The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

By the time I've managed to complete all the security to view my notification on the doorbell the visitor has already arrive back home and had 2 glasses of wine. I want to be able to log in and STAY logged in as long as I want. And "remember" not working!

I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it.
