Prime BR era was 2017-2020… 2020-2023 was the tail still lagging down… 2023+ BR’s are mostly dead (compared to their peak).

The official servers have been plagued with issues and random disconnects for months, there's been no meaningful new content or updates from the developers in years, and the game has essentially been left behind. You can call it "playable" if you want, but that's not exactly the same as a healthy, actively supported game. That's the whole point of this project: we're not trying to "bring back" a game that disappeared from Steam. We're trying to keep alive and give a future to a classic that we all love. Daybreak tried several times to revive H1Z1, but unfortunately it never really worked out. If the game was truly alive and thriving, we'd all simply be playing on the official servers. The fact that there's a community willing to build something new around it says enough.

This battle royale trash im gonna keep it 100% this **** ruined COD there was only 1 BR that took the crown its called H1z1 and there was nothin like it.. Warzone was never balanced. Always hyped up in updates that ended up being the same piece of **** broken trash same updates left broken for weeks and blatant cheaters. Ppl abusing exploits in the game over and over.

You won't find people wondering if they should play Forza Horizon, Sea of Thieves or Rainbow 6 Siege. Saturation exists in genres, you will find people wondering if they should play Rust, H1Z1, Icarus, ARK, Conan Exiles etc

Fortnite, PUBG, Rainbow Six, H1Z1 etc all had issues and fortnite still does… STOP FORCING CROSSPLAY WITH PC..
