@HGSupport It's happened several times. I think it's what some of your guys do. I hired an IT consultant to help. He said this: "FYI, @HGSupport is not as good as they used to be. I've had 3 long conversations...but they still can't solve anything."

@HGSupport, Your business hosting plan support is a royal mess and an exercise in frustration. I will no longer recommend it to anyone and regret doing so for my clients. And your chatbot is ridiculous - repeats the same drivel over and over.

I had to open multiple support tickets and I was told the admins will contact me, no one did. Now im trying to open a live chat with support and it just reloads the page? Are you kidding me? @HGSupport @HostGator

@terroirartisans Hostinger used to be terrible but seems like they got better in the last 2 years from ppl recommending them. Hostgator is mid at best but at least they have good support compared to other big providers.

@HostGator My websites consistently go off or do not load with your servers!! I’ve called multiple times and will be put on hold for up to a hour speaking to someone for 1 minute then told to they will get a specialist on the line which they never do! Someone needs to help

@datemialaurent I used hostgator and WordPress but I didn't like hostgator support at all. They're adult friendly though and cheap for the first few years if you pay up front that wasn't for a work website though it was for a blog

@HostGator you're tech support sucks, you all should have never singed a contract with newfold, their agents are as dumb as rocks that cant do anything beyond reset a password and try to upsell. Go back to inhouse techs taking chats and calls!
