    I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).

    @ring the doorbell is offline. Has power rebooted router still not working other ring camera is fine.

    @ring Is there a reason why our doorbell decides when it wants to record? We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

    Hey @Ring, can you have someone in your shop get ahold of me and help me with a replacement floodlight camera that I’ve been waiting to arrive for 31 days so far. I also have purchased the service contract/plan on all my devices.

    Day 31 of @ring STILL not fixing an easy iOS Widget problem even though they pretend they’re working on it. YEP! That’s ONE WHOLE MONTH!! They literally don’t care about customers, do they!?

    Hey @ring Why have you upgraded your entire range - but not the peephole camera? Bit **** for us renters!!!! Can you maybe upgrade this to 4k like all your other cameras?!! Then I’ll buy a new one and replace this one!!

    @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time
