    AI on its own will not fix bad meetings. Use Copilot to help prepare, capture decisions, and send clear follow ups. But also ask the harder question: “Why are this many people in this meeting in the first place?” Tools like @MicrosoftTeams and @Copilot can support better meetings, but only if we change the habits around them.

    Any issue with @MicrosoftTeams. My colleagues status are being shown offline, and they are online (haven't set status as show offline). I see my unread messages count as "n" on the chats button/tab, but no unread messages 🧐🤔🤔🤔

    Someone @MicrosoftTeams needs to fix the MacOS app. The video for my MBA is upside-down and distorted, but normal when using the web version. Consistent finding for months.

    After updating my Mac to @Apple macOS 26.1, I’ve been experiencing serious issues when using the @Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams desktop app. Whenever I start screen sharing, my mouse begins to freeze and hang, making it almost impossible to work. If anyone face this problem?

    @Microsoft Outlook and teams mobile apps not even opening on android galaxy s25...this is a serious issue @MicrosoftTeams @Outlook. It's a blank screen or an endless loading spiral.

    @gabsmashh Once nearly turned down a job interview because the invite came through @MicrosoftTeams. Spent the whole call trying to casually work out if they used @SlackHQ instead. They did.

    @infosec_fox It's a sad reflection on these products that you should try early just to be on time in case the product doesn't work, crashes, needs updating, device needs rebooting, etc. Case in point is @MicrosoftTeams app on my laptop as insists I sign in to join another company's meeting but we don't use MS products so I have to use web browser which froze for 2+ minutes yesterday although audio worked.

    Hey @MicrosoftTeams you need to fix a pretty major issue with your transcript functionality and how it copy & pastes into copilot… Whenever I copy & paste a meeting transcript into copilot (to ask for a summary), there are ALWAYS huge chunks missing!! I definitely selected all

    @MicrosoftTeams Recently you changed the way that teams transcription/summarization works. Previously you had it in pretty standard format with links to the points in the video where it was captured. Now, you're including screenshots. Please don't do this. If you're trying to copy out to an email, document, or summary to people this causes major issues. I had to create a custom summary to get around it, but what you had was fine. Please allow for different modes, with your prompts that can allow people to change up how they want it presented instead of just changing the format at a whim like this.

    @MicrosoftTeams is #Skype with new name and meeting capacities. For a casual chat with old mates, those unnecessary animations make it feel awkwardly heavy and slow.

    @MicrosoftTeams wth have you done to the layout? fix the bugs before messing with the UI, we all hate the new task chat you cant see the screen like you could before, you could scroll down now inhibits the flow of how you view things! The sooner we switch to Monday the better!
