    Have 8 ring video cameras on 3 locations. @ring has the worst customer service ever. You can’t understand them. They don’t speak English

    @ring we had a break in lastnight and your poor camera didnt even detect it because of the constant issues YOU are having. Its not my connection or battery or wifi signal all fine all checked. Its YOUR system!! Ive had enough now, paying for a service that you are not providing!!

    WOW @ring support and contact support is #trash I've been trying to contact them for 25 days. I believe there is better home security service out there. Under their contact tab the phone calls say "hello" that's it. LOL.

    @ring I've tried to resolve this with you multiple times and of course the issues always happen when I'm not home and need it most. There's not much you can do to help me anyways until I get home

    @ring @tyfondren This is ridiculous! Again, no recording between ‘events’. No snapshots taken just sliding between recording. How long is this going to take to fix this time?! If you haven’t got the infrastructure to support your systems why are you still selling them!

    @ring When customizing my neighborhood area I noticed that the map has an incorrect location for me even though my address is right. So I’m getting alerts for areas that are irrelevant to me. Is there a fix for this?
