You keep asking for docs that don’t exist and making this process worse than it should be. You’re a doorbell cam and more difficult than the house it’s attached to.

Owainsky (@owainsky) reportedSo I learned something important today — @ring ’s security cameras are battery powered and they shut down at -20C; the solar charger charges the batteries but does not power the cam directly. So, in a typical Canadian winter where -20C is common, these damn things don’t work.

Sailfrosty (@sailfrosty) reported@ring has the worst Customer Service in the industry. They should call it Customer Harassment and Disservice. When I asked for a manager I was told I could speak to one but they wouldn't help me. If you are buying home video cameras, look elsewhere.

Since the outrage out camera does not work and two separate reps admitted many customers are experiencing this but can only offer a 30% rebate. You caused this issue you should replace it!
