    @OriginInsider I have been trying to log in all day to purchase some of the Sims 4 Expansion Packs on sale. Just had an error saying “Sign In Is Currently Unavailable” Now it looks as though the sale is no longer on… And there’s still no way to sign in?

    @OriginInsider Your client is absolute trash and fails to load games over and over. Please hire a team to work on this infuriating client. I have zero issues like this with @Steam, for example.

    I'm having trouble downloading the werewolves pack? I pre paid on origin and it says in green "unlocked" but not installed like the others? I've tried updating the game a nunber of times but no luck so far! #TheSims4 @OriginInsider @TheSims

    @OriginInsider wtf is the issue with the Apex legends download it keeps running the verifying over and over then gives an error about the anti cheat not installed successfully!It was fine this morning now its not working? Works fine on steam but the coins i purch arent showing

    @DukeSkath @EA @OriginInsider you may have to run the "fix origin" app they have included in the installation directory, it's some .exe file thy IIRC starts with "fix" or maybe "repair"

    @amazon NEVER fails to make my life easier! Just canceled debit card due to fraud. Awaiting new one, I'm using cc....which @OriginInsider somehow was unable to verify. 🙄You guys had zero problem! Ty for allowing me to purchase my game expansion on release day! #loveamazon

    Dear @EA and @OriginInsider, WHY would you send me to an new EA app, break my Origin (Which was working fine may I add!!) To only make my @TheSims game break!! NON OF MY EXTRA STUFF IS WORKING. The sims had issues before but this just overrules it all. Make it work, I paid for it

    Folks if you launch @thesims and it takes an inordinate amount of time to launch, gives you a "white screen" on start-up, and/or is unplayable due to in-game lag...save yourself a headache & CLEAR THE @Origininsider CACHE!!

    @DANNYonPC @OriginInsider I had to create a batch file to launch the EA launcher just so I could stop the background service that keeps running after you exit out of the EA app.
