@MilaChervenkova @bluehostsupport @bluehost BlueHost is owned by EIG, the same company who run iPage & Hostgator. They have a reputation for letting down customers and the only reason they are in business is due to the huge marketing budgets and affiliate commission payouts.

@techspec_ @HostGator @HostGator adds services and hope you don't pick it up. When you want to cancel they stall and avoid refunding hoping the client gives up. I seriously encourage every user to look at a different host - it is SICK how they do business

@HGSupport Your support team is stupid. They just overwrote an .htaccess file to a friend's Drupal site to add a PHP Handler and wiped out several hundred lines of .htaccess code necessary to run Drupal in the process. Do lack complete and total common sense?

@HostGator would like to know how many days will it take to resolve the ticket ? I have been waiting for more than one week, still no response from your server administrators. When ever I check with your support team they always told me within 24 hours they will get back to me.

If anyone has purchased a web hosting package from @HostGator in the last 6 months, DM to get details on how you can get your $150 credit applied to your account. They won't help me with a refund or give me the correct services but I can help you all or we can join legally as one
