@HGSupport I have been waiting 5 days with no email because I canceled a do.ain transfer from New host. I have chatted multiple times with no help. I have a escalated ticket and still no help. This is not hard and should not take this long!!!!

@chairmanwon @HostGator Had issues with a site a month or so ago (Hostgator) and was told it was malware. A tech was supposed to email me within 12 hours but didn't. Hopped back into a chat & got lucky with a super competent person who was able to quickly fix my problem. They said there was no malware.

@NEACETWEETS @HostGator I’ve had horrible experience with Bluehost, Hostgator, and JustHost. I switched over to @NameHerocom and highly recommend their services. Great, responsive customer service, and their servers are quick and reliable . They are who I use for offering hosting to my customers.

@ImAnthonyDaniel As much as GoDaddy sucks, it's quite possible that HostGator sucks even more, they'd probably do the same thing or worse, get your site hacked and do nothing about it. Pick a better company, not ones pushed by affiliates or marketers.

@HGSupport Worst nightmare faced with Hostagator just migrated our emails to their server, everything was working but today the emails are deleted. No help and no support being provided whatsoever x try calling on their toll free number on their own website - doesn’t work!

@HostGator @HGSupport has become so bad. Email issues last week and I was told “they’re aware of issues on some reseller servers and are working on it, could be 48-72 hours.” Today, again, I’m unable to send or receive emails. A move back to @inmotionhosting may be next.

@HostGator I have been waiting for 5 days for an admin to delete a pending transfer. What a joke of a company 5 days!! No Email because I can't change name servers because of a pending transfer. I never received the acknowledged!!!! Admin do your job and fix the issue

Hi @HostGator I’ve opened 9 support tickets. If you type my website address another one shows up. It seems you installed a wrong ssl. Tech support asked me the same things every time but no one is capable to solve. The case has been escalated. Now what?Should I change provider?

@HGSupport Hey there. It's been almost 5 days with emails bouncing from Hotmail/Outlook. Now the server IP is listed on UCEProtect as well. Some user in the server is sending spam and we are facing the consequences. HELP please! Ticket #44381095
