So far Mass Effect redux seems to be using higher resolution textures and injected shaders, but I am seeing a lot of the little uv bake errors (we all did at the time as the techniques where new), so perhaps the team didn't get to remaster them.

Looks like I'll finally play Mass Effect! Not the remaster. If I had a PS5 maybe, but after looking into all the problems with the PC port of ME:Remastered...screw that.

@NubTitanium @masseffect For every new thing they add that was not in the original they take a major chance of breaking the entire game I would rather have the features missing then the game be completely broken

Yeah, I'm so happy new people are loving Mass Effect...but it's shining a light (that's unrelated to Mass Effect) on something I can't fathom...and this definitely isn't an issue...but holy hell, people are playing a 25-30 hour game over a weekend?!

@masseffect @bioware Did you fix any of the actual bugs?? Or just better textures for space scenes. I don't appreciate a $60 HD texture pack for a game I already own with all the same game destroying bugs I can already not play with.

@masseffect Still had 2 issues in ME1LE (PC) : - Sometimes, the camera is stuck at like 90°. When I try to go forward (weapon drawn or not), Shep goes right. - The mako is sometimes stuck in place (on flat terrain). Quick save/load fixes both those issues though.
