    @MojangSupport Are we getting a refund? I pay for this service and you couldn’t deliver nearly all weekend. You advertise as “always online,” yet I haven’t been able to play on my realm (I pay for!) this weekend.

    dear @MojangSupport Minecraft bedrock servers and realms and functioning like they have alzheimer’s premium service btw. we pay $8.99 a month and we get choppy servers.

    @Greymagic27 @MojangSupport They absolutely don’t when a paid service is down and they aren’t acknowledging the issue at all. Mind you this isn’t the first time I’ve paid to start a server it took my money and their stupid service is down so I get nothing. This has happened twice in a row

    @MojangSupport I have an issue with patch 1.26.0 for the IOS system where the menu, title screen, and hot bar are too small. Since I am playing bedrock on the iPad, this is hard for me to build things. Please fix this issue.
