  @ring Is there a reason why our doorbell decides when it wants to record? We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

  I am taking loan few month ago in ring app and 4 emi bounce in some crisis and my last company some payment issue so ring agent harass in daily basis and I'm send mail also for settlement but he was saying RBI authori on our company dnt settle ur loan @RBIsays @nsitharaman @ring

  Called .@ring and got ******* AI...said I want a person. Then I get some foreigner who I can't ******* understand. Told him I can't understand . He says wait a minute. Comes back and says wants to help. I said, I don't want to talk to you. I can't understand you. Get rid of your Ai and foreign customer service, because it isn't helpful

  I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).

  I really wish I could understand how my @ring works. Why do I get full videos of my across the hall neighbors going in and out and down the hall, but if someone approaches my door, the video doesn't start until they're walking away?? It happens every time.

  @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

  @ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

  @ring so ring have said it could be my hub that’s the problem that’s why I’m not receiving a signal to the ring bell how about that’s not the problem it’s worked all week now it plays up. And I’ve not got much going though my wifi

  @ring when you wanted my business everyone at ring and on tech wanted to help. Have emergent situation w a ring camera light fixture hanging by wires off my garage needing to be re-connected yet on tech wants me to wait a week! I’m a post chemo patient and can’t climb ladder.

  @ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

  @JoeBorelliNYC @NYPDnews @ring You only care when it affects you. You don’t care if the NYPD maintains standards? If the beards are too long they can’t get a proper seal on a gas mask & a criminal can grab them by it. It is a risk to the officer & anyone they try to help. Try locking the car door.

  Moved @amazonalexa Echo Show to a bathroom closet where it will be used as a clock. Inability to turn off pop-up ads is unacceptable. Nonstop motion in my peripheral vision in my office. Wanted @Ring notifications, but that implementation is piss poor & the device chokes. FU AMZN
