    @ring That the person never responded to my invitation....which is false. They did. I did it for them. WHENEVER there's an issue your customer service just reiterates what's SUPPOSED to happen, but never does happen because the app doesn't have those options that should be there.

    Wtf @ring? Commercials showing a woman’s house nearly burgled and a young black man ring from the porch?!? Why? There is no need to perpetuate a stereotype that is harmful to people of color. @amazon you should know better.

    @ring It’s been 12 days since the rich notification service went off, I use it a lot with my paid Ring service. Almost two weeks and no fix in the immediate future?

    @ring I will join the choir on the rich notifications not working. Very frustrated that it is taking this long to fix. Away on vacation last week and having to go live for every notification was/is ridiculous. Don't worry about pasting your canned response. I have already read them all

    @ring Is this also impacting your shipping bc I don’t have my order I placed with expedited shipping and now being told to wait ANOTHER 3 to 5 biz days while logistics researches the issue. Unacceptable!

    Just tried calling the @ring customer 'support' team again and was told I would have to wait 45 minutes. ANSWER THE PHONE or help me via a different channel!!
