@HGSupport Way to go, HostGator. I've chatted with your tech support twice now tand asked that a simple change be made to my DNS record. I was told twice that it was done, and twice it wasn't. I finally figured out how to do it myself. But why tell me it was done when it wasn't?
While upgrading the server to PHP 7.3, @HostGator somehow disabled the mysqli module. After more than 48 hours and 8 interactions with the customer support the module is still disabled and my eshop is still down. Thank you @HostGator and @HGSupport #hosting #HostingInfo

@HostGator Seriously, so beyond irritated. I'm told that I can't expect your products to work by your own tech support; that it's my problem to fix coding errors in your templates, give me a break. It must be industry standard to screw your customers.
@HostGator I'm beyond fed up with your crap products. I have had no luck with your tech support. I wonder how much money I have lost because your products don't function half the time...
Or @WordPress is super slow recently or @HostGator haha Sorry, I'm just a designer, but one of you is really into a bad timing recently... haha

@hostgatorindia @Hari_Ravi_ Thanks for reply on my message, the increase price should be charged to new customer with new plans ... not on the plans being already sold... anyhow the plans we have purchased is for 3 year, Hostgator will have an opportunity to revise price on my plan after complete of 3 years
Whenever you check out HostGator do not and I repeat do not go to YouTube for the next 10 years😭😭😭 My ear wants to burst from hearing "Stuck are ya?" ads all d damn time. Ugggg.
@HGSupport is there some login issues right now with the portal?
I have to say, @HostGator has really let me down. 2 500 internal errors and terrible tech support that leave you sitting there on live chat. I have been patient, polite, and forthcoming but they just can't seem to solve my issues. Because of this, I STILL don't have a website.
I'm not a server guy. My understanding of servers is at a hobby level. So when I called @HostGator @HGSupport last night because ALL my websites went down they were very helpful. (I used to teach customer service for support teams so this is high praise) #webhosting

@HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia I purchased web hosting on 28 Feb 2021 with invoice ID 8110709. My order is not processed yet. For this concern I called on your helping number but didn't get any help.
@HGSupport On March 2nd, I asked your robot lady about uploading files. She is a lousy typist or a boldfaced liar. Fire her! After my experience with her, i called your help line. I will say that the woman, who helped me with my problem, was excellent! Give her a raise!
@HGSupport On the 28th, I called your support line. The woman who answered knew nothing about websites. I asked some questions about uploading files, and she told me I should check my index.html. After ten minutes, I told her that she was no help and I politely ended the call.
