    @ring For at least a week I've had issues connecting "this is taking longer than expected" right when someone is at the door.. By the time I connect, they are gone.. Fix your $hi7.

    Just got @ring products and already regretting it. Be better ring send emails or txt to customers instead of broadcasting to the Twitter world that systems were down. Thanks!

    @ring @Trevor_GBDE @ring Not helpful because I don’t know what the statuses mean. What is “partial outage”? I couldn’t get my app to connect to my devices, I deleted and reinstalled the app and now I can’t login to the app at all. That’s not “partial”, that’s a FULL outage.

    @ring I've removed the doorbell completely after re booting WiFi and trying in vain to reconnect. A simple email or text notifying us there was a problem would have been cerebral
