People complaining online doesn't cause them to work on the problem sooner or not. People are upset because they're whiney with a "i need it back NOW" mentality when they should just wait.

Went through multiple troubleshooting articles and eventually emailed the support. Got an automated response on Sunday with the steps I already did. Replied back i still have trouble.
