    @HGSupport Now it has been resolved,but your @hostgatorindia support is just pathetic,they just keep switching the calls between sales and service when needed,they put on hold for ten minutes while chatting among themselves,they reply in DMs on twitter after 2 days.

    @brookebrimm @HGSupport That's ridiculous on Hostgator's part - what PHP upgrade did you request? You could try downgrading back to the previous PHP version to temporarily fix your site.

    @Phrustated If you are committed and will continue to blog then I'd suggest you go for professional web hosting and WordPress. Bizhat if you want to support Bhartiya or Hostgator otherwise. Rather than hiring someone to handle your blog, I suggest you do it yourself.

    For website owners, be aware that @HostGator will take down your site and refuse to restore it even after issues are resolved. I have spent 24 hours trying to get my site back up and then switching providers. Their customer service was not helpful at all. #Website #webhosting

    @HostGator 2 websites down for 2 days. Told problem with their server and have to wait up to 48 hours. Now after 48 hours, I’m told they will escalate the ticket. What?!? 2 days down and no end in site. This is not a host solution for any web professional with clients!

    @HGSupport I honestly don’t know what the reason is for this issue but will say this. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and I run a global business and have Over 200k influence through social media. I will snatch my business and all the others I referred if this isn’t fixed.

    @skystracloud I have no clue. I’ve been getting a error ever since @HostGator servers went down. Nothing will load and to add insult to injury @HGSupport customer service rep literally disconnected the call abruptly just like they did our websites 😤
