@googlenesthelp 15ft. From router. Which has been restarted a few times to see if the would help. Only thing near; ring doorbell 1 rokuTV. Within the line of sight of router. No other wireless devices. Near the Nest.

I’m so glad I invested in @googlenest - this @amazon driver really just threw my package like he was playing ********! I’m not saying bring it on a silver platter, but have a little bit of consideration. I really hope nothing is broken 😡

@googlenesthelp Thank you for the follow up. The HVAC repairman came and fixed the problem. Luckily it wasn’t a Nest issue. Everything is working properly now.

Yesterday I was impressed with 15 minutes of calm during the morning. Today, I had about 2 hours.... woke up at 4am because the pregnant wife was hot and the AC wasn't kicking on, luckily it was just a connection issue with our @GoogleNest. Still, once I'm up, I'm up!

The @googlenest app for iOS is a real embarrassment. Literally signs me out every other time I use it, constantly sends failed action messages, and says my hardware is offline when it definitely is not. I don't know who runs the app product team for Nest anymore, but they suck.

@googlenest @jmwein At this point it's a race between Google coming up with a way to fix this and me finally getting around to migrating myself and my family completely away from Google products. I'm confident I'm not alone in that position.

@googlenesthelp Yes, for about a year, no problems at all. Then the green light came on and it dropped from the network. I moved it to Usb in case power supply. It wasn't. I have reset it (pin in back whilst holding the button down for 10 secs). Still green light after reboot 😞

Hello @googlenesthelp , my Google Nest suddenly stopped connecting to WiFi starting April 15th. I have tried resetting at all levels - Network, whole device and it didn’t help. Could you please help. Thanks I’m advance!

Hey, @googlenesthelp, if my Nest had a “hey, person, I’ve been running a LOT. Can you check me out?” alert, I’m pretty sure I would not have a frozen AC coil, and it wouldn’t have gotten as bad if I’d known two days ago that it was struggling.

@googlenesthelp I figured it out. I was using a VPN on my iPhone. That doesn’t explain why the service was disconnected in the first place but at least I can now add it back. Thanks for your help!

@RDRv3 @googlenest It's bad, but it's not that bad. You need to reinstall. I hate now long it takes to load, that's my gripe. I've had numerous iPhones, Nest cams, thermostats over the years and I've never had those issues. Other less glaring ones. Maybe start over 😎

@googlenest you guys killed me, my wife and 3 year old daughter last night with your smoke alarm screaming at midnight saying there's too much smoke and I can't turn it off (there was no smoke). She got scared and didn't go back down until 3am 😡

@googlenesthelp We bought a nest doorbell cam in anticipation to use on our new home, but have found that the interface is peeling terribly after only a few short months. Looks very unsightly at our door and not what we would expect from the quality of a nest product 😐Help!

Seriously what is up with @googlenest? I can’t view video history over 30 days in the app. I can’t login using Chrome (login redirect loop) and Safari is “outdated” and can’t access videos. It’s like they’re *trying* to kill the product line and make me move to Amazon Ring.

@madebygoogle I purchased a brand new Nest Hello doorbell from @WallmartWalmart I paid extra to have it installed. When I attempt to set up the device, it gives me an error saying the bell is attached to someone else's account. @googlenesthelp
