    @MicrosoftTeams It was a educational account for a Victorian primary school. Is there not a public status page for the MS Teams service? Would be easier for diagnosis - the class was a little lost today if it was our/Microsoft issue(s).

    @_rahulpp @MicrosoftTeams I had the same issues in past but after clearing these folders and reinstalling teams, resolved the notification issue. However, there are still some weird issue when I switch tenant. So yeah, there is something horribly wrong with recent windows desktop version.

    @MicrosoftTeams I still have not been responded to. How is your company this incompetent to respond. I am asking a simple question and there is no reply. This is terrible customer service.

    The fact that @MicrosoftTeams doesn’t do chat in channels is silly. Maybe I’m weird but this posting method of communication sucks. Hopefully it’s user error and y’all can correct me?

    @AskDipesh @MicrosoftTeams Unfortunately, the Microsoft Teams support is of no help (through the Partner Support channel, which is a shame). They ask me to re-install Teams. It works for a while before the issue reoccurs... I have almost given up on Teams. It has reduced productivity significantly.

    @AskDipesh @MicrosoftTeams Tried this for a few times already. It works for a while and then the root cause reappears. It’s not just me though, other colleagues too are having this issue. There’s something horribly wrong with the recent Windows builds.

    @MicrosoftTeams is NOT WORKING PROPERLY since 3 days... i get my notifications on my phone only.. messages are only sent but nor received on windows. Not the only one with these troubles..

    Hi @MSFT365Status Many users are having trouble this morning with @MicrosoftTeams . No conversation, the webcam does not work ... Disconnecting and connecting Teams solves the problem.

    @MicrosoftTeams are you aware of a bug where Teams meeting attendee list details disappear (go blank) denying meeting leader the ability to mute or remove people from meeting. We haven’t identify the root cause. Seeing general feedback acknowledging this issue. Pls advise.

    @MicrosoftTeams is there currently some issue with the Teams via any browser. Severe lag. Messages take ages being sent and received. Sent a colleague a message at 08:34 - suddenly I got a reply from him from 08:17 - but I received the reply in the browser at about 08:40 🤪
