    @ring @TommyBarnett69 Rich notifications are not working on my Ring Wired by Amazon either. I have reset router, doorbell, app, turned rich notifications on and off and we still only receive text notifications.

    @Matt_Colliers @ring I also have this Matt. Suspect this specific issue has been lost in the noise of the total chaos of ring at present. I see that they also report a loss of 'rich notifications from battery devices' and I've put the loss of Alexa notifications down to that...but time will tell..

    @ring has the worst customer service. Not only did their representative lie to me about the security screw size for my doorbell, they can't assist you unless you have info that's on the box (that you likely threw away) or that's on the back of the device (WHICH IS MOUNTED!!)

    @ring requiring an old device to login to a new device is a horrible idea. Requiring someone to be home for customer service is a horrible idea. Many people use your service because they are abroad or away (including me).
