    Hi @ring when I answer the doorbell, i see a clear image, but get broken - impossible to understand the visitor - sound. I’ve only had this since I upgraded from 1st gen to 2nd gen doorbell. What could the issue be?

    @ring hi team, noticed this morning WiFi wasn't connecting to my doorbell, went to check and seems battery was flat despite it being at 45% last health check. Is there some sort of issue where the % is showing higher than actual? Or could there be a random battery glitch?

    If anyone is ever buying/renting a home use @ring. Unfortunately we bought @VivintHome and it was probably the worst decision I ever made. Do not get stuck using Vivint like I did.

    @ring Why can’t vendor help desks like yours read peoples questions properly? Or are you so afraid of admitting a shortcoming in your product you’d rather look like idiots and answer a question the customer clearly didn’t ask and even preempted your crap response? #CustomerServiceFail

    @ring perhaps you can help. 3 phone calls over 10 days and over an hour wasted talking to customer support I still haven't received a returns label for a product that wasn't what I needed. How difficult can it be to generate a label and email it?

    @ring Whenever we’re not on wifi and we use the tap to go live option, it keeps loading and loading and nothing pops up. What’s the issue?
