    @OriginInsider Can i please have a explanation on how I can lose sims 4 on origin? I bought at least 50 of the packs through origin and I woke up yesterday to everything is gone and I can’t download it again. I didn’t even touch the pc before logging on and seeing everything is gone. Fix it pls

    Folks if you launch @thesims and it takes an inordinate amount of time to launch, gives you a "white screen" on start-up, and/or is unplayable due to in-game lag...save yourself a headache & CLEAR THE @Origininsider CACHE!!

    @Jessicamp1979 @EA @OriginInsider It has shown up in my library (although with a download error, because EA) so it should hopefully show up for you soon (for whatever reason, it says The Sims 2 Double Deluxe). If it doesn't work out, there are always ways to get it from other places.

    @OriginInsider I was buy “the saboteur” and doesn’t open. What we can do to fix this problem? I know u will don’t response cause only wanna the money and don’t give a **** if the game works fine, enjoy my 4 dollars ************* I will pirate all u game 4 ever. *****

    OMG the @PlayApex update on @OriginInsider is so freakin broken for me. Stuck at 7% for 40 minutes .. paused, resumed, jumped to 70% but then once hit 100 it went to another "updating" timer .. 49 minutes since hitting the update button .. still no game

    I'm having trouble downloading the werewolves pack? I pre paid on origin and it says in green "unlocked" but not installed like the others? I've tried updating the game a nunber of times but no luck so far! #TheSims4 @OriginInsider @TheSims

    Didnt realise that @OriginInsider EA app is made by like 2 ppl from an indie studio. Because it definitelly feels like it. Constant issues with "connection" and broken game launching. Not to mention basic UX/UI features completely missing.

    @Crosimmer @EA @OriginInsider I’ve been in beta test for the new EA application and I’ve had some minor issues here and there but it’s generally fixed pretty quickly. Might just be bugging now that everyone is being forced to switch over at once.
