    I not recommend using HostGator or Bluehost. Their security is extremely weak, management is poor, and they consistently focus on charging extra fees instead of providing reliable service. My experience with them for over 8 years has been very disappointing. #bluehost #hostgator

    @HGSupport Hello Hostgator support,   My site is currently suspended due to subscription expiration.   I do not wish to renew the plan, but I’d like to request a short grace period to log in and export my site content.   Could you please temporarily unlock my site or downgrade it to the free plan so I can back up my data?   the live chat isnt working anymore Thank you for your assistance.

    @ionos_help_US I called support. They needed my ID and something else. Sadly, I ended up just using @HostGator which went right through and I was up with cpanel in less that 20 minutes.

    @HGSupport @HostGator What else do you need.D server has been down for 3 weeks. When it happened we immediately contacted you, and you recommended, we purchase a new dedicated server for migration, which we did but you never could fix the old server to migrate us to D new. *I-25506113 is the ref ID*
