@GCCBrendanM @MicrosoftTeams Nice! Audio good? Audio is one of the biggest issues, also for delegates at home. A simple USB microphone would make such a difference. You hear such bad audio even in Parliament when ministers dial in

@Microsoft365 @MicrosoftTeams To start with, when you are called from @MicrosoftTeams service, your phone rings, you answer the call, but no one is on the other side. Right after that failed attempt, you get an email "we tried to call you but you were not available". It's it becomes your problem.

@Microsoft365 @MicrosoftTeams So I refused to be assisted by this @MicrosoftTeams service team and asked them to close the ticket so I could open a new one. They didn't and the team manager sent me a nice email apologizing. I asked her to solve the problem. I still can get guests to join my meetings.

@windowsinsider @MicrosoftTeams @Skype Thanks! Good news. The issue that if you open it from the taskbar you cannot close the overlay anymore is fixed. Seems a new app update as the 100 release wasn't playing a role here.

@windowscentral @MicrosoftTeams has a lot of bugs for example: wait for other person's "name" reply to continue chatting. Has replied already and the error still the same. Microsoft support solution is to check the community page as it seems they don't know how to fix it. (Personal account)

@tomarbuthnot @MicrosoftTeams It's just maddening you have to do error trapping for bugs, instead of Microsoft just fixing the issues. This has been going on for weeks and it's embarrassing to tell customer operation teams that this is just how it behaves.
