💻📱🔒+ @ParamountPlus NEEDS to make their service more secure. 1) Fix so ONLY primary user can access #account page AND only they can make account changes (email, password & billing). 2) Two factor #authentication for primary user's changes. Any plans to do so @askparamount?

@askparamount Why am I not able to stream a show last night and tonight due to Error Code 6040? A 1 hour wait to talk to someone, the bot is useless…. WHERE IS THE HELP? This is a paid service so since I can’t get help I want a refund for the last two days. Not acceptable!
