    @ring I understand a short delay, problems happen. But how many hours now has it been down? I'm in the U.K. this seems to be a world wide issue? To my knowledge, its been no less than five hours. I'm glad I don't use your full security system! You need a better way of notifying people

    @ring The site you referred to is not operational. I’m unable to subscribe to the incident. I can’t even view what’s happening at my house!!!! Please fix!!! Don’t even know why app doesn’t work especially at a time when we’re receiving deliveries and need to know when to get them!

    @ring We just got Ring and thought it was something we did to make it not work. Does this happen often? I was doing research and resetting everything just to come across this tweet, just to find out it's nothing we did or can do to fix it the problem. How about a mass text or email?
