bagel (@louhastie) reported@ring can you give me an email address so I can speak to someone please, not impressed with your customer service 😡 I can’t resolve my issue despite 5 phone calls, they kept getting disconnected by you
-
DonutOfDoom (@AnusOfDoom) reported@joegarra61 🚨🚨🚨 My neighbour barracks for the Dons and 3 weeks ago I caught her on my @ring doing a girthy **** 💩on our doorstep so I’ve little to no sympathy for Don fans at the minute. 🙄 They’re filthy animals imho🎯
-
👀 🇺🇸 Casual Observer (@classicdawn) reported@ring And you're another example of why AI canNOT replace us. The support bot ends the convo without any resolution! Your customer service is the WORST!
-
@flops (@imyerf) reported@devinbgoble @HowardL3 @ring Gotta earn that ****
-
Dorian Finney-Smith Muse (@DorianMuse) reported@note4note @amazon @ring Same thing happens to me all the time. Amazon needs to fix this major problem.
-
Kathy H-S (@feathertales) reported@RING IF you want to exceed in business—I highly recommend re-evaluating #warranty policies!! My new #RING 2K Battery Camera started failing after 2 months. BUT y’all won’t send a replacement for its failure?! @JamieSiminoff please help your 2Ks & C/S #DoBetter !!
-
Mark Lawton (@marklawton500) reported@ring just had the most horrific customer service experience. Camera failed, but you've deactivated my device and the lights are permanently on causing a nuisance to my neighbours. You shouldn't have done this until the new device was installed. Customer service refused to help.
-
Tony DiFolco (@tony_difolco) reportedKudos to @ring for utilizing generative AI for customer service. I had an issue with my Ring camera, and AI understood everything I said, responded appropriately, and solved my issue without any human intervention. No wait on hold for hours. The future!
-
Desi H-1Bhenchods (@desitechsuppoat) reported@pcater64 @ring After they give you their fake USA name, right before letting them go say "TERRY MAKI CHOOT" then hangup before they have a chance to react. (yes it's very bad)
-
Chris Bryant (@The_ChrisBryant) reported@ring - just "chatted" w/ your AI chatbot for 15 minutes trying to fix something. It couldn't help so directed me to a live person - but the system is asking me what I need help with. It's 2026, these things need to talk to each other so we don't have to repeat everything. 🙏
-
Mikey! (@comrademikey) reported@ring Hi. I changed my phone number now I'm completely locked out of my account. I'm based in the UK so the advice on your help page is not relevant.
-
LordWilsonVilla🏴🏴UAI (@LordWilsonVILLA) reported@ring can you please tell me how to change my phone number on my Ring account. And don't start by saying sign in to my Ring account because the system won't let me as it keeps sending the verification code to my old phone number which now belongs to someone else 🤬🤬🤬
-
DonutOfDoom (@AnusOfDoom) reported@DailyMail I caught my neighbour on @ring doing a girthy **** on our doorstep & when I confronted her about it she told me they were warm biscuits we could all eat! Same, same but different!

~sarlev (e/acc) (@sarlev_) reported@rahul the problem people have with flock (and other megacorp surveillance systems, like @ring being used by police departments), is the massive network effects and the scale and nature of surveillance that arises out of that. sure, this is also why you guys are funded by @a16z and venture capital, but forcing these kinds of product features at a regulatory level actually makes it so smaller upstarts cannot break into the market and have alternative solutions to people’s privacy fears. of course, you guys and other incumbents know this. for example, i would be ok for select cameras in my locality that are actually fully accessible to any fellow citizen resident. there is no expectation of privacy in a public place, but for a community to actually adjudicate if they want cameras, they should have access to them and to the user experience of the surveillance operators. no audit logs, just everyone has access at all times. and then the community makes a decision at that point to say, ‘where do we actually want to have constant surveillance that is in the interest and aligned with the values of our community’

Brad Wethington (@bwethbrad) reported@ring You failed me. Five cameras, Premium Legacy with Alarm Professional Monitoring. When I needed you most, I have no video. I've got years of cat videos and random cars going up and down my street, and yet the one time I NEED these videos they're not there!!!
