Omooba (@iamOmooba) reportedDealing with two camera companies, @ReolinkTech and @ring . While Reolink respond every 48hrs, no visible solution..Just steps that won't work Ring got on it, escalated right there and then and fix while on a call, even sent two replacement parts.

Scooter Ames (@scooter_ames) reported@ring #Ring customer support is the absolute uckfing WORST!
-
GOPmom (@lisadolgos) reported@ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.
-
Burger (@TailgateBurgers) reportedMy @ring camera doesn't pick me up pulling into the driveway, but if someone rides a bike or walks down the road it lets me know. Technology, man.
-
I find dotards! (@monkeybutte62) reported@DesireeAmerica4 It's for determining traffic usage for road maintenance planning you fking retards. They use to use a pneumatic hose to count the traffic, now it's more precise. In the 70's we would blow in the hose to run the count up. Y'all just keep slapping your @ring cameras on your doors!
-
Ran Nahmias (@rnahmias) reported@FedEx One out of every three deliveries lately seems to end with: “Customer not available.” The problem? @Ring cameras exist. If your driver doesn’t want to make the stop, that’s one thing. But claiming I wasn’t home when the cameras show nobody ever arrived is something else entirely. @FedExHelp

Thatoneaccount (@Retradworld) reported@therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot Wtf is their problem!!!

Harvey Fawkes (@HarveyFawkes) reported@WyzeCam If you ever partner with Flock, Palantir, or Law Enforcement the way @ring and @amazon do, I will cancel my **** and physically destroy all 12 of my cameras and find a new option. I need your commitment that you wont give in to this bullshit dragnet.
-
Ruth Hall (@RuthHal84018141) reported@ring fix your Neighbors App! We are tired of people sending messages at 2am about their internet not working. It's not a Safety concern, and there's no way to report people who do that. They treat it as a chat feature.
-
King•VP (@IDDQD_VP) reported@ring No, if you read my email, we do not. His account is linked to his mobile phone, which is disabled. There is no way we can login. My mother purchased a new account meanwhile.
-
Drew Singer (@SomeSingerDrew) reportedHey @ring why are you protecting dangerous people? Why do you not want people to earn their neighbors about safety issues? This is why you have a terrible reputation.
-
Leo (@Leonajardinho) reported@Jouler8 @ring Paying $200 a year just to access footage captured by hardware you already paid for is bad enough. Adding opaque corporate content moderation on top proves Ring is selling control, not security.
