Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

I go warranty checker and confirm I'm under warranty and submit a claim. It just says "refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form" help!

It just would NOT show up with full config/control in the home app. I even tried installing some janky old revision of ho.e-wifi configurator, still failed. Now it's in the trash
