@MicrosoftTeams Now you've sold your business platform into countless schools in the UK our children are having to use it whilst they home school. It's fantastic that they can do this on Xbox via the Edge browser. Why then have you disabled mouse functionality? Please fix asap.

It took me TWENTY minutes to get @MicrosoftTeams working on my kids laptop with their weird login-logout-login-logout process to get into the right email to join a Team just for our local scout troop. Not worth the hassle, guys! @zoom_us is WAAAAAY easier to use!

Work has been set on @MicrosoftTeams for students for the week however it seems to be going a wee bit slow this morning. This is likely because much of the country are all logging on at once / have scheduled work to go live right now. Do what you can when.

@av8ormum Hi, yes @MicrosoftTeams has been going slow, not uploading assignments or letting files be accessed, this is not a school issue but a national one due to the increased use, we are working to try resolve it for our pupils currently.

@brendancomiskey @MrRodgerBurns @MicrosoftTeams If you insert a picture into Word, it’s placed inline with text, so the document will shift about. Is that the problem? If so, you can right click and change options so the text flows around or the image is placed independently of text, ie behind or in front.

@MicrosoftTeams is the issues with teams fixed yet? I have 3 teenagers unable to get on and we have been trying all day 🙈 for some reason I can get on using data from my phone but not on the laptops they use even though there is no problem with my WiFi I have checked

@MicrosoftTeams just wondering if there is a way to ensure my students who are learning remotely cannot access a meeting once I have ended it for all. I have had problems with them rejoining when no adult is present. This is a basic safety feature which is missing!

@Capt_Skunkbeard @MicrosoftTeams Yes this is a national issue. Glow & Education Scotland are aware of these issues and are in discussions with Microsoft on resolving these. Last time these issues occurred in lockdown, they were resolved quickly. Please be patient, we know it is frustrating for pupils & staff!

@MicrosoftTeams Hi this seems to have resolved itself now. But a student is getting a new problem. "Working on opening in edit mode... Please refresh and try again" is coming up for documents in an assignment that has been shared with this student. How do I resolve please?

It’s a Monday and I still hate @MicrosoftTeams. It takes FOREVER to switch context and the UI blocks out other activity. Still sucks up lots of RAM. Still forgets conversation and has to download it from the server if I scroll up 1-2 pages. I miss Lync.

To all pupils - @MSEducationUK is having issues with @MicrosoftTeams due to every single pupil in the entire country all trying to access it at once. Please be patient - keep pressing "Try again" to reload - and if it doesn't work, try again later in the day.
