  • SnowdriftAntiqx Snowdrift Antiques (@SnowdriftAntiqx) reported

@canary In two exact same locations, same Wi-Fi network, Ring outperformed Canary hands down. No missed motions. No stalled motions. No more people showing up out of nowhere. No more people disappearing into thin air. @Ring

  • ChrisPerillo Chris Perillo (@ChrisPerillo) reported

@ADT I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for 3 days and I’m being transferred around to different departments and no one is helping me with my issue. I’ve been a customer for 10 years. This is beyond ridiculous. I’m one click away from ordering @ring.

  • JohnHuckle8 John Huckle (@JohnHuckle8) reported

@Jennievera @ring Absolutely, I have had same problem, been trying now for 11 months to get a replacement, but absolutely nothing, Ring do not care about their customers in the UK, but then Rings UK set up is diabolical...

  • Dirtfoot1 NotMyThing (@Dirtfoot1) reported

Although annoying for missing the moment of actual action, the concern is that it records our neighbors getting into their cars every god damned time, but will miss the criminals climbing in our windows, stealing our stuff and kidnapping our kids. #WTF @Ring?

  • logandcypher Logan D. Cypher (@logandcypher) reported

@ring your app logged me out, and when I log in it tells me to “open the app” to authenticate the login. How does that work? Y’all need to figure this out. 🧐

  • ericjune292012 Eric (@ericjune292012) reported

@ring I called Ring and the solution is to use an authenticator instead of getting texts. It worked. Problem solved. Thanks.

OMFG @ring your support sucks so bad! Do you have any idea how ******* difficult you make support for an old woman? I’m guessing not. #ring @amazon

  • SomeRunnerGuy SomeRunnerGuy (@SomeRunnerGuy) reported

@ring Texting 2FA codes is the LEAST secure option! WTF do you think you are doing disabling emailed codes (comparatively secure) instead of texted codes‽ STOP FOCUSING ON HARVESTING MARKETING DATA AND START FOCUSING ON SECURITY!!! #ringinsecurity

  • hip_czech__ Jimothy (@hip_czech__) reported

@omaha_scanner @ring Also, this appears to be a warning to residents in a certain vicinity…so who gives a flying **** where the information if taken from?

  • dancastree6346 robert smith (@dancastree6346) reported

  • Shadowstreik 🏹 Yvon Hawke ⚔️ (@Shadowstreik) reported

@mozilla @ring is bad, anyway, with hackable espionage , maybe.

@ring Just curious, do you not read the reviews on the Apple App store? Everyone is having issues with your app. When I arm my alarm it sends me notifications that motion is at my door, it also sends notifications hours after they happen. Your app is junk, fix it.
