Microsoft Teams Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ess20 Erik (@ess20) reported

These new Teams emojis and reactions are so terrible. Please pull it back @MicrosoftTeams

  • notadiabatic Q≠0 (@notadiabatic) reported

The lack of a "WTF is going on" emoji reactions on @Zoom and @Webex and @MicrosoftTeams really irks me. It could come in handy right about now. Trying to do a hands on workshop but the bash commands in the instructions give errors. The IT department wins this round. So annoying

  • stevew3838 stephen wightman (@stevew3838) reported

@agcooper1 @MicrosoftTeams @Senior_Systems Does that mean you are going to be big “down under”? If so is your system sufficiently high performance ?????

  • BurgFlipper Jagger (@BurgFlipper) reported

@MicrosoftTeams This company creates its own vulnerabilities so that it can charge you to fix them!

  • orion3311 Jeff G (@orion3311) reported

@MicrosoftTeams Need to hold the button down though, this would be perfect for some of our use cases if it werent for that.

  • ortonomy_ Gregory Orton (@ortonomy_) reported

@MicrosoftTeams - ugh. How do you guys sleep at night? What a terrible terrible experience Teams is! I guess this is what you get when an MS exec looks at Slack and says, 'Build me that, but add the Microsoft stink to it!'

  • samhogy Sam Hogarth (@samhogy) reported

@MicrosoftTeams Yes, I'm manually using /dnd when starting a call at the moment as a workaround to this issue

  • saddek_ooffer Dek (@saddek_ooffer) reported

@MicrosoftTeams How about job interview. Would anyone turn it down?

  • ITOperative Matt (@ITOperative) reported

@Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams Hey guys, so one major flaw in Teams which would greatly fix things: Everyone uses group chats, so change "mute" to have a "Mute everything except replies / mentions" option so we can still get pinged without group chat notification spam, please & ty!

  • iamrobotbear robotbear.eth 👺 (@iamrobotbear) reported

Hey, @MicrosoftTeams, here's some product feedback - stop asking me to provide feedback in the middle of me typing a message. Terrible UX.

  • JusSumChick Jo Sibley (@JusSumChick) reported

@MrsDMaths @ColinTheMathmo @MicrosoftTeams I found a glitch where if I set an open-ended out-of-office in Outlook, it didn't seem to clear in Teams when turned off. My clumsy solution: set a limited OOO message for a short period of time so it resets itself, and then as standard practice set a limit so it doesn't recur.

  • wilsontehws Wilson (@wilsontehws) reported

Users need to add more pressure to @MicrosoftTeams on multiple account sign in. Lots of us wear many hats and could have gone anywhere but we decided to come on to your platform. So, why are you punishing us for it?

  • ploeh Mark Seemann (@ploeh) reported

@tastapod @SlackHQ @MicrosoftTeams I wasn't being too serious, but I think that the problem with systems like Slack is ultimately not one of UX or technology, but one of human cognition. Does it matter that information arrives asynchronously, or that it's persisted, if there's too much of it?

  • rickvdbosch Rick van den Bosch (@rickvdbosch) reported

Does anyone else have issues logging in to the online @MicrosoftTeams ... ? I'm trying to attend an @MVPAward event.

  • mburland Mark Burland (@mburland) reported

@nicolelamb @MicrosoftTeams @jeffteper I tried. I tried to read the article but it was a nightmare of slow loading video ads.

  • holgermu Holger Mueller #Know22 #UnleashAmerica (@holgermu) reported

MyPOV - I don't get this. (1) Start @MicrosoftTeams from link on mobile device (2) Login w @Microsoft Account + 2 Factor works. (3) In teams waiting to get admitted (4) After 2 minutes nothing is happening - so I try again. (5) Can't login again. No error message. Just frozen...

  • kent_boogaart Kent Boogaart 🇺🇦 (@kent_boogaart) reported

@beeradmoore @MicrosoftTeams Sure, but someone went to the trouble of exposing a Copy Image command via context menu, so presumably they either didn't test it or figured hey, good enough.

  • owainkenway Dr Owain Kenway (@owainkenway) reported

@MicrosoftTeams Rather than Linpack, we should run a Microsoft teams call on each server in our clusters when we are load testing...

  • patrickmatusz Patrick Matusz • dschüsä (@patrickmatusz) reported

@Windows @aksingh_2000 Just install windows 11 on your hardware (surface) and the Performance problems will start with multi monitor systems or simply with @MicrosoftTeams ...

  • khole_greg Greg Fong (@khole_greg) reported

@Ramshandilya @zoom_us @MicrosoftTeams Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem and it drives me nuts

  • young_bryan__ youngb (@young_bryan__) reported

Death, taxes, and @MicrosoftTeams not working.

  • JenMitchell13 Jennifer📸 (@JenMitchell13) reported

The new @MicrosoftTeams emoji update is making me irrationally annoyed. They are terrible.

  • helmsjs123 Joshua Helms (@helmsjs123) reported

@MicrosoftTeams @feelckins Dear God, please don’t do this. I’ve enough trouble with staff accidentally sending invalid scheduled email that they forgot about. These features decrease accuracy in communication at my organization. At least give me the option to not turn it on.

  • mtwn105 Amit Wani (@mtwn105) reported

    Microsoft Teams down?! @MicrosoftTeams

  • holgermu Holger Mueller #Know22 #UnleashAmerica (@holgermu) reported

MyPOV - Another @MicrosoftTeams meeting missed because of @Microsoft #SSO issues. Please take a copy from @Google... Same challenge. Works with 0 issues.

  • ldenoue Laurent Denoue (@ldenoue) reported

@Zoom and @MicrosoftTeams : on MacOS you can easily fix sharing the complete window using CGWindowListCreateImage(.null, .optionIncludingWindow, CGWindowID(windowNumber), [.boundsIgnoreFraming, .nominalResolution]) instead of passing the screen bounds in the first param.

  • ijoeyguerra Joey G (@ijoeyguerra) reported

@MicrosoftTeams I'm a very optimistic person. But I can't help but complain about how badly Teams is broken. In addition, I LOVE CHAT! I AM THE CHAT GUY.

  • simped Simon J.K. Pedersen (@simped) reported

@borumnet @msdev @MicrosoftTeams Would be nice - but I think it is a pretty broken application architecture, so that is a bit of a long shot to fix it. Easier to just let it outlive itself like skype, msn and all the other chat apps before teams.

  • violaceinn Marvelia Deborah (@violaceinn) reported

@MicrosoftTeams why does it always say “we’ve ran into an issue” on my desktop app? i’ve tried uninstalling & installing, clear cache, but nothing changes. i also can’t access it from the web & it says “this site can’t be reached”. my internet & other apps work just fine. thanks!

  • vestergaardj Jens Vestergaard (@vestergaardj) reported

@KoprowskiT @MicrosoftTeams No, but forcing Teams quit two times fixed the issue :)
