I've wasted nearly a year of my life trialing this hyper complex product. They've NEVER delivered the promised SMS service. Always excuses are problems. No guidance or valuable assistance provided, they even reject their own template terms. And yes I've already told @satyanadella and the team directly. So, question to all #buildinpublic ... who offers a realistic global phone and sms system for startup teams? Its really simple - my team wants to pick up the phone and call a supplier or customer in most of the world and have it work first time at a reasonable price.

Can't call due to compliance. The other two call when I'm out. Frustrating back-and-forth, and we’re paying for this with my account. Sadly, I may have to go to Zoom.
