    @ring Further investigation - the "failed to connect" error happens when I'm mobile data. As soon as on home wifi, it's all good. Haven't tried different wifi yet but given i have segregated networks, i reckon its a "data vs wifi" issue. That's bad: absolutely need it to work on data

    @ring Why is my base spontaneously going offline? Why isn't there a better app alert to notify me that its offline? Why does one have to be home to physically reset the base? What if I were on vacay in Europe?

    I've spent 4 frustrating years with my @ring doorbell that never actually works when someone rings the bell and never records video when something important happens. Last straw was when my phone broke and Ring wouldn't let me login on new phone. Finally switching to @googlenest

    @ring guess it will never get sorted seen has @ring are more obsessed with dm then answering a simple question for a problem with a battery that isn't actually in a camera ! time to change camera providers !

    We have a new @Ring security setup, and while it does its job, by default it auto-sends all users busybody ‘neighborhood updates’—vids of package thefts, etc. Bad UX disables it. The false ‘crime is exponentially rising’ message makes them rich. So anyway, #DefundThePolice.

    @ring thanks for the useless private message offering me a voucher to buy yet another substandard product instead of helping to fix the problem. One plastic replacement button has less of an electrical waste than me buying a new device. Nothing elite about the ring. Ring ring!
