The sheer number of homes (+ *people, not able to monitor their home security) @Amazon @AWS #AmazonWebServices is currently putting in danger at the moment... #RING home security down. @RING should have built-in system redundancy & back-up failsafe in event of #AWS failure.

@ring @Trevor_GBDE @ring Not helpful because I don’t know what the statuses mean. What is “partial outage”? I couldn’t get my app to connect to my devices, I deleted and reinstalled the app and now I can’t login to the app at all. That’s not “partial”, that’s a FULL outage.

@ring This is the first time I have dealt with an outage this bad. Couldn’t see my battery percentage, can’t get into device health, Logged out of my app, reset my phone, and now I can’t log back in. It will not verify my account. I can’t do anything. This is absolutely unacceptable.
