    @MojangSupport @MojangSupport, why are Realms down for the second weekend in a row? As a paid subscriber, I expect the "always-available" reliability promised in the service agreement. What a significant service failure. What is the plan for compensation or sub credits for the time we've lost?

    @MojangSupport I know you no longer support minecraft dungeons but can you please fix the bug that has been around since 2022 that doesnt allow PC players to login to the game without a white screen stopping them. Spent 2 hours trying to fix this in every was possible.

    this is the exact issue with these sites. there are like two dozen of them scraping your information and requiring YOU to make an account and for YOU to remove your data. @MojangSupport please for the love of everything earthly add someone to the tos that protects us from this.

    dear @MojangSupport Minecraft bedrock servers and realms and functioning like they have alzheimer’s premium service btw. we pay $8.99 a month and we get choppy servers.

    @MojangSupport please fix realms…for the last 6 months…yall would charge me for it…then say i gotta buy it again. 3 days ago, despite you drafting the money…yall expired my realm and now I can’t even buy another one and still have a sub till 05/18/2026…

    @Greymagic27 @MojangSupport They absolutely don’t when a paid service is down and they aren’t acknowledging the issue at all. Mind you this isn’t the first time I’ve paid to start a server it took my money and their stupid service is down so I get nothing. This has happened twice in a row

    @MojangSupport I have an issue with patch 1.26.0 for the IOS system where the menu, title screen, and hot bar are too small. Since I am playing bedrock on the iPad, this is hard for me to build things. Please fix this issue.
