PSA: avoid buying bundle devices from @ring. Their customer service is clueless on how to process returns. Online system does not allow bundle returns. Needed to provide individual MAC IDs etc. Been on the call for 50+ minutes. still no return label. DM w/ support was no help

@This_Is_Mike_D @ring you think thats bad, someone broke into my girls car the other day, the cams didnt pick that up, fun fact, my blink cameras removed a shooting in progress on my cameras back in september but the other camera picked up the ppl running from it, but how you ask? crime doesnt pay

Ring Security system can be easily compromised putting ppl in serious danger. This company did nothing to help when ours was disabled. Useless customer service that won't stand by their product... @ring do not purchase this product.

@ring @ring I am utterly disgusted at the very poor level of customer service!! So…. We noticed from our bank, that ring have just TAKEN - WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION, AN EXTRA £10 for the subscription renewal. I then phoned them and requested call back - not happened !!!!!!!!

@ring I'm now 1.5 hours into the call with lots of excuses and wasted trouble shooting steps (including rebooting the power to my house TWICE, because the second time will be different than the first, right?) and they're refusing to replace the doorbell. I'm sooo angry!

@ring I understand it's Halloween but people aren't dressing up as deer and walking on hooves to fool my camera, this is a deer and I'm told that it's a person. My ring camera pro has no problem with this, just this defective camera I've requested to be replaced already
