    @ring Your product and customer service is beyond horrible! I don't know where to start on how terrible it is. Floodlight flickering and ive been told that i will get a replacement but its been 3 weeks and every time i call them the customer service is painfully poor and useless.

    @ring does make good products but my recent experience with them has been terrible. Ring should own up their products when it’s goes bad after a few days of purchase. It might cost Ring $20-$25 to manufacture their product and they are willing to lose a loyal customer for it!
