    @ring You have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been waiting since early Feb for replacement motion detector because they are supposedly "out of stock." What BULLSHIT! I'll never buy another Ring product. It's garbage.

    @NataleeAnn92 @ring I'm having the exact same issue, every single morning for the past week I'm waking up to a notification from 2-3am saying it's offline. Literally never reconnects 🙄 @ring please advise ASAP, I'd rather not be spending £5 a month on a device that doesn't work...

    Wow @ring that's quite the pricing model. 1 camera costs $60 per year, but 2 cameras is $150?!? That's some first class horse **** right there. 2 ring cams hitting ebay this morning if you want em back

    @ring my wifi is fine all other devices and the tv work fine… why does your door bell and chime device suddenly have a problem? Only your device i rang my provider it is actually a you problem which is now a me problem

    @Ring the fact that I was able to seamlessly resume a support chat I started yesterday, with the new agent already having full context of the previous conversation, is a really elegant system. They had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes once I was on-site with the hardware. More companies need to do this.
