifi networks. Have tried restarting, factory resetting and even factory reset router without luck. Everything else works

@googlenesthelp If anyone else is interested: After quite a few back and forths Google Nest Support replied that the devices don't support channels above 149. Which... is exactly what I asked them to fix. Oh well. Only 5.5 years since UK allowed these channels. Not like Nest is at the forefront.

Umm @googlenest can't set an alarm or timer? What's the issue here? I try all the things she suggests too and nothing. She just complains she doesn't know how to help with that. I'm connected to the WiFi. @Google I don't know how you're not embarrassed by this product

@humpy999 @AmyGrenham @googlenest Hi there, we apologise for the issue with the vSMART gateway, this issue should now be resolved. Please press the button on the gateway until you get a solid blue light. This will allow you to use your thermostat to control the heating instead if you experience future issues.

@googlenesthelp It is about ten feet away with no obstructions, I don't get an error msg, the device states Wi-Fi network cannot be found. I restart the router, restarted the thermostat and reset the thermostat.

@googlenest sucks. Installed a wired doorbell and can’t get it to connect to the app on my phone. 1.5 hours on the phone w #CustomerService and same error message 10 times. Why? Same solution every time. #frustration
