Why is @MicrosoftTeams always so horribly slow on the MAC? Uninstalled cleared all traces of the App (Multiple machines), and yet still run into regular performance issues when joining.

Is it only me, or is @MicrosoftTeams really bad at editing text? I.e. take some text with indentation and paste into teams. Then it is all broken. If you use ` for code, then sometimes you cannot get out of the code block. And so many more annoyances. Why is it so bad?

@MicrosoftTeams Please, @MicrosoftTeams, fix this problem. I'm starting to count the number of times people accidentally click the "Pin Message" button DAILY when all they wanted to do is edit or reply, but the menu dropdown jumped last minute.

@MicrosoftTeams @MicrosoftEDU If I use Meet Now or start a meeting that is due, I am unable to change meeting options such as "allow reactions". Clicking Save results in a Something went wrong error message and the change is not saved. Same for later scheduled meetings originating from within Teams itself...

@riqstar @elgato @MicrosoftTeams The issue with using hotkeys and keyboard shortcuts is that typically the Teams meeting window has to be the active window.

it is not easy to get @MicrosoftTeams app to load a session on phone rather than Windows 11 slow old computer - it wants to login to my personal Teams area which does not exist as I am a one person company - it needs join button near home page where I could join a meeting

@jeffteper Happy Birthday @MicrosoftTeams , but please fix Linux build ASAP. It's the poor relative of it's Windows cousin and causes my development team no end of issues. Plus... it doesn't work on @ubuntu 22.04 🤐

found @MicrosoftTeams is a such a clumsy interface compared to Zoom and takes so much CPU and hardware to make it work - nothing but a $1000 computer will work, $500 computer will cause all sorts of problems on Windows 11

@nicolelamb @MicrosoftTeams Teams sucks. I've had a support ticket going on for over a month. #incompetence I tweeted at them and they said oh DM us we'll help, and then they ignored my DMs. I've sent forum links where elevated support fixed it for other users, and they still can't fix it.

Hey, @MicrosoftTeams R U getting any reports where U can sign into Teams via the web interface but not the app? Specifically on Windows 11. When trying 2 enter in work account I get the "you can't sign in here with your work or school account. Use your personal account instead"

Real question: @MicrosoftTeams is epically slow to open on a MacBook Pro M1 Max. I am talking 20~30 seconds. It is way faster on Windows 11 on a Ryzen 3900 and under Linux on a similar Ryzen machine. What gives? I’m hearing of similar problems from others.
