But also ask the harder question: “Why are this many people in this meeting in the first place?” Tools like @MicrosoftTeams and @Copilot can support better meetings, but only if we change the habits around them.

Michael A. Vickers (@mavickers) reportedI am on a large project on a large team where a lot of the diag/support is conducted over @MicrosoftTeams. A good use of AI/LLM would be to feed the entire chat history to the LLM to provide a means of support for future issues.
