    @ring - just "chatted" w/ your AI chatbot for 15 minutes trying to fix something. It couldn't help so directed me to a live person - but the system is asking me what I need help with. It's 2026, these things need to talk to each other so we don't have to repeat everything. 🙏

    @ring I need you to know your company policy on bad devices is terrible. My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. Do better

    @DesireeAmerica4 It's for determining traffic usage for road maintenance planning you fking retards. They use to use a pneumatic hose to count the traffic, now it's more precise. In the 70's we would blow in the hose to run the count up. Y'all just keep slapping your @ring cameras on your doors!

    Day FORTY of .@Ring STILL not fixing the iOS widgets. Even though there’s been THREE app updates in that time. They REALLY don’t care about us customers do they. If you’re not going to fix this issue can you let us know please. You’re just laughing at us now.

    Disappointed in @ring My monitoring subscription is doubling because of a ton of features I don’t want or need. And my previous plan which was perfect for me and fairly priced has been stripped down to not even include camera recording OR professional monitoring.
