    @EmergencyBK @Outlook You can’t really block an email from the mail client. You need to login to the server and block it from there. This also depends on the email address and host you are using. Feel free to pm any other details if you need help

    No response from @MicrosoftHelps or @Outlook support on the app for an hour now. I keep missing work emails because of an issue with the app. All other frustrated customers got a response by insulting them in public, is that what I need to do?

    HEY @Outlook so when are y’all gonna fix the recurring glitch on your IOS app that locks students out of their accounts? this has been a problem for everyone i know for well over a year now?

    @Outlook stop flagging emails from senders reading “Some people who received this message don’t often get email from ____.” This helps no one and completely blocks you from actually skimming the preview to know if you need to OPEN it. Typical solution in search of a problem.

    @Adam_Dorain @Outlook Thanks, I might do that👍 Can do it with other accounts, at least appears as being blocked, doesn't display again. Really want to just click & block a few a day to reduce the clutter, logging into server, contacting host... ughh Also, if not a block, they shouldn't call it one

    @Outlook So it seems part of the problem is that Zoho's Exchange Active Sync support is mobile-only. I was able to try and use the Exchange option on desktop Outlook when I flipped to the "old" experience but the EAS server info would never connect. It seems IMAP is my only choice...
