@MicrosoftTeams , please fix your “Go to Message” feature. I don’t know if it’s only me, but it doesn’t seem to work and I always have to scroll up and dig through all the messages from the past. It’s quite tedious. Thanks in advance.

@Merv_Hammerdown @MicrosoftTeams @Zoom I haven’t really ran into sharing issues, but Zoom seems more predictable. The sharing dialogue in teams is not well designed. I always have to stop and really look at it to figure out what I’m doing. I don’t have to do that with zoom.

I think @MicrosoftTeams really should do something about their whole signing in process, idk if it’s just me, but it takes way too long to sign in, especially on desktop, there’s always one problem or the other and it really makes me tired of everything.

@MicrosoftTeams Teams calls are getting distorted/breaking up a lot in iPhone 14 Pro and Airpods Pro in voice isolation mode. This is a huge issue for me and many others as seen in all forums. Any plans on fixing this?

@jakobehn @MicrosoftTeams At some point I needed to change account from one I didn't have access to anymore but to do that I needed to sign in for some reason, no option of selecting a different account. I had to reinstall the app to get it working again. 5/7 UX

@MicrosoftTeams Can we please make "muting" and "unmuting" easier?! It's one of the most frequently used actions and I've got to look down and use two hands to hit all 3 of those keys. How bout just using the "spacebar" to toggle?

I turned on Speaker Coach in @MicrosoftTeams and now I feel targeted. Seriously though, awesome feature. It will throw up cues telling you to slow down, use less filler words, etc, in real time. 👏

@MicrosoftTeams Thanks for responding! What I'm trying to say is that, those shortcuts are difficult to do for a quick toggle. I still need to look down and get the right keys, when simply using the spacebar would be much easier to do and remember.

@MicrosoftTeams Why did you break teams on Android devices everything was fine untill the latest up now calls and meetings are nolonger working its been 2 weeks at this point thousands of complaints in the forums online and the issue still has not been addressed the support is terrible

So, I just tweeted tagging @MicrosoftTeams about a current issue that I was facing with the app and somehow my tweet didn’t even show up on my Twitter TL. Wasn’t sure if the new “ Twitter hot line operator” was taking advantage of the platform or it was a genuine glitch.

@MicrosoftTeams hi, in my 25 years of being alive on this planet I have NEVER come across such outstanding customer service on the phone yesterday. Problems outside of office 365 were fixed which saved me selling my laptop. I am so grateful for Delano and Mohammed.
