@HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia we are losing business because of your poor service

  • Learn English (@suniltams) reported

@HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia still the website is down,

  • Learn English (@suniltams) reported

@HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia VPS is third class.. resolve my issue or I am going to ask my team and friends to run a special campaign against hostgator.

  • Learn English (@suniltams) reported

If you want 50% uptime go to @hostgatorindia @HostGator @HGSupport Totally inefficient team, no support for months, very bad experience

  • Joe Youngblood (@YoungbloodJoe) reported

I am constantly amazed at how awful @HostGator's customer service is. I seriously keep thinking there's no way you can get worse, and then BOOM you take a website offline for over 30 hours with and only say "Sorry that's a different department".

  • synergyXchange (@synergyXchange) reported

shame on @HostGator & their illegal billing practices. 1st they charge a card I did not save on file, have taken 2MONTHS to respond. They reference a wrong amount & are charging the disputed amount AGAIN in order to restore my service. @bbb_us #PCI #thieves

  • Product of Culture (@pocbooks) reported

. @HGSupport @HGSupport FYI, Best practices does not allow for you to work on, block ports, or reboot the server several times each day. These things need to be planned and all websites informed 24 to 48 hours ahead time of down time. - James owner of pocbooks

  • James Pirret (@pirretjp) reported

@HGSupport I understand you have other customers and I'd be more forgiving if this was a one off, but as I've mentioned and you've failed to acknowledge, this is a constant issue and failure in the services you provide your customers

  • James Pirret (@pirretjp) reported

@HGSupport I'm not sure that's true, the last ticket, went up on the 14th, you took payment on the 14th and no action it's the 17th today. Maybe you need more support staff?

  • Fitba North (@fitbanorth) reported

@HGSupport @forzalossie Just disappointed that @HGSupport is generally not taking an issue seriously, or understanding the issue. I have to contact live support repeatedly and go through the same tiresome explanation again and again. And sometimes still not be believed!

  • James Pirret (@pirretjp) reported

@HGSupport The ticket in this instance is LBR-53296167, as much as I am keen to get help on this, this happens EVERY single time with you guys, and you manage to take the money pretty quickly then nothing. You have to resolve how you manage this process as it's not acceptable

  • Ibrahim Lawal (@ibrahimlawal) reported

Hostgator is being very disappointing. 4 days after requesting a 3rd-party SSL installation. No action, even after 2 live chats attempting to bump the ticket. Your support has always been Goals for me. Can't keep saying that.

  • Tyler Jensen (@tyleroptpres) reported

@HostGator Phone or chat will not help with support. Anyone around who can?

  • pridetechdesign (@pridetechdesign) reported

@K3TripleR @HostGator @HGSupport Sorry to hear that, I wish you luck. When you're able to migrate I hope you'll take a look at what we have to offer, you'll find our support to be much higher quality!

  • K3RRR (@K3TripleR) reported

@pridetechdesign @HostGator @HGSupport Unfortunately, I am locked into two three year agreements for two different accounts… I have used them for years… I have used them for years but have never had this kind of problem getting a simple support ticket number assigned
