    @ring Is there any intention of releasing a ring doorbell with wifi components that aren't made of potato? My doorbell constantly complains and I've done everything from adding boosters to splitting SSIDs. I know I'm not alone with this issue.

    @ring I talked to customer service & they put a ticket in. 👍 I was on the phone with 2 different reps who were both very friendly & professional. Didn't find a fix for the app but figured out I can access it on computer browser & cell phone browser! 👏 So that will work for now. Tyvm!

    @ring hi my chimes have now not been working for a month it’s causing me huge disruption and I’ve contacted ring over the phone and online and it’s still not resolved. Also this is a wider issue than just me. Why has this not been fixed for ring users who have chimes?

    @ring your customer service and your product sucks. I should be able to get a verification code without calling your customer support line. Your instructions tell me to login to my account to get the verification code I need to login to my account. Are you stupid? #ring sucks

    @ring is a terrible company...my replacement device should've been to my house in January. Everytime I called, I get the same information and no resolution... I won't recommend this company at all.
