@simscars @OriginInsider @EA Some pc's have a way of connecting to your phone to use the internet your phone connects to. There may be issues with what browser your phone uses however. Origin can be picky about browsers.

@EAHelp @TheSims @OriginInsider preordered Cottage Living weeks ago and it says it's ready to download, but the download button on origin isn't working (unclickable). I go in to play and it says I have the pack but it isn't downloaded. Can you please fix this?

So it stormed really bad here and we lost internet. Now I can't play the Sims 4 because Origin is telling me I need to login. There has got to be a better way of handling offline mode for users to play their game. This makes me so mad. @OriginInsider @EA 😔

@OriginInsider You seriously need to fix your service. I try to add my friends to play Battlefield and after I add them they don't show up online in any of the game menus. Its annoying as hell and it stops me from playing with friends.

@OriginInsider I accidentally quit the arena because of network card, the result of the suspension penalty, your server problems let me have been very upset, your game company do not really think that the skin can be very good to retain users, such a server sooner or later wait for the endofit.
