    @ring You guys have the worst support service center! No response after an hr being on the phone trying to fix the issues with my Ring Alarm and not being able to turn it off. No fault of mine. You guys should do better!! If this were an emergency, this could have been a disaster

    @ring My alarm has been going off for an hour and my device/app are saying error in monitoring. No way to turn alarm off. Been on hold for customer service for almost an hour. Seriously?! Completely unacceptable.

    My house almost burnt down and @ring didn’t capture a thing. Not even the fire trucks or ambulance out front but they sure love to send one neighborhood alert after another when I’m on the treadmill. Turns out that knowing what’s going on in the front yard all day is annoying.

    @ring is a terrible company...my replacement device should've been to my house in January. Everytime I called, I get the same information and no resolution... I won't recommend this company at all.

    Hey @ring, so my Ring Spotlight Cam Battery stopped working, phoned Customer Care and was very helpful and said it will be replaced. 4 Months later and still waiting… Any help please?

    I like the ease of use of @googlenest but the times I needed the footage the clarity doesn't help police, even when suspect is just 10 feet from camera. I like the clarity of @ring but their app sucks, it's frustrating to navigate their app and their website is even worse. Any
