    @boy_mom02 @ring We've had issues all day too (first problem since we bought it) and coincidentally it's the first day without free trial and we've not yet bought the subscription...glad we paid all that money for this🙄🙄

    @boy_mom02 @ring We’re having the same issue since our free trial ran out motion detect has been going crazy & our live view is 👎. We are told it’s our WiFi etc. It’s not an issue at our end at all. Worst device we’ve ever bought. Seems to only work if you buy ‘optional’ subscription #misleading

    @wtupyo @ring Found out it's because of internet connection. 😔 Maybe that's the issue on yours too? I hope they have some kind of technology to save at least 2/3 days worth of good recording then just not upload it if you have a bad connection instead of randomly saves it off as black videos

    Wait ..I'm on the phone with @ring because my camera kept showing a "Battery door open" error & they're telling me because the camera is defective (through no responsibility of my own) I have to buy a new camera and they can offer me 30% off...HUH? YOUR camera is defective.
