    @Ring it's been months since my mother-in-law moved into their new home, and the previous owner still hasn't released/transferred their chime. Doorbell and camera have been transferred, but it's looking like we'll just have to toss this. Anything you all can do to help?

    I suggested to the CS agent that the problem here is @ring's policies not the agent himself as his hands were tied. Somehow he took it as an insult when I said the company is run by computers and not human beings. I speak the truth and await my call from the supervisor within 24H

    @ring cameras are not worth the money, or time. DIY security where you let another company own the software is an objectively bad idea. But Ring manages to be the worst of that group too.

    @ao cannot believe you're not answering your emails or you tweets. My @ring door bell needs charging EVERY 2 weeks and it's less than a year old! I have DM'd you too. Terrible #CustomerService

    OMG @ring has to be the worst company ever for customer service! They wanted to replace two cameras that I couldn't set up (unbeknownst to me it was a router issue) so the order was made and only one was sent. NOW my originals are working but they can't/won't retract the upgrade!

    Consumers, stay AWAY from @ring . **** is never online and they'll blame your internet altho you have the router right NEXT to the ring. 🧐🤔
