    @ring Just talk to the customer service in Philippines. I purchased a new home with Ring. I have an acc for another property for the last two and half years! I have proof of purchase and can’t find previous owner. They want me to buy a new Ring. Hello Google! GoodbyRing!Terrible!

    @ring requiring an old device to login to a new device is a horrible idea. Requiring someone to be home for customer service is a horrible idea. Many people use your service because they are abroad or away (including me).

    @ring Since outage earlier only 1 camera is back online. 8 more show offline. I’ve tried powering off and on and used multiple phones to test

    @ring I purchased a house and the old owners refuse to deactivate the doorbell. Your own website says to call in a case like this. I called and your CSR, says there is nothing that can be done. This is a huge security issue! Reset or send me a new one!

    @ring 15+ year customer of Amazon. My Peephole doorbell stopped working and I found the reason is likely the flex cable. No replacements are available so everything else works, but it's useless. If you no longer make them can you sell the rights to someone who will? Help!

    @ring Anybody know better security camera companies?? I have $1,500+ in ring cameras and they stop catching motion the second the sun goes down every night. Cameras are picking up about 10-20% of motion at night time. Last night I walked all around my car and my cameras did not pick up

    @Ring #Ring a word of caution, do not expect much help with issues with door bell or chimes from #Ring . It is not forthcoming.

    @ring @Matt_Colliers Alexa isn’t announcing Ring notifications for me either. It’s the same issue for others that I know have Ring and Alexa devices.
