@ring your customer service hotline personnel are quite rude & did not help with an issue I have on a replacement ring pro you sent me. He also said I am wrong with my knowledge of networks and wifi. By the way, I work in that field.

@ring Hands down worst support ever. Contacted twice, kept trying to get me to buy replacement part, eventually conceded it was under warranty. Still said easier for me to buy it. When I argued said they would said one under warranty. Never received.

@JamieSiminoff @ring considering your owned by Amazon your e-commerce is the worst. I’ve been trying to arrange a return since Thursday. I was promised a return label in 48 hours. It didn’t happen then the next guy promised on Saturday shortly and will arrive by morning. This 1/2

The worst #CustomerService award goes to @ring. I’ve spent over an hour on multIple calls. All for the return of items that were returned exactly how their policy states and items that were unopened in their original packaging. #unacceptable #DoBetter

@ring - bought a new home security kit this past weekend and the sensor would not connect to the base. Was on a call with customer service for an hour on Sunday and they could not fix it and escalated it to level 2 support. Have not heard back from anyone since then. help please!

@ring Ring Floodlight Cam warranty is the worst. Had it for a 1 yr+, 1 light went out and months later the other light constantly flashing. Called Ring was told warranty only for 1 yr. Never heard of led light last less than 2 yrs.What a scam! Now hoping their doorbell last. Stay way.

@ring I have my notifications turned off at night for motion detection. However my Amazon devices still alert at 2-3am when the milkman delivers!!!! HELP!!!! 😡😴🥱

@ring Doorbell stopped working. Replacement refurb also not working. Hours on the phone with support and hours waiting for a call back is unacceptable. Several other ring cameras are working. Issue isn't my infrastructure
