    In the @Outlook app, contacting support for your broken app. Says average wait time in chat is 21 minutes. Been waiting 2 and a half hours so far. Great support. Did you guys forget you offer support through chat?

    @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook @Microsoft it looks like outlook or exchange is down or very slow. I called my email provider and it looks like there are server issues on Microsoft ‘s end.

    I highly suggest after your last "crash" that you lied about that indeed happened 2 weekish ago.. you fix the spam filter. Many legit BIG name companies you keep marking as spam/junk. I wonder if they can sue... @Outlook @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps And don't reply with BS about me setting up filters when I already have them and you ignore them. Wasn't an issue till about 2 weeks ago. But I'm 100% sure you are going to lie and reply. I'm a computer geek, save your lies for someone else.

    @Outlook fix your ******* app on Android. I should have received 2 order confirmation emails today but haven't got either. And yes, I checked your insufferable junk mail folder that half of my important emails end up in no matter what settings I change or accounts I white list.
