  .@Zoom is a well-sorted product, although a bit expensive. In comparison, @MicrosoftTeams is a buggy product. Its support team is unhelpful. Is anyone using it? At this rate Microsoft would eventually shut it down.

  @MicrosoftTeams When you click the purple 'Download for Desktop' button on the Teams page, the link jump doesn't work, so you don't know you need to scroll down to find the real download link.

  Dear @MicrosoftTeams there is an issue, when we get phone during the team meeting over phone.Mic status goes unknown or changed for no reason after completing the phone call. Even though you are on mute but it shows as mic is on

  @MicrosoftTeams When I select “add shortcut to my onedrive” for teams channel folder, it appears in web version of my one-drive under “ my files” but the same file folder shortcut is not appearing when I open the one-drive through a windows explorer view. Is that a known issue?

  @MicrosoftTeams Just a question. Do you realize that companies that let their trial expire, once they realize it and go to purchase a plan, it does not allow them? So we stick with slack. You should fix it.

  @MicrosoftTeams how have you guys not addressed the endemic Android app crashing issues? This is utterly unacceptable that I have new users every day coming to me to tell me they can't use Teams on their android phones. None of the suggested troubleshooting works.

  MS Teams, with no respect for chronology, shows the message with most recent reply as the recent message. So if you don't want people to read a recent message, pick a bunch of old messages and reply to them. @MicrosoftTeams fix this. Just copy Slack

  @Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams you are so daft: How many times does your app telling me waiting for the host when I AM the host, I created the meeting. Can you fix this bug please? Make it intuitive? Really ridiculous!
