    @ring My chime only registers motion from my doorbell but doesn’t alert presses, even though sounds have been assigned to both. Reinstalling the chime doesn’t change things. Can you help please?

    @ring @ring_uk Just a thought, but in future firmware updates, would it be possible to re-name recorded events in your history list or when saved offline? If you have a lot of recordings & want to save any, it would be a useful feature to add, instead of just a timestamp.

    @ring still having issues with setting to 'am' time on linked devices on android. Seems to of been a problem for months. Is this going to be fixed? Or you going to make subscription free until all devices can work properly?

    @ring Hi - just had the electrical installation for the Pro done - got power to it, fine - but the wifi connection set up isn’t happening. The spinning light doesn’t happen when I press the button on the side. Help, please.

    @ring extremely disappointed! Made a point to order directly from Ring as opposed to Amazon. Said would ship by 12/6... now shipping after Xmas on 12/30. Terrible customer service.
