    I'm regretting my @ring purchase and subscription more every day as it often fails to connect to the video feed and live feed during event activity. It's so bad the only reason I have to pay for the subscription is because by the time I can connect, the event is over.

    @ring Wel, reinstall did not solve the problem. There is still problem connecting to WiFi and my speed test is 224mbps

    @ring my doorbell to stopped working 5 days ago. It came with the house when it was built. The device itself is hot and the builder representative states that device itself is not working. Is there anything y’all can do to remedy this. I was expecting to have this device work

    This stupid doorbell now says it can't connect to the same network it connected to fine 2 days ago. So **** it. I'm sending this price of trash back if it doesn't figure out how to connect by this evening. Buying another brand because @ring is trash.

    @ring hi. I've had my ring doorbell since last Sunday. Since yesterday I can't seem to use live view, connection is fne but it constantly says activating device and then says we are having trouble connecting to your doorbell

    @highlandmoon @ring They suggested the Rapid Ring app. Seems a bit silly to have to engage in a secondary, dumbed down version of their main app, but if it works, I’ll be satisfied!
