Ring Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • sailfrosty Sailfrosty (@sailfrosty) reported

@ring They told me to DM to look good but then didn't actually help. They told me to call the same number that had previously told me to call when I got home. Why have a camera to check on your home if you need to be home to access it?

  • clay_tek clay_tek (@clay_tek) reported

@ring Hello, I'd rather this be public to help others, unless you need personal info?

  • Real_Alex_Y Alex (@Real_Alex_Y) reported

@ring yet again the Ring app is down, what is going on of late it’s so unreliable?

  • iain_b iain “Hungry Waffle” b (@iain_b) reported

I am so over @ring Ever since you sold out to Amazon your customer support has gone completely down the toilet. I paid for a new solar path light and you sent me a used one. I contacted support & the rep was completely clueless (probably an off-shore Amazon call center) 1/2

  • sailfrosty Sailfrosty (@sailfrosty) reported

@ring has the worst Customer Service in the industry. They should call it Customer Harassment and Disservice. When I asked for a manager I was told I could speak to one but they wouldn't help me. If you are buying home video cameras, look elsewhere.

  • CoreyBushmaker Corey “Get Vaccinated” Bushmaker (@CoreyBushmaker) reported

It would be nice if my @ring doorbell wouldn’t stop working when the temperature gets below 40. Anyone else have that issue?

  • anupchavda Anup Chavda (@anupchavda) reported

@ring is there an outage on using the app? Can’t even log in using rapid ring or the website. All other apps and sites work for me

  • nwressell Nathan Wressell (@nwressell) reported

@ring You have tried via phone support, grainy picture at night and poor sound from phone to doorbell. The answer was buy a new one from support and it's not even that old, less then 2 years.

  • alisonswhite Alison White (@alisonswhite) reported

@ring I have been burned twice this week by your new jobsite security package not working correctly. Wasting my Christmas morning dealing with the aftermath of another vacant home break-in.

  • TrulyUB Tonya (@TrulyUB) reported

Looks like @ring is down again I wish they would notify us I checked with other people who have it and it's not working for them either 🤬 will not connect at all

  • owainsky Owainsky (@owainsky) reported

So I learned something important today — @ring ’s security cameras are battery powered and they shut down at -20C; the solar charger charges the batteries but does not power the cam directly. So, in a typical Canadian winter where -20C is common, these damn things don’t work.

  • srbellamy Simon Bellamy (@srbellamy) reported

@ring My ring doorbell (at another property). Is showing as offline but can still capture motion events and takes snapshots every minute. Support say it isn’t connected to the internet but can’t explain how I can see images! And they say as it is offline they cannot do anything.

  • Kellyc629 Kelly Chamlee (@Kellyc629) reported

@ring If you ring didn't decide to stop working and tell me I'm **** out of luck

  • CarpeScream A Problem Like Maria (@CarpeScream) reported

@ring can’t log into the app. Have reset my password and I can log in on a web browser but the app continuously says “invalid credentials.” Have deleted and re-downloaded app. Help?

  • sailfrosty Sailfrosty (@sailfrosty) reported

OMG, @ring customer service is the worst ever. They keep replying but not helping. Why even bother? What a sham.
