Crazed Dems 🇺🇸 (@FreedomAlways9) reported@ring How do I turn off this completely useless AI ****? Giving you a long description of what you're literally seeing with your eyes? Completely useless but everyone has to try to implement AI in some fashion to show how up to date they are
-
zerofucks (@ZeroFucksOG) reported@therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot what in ******** is this bullshit?!
-
Ian Fritzsche (@TheAngryCaptain) reportedHey @ring, if you don’t stop asking me if I “want to join Search Party” soon, you’re going to have to form a Search Party to locate my cameras in the trash.
-
Christopher Brown 🟧 (@CptDylDozer) reportedKia boys broke into wife's car overnight. Nothing was in the car and they couldn't get the thing started. @ring camera was absolutely garbage and caught nothing but human-free snapshots before and after. I am going to refrain from stating my thoughts or feelings on the matter, since I kinda like X.
-
Raphael Fabeni (@raphaelfabeni) reportedI think I have never seen a customer service as bad as @ring . I wonder how it will be if I have an emergency.
-
amanda (@amandac46) reported@ring the doorbell is offline. Has power rebooted router still not working other ring camera is fine.
-
FULLΛM (@waynefullam) reported@Ring the fact that I was able to seamlessly resume a support chat I started yesterday, with the new agent already having full context of the previous conversation, is a really elegant system. They had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes once I was on-site with the hardware. More companies need to do this.
-
Lee Cordrey (@Leeroy64Cordrey) reported@ring you devices are terrible, how can something that has worked for so long be so difficult to reconnect. All of my stuff works and these devices will not connect and when they do they randomly disconnect. The reconnection method is a joke
-
Robert Schloss (@RobertSchloss) reported@ldsfilmguy @ring Well that’s a very poor AI filter!!! A) 4 legs B) 1 tail C) it’s a dog!!! 🐕 Is that your dog?
-
Sabrina Bucci (@sabucci_84) reported@Roentgenguy @ring I had an app update yesterday on iPhone, version 5.107.1 it fixed the issue!
-
Startup Academy (@vc__backed) reportedThe story of Ring and Jamie Siminoff is one of the best examples of waiting for the right moment. Jamie was able to sell Ring for $1.2 billion to Amazon, but first he had to turn down an offer from Shark Tank. "Kevin O'Leary gives me this offer, which was it just going to bankrupt the business. It was like royalties and all this stuff. Like we needed to build something bigger." - @ring Founder, @JamieSiminoff on @The_RoomPodcast
-
Barry Harding (@BazzaHards) reported@ring not impressed with your customer service 😡 You send me a faulty product, can’t resolve the issue despite 5 phone calls (kept getting disconnected by you), then I have all of the inconvenience of sending faulty bit back BEFORE you send me a replacement ! Shocking 🤷🏻😡😡
-
LastRealOneLeft (@Rivirunthecity) reported@ring add the fact that my front door bell cam won’t even ******* load but the other 2 will what makes you think I should pay to watch my cameras like I actually want to know where ******** you think you have the right
-
wolf hound (@Sensei_Wolfe) reportedCar got broken into last night and ofc my @ring security camera somehow magically didn't pick anything up between 8pm and 7am, not a single notification or anything. Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.
-
sonykay (@sonykay) reported@ring customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. When he couldn’t solve my issue, he put me on hold without telling me and has yet to return…20 minutes later, I’m still waiting
