@MicrosoftTeams Deleted app bundle, reinstalled, resulting in 1.5.00.6181 which worked. Then it auto-updated and now broken again.

@wstaelens An uninstall/reinstall fixed it. This is the third time I've seen a similar issue, so I was pretty sure it would. But, really, just how sloppy is the development of @MicrosoftTeams that uninstall/reinstall is the only way to bring it back to sanity? #RustAgeOfSoftware

@MicrosoftHelps so i have a random @MicrosoftTeams question. We need guest access on for remote interviews but how can we turn off remote access for say our town halls so people have to sign in for that one meeting with their credentials?

@ShrinidhiRK7 @MicrosoftTeams That's probably the only commendable feature. The calander feature. There are so many issues. Once I could see messages on phone but not on app. And the messages weren't even deleted. The search feature is absolutely garbage. Ugh. Ultra irritating app

@a_arknu @Microsoft365 @MicrosoftTeams Yeah, I'm probably just a boring old fart. It's just that I wish they would fix all the stuff in Teams that people have complained about for years (like jumping between different tenants) and not just introduce new stuff all the time

@MicrosoftTeams That's not my problem. When I try to join a meeting, I click the join link. It opens up your webpage with the install / join web / open desktop app buttons. When I click the link to open the desktop application, nothing happens.

@MicrosoftTeams Personally, I avoid using Teams because there's a constant stream of issues like this. I only join Teams meetings as guests. I'm not sure what version they are subscribed to, I'd assume Business.

@johnzabroski @MicrosoftTeams Yeah, I went from Slack to MS Teams (in the same company) and now back to Slack in my new gig. I can confirm that MS Teams is pretty terrible. They have some good ideas tho.
