    @ring gutted my chime pro has gone faulty, seems to be a network issue within the device to offer that connection between the door bell and chime. Think it might be time to change products 🙈

    @ring decreased latency although I think that’s a hardware or infrastructure issue. The ability to “tag” people and objects or pause notifications due to ML tracking of like objects or images.

    @ring 40% more for service? Maybe they should fix the lag in their system first. After buying a Ring Pro and extremely poor service a complaint I raised was ignored & deliberately avoided issues I had ignored now they want extra money for what?

    @DoorwaysVA @ring @BarbaraFavola Ring have great products, but they need to embrace 3G/4G tech within the cam line-up. We’ve been broken into twice (we’re not survivors), and every time the internet goes down or *****, you lose your safety blanket, visibly and confidence in the product. Power cut, all gone..
