    @ring hi I got a new doorbell for Christmas set it up but I got a new router yesterday and I’ve tried everything to change the WiFi and nothing is working. The signal is fine and it’s not far from the doorbell. Please can you help?

    Guess my @ring doorbell is more $$ down the drain.. worked for 6 months, recharged, now can’t sync with my WiFi.. what was that return policy? 🤔

    @BenTheCIO @ring The ring doorbell is the worst piece of technology I have ever used. The fact you have to pay £2.50 a month for it is bad enough, but the fact that the chime sounds about a minute after somebody rings it, during which time they have already left your door, is really ugly

    @ring I have no idea why this is a problem but if a device loses connection don’t you think a camera should actually reconnect to the server without me having to turn off my router and turn it back on And to also be notified of a camera goes off offline

    Hey @ring can you please ban posts in neighborhoods about generic “gunshots“?! These posts are spam. They are low quality and degrade neighborhoods. There’s too many holidays that involve fireworks. Unless it’s a “active shooter“ situation, these post help absolutely no one.

    I ordered a 8 piece security kit from Ring website over a month ago, it’s not delivered yet. Have had 5 customer care calls, every agent’s response - “we don’t know what’s going on, we have escalated to our logistics”. @ring @JamieSiminoff Any help possible? Order#001-2154048

    @ring piss poor CSR team in the Philippines, reading from a scripted, doesn't listen to customer.... not sure this was a good idea.

    @ring Sure. To be honest, I just think your product is really bad. When somebody rings on my doorbell, there is at least a 1 minute delay before I hear the chime. When I am out of the house, it means the respond function is useless. Accessing the recordings is also v temperemental
