    @ring @ring_uk hi. I've had the video doorbell pro 2 for about 20 days now and it's been working perfectly but now all of a sudden I've noticed you can no longer hear live audio or hear any audio in stored videos. WiFi and voltage are good. Any idea what the problem is?

    @ring @yasomina Hello, I am having the same problem this morning. "Could not load locations" I have re-installed the app, but same result. Last time this message happened was with your system outage a few months ago.

    @ring Thanks for the help... not. Neighbors app won’t let us post video to warn others with proof of the person that broke into my truck last night and stole money and company phones because of “false accusations” even tho it’s clearly the person with items they stole??

    @CheapyD @ring Just FYI, it’s generally considered a bad idea to spell out specifically what vendor you are using for security products. Makes targeting them remotely via known exploits easier. (I know the logo is on the doorbell, still someone has to be close to see that vs sign in yard)

    @ring Sorry Ring but I have to leave you. Employees having the ability to watch video, not able to use cameras when the Internet is down, and no improvements in camera quality just pushed me to using someone else. Make some changes and I might be back.

    @AssuranceCare I used about 200 min ,this month, @AssuranceCare says i used a 1000 That's not true ,I used no more then 250 minutes out of a 1000 minutes,Rep just said I used all 1000.I added up my minutes no more then 200. I need to make proper phone calls to @ring please help

    @ring Our Ring apps have stopped working today - one of us have been logged out and cannot log back in, the other is still logged in but gets the 'something went wrong' response to every action. In NZ have been hanging on phone for 20 minutes with no reply. Please help.

    @ring Nothing but disappointment and nonsense from tech support. Floodlight and doorbell, plus the 2 wifi boosters (Ring recommended) basically $750 worth of garbage! Ring reviews everywhere are horrible as of recently. What are you doing to make your customer base happy???
