    Really, @ring? 33% price increase for features people don’t care about? It seems like bad faith to me. Just make a new price tier called “Basic Plus” or some nonsense. Y’all know you have competition, right? I can’t wait for my @AnkerOfficial door lock / camera to get here.

    @ring Just got the email about 33% increase. Terrible time for it and Ring should know better. I understand an occasional increase but 1/3! Insulting to your customers. Forget it. I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

    @MurrayDillon @ring If that is the case the situation with @ring is even worse than I thought! Their customer service gave me a full refund after I explained the problem. they never mentioned the new tariff wouldn’t apply until Dec.Worrying that a random guy on Twitter knows more than trained staff!

    @ring Not enjoying 1st experience buying your product. I completed purchase of a camera during recent sale & purchase amount was charged to my CC. Next day, order was cancelled due to mysterious "credit card issue". Now support won't sell me camera for same price. #frustrating
