    After updating my Mac to @Apple macOS 26.1, I’ve been experiencing serious issues when using the @Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams desktop app. Whenever I start screen sharing, my mouse begins to freeze and hang, making it almost impossible to work. If anyone face this problem?

    @MicrosoftTeams hi, i'm really dissatisfied with support offered for teams voice for business coming from 'v-' email addresses. I have asked to escalate the issue to someone in the US or UK who understands the complex issue bit i keep being ghosted.

    Someone @MicrosoftTeams needs to fix the MacOS app. The video for my MBA is upside-down and distorted, but normal when using the web version. Consistent finding for months.

    Dear @MicrosoftTeams, please go back to your original MIC layout. The toggle back and forth between muting the mic and turning on the volume is confusing and causing issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    love how trash *** @MicrosoftTeams considers itself one of the main comms tools, stupid app doesn't even work on its own. I bet you charge $$$ for licenses too just for your **** not to work at all. Can't even connect to the ******* server and no messages are loading at all

    @MicrosoftTeams what has your update done? All my contacts are gone and it will not let me add them back! I know this is the problem because my colleague did not have the problem, he pressed the update and then his contacts were gone too! Fix this!

    AI on its own will not fix bad meetings. Use Copilot to help prepare, capture decisions, and send clear follow ups. But also ask the harder question: “Why are this many people in this meeting in the first place?” Tools like @MicrosoftTeams and @Copilot can support better meetings, but only if we change the habits around them.

    Why in this age of technology do we still have issues with @apple AirPod pro 3 and @MicrosoftTeams. Every day there’s a new connection issue whether I can hear and can’t talk or I can talk and can’t hear and one day it all works together and some days nothing. It all makes zero sense.

    @MicrosoftTeams, we are frequently facing problems with the free version and paid version of Microsoft Teams. Even after updating our profile pic, they do not show to other accounts. Let me know what best you can do. Please do not respond with a cookie cutter response.

    I am on a large project on a large team where a lot of the diag/support is conducted over @MicrosoftTeams. A good use of AI/LLM would be to feed the entire chat history to the LLM to provide a means of support for future issues.
