    @ring I contacted care prior to the renewal to attempt to have my plan upgrade to this plan prior too my renewal but was told this wasn’t possible and was assured that it would happen automatically on my renewal date. Can you help get my on the other plan?

    Is @ring customer service the worst? Yes. Especially on chat. I ask for an URL and then sends it to me and then exits the chat. Thanks so much for your care. And then have me buy an entire kit to replace 1 screw. And who knows how much for the shipping. Not ideal at all.

    @rsvp89 @KCDefender @ring cops dont have to help you if you're being stabbed, so neighbors dont have to risk their lives to save yours either. theres no law that requires human beings to risk their lives for others. that law doesnt exist.

    @ring Hello! I’ve a Ring battery doorbell 2024 stuck on 10% battery and not charging at all. No blue light notification, tried to reset but no joy. Only 8 months old can you help?

    @ring talked my dad into getting a Ring Pro doorbell, it’s not working properly and he raised a ticket on 23rd Feb and has he bounced around your support teams, now he is told he has to wait 2 weeks for the advanced team to look at his fault! Sergio support!

    @ring why with a click of a button cant i link my indoor ring camera to start recording when my doorbell ring camera detects motion? If your company cannot fix this problem then ill be forced to do business elsewhere. This is super frustrating! I dont want to be recorded 24-7!

    I’m so impressed with @ring customer service. My doorbell is a couple of years old and stopped working on the weekend. Never had a problem with it. @ring sent me a new doorbell to replace the old one. What amazing service. Thank you!!!

    @ring @ADTRbreakdown Have the same issue and y’all just ignore the problem and act like it’s something we did wrong. Having an active stalker is so much fun when your cameras never record yay me 🙄

    @Hudson61600379 @ring Have had similar experience. I ordered on 13th February, with no sign of products or delivery date. 3 times told I’ve got to wait for products to arrive back at @ring HQ before they can issue a refund or resend items, as they’re missing in transit. 😔
