    @ring I’m trying to cancel my account, but selecting that in the “Plan” section doesn’t do anything. Is that functionality broken right now? (Tried reporting via on-page chat, but that seems broken too.) I’ve tried 3 different browsers, disabled ad blocking, etc.

    @ring @scalzi No, dear. It's absolutely important that your product WORK. IF you could actually manage THAT, you wouldn't have to chase the customer down hoping to "improve satisfaction." That part would be automatic.

    @ring how come any time my power is interrupted, my hard wired doorbell requires a manual reset? Why does it not reconnect automatically? I’m about to install a floodlight cam, but if it goes offline with every power interruption, I will need to return it since it’s out of reach.

    @chakatodd @scalzi @ring As a hardware/software dev, I'd 100% want to know if someone thought the setup process was ******. It is very hard in IoT stuff to hit all corner cases, and would work to fix things. I highly doubt anyone's feelings were hurt.

    @ring I need some help my ring doorbell would not go online as battery flat recharged to 100% and within a hour flat again not had device 5months

    @ring Hi, I turned a few routers to WDS to help with the cameras signal, however the cameras do not connect to the highest signal device. We need a reboot command at the Ring app, it is not a good idea to get the ladder every time I need to restart a camera. Thanks

    @ring Your no longer offering English email support but yet for the past year this haasent been a problem mabe its due to Covid may I suggest using Google translate like anyone else would do

    @ring you need to fix your app. It just did it again. Kicked off and not on. Then restored. But it is not a good app. Your app kicks people off.
