@MsStarlightXXX @HostGator I'm so angry. A customer service rep was scheduled to call me today with a discounted offer. I knew that. But, because of my DENTAL SURGERY, I was unable to answer the phone & speak to accept the offer weeks before my renewal date. So they charged me early at full price instead

@HGSupport Turns out our Windows Domain Server was having issues resolving HostGators domains. Since everything else was working fine it appeared to be HostGator, we have since located and resolved the issue.

@hostgatorindia @HGSupport I got in touch with your support team, since that time it was not under downtime so thay told that they don't see any issue so they just restarted the sever, done some cache purge etc and told this issue may not come in future but again in the next day, i received downtime.

So, I'm beyond pissed. @HostGator billed me for a year of hosting WEEKS before my renewal date (12/4/20) I am requesting they rememedy this (refund my payment) ASAP or I will be calling my bank & taking my website to another hosting service. If you think I'm joking, I'm not.

@GoDaddyHelp You guys really messed up and I was. A paying customer @HostGator will you take me back! @GoDaddy didn’t treat me well. They took my money for ssl and I had to chase them to set it up. They promised me $550 in @Google ads credit and I got $0 so far. They don’t fully support me
