    @ring just bought one of your extremely expensive Pro doorbells and realised it doesn't work if the internet goes down. Surely the doorbell and chime can work locally when it detects no internet? Seems strange for such an expensive product.

    @ring Been waiting for over week for Ring Alarm's "Escalation Team" to let me know why no one was sent to my home when unknown persons entered my home and set off the alarm. Not sure what I'm paying for here - terrible service

    I suggested to the CS agent that the problem here is @ring's policies not the agent himself as his hands were tied. Somehow he took it as an insult when I said the company is run by computers and not human beings. I speak the truth and await my call from the supervisor within 24H

    OMG @ring has to be the worst company ever for customer service! They wanted to replace two cameras that I couldn't set up (unbeknownst to me it was a router issue) so the order was made and only one was sent. NOW my originals are working but they can't/won't retract the upgrade!

    They insist I remove the working camera and send it back to them otherwise I will be charged. The other upgraded camera they were going to send is out of stock, despite being owned by Amazon who has them on Prime. I just want to keep my existing cameras - what's the problem @ring
