Hullo .@ring! Let's add you to the list of companies that signs people up for services, takes an email and does not verify it?? You are a security company? I already have a bank that sends me a person's info everytime they sign in or make or receive a transfer. Unbelievable!

  • k1kdone K1KDone (@k1kdone) reported

@ring When I go to the timeline and scroll to a recording, for example 10 minutes ago, it jumps to events 3 hours ago instead. I have to scroll through all 3 hours to get back to the event I want. Happens every time to every device. My app and iOS are up to date. Plz help.

@ring Please let people know that Ring doesn't keep you safe. That bad guys now have the ability to disable "Jam" it with something they can buy online for like $10.00 We learned this the hard way, they jammed two Ring cameras and stole our tools. Cops said: Hardwire U'r Cameras

  • TheHookUp1 The Hook Up (@TheHookUp1) reported

@devnetninja @ring I was actually laughing at the fact that I didn’t need to move any of my 12 personal cameras, I put up these 10 and I still have a whole storage bin full that wont close… I think I have a problem.

  • Me_Scuba_Steve It’s Me - Scuba Steve (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported

@ring It’s the same as the issue from the weekend. That you looked at then. And that I ended up resolving then. That I’ve resolved in the same way now. Very poor!

@ring Too bad I can’t use my $1,500 equipment because I have to choose between phone and home protection. “Due to the technical issues that VPNs can cause, and to maintain reliable performance and a seamless experience for our customers, we no longer support the use of VPNs.”

About to replace every @Ring camera in the house! Trying to login on a new phone and the ridiculously implemented 2FA is stopping me from accessing the app. I get wanting security but the hoops of trying to login to a previously used device to generate a code is STUPID! #Fail

  • Me_Scuba_Steve It’s Me - Scuba Steve (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported

This @ring doorbell is getting beyond a joke now. Offline for the 3rd time this last week!

  • MurrayDillon MurrayDillon (@MurrayDillon) reported

@RaeCrothers @ring That’s pretty odd. You need to test your WiFi speed rather than the ISP speed as there is definitely an issue with the 2.4Ghz signal.

  • wayne2274 wayne (@wayne2274) reported

@ring @Ring that’s great mine won’t connect and I’ve turned off my Wi-Fi restarted it and trouble shooted for two hours I’m thinking about switching to another brand.
