    @alexjaycocks @ring @rottimomof_3 AWS had an outage today that took out a couple large companies. Ring is still at fault though since they didn't have a Disaster Recovery plan in place.

    I’m honestly hoping to get a refund on my @Ring alarm kit. I’ve experienced some minor issues in the short space of a few weeks but this outage really is the icing on the cake. Can anyone recommend any good alternatives?

    @ring This is completely unacceptable. My alarm was blaring when I got home with no notification of why it was triggered and I can't shut off the alarm. I had to unplug just to get it to shut up. Now my security system is completely down and I can't even get onto to the app.

    @ring When can we expect a credit on our account for services you cannont provide? This isn't just a small service either. Home security is paramount in these times and we depend on you. I haven't received a single email from @ring about this outage. I had to search for it myself.

    @alenjona11432 @theblingfisher @ring Think it this way. Whatever crime that happened around customers today. I see a big law suit against ring as they didn't inform customers as everything was fine. This is bullshit. **** the spaceship Bezos and fix the fukin lil camera first

    @ring So it’s now 00.22am in the morning none of my cameras are working still and the only reason I have my cameras is because, my windows have gone through twice this year why I’ve been sleeping. If it happens tonight I won’t get the criminal on camera cause of your issues! FIX IT!😭

    @ring Thieves are aware of the outage and taking advantage. I have three visible @Ring cameras outside and today was the “random” one day my new Christmas decorations were ripped out of the ground and stolen in broad daylight. Merry Christmas.
