@paramountplus Hi. Really hoping that more gets added to the Canadian version like, movies instead of only TV series but liking it so far. My one issue, is when trying to continue watching a show, as in, the next episode, why does the platform switch me to a different TV show???

@paramountplus I have run into a slight problem. When I tried to find the two-hour Star Trek: Voyager series premiere episode, “Caretaker”, on Paramount Plus, I found the third episode, “Parallax”, instead. Could you please fix this problem immediately?

@paramountplus is an awful system. Free subscription, haven’t been able to sign in for nine days since I signed up. Tried resetting password, nothing, on hold for hours with no response, website defaults to Portuguese, can’t wait to cancel but can’t.

Tried signing up for a Paramount + account and it told me that my e-mail was always in use of another account. Both of them. How that work? @paramountplus let’s figure this out. I’m trying to watch Kenan and Kel.

@60Minutes @paramountplus @WesleyLowery I respect her work as my daughter is an ER nurse but she would never tell someone you wouldn’t make it home you’d die in the ambulance. For crying out loud just tell them they are right where they need to be for now. Comfort and peace are of great value.

@paramountplus serious question; why is your app so bad? It has the worst UI, true. But also, it crashes 10x more frequently than any other streaming app, including free services. If there was an award for worst app, you should win it.

Seriously, @paramountplus, why don't you have a #watchlist? The site/app is so awful for finding content, esp content you watch regularly. This should be a no-brainer & included by default. For almost the same price as other services, having a terrible interface is disappointing.

@askparamount @yoaktown357 It’s obviously not a problem per account!! You’re who system is junk. Everyone has problems. I try and play a show with 100mbps internet and it freezes the whole app. 6 times in a row with two different shows. How can you make something so horrible and charge for it?

@askparamount I'm a customer from CBS all access. When I try to log into paramount plus on Android, TV or website, I'm only presented two options, log out or sign up for a plan. I've already paid for a plan until 3/22. Help?
