@ring Your floods r constant frustration and support stinks! At this juncture I know more than they do. I cannot get this issue resolved bc their knowledge is null accept the online crap I can read for myself That said they can’t help beyond that to get to real problem solving

@ring your alarm system is a terrible product with even worse customer support. Either your product doesn’t work or mine is faulty. Your customer service refuses to accept mine is faulty - we have continuous false alarms and failed sensors. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

If you get @ups deliveries, better get a @ring camera. Watched driver deliver 3 of 4 boxes, brought them right in, but bc he scanned the 4th delivered, @UPS told me too bad. Now I’m out the $ unless I can dispute charges. I’ll never willingly use them again.

@ring need help and trying to get help is impossible. I've a new phone but you don't recognise its a new phone and telling me I'm not me when I am and no other options to reconnect Ring. Surely I can't be the first person this has happened to. Not at all happy.

@ring Oooo can you help me setup my ring floodlight pro to add to my home security? I think the first step is providing me with a working replacement for the one that broke after 7 days in March - only 175 days ago!!!!!!!!!!
