-
Dave Zatz (@davezatz) reported@ring My Ring devices are just fine! I’m saying Homebridge, and associated plugins, are a hack. You COULD help there with some Apple HomeKit integration… :)
-
Jay (@JAYintheBX) reported@ring Stick Up Gen 3 cameras are the worst! Always glitchy and constantly disconnects from Wifi (router is 5 feet away). Terrible product
-
T (@aleahatxx) reported@ring can you please tell me why my ring camera has lines down it and has gone purple looking? 😞
-
Scott Donohue (@rushfan634) reported@ring Why do you always portray dumb white guys as burglars in your commercials? Is there a WOKE problem in the company? Look at crime stats
-
Paul H (@PaulHurst86) reported@ring I’m needing help, I’ve tried your chat support which didn’t help me, I’ve tried your customer contact number which didn’t help me due to it all being AI
-
Simon Holly (@SimonHolly6) reportedHey @ring you’re going to have to fix my doorbell, it’s gone wrong far too many times, I’m thinking of my legal rights now
-
Zygi (@ZygiBajor) reportedIs anyone else’s @ring app not working in the UK? Keeps saying there’s no connection available
-
Nakatomi2010 (@nakatomi2010) reported@ring I need you to understand that the reason I haven't signed up for the AI plan isn't because I haven't tried it, but rather because I am tired of subscription cost increases. I appreciate the trial, but you're asking for too much money. That's the problem.

Scotty J (@Its34Again) reportedDay 16 of asking .@ring to address the iOS widget issue and despite all the promises NOTHING has been done. They just don’t care, do they!
-
Beth (@ConeyFerg) reported@YNB @SuckaFreeZone3 @ring Yes!! People who steal necessities, like kid's medicine, are way more stealthy. I'll find empty packaging on the shelf. The only people I've seen ACTIVELY stealing are white women slowly going up & down each aisle, taking random items.

Josh Underwood (@Thejcunderwood) reported@Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

Jerry Chacon 'blue check mark' (@chaconkie) reported@ring @USPS @USPS it's called "mail delivery" not "mail come pick me uppy", right? Also, now are you seeing why people use FedEx, ups, etc, instead of your ancient asses? Way to ******* over 🖕🤬🖕

Terra Foye (@k975Terra) reportedI will never use @ADT again. They have poor customer service. I’m so glad I made the switch to @Ring

Michael Gardner (@Duch3s5) reported@ring can you please stop shoving the AI **** down our throat. I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. I’m about to just go with a different company at this rate.
