    @ring I talked to customer service & they put a ticket in. 👍 I was on the phone with 2 different reps who were both very friendly & professional. Didn't find a fix for the app but figured out I can access it on computer browser & cell phone browser! 👏 So that will work for now. Tyvm!

    I like the ease of use of @googlenest but the times I needed the footage the clarity doesn't help police, even when suspect is just 10 feet from camera. I like the clarity of @ring but their app sucks, it's frustrating to navigate their app and their website is even worse. Any

    @ring WTF is wrong with your crap product. It randomly falls off the WiFi network and now won't get back on .. I've changed every thing on my phone and repeated the same steps over and over. This is BS.

    My house almost burnt down and @ring didn’t capture a thing. Not even the fire trucks or ambulance out front but they sure love to send one neighborhood alert after another when I’m on the treadmill. Turns out that knowing what’s going on in the front yard all day is annoying.

    @ring @michaelb4jordan Your products are garbage compared to Apple. Regret buying it and now with the removal of features it’s gonna get sold or trashed. Luckily i’m 90% into the apple ecosysten and only a tiny into amazon, easily replaced.

    Hey @ring, so my Ring Spotlight Cam Battery stopped working, phoned Customer Care and was very helpful and said it will be replaced. 4 Months later and still waiting… Any help please?

    @ring If you have a major issue, maybe report it. "Mode Status Unavailable" and on hold for 20+ minutes. Great way to start the day.

    @ring You guys have the worst support service center! No response after an hr being on the phone trying to fix the issues with my Ring Alarm and not being able to turn it off. No fault of mine. You guys should do better!! If this were an emergency, this could have been a disaster
