    @ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

    @ring customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. When he couldn’t solve my issue, he put me on hold without telling me and has yet to return…20 minutes later, I’m still waiting

    Car got broken into last night and ofc my @ring security camera somehow magically didn't pick anything up between 8pm and 7am, not a single notification or anything. Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

    Most times I attempt to view my @ring Safety Cameras I get error messages cause the robbery rings that Friended me are viewing & ILLEGALLY INVADING MY PRIVACY Even with Small Children in PLAIN VIEW being Normal.     Hey @ring can y’all work on your AI to let us know if the days trash / recycling pickup, fedex, amazon, ups deliveries have happened? Surely, you can distinguish their truck sounds and signs. Also, can you automatically facially recognize package thieves? Thanks!!

    @ring I have 5 ring cameras around my house 4 of them saying off line ???? Never had any trouble for about 3yrs , they each went off line a few days apart ?

    Hey @ring ! On the old doorbell 2, it seems the UV screen has cracked and fallen off. Photos and videos are serviceable, but bad. Any support on this issue?
