    @ring Please help! I ordered 3 spotlight wired cameras from your site. I was sent the wrong cameras and have been trying for 3 days, endless phone calls, customer service etc. and no one can seem to help with the return. I’ve sent pics and video of what I received. It’s been horrible

    @ring I’m in Los Angeles. Is there anyway I ONLY have notifications from MY doorbell and not a million people in the neighborhood saying “Lost Dog” Lost Parakeet, broken toenail, I have indigestion, why is there a helicopter in the sky?, Was that a gun shot or a car? OMG Shut up!

    @ring worst customer service in the world. 3 devices under warantee but refusing to replace them as apparently my issue is the first they’ve ever heard off. Absolute nonsense and haven’t even been given a timeframe for it to be fixed! #ScamCompany

    @ring I'm tired of your camera not working! Granted, I should've read reviews first, which are only 3.8 stars, but it doesn't trigger when it should on a regular basis. What's the point if it doesn't pick up movement??
