    @ring God this app is so dog ****. Can’t access any of my live feeds from my computer, only sometimes on my phone. I’ve got a gig internet, so that’s not the issue, all cameras say good connection. I can see the camera on my ******* phone, but not my computer.

    @ring My Ring Doorbell live dashboard view is no longer working, is ring doorbell down? I called support and they said it no longer works on a PC desktop/Goggle and to use my phone, strange as it was working approximately one hour ago. Also very rude and hard to understand.

    @ring this is ridiculous. We will be getting rid of ring, it’s more of a headache then a help. We cant disarm our alarm.

    @TaimonT717 @ring So stressful. Nothing worked, app or panel. We finally opened the door thinking maybe it was fully offline—but NO! And then WHILE the (LOUD!!!!!) alarm was going off, we got an automated call from Ring with a long message, call back number & confirmation code to provide. 😭

    @ring The automatic reply doesn’t help and your tech support doesn’t either. Had the alarm going off for two hours.
