@googlenest my google home mini will not connect to the app or listen to my voice. it just displays a pinkish white light and never turns off unless i unplug it. i also cannot factory reset it cause it doesn’t work. plead help me i can even send a pic

@googlenest Yes it's happening on all titles and all services. The TV won't allow me to even select Dolby Digital, it's greyed out. I had no issue with the Roku. Many people on the internet seem to be having the same issue.

@googlenesthelp No changes that we know of, all three of our locks are offline in both the Nest App and Google Home. We have reset our router, unplugged the Google connects and reset each lock individually. Still offline.

@JaysonElliot @honeywell @googlenest Im looking fwd to dumping my nests for the most dumbed down ecobees I can get. They’ll give us back local control via homeassistant. Nest hasnt improved user experience since their first versions imho.

.@googlenest really need to do some work on speeding up the Nest app. It's painfully slow. Every time i report it, they act as if it's just me, or my gigabit connection being slow. It's very slow for everyone i know (30s to open the app, and show live video on occasion).

@googlenest It's not sure lights it's anything, it has a problem detecting the word on or off, I'll say turn the heating off, it turns it on, the the lights on it turns them off as so forth

@googlenesthelp it keeps disconnecting. like a song will be playing and then boom, silence. then it’ll not want to connect again. also, it randomly logs me out of the app (another problem🤧). i have tried resetting the mini multiple times and even deleting and redownloading the app and nothing😔

@googlenesthelp I have contacted Google support for an issue with my Nest thermostat 3 times. Every time they tell me I will be contacted via email to start the exchange process to replace my defective nest and no one ever contacts me! How do I get this process started?

@googlenest They are Globe. Two of them are new and two of them are over a year old. All 4 were randomly going offline and coming back. Problem seems to have resolved itself now.

@googlenest Can Alarms also be modified such that when it goes off it announces what its for. The current alarm tone is soothing but an announcement will help & we need not ask using the wake words as to what the alarm is for. Announcement should repeat on both after few seconds.

Update on @Google @googlenest WiFi issue: When router was replaced it was done by “advanced replacement”, meaning I would be charged to if I did not send the old router back. Google sent an e-mail explaining the process and pointing to an attached RMA and shipping label.

@googlenest Hey there! I am unsure if its on your side or Geeni's side: I have multiple Geeni lights and plugs that can't seem to be turned on/off when using Google Home app (shows offline), and the assistant says, "Unable to reach Geeni right now." I am able to use the geeni app though
