    @OriginInsider Your client is absolute trash and fails to load games over and over. Please hire a team to work on this infuriating client. I have zero issues like this with @Steam, for example.

    Has anyone else had issues with @OriginInsider not allowing your payments to process if you've made several purchases already, no matter the card you use? I tried 5 different forms of payment and I was trying to load my guy up on @TheSims sale.

    @redalpha23sims @TheSims @OriginInsider Same problem with my kit I contacted origin they said it’s in my library now & just wait for it to download . Watch it be a bug and I have to buy it and I’ll be okay with that I’ll feel better .

    @Jessicamp1979 @EA @OriginInsider As for TS3, many players have been getting download errors since late August, but it worked for some on EA App. Maybe it hasn’t been fully fixed yet.

    @DANNYonPC @OriginInsider I had to create a batch file to launch the EA launcher just so I could stop the background service that keeps running after you exit out of the EA app.

    @ExodusXML @DANNYonPC @OriginInsider true. It's so bad. Took me 3 days to fix Battlefield 3. Was pretty easy at the end of the day but it shouldn't be this bad in the first place

    @OriginInsider hey Origin. Is it common for your customer support to close a conversation without completing the help ticket? Poor service and I would just like to have access to the games that I have spent thousands of dollars on.

    OMG the @PlayApex update on @OriginInsider is so freakin broken for me. Stuck at 7% for 40 minutes .. paused, resumed, jumped to 70% but then once hit 100 it went to another "updating" timer .. 49 minutes since hitting the update button .. still no game

    @OriginInsider @EAHelp @EAPlay Please fix KotOR and KotOR 2 so they work with widescreens by default. It's a little ridiculous that I have to do extra work to play a game and have it not look like garbage. You should be able to at least play it widescreen by default.
