    @MojangSupport Why does the snapshot "friends" feature not work for any of my friend's names? It errors out with privacy issue every time. My default settings all look good. My friend's have never changed default settings either. Is this a known issue on your end?

    @MojangSupport and i don’t appreciate your support just closing my ticket because they can’t figure out what the issue is and just telling me to wait for updates for a glitch that’s not even my main issue!!! If not your support then who tf can help?

    @MojangSupport I have an issue with patch 1.26.0 for the IOS system where the menu, title screen, and hot bar are too small. Since I am playing bedrock on the iPad, this is hard for me to build things. Please fix this issue.

    @MojangSupport I've put in a bug ticket several times now and it gets cleared out with no explanation. I have an issue with bedrock on Windows and it seems like no one cares

    @MojangSupport I tried setting up Realms Plus via Switch 2 on Saturday. It failed but still charged me. Went through multiple troubleshooting articles and eventually emailed the support. Got an automated response on Sunday with the steps I already did. Replied back i still have trouble.

    @MojangSupport The most useless support team in the world, I purchased the game, your website says 'You don't own the game', I show receipts of poof, then you lot say 'Nah, This ain't our problem, contact Microsoft' and closes the ticket as solved. like wtf are you lot smoking, truly DEI.

    @MojangSupport i paid for my realm and it didnt start back up tried again and got an error message and it charged me twice and its still not back up ? can you guys help me with this issue ?

    @MojangSupport It been weeks since I was not able to change my Minecraft skin to the ones that I download and the issue has not been fix. I miss wearing my original Minecraft skin, I have to wear temp skin until the issue have resolve but it haven't. ;(
