    @ring offered me £2.08p compansation for my doorbell which all of a sudden stopped working. Thats a real violation and absolute terrible customer service by a manager of the name Joseph.

    @ring @CastilloAdam24 Service is down, could not of started at a worse moment, nothing like being on the roof in the rain trying to mount the cameras only to have the service fail.

    Follow up to the careless poor customer service at RING. So they shipped 2nd replacement about 4 days ago (said it’s 2 days) sent me a fed ex tracking that doesn’t exist! @ring @JamieSiminoff where is it?

    @akjakalope @Rizabellepow @ring Good to hear. Followed your story because the same thing happened to us, and we were at home! Cops called. He was ordered to stop chopping down our trees. Lawyer told us it would cost more to fight it than we would get and the trees would still be gone. He moved. Good luck 👍🏼

    @ring wtf are you thinking, putting your doorbell sound in commercials??? 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Setting my dogs off every time. I'm now going to refuse to watch anything that runs your ad. And I say that as, clearly, a ring owner. 🙄 Because... WTF ARE YOU THINKING?

    @ring I have been waiting sometime now to get my ring doorbell sorted out as still absolutely no notifications, why has this been going on for 5 months now?, why won't anyone help me fix the problem or tell me what to do? If you can't help fix it can you refund me please, thanx.

    @MagicalBombFB @ring They told me there was an update which is causing problem for a certain percentage of us & they were working hard to fix it. That was 3 weeks ago now though and nothing!

    @ring very frustrated that my doorbell is constantly going offline. Have to bring it inside and take the time to reconnect every 2 days.

    @ring #ring Renewed my Ring doorbell service today for $30.00 but they charged my account $59.31. Called customer service and they could not provide an answer so they said they have to cancel my service. Terrible service.

    The new @ring 2FA process is terrible! You have to call support to do it. - call - wait 5m - give email - receive email code (not usable in app) - verbal code confirmation - support needs *device serial number* - find screwdriver, get S/N - support provides code for app 🤬🤯🤡

    Why does Ring, as owned by Amazon, NOT talk their customers when there is an on going problem, @ring Ring have not bothered even to get back to me with the persistent No Notification problem with their app...come on Ring help your customers it's really bad of you to not to...
