JeroenS (@JeroenPJS) reported@ring my video doorbell 2 suddenly has white stripes in the night footage. What could be the issue?

Helen D (@Helen_D_Snow) reported@amazon @ring I am writing to request assistance with a long-standing technical issue affecting my Amazon account. For several months (possibly close to a year), I have been completely unable to use the Customer Service Chat feature. Every time I attempt to start a chat, I receive the following error message: “Sorry, it looks like we hit a snag. Please select Try chat again. If you see this message again, you can try another help option.” This problem occurs consistently: On every order, not just a specific one. In the Amazon mobile app. Repeatedly over many months. Selecting “Try chat again” never resolves the issue. Because this has persisted for such a long time, I believe it may be related to my account or a backend technical issue rather than a temporary system error. The inability to use Customer Service Chat has made it very difficult for me to contact Amazon whenever I need assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if your technical team could investigate my account and restore my access to the Chat service. I have already contacted Customer Service multiple times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the problem has never been resolved, so I am reaching out to your Executive Customer Relations team in the hope that it can be investigated by the appropriate technical team. If any additional information, screenshots, or account details are needed, I would be happy to provide them. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I have always appreciated Amazon’s customer service and hope this issue can be resolved. Attached is a screenshot of the error message for your reference.

George (@gigmcdonough) reported@ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

GOPmom (@lisadolgos) reported@ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.
-
Maze (@MAZEHUD) reported@ring failed to resolve the problem with my device and ignored my attempts to contact them through their available support channels. As a result, I pursued my statutory consumer rights through the retailer, which ultimately led to a full refund. I encourage you to do the same!

Lee Cordrey (@Leeroy64Cordrey) reported@ring you devices are terrible, how can something that has worked for so long be so difficult to reconnect. All of my stuff works and these devices will not connect and when they do they randomly disconnect. The reconnection method is a joke
-
LastRealOneLeft (@Rivirunthecity) reported@ring add the fact that my front door bell cam won’t even ******* load but the other 2 will what makes you think I should pay to watch my cameras like I actually want to know where ******** you think you have the right

🇺🇸♥️⚾️Rick M Allison⚾️♥️🇺🇸 (@RickMAllison) reportedHey @ring You sent me a partially fulfilled order. There is nowhere to find the order that was not sent. The tracking number listed is for only the partial order received. There is no tracking number for the items that were not sent. I tried chat and they gave me a number to call. All that did was loop back to the website showing my order, but THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT SEND. FIX THIS! IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SENT. Pending status does not cut it. Never ordering again unless you fix this.

Jay (@JAYintheBX) reported@ring Stick Up Gen 3 cameras are the worst! Always glitchy and constantly disconnects from Wifi (router is 5 feet away). Terrible product
-
Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedbrought the new @Ring 2K battery dorrbell to replace my old 3. The viewing angle is awful. With the camera next to the door, you can’t see the door. Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring

Bubbba Buffett (@DickBuffett) reportedPointing your security camera onto your neighbors property is illegal. @ring cameras are often just as bad as flock.

I find dotards! (@monkeybutte62) reported@DesireeAmerica4 It's for determining traffic usage for road maintenance planning you fking retards. They use to use a pneumatic hose to count the traffic, now it's more precise. In the 70's we would blow in the hose to run the count up. Y'all just keep slapping your @ring cameras on your doors!
