    @MicrosoftTeams @SlackHQ Most enterprise software is deeply embedded and really hard to replace. But @SlackHQ is really vulnerable. They have to fix these reliability problems.

    not even 2 years since @Atlassian had shut down #hipchat and #stride. the future of @SlackHQ is uncertain after the salesforce deal. @MicrosoftTeams is focusing a lot on video conferencing features for the time being. what do think will be the future of group chat tools?

    With Slack down for the morning, it's a good time to explain to your friends that in @MicrosoftTeams, a team's channel is more like email threads than chat. To chat, use the Chat app, and add a bunch of people in it. Kind people don't start a bunch of Teams "conversations".

    @TheEdge_NDL @MicrosoftTeams That's the thing. I would pay for support on this problem, but I can't find anyone that can support it. I have a ticket in with MS and they are passing my ticket around to different MS Partners.
