@ring My Ring Doorbell live dashboard view is no longer working, is ring doorbell down? I called support and they said it no longer works on a PC desktop/Goggle and to use my phone, strange as it was working approximately one hour ago. Also very rude and hard to understand.

That’s it. I’ve been using @ring since 2015 or so, got my mom using #Ring too, but now they’re just as apathetic as a tech co could be. Won’t let you talk to a person, unhelpful, dishonest, & been dealing w/same issue for 2YRS! When they 1st started they were nice. No longer.

@LauraOdelius @ring It was even worst for us! We didnt even get a call! Got a message that the police were coming. My emergency contact called me and asked if we were ok. Panel would not turn off. App would not work! Dog was barking! Im definitely switching!
