  @EA should have stuck with the @OriginInsider app. I had few issues with Origin, but am lucky when I’m able to get my Sims games to load with the EA app.

  @OriginInsider Why must I log in to Origin to play offline games? Why must I update it to play offline games? Why does the update screen patronise me by smugly professing how fast its downloads are, when this intrusive and unnecessary update is the very culprit behind my problem?

  @OriginInsider I have been trying to log in all day to purchase some of the Sims 4 Expansion Packs on sale. Just had an error saying “Sign In Is Currently Unavailable” Now it looks as though the sale is no longer on… And there’s still no way to sign in?

  @RyanOnAMountain @OriginInsider @EAHelp Having to dig around around until I can find the folder with exe for a game I own is absolute crap. I had no such issue with steam and ubisoft connect. Can't even find gog games 😒

  I'm having trouble downloading the werewolves pack? I pre paid on origin and it says in green "unlocked" but not installed like the others? I've tried updating the game a nunber of times but no luck so far! #TheSims4 @OriginInsider @TheSims

  @OriginInsider hi, I have a problem with mi Origin account. Every time I try to play to The Sims 4, the game it's not running, instead Origin opens a window with the message: download error. I tried everything: repair the game, log out from Origin and nothing works. Help please
