    @ring It’s not Live View, it’s all views, all events are black. It’s not my wifi, if I power cycle the ring it’s fine for 2 weeks then does it again. Will DM so you can gather data and try to fix though.

    New home comes with @ring doorbell pro. Setting it up was a frustrating effort 😩 and still have not got it to work after an hour, did a quick search online and found poor reviews across the board

    @ring The Config isn’t the problem. It’s simply the age of the battery. Being the doorbell 1 if isn’t user replaceable

    @ring I am over 15 minutes on hold to talk to a real human for a real critical issue for my alarm...still automated service continues to say my wait time less than 5 minutes..not 1st time when ever calling ring this is normal... Please help.#CustomerService #poorservice

    @davidxnicol @ring We have the same issue but ours does blend into the frame so that could be an excuse but like you said who doesn't look for a doorbell in this day and age.

    @ring smart lighting is so ******* stupid. Only the main user account can access them on the app, so my wife can’t turn them on or off. Are you ******* kidding me? What a trash product

    @ring Come on Ring, one day the app states all my solar panels are connected, the next day the app reports that none of them are connected. Reinstalled, updated and rebooted. It seems most are having this issues. Fix this!

    alright y’all..turning my Olivia Benson on....my front door camera captured the mail carrier dropping off a package at my door at 9:59. A truck drove by and activated my camera at 10:08 and the package was gone....no motion events in between and @ring can’t help me.
