    @ring The replaced stick up cam you kindly sent me as my initial one was not working is doing the exact same and not working now either, wi fi etc is all fine it’s your equipment unfortunately, think it’s time I moved to another brand as this is very poor

    I called customer service amd they were more interested in asking me to subscribe monthly vs locating the CCTV footage off the server so I could get it to the police. Absolutely pathetic. I don't reccomend @ring to nobody.

    @ring Still not trying to admit or even look at the real ethical issue yet… Why do you not warranty your batteries? You apparently cover them when purchased in a unit, but if you purchased an extra… Not Covered. #dobetter #transparency #accountability_avoidance

    @craiggardner373 @ring Did that to no avail. I did notice your on Android, put the ring app on my Android phone and what do you know, it works. Looking at iOS reviews it appears to be an issue on the iOS side.

    Ever find yourself just chillin in your restaurant and a @Ring alert pops up and it's a bear turning over your garbage can. Then it takes one of the garbage bags and drags it towards your front door. Probably teasing your dog.

    @ring our cameras that are set to not record in Disarmed mode are still detecting motion and recording. Reset base unit from the app but it didn’t fix it. Any suggestions please?

    @ring The problem was resolved with escalation. The root is your policy. You should validate your policy in public so everyone can see how dishonest it is. I can not expose your companies poor ethics in a PM. #dobetter

    @ring Okay. What do I do? Range extender okay. Several sensors off-line. So, I must bypass or not activate alarm. This has been going on all day. I have pro monitoring. Please help.

    @ring what is going on with my ring? why are my mode settings not working properly? it confirms its switching modes and all the modes read normal but it isn't actually changing
