Steve Bucholtz (@steveo986) reported@MojangSupport I’m glad it was finally restored. Will you be compensating anyone for this outage that was unannounced? I feel like it was handled very well and I would advise everyone to never use that link you posted because it is completely and utterly worthless. I’ve played other games that have had outages and when you log into the game, it notifies you and apologizes and gives updates. The technology exists. This is a paid additional service on top of a paid game.

Trock Axenbone (@axenbone) reported@MojangSupport I tried setting up Realms Plus via Switch 2 on Saturday. It failed but still charged me. Went through multiple troubleshooting articles and eventually emailed the support. Got an automated response on Sunday with the steps I already did. Replied back i still have trouble.

Harry Haines (@MrWubbage) reported@MojangSupport I know you no longer support minecraft dungeons but can you please fix the bug that has been around since 2022 that doesnt allow PC players to login to the game without a white screen stopping them. Spent 2 hours trying to fix this in every was possible.
