    @ring on Nov 19, 2022 you stated: Ring Video Doorbell Wired devices remain in night vision mode. Resolved - ....... We will be rolling back the changes. My device continues with black and white in night vision since you started it's resolved, I'm waiting for the fix..

    @ring phone app has lost all connection with my doorbell. Everything on dashboard and devices has disappeared. Clicking through on certain parts of the app and it’s saying ‘not acceptable’ help with this please?

    @ring does make good products but my recent experience with them has been terrible. Ring should own up their products when it’s goes bad after a few days of purchase. It might cost Ring $20-$25 to manufacture their product and they are willing to lose a loyal customer for it!

    @ring Hi guys,so since the Clock's Went back I've been having an issue with my night vision, it's not coming on at the right time anymore, now I've called twice, the last call was 40 mins long she said wait 2 mins & never come back,she even tried telling me to buy a corner kit! Why?

    @ring your camera has major glitches. It's has serious gaps in its video of people on camera. This has been happening quite often. Last night it did capture or record entering my own home. Wow. This is bad

    @ring Cute except that could have ended badly with a garage door squish. Maybe look for some garage located chicken feed and put down a few dozen kernels, just enough to buy him the few seconds he needed..Silly situation either way lol

    @ring is there an option to change the notification sound? My dog has figured it out and every time it goes off she goes crazy. As if someone rang the doorbell but it’s just a notification. Please help

    The worst $189 I’ve ever spent was easily on my @ring doorbell camera. There’s just way to many issues with it 1.5/5 stars for me
