Still no call back. Still no help. @CoreSecurity doesn't care. And I'm sure it has be against something thay an alarm company can essentially lock you inside you house and go, "Too bad so sad". Get @Ring. Or @SimpliSafe like I should have. 9/?

  • RichardCock69 Richard **** (@RichardCock69) reported

Not even fun having the house to yourself when your parents go on vacation when they have a ******* ring doorbell. **** you @ring

  • a_sullivan41 A.Sullivan (@a_sullivan41) reported

@FedEx for over a year, anything delivered by your company is being tossed on my porch and damaged. Thanks @ring for helping me find the problem….lazy employee that stands in yard and throws boxes on porch #FedExfailures Use @UPS instead people! #sorrynotsorry

  • RicardoMercard1 Ricardo Mercardo (@RicardoMercard1) reported

    @ring why can’t i use a vpn?! god damn! **** you!

  • SirJoz Dennis Joslyn (@SirJoz) reported

@ring I am done with your products, every other day your door bells disconnect from the damn wifi and no my signal isn't bad at the doorbell. Yes I do have a Chime Pro and no it doesn't help either. I pay a monthly fee for the privilege of having to reset the door bell once a week!

  • JerryNo40834855 Jerry Norman (@JerryNo40834855) reported

@ring My issue remain, my back door camera hasn’t captured a person, cat or dog last year or this year and I’ve continuously reported and called? I recently spoke with a very nice young lady and was about to purchase three more cameras and a inside ringer but at this point, why?

  • cdolan92 Charlie Dolan (@cdolan92) reported

@WyntonGrant @ring @SpaceX That’s pretty good, I am getting ~50 down and ~ 15 up in Western PA. When the network is fully up, should be 900 down and about 100 up roughly. The speeds are how fast you can download info (streaming Netflix) or upload (like broadcasting on Twitch)

  • neur0 JT (@neur0) reported

@ring normally gives amazing customer support but flat got just got an Agent May/Mae insisting they are correct and did not bother diagnosing the issue and ended up just sayin, call your phone provider. Fair, but wow. Answer upfront woulda been nice

  • TCaMaLeOn Daniel Feliciano (@TCaMaLeOn) reported

@ring If the internet in my house has a problem, why is the Ring Alarm Base Station not working via cellular data? I have been paying for this membership for two years or has something changed?

  • BrandontdayDay Brandon Day (@BrandontdayDay) reported

Anyone else have an issue resetting your @RingDoorbell_ They won’t send verification to my phone because my email is an old email I do not have access to any longer @ring maybe it is time for us all to switch to a different provider.

  • bph960 Beaverly Hakes (@bph960) reported

@ring the absolute worst service ever. 5 months, countless calls, promises of delivery that never happened to get a replacement for a defective light. Now on the same pattern for defective doorbell- promised 3-5 days is now 2 weeks with no replacement- here we go again.

  • SassyRaggsBiz It’s A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood (@SassyRaggsBiz) reported

@agcia87 @ring Bad doggie! Bad doggie! NOT

  • Clark_BarksaLot Clark Falstaff (@Clark_BarksaLot) reported

The @ring "Neighbors" app is loaded with videos of thieves walking away with packages in broad daylight AFTER its too late too late to do anything about it. But asking neighbors to help each other when USPS delivers packages to the wrong address isn't allowed. Define asinine.

  • JerryNo40834855 Jerry Norman (@JerryNo40834855) reported

@ring I’ve had a year and a half pleading for help, first one of my cameras were shut off a second time;” cause!” I hadn’t paid the bill in two months? Each time I was setup with automatic payments from my bank: records will show and each time rings executive office qualified this.

  • agcia87 𝙻𝚊 𝚁𝚎𝚒𝚗𝚊 𝙲𝚛𝚘𝚚𝚞𝚎𝚝𝚊 (@agcia87) reported

@SassyRaggsBiz @ring I have them too. But out here they just call you to see if you’re okay lol I like Ring bc I can see all cameras from my phone and I can control the lights on the outdoor ones. They set up in less than 5 minutes and I’ve never had an issue with them
