    @ring I had so much trouble with my ring device I have one of the first ones or should I say I had one of the first ones and I went around and round and round with your service department which were wonderful by the way but the damn thing just wouldn’t work right. Got Emphy Great

    @ring - starting yesterday my cameras went from the 20 second recordings down to 2 seconds. I also see others are having this issue, as well. Is there an ECD for the bug?

    @ring I was told 24-48 hours. Then another 24hours. Now another 24-48 hours. I’m so cross you can not let people return products easily when you are a modern company. Get real. It’s now a week. **** customer service involving a lot of my time.

    @ring WTH is up with your Stick Up cameras?? I got the 3 pack from Costco and they are not only SLOW, I keep having issues connecting to them. I think I'm past the 90 days so I guess Im stuck with them. UGH #shouldhavewentwired

    @ring How about being able to set up a notification when Wi-Fi is down and the cameras are not recording?

    @ring Just had an interesting 2nd call with a support agent, can't login now for over a week since I've forgot my password. Password reset links are not sent because my email apparently got blacklisted. Now I need to wait again for 48 hours (!) to try again??? Really a shame! 😡

    @ring I hate the way ya'll cameras record..really cant afford to miss a half a second an yall recording be missing 5 minutes here 9 minutes 20 minutes over here off for 3 hours then start recording again.... i can't understand how yall haven't fixed this very urgent problem...

    @ring Probably, but having security products in my home and cannot use them since I cannot login isn't helping. Really bothers me this isn't resolved since my initial call last Sunday... Yeah, premium product with premium price, but unfortunately no premium service.

    @ring Sort your stuff out and tell them not to lie I’ve called up four times now to try and solve a simple issue out 30 days trial means 30 days free trial am I right i’ve spent an hour and a half wasted my time speaking to these Muppets
