    and you own the domain. I am with Hostgator for the last 16 years. The customer service is horrible. Don't you send domain expiration emails? Your portal is horrible.

    @RichardCheese To add to this as well I've been a part of a good bit of websites and Siteground is the only one that provided actual support. Hostgator and Godaddy are complete trash.

    Hostgator providing wrong information at the time of renewal services, this company just promised me they will get refund on renewal services in 45days if not satisfied, now not giving money back, their executives are also very rude @HostGator Dont ever take Hostgator services

    @HGSupport I'm not saying anything about agents, I can always get them and they are great. But your CHAT SYSTEM is a disaster. I am working and i can't always look at the chat and sometimes agents need more than 3 minutes and it gets disconnected! ITS NOT HELPFUL! PLEASE FIX THAT!

    @HGSupport Called Friday and the operator elevated it (supposedly bc they couldn’t fix it), 2 days later no one called back, no email follow-up. Zero! That’s not really good customer service. Called this morning, nothing had been done. Still waiting!

    to renew the domain for 10 years. It has been 5 hours since I paid the renewal fee. Our domain is still not active. Customer service refuses to transfer me to domain controller/admin. They said it was with Enom. I Called Enom and they told me that Hostgator is their VIP reseller

    @HGSupport @HostGator Where's the problem in you forwarding this to the abuse team? This is making life way easier for Security researches which: * help you keep abuse away from your platform * potentially save you problems with law enforcement * SAVE YOU MONEY, because you dont have to pay them

    @HGSupport Why are you lying? I have this problem since i made an account with you guys. 3 minutes and agent is gone. And then i have to wait for another one and to explain my problem again. FIX THIS!
