    EUR/USD — OANDA MarketPulse / Moheb Hanna, CMT — Daily technical breakout A genuinely new technical development has appeared in EUR/USD. OANDA’s Moheb Hanna says the pair has completed an inverted complex head-and-shoulders bottom and decisively broken above its neckline. The breakout then cleared 1.1650 and 1.1671, with price reaching roughly 1.1710. Key levels: immediate upside resistance is 1.1737, followed by 1.1795. The former resistance cluster around 1.1589–1.1601 has now turned into structural support. Momentum is clearly bullish, although RSI and Stochastic are already in overbought territory. Invalidation: Hanna does not publish a formal stop/invalidation level. Technically, a sustained loss of the newly reclaimed 1.1589–1.1601 support zone would materially undermine the breakout structure; that is my inference rather than an explicit OANDA invalidation. Cryptocratico assessment: This is worth flagging because it is not simply another bullish EUR/USD call—the bottoming pattern has now actually completed and broken out. The cleanest confirmation would be acceptance above 1.1737, which would expose 1.1795. However, with RSI around 73 and Stochastic above 85, chasing the first extension carries elevated pullback risk; a successful retest of the breakout zone would be technically healthier.
