@ring my app keeps telling me i have alerts on my cameras when i dont !! Any help?

  • Fallen_Ironman Noel Yoon (@Fallen_Ironman) reported

@ring I do but as others the lag is bad. Before you blame the WiFi, I have Fios 1GB at home, Ring Chime that shows very strong connectivity to cameras. So now, I bet you still think it's Verizon right?

  • CRO_Somerset George Pemble-Vincent (@CRO_Somerset) reported

@ring @leebennett Having the same problem here since the last update. I think there is a glitch on the app from the last update.

  • Jacsgers Jackie 💙 (@Jacsgers) reported

@ring There was a problem on Thursday night when Virgin Media was down for hours, we now can't get the doorbell working on wi-fi & we've tried everything.

  • elizam2016cityx Gina (@elizam2016cityx) reported

@fuelhouse04 @ring That’s an everyday problem here with package thieves . Good thing you caught him. I had to cancel my Ring subscription it was too pricey. Blink works great & with free subscription.

  • JessicaLRohlik Jess Rohlik (@JessicaLRohlik) reported

Nothing like having some fluke problem happening with my @ring doorbell the last few days that even their tech support folks can’t figure out. How is it that I constantly hear “oh wow, I’ve never heard of that happening before” so gosh darn much in my life? #jessluck

  • Chrshlms76 Chris (@Chrshlms76) reported

@ring updated iOS app yesterday and now not receiving any notifications for doorbell or cameras. When in the app shows notifications even when you have viewed them all. Same on iPad OS version too… not good to release such a buggy update

  • TaurusK20876209 Taurus King (@TaurusK20876209) reported

@ring please buy some @SimpliSafe sirens and copy them. Your system is good but sirens are very weak. Had a burglary last night and your sirens were whispering. @Simplisafe alarms are deafening. Seriously fix your sirens.

  • Goddess1273 Dawn -- Goddess of the Darkness (@Goddess1273) reported

@JessicaLRohlik @ring And it's probably a simple fix but since no one has had the issue they can't figure it out.

  • atxdegen charles.sparkly (@atxdegen) reported

@bags_of_water @ring Highly suggested to use 2fa on all devices, like face-ID or touch-ID to login its an extra form of security. Single password setup is incredibly dangerous in 2022. Isn't @ring a security system after-all?

  • whitehershey_91 Zak Jakery (@whitehershey_91) reported

@ring I’m over the 30 days. My “hardwired” camera didn’t even go down until well after the 30 days. So my question is….Will you as a company off an exchange so that I can actually get what is advertised as a true hardwired device?

  • whitehershey_91 Zak Jakery (@whitehershey_91) reported

@ring peeps. If you need help and want to actually speak to someone, call their customer service line. They actually work on coming to a resolution. I was disappointed the last few days but my rep turned my frown upside down. lol

  • KJSamuel6 KJ Samuel (@KJSamuel6) reported

@ring Stay away from @ring products. I was told to uninstall my doorbell, let it warmup inside, then reinstall it again for an issue several customers are having an issue with. Does it need a cup of hot coco too? @amazon

  • rxkidd RayShawn (@rxkidd) reported

@ring Please train your customer service people not to be so condescending and to actually try to solve the issue!

  • adkaluk Adnan Ashraf (@adkaluk) reported

How does an @ring_uk battery go from 73% to 'dead' in less than an hour? Ridiculous (and because @ring doesn't notify you when your device is offline, we had no idea until hours later)
