@ring super excited to install my car cam this morning. only recording inside the car though. How do you get it to record outside the car which is the whole point. Stuck on hold with customer service for 45 min. please help

@ring stop ripping off existing and loyal customers by hiking prices by 100% AND not sending them a renewal notification so done completely by steal poor business strategy - look after loyal customers!

@ring I am still having the issues too and no one has followed up with me since the day I raised this yet it seems to be a widespread issue. I have missed numerous people calling to my door as I was not alerted and phone was not at hand. I don’t know what is going on.

I have to say, I just had one of the worst customer service and purchasing experiences from @ring . I purchased the new Ring Car Cam the day it came out, waited a few years for it to be announced and was excited to finally have it. Nope! Product was shipped and damaged (1 of 2)

@jareddipane @Jon4Lakers @ring It depends on your vehicle, I use a splitter and it’s concealed so no risk of anything dangling by my foot. But I can see that to be an issue with some vehicles.

@Jon4Lakers @ZacksJerryRig @ring They can use GPS for speed. It sounds like a security nightmare if they are allowed access to OBDII ports. Not only do we have to worry about automakers securing vehicle tech, now we have to worry about dash cam providers too.
