  @OriginInsider not sure if you guys are aware of a loading issue. Can’t go online (yes bill is up to date)! Tried twice. People have reported outages on Downdetector.

  @OriginInsider Hello! Im having a bit of trouble after I transferred from origin to the EA app. Now when I try and play the sims 3 or 4 the game won't load. It says the title I have downloaded may have been downloaded from another user. Not sure how to fix this since I only use one account.

  @OriginInsider @EAHelp @EAPlay Please fix KotOR and KotOR 2 so they work with widescreens by default. It's a little ridiculous that I have to do extra work to play a game and have it not look like garbage. You should be able to at least play it widescreen by default.

  @OriginInsider hi, I have a problem with mi Origin account. Every time I try to play to The Sims 4, the game it's not running, instead Origin opens a window with the message: download error. I tried everything: repair the game, log out from Origin and nothing works. Help please

  Never been this mad in my life. Tried playing my @TheSims game last night & couldn’t because @OriginInsider decided to act up, not letting me play. I tried everything with even logging out and back it, but problem was I couldn’t log in bc I had my old email & not able change it

  @OriginInsider I can't log in to Origin. I can't login to the EA app. I can't login to the Apex forums, I can't even go to the Origin website. I have no recourse in contacting you because any way to contact you is not working for me.

  @Jessicamp1979 @EA @OriginInsider As for TS3, many players have been getting download errors since late August, but it worked for some on EA App. Maybe it hasn’t been fully fixed yet.
