    @wordpressdotcom I have installed Peepso plugin and I am not receiving any activation mails for any activity. The problem is not with Hostgator, just clarified. And Peepso said it's not their problem either. So, don't know exactly what is the issue.

    @HostGator Offiicially a full week later and @Hostgator is still not able to get a domain up and running as it ends with .ca its unusual Tech support team has no access to back-end staff. We have service ticket after service ticket created and I can not have anyone provide an ETA

    Very easy to set up a hosting account with @HostGator, not so easy when you want to cancel after a couple of years. They force you into a live chat with one of their reps where you have to answer questions as to why you want to cancel!! Took 30 mins of my time and left me fuming.

    @HGSupport I have DM`d you the cases numbers. I was told yesterday your team would have it all sorted ASAP as it had been escalated, I have still had no contact and my site is still down. I have also paid two times this month as that is what was asked to get it sorted.

    @pridetechdesign @emmafarrellreal @HGSupport @EnduranceIntl Ya I've heard about that group. Apparently when they bought @HostGator the entire tech support division was outsourced. It's a disaster now. The last 2 times I spoke to tech support I asked to be emailed a copy of the chat. No emails arrived. It's insane. Might have to switch.

    @hostgatorindia @HostGator if you are asking WHM password then what's gurantee that my data will not be tempered? what is gurantee that the support guy will not keep password with him or will not pass to others, and within few minutes all data on whm/cpanel can be theft, are you giving any insurance of it?

    I hope @HostGator will solve our case today (last delay). We've been raising that same issue since July 30, and no resolution has been provided until now. They promised they'll do today. So weird we have hosted our website from 15-20 days and the least support is not provided..

    @HGSupport Yeah, I spent a total of 12 hours on the phone with their support trying to resolve a server issue, then was left on hold for 2 hours and hung up on @altgirlmedia. So I left @HostGator for @GoDaddy forever ago. Glad you no longer have to deal with that! :)

    Thinking about getting a refund from @HostGator because evidently if you buy a wordpress package, you don't have access to your cpanel through them. Which makes no fucking sense. How am I supposed to customize shit?

    @HGSupport HG suspended our site on Aug 9 due to what they claim was too many files. We went through the totally lame chat process and a ticket/claim was issued. Today, FIVE days later, they finally responded... BAD SERVICE & SUPPORT!!

    @HGSupport When are we going to see our support tickets in the portal again? It is very frustrating that we can't view tickets anymore. It clearly says "Ticket History" when you go to the support page. But all I can do is live support or search the KB.

    @wpmedic @HeyFlywheel @HostGator If you can't deploy a theme with basic plugins, and then fix them without a FTP solution I would argue it isn't better performance. I'm not used to a managed WP enviroment, but it's not off to a good start.

    I've dealt with a lot of customer support reps with many different companies over the years but the @hostgator rep I just spoke with? The Worst! I say I have an email from you that says X he says "No I'm looking at that and it says Y" honestly feel like I was being pranked. #rude

    @Cutrer @HeyFlywheel @HostGator Although they don't have cPanel, they do offer custom control panel which w/ custom server stack offers better performance than cPanel. We're not their customer, just experience w/ their customers working on WP. It has a learning curve for sure.
