    @ring Stick Up camera-battery, Device Health function is not working. Just shows a blank screen it’s been like this for 2 days now. Any solutions?

    Pretty frustrated with @ring because i get motion notifications, but anytime i try to see what the motion is/was, i get "streaming error" and its been happening for weeks. From what I read it is all on their end due to server errors. Get it together!

    @Ring Ring app update for iOS seems to have broken the Health data. A blank screen comes back. It still works fine with Android.

    @ring WTH!!! After charging me for my yearly subscription, camera doesn’t even capture any more motions. I changed the battery and still nothing. Fix the damn issues or refund my money back😡

    @ring David in chat support - what can I say, he's useless, slow, think he might have been sleeping, doesn't give a hoot about my problem, told me to phone the USA as I'm in the UK, why would I do that?

    Worst tech support i have seen in all time is from @ring Have a battery issue and every time a call is made its an 1 hour wait before it gets dropped automatically before a person responds. and chat support says they dont provide tech support!

    @ring Problems with Ring: 1. Customer service don't answer 2. Camera not working due to common hardware fault on camera they won't fix or replace so offer a 30% discount code (IR Filter stuck) 3. Issue a discount code incorrectly so doesn't work. I have to call again

    @ring @amazon Whats happened to Rings Cust Service Call U.K. contact No. & get somebody from Indian call centre. Who does not understand what the issue is, says I have to send a pic of proof, no problem I did, then says I have to send a video & put it in writing. APPALLING
