    @ring Is there a reason why our doorbell decides when it wants to record? We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

    @ring when you wanted my business everyone at ring and on tech wanted to help. Have emergent situation w a ring camera light fixture hanging by wires off my garage needing to be re-connected yet on tech wants me to wait a week! I’m a post chemo patient and can’t climb ladder.

    @ring Your camera doesn’t monitor anything half the time!!! Someone literally walked down the street and through my yard and it never picked them up!!! And I’m sitting outside watching this RIGHT NOW!!

    @ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

    @ring Stick Up Gen 3 cameras are the worst! Always glitchy and constantly disconnects from Wifi (router is 5 feet away). Terrible product

    @ring it's ridiculous that with the neighborhood feature you can't ask neighbors to keep music down because it goes against guideline. What guidelines? I think that's a very respectful thing to ask. Ridiculous.

    Whatever you do don’t buy @ring security cameras. If you change your WiFi password you have to take everything down and reset them like it’s 1980. Ridiculous bro.
