    @Neighbourb @ring Hi , i have purchased a ring security alarm from you. DHL states “shipment on hold due to dangerous goods . It has been over a week now and my alarm is still stuck in Belgium. Please help as i dont think it will be arriving to my destination.

    @ring When are you fixing the @GooglePlay Android App? I don't want a product I pay for that is now unreliable & broken. You said the bell push notification on phones stopped working after the Dec22 update (parcel identification feature added) and you don't know when it will be fixed.

    @ring Don't know if an automated message makes much sense when it looks like AWS is down for many of your services. Only reason I put them together was my kids kindle stopping the same time I got the notification ring was down. Obviously you can't do much to "help"

    @ring I do hope intelligent Americans realize that once their Ring devices go offline, they cannot be reconnected unless the customer is actually on site. If you're on vacation? No. These devices need to be banned in the United States
