    @ring Maybe you should make a better product so that my cameras don’t go down after alerting me 20 TIMES there is motion only to NOT be able to access the videos. Really tired of your products constantly having problems.

    @ring PLEASE fix your ******* app , my customers pay over 200$ for your product just for them not to connect to the app or simply work correctly , I have been dealing with issue for quite a while. Please fix this issue so installers like myself can stop looking bad .

    @ring something has been funky in the app for the last few days. One of my camera's is saying offline, but its still sending me motion alerts, and now I can't log into the app after logging out. Any outages your community should be aware of?

    @schmassidy @ring Having similar issues. Cannot log into my account through app or via web. Can't get into the Neighbors app, either. That's even after getting verification codes for the account. Guessing servers are down?

    @JRansomWright @ring @Switch I think the outage is limited to the North Virginia region, that tends to be the default region when manually setting stuff through AWS, so maybe Ring has only used that region or has some kind of dependency on it. It's possible it's had side effects on others through.
