    @ring Now, I’m only on the $3/month plan, (bc I’m poor and I only have one camera) so it’s not about a loss of money, but on principle. The fact that there’s a complete and total service outage literally less than 48 hours after I paid for this service, unacceptable.

    @ring For at least a week I've had issues connecting "this is taking longer than expected" right when someone is at the door.. By the time I connect, they are gone.. Fix your $hi7.

    @ring After a week an multiple promises made by Ring to resolve my issue, it's still not working. I'm removing my Ring devices and returning it to the store.

    @ring I've removed the doorbell completely after re booting WiFi and trying in vain to reconnect. A simple email or text notifying us there was a problem would have been cerebral

    @ring Horrible time for a outage. With so many deliveries happening this time of year we need access to our cameras to monitor packages being dropped off to prevent theft. Please resolve this quickly.
