    @Ring Your support has been terrible. Multiple requests to your support team have been made for a new defective door bell. Two different reps stated the replacement has been shipped. 5 months later no replacement. How do I get a replacement??..

    @ring I received an email today telling me to contact Google as because the app does not work properly I have been told it's Google's problem..what a cop out, it's not even Google's app Ring, notifications at night instead of day...sorry but Tucker can't even tell me what's wrong

    @ring I’ve had a @googlenest doorbell for a few years. Anytime there’s a power outage I have to remove the camera and reinstall it. I’m getting tired of doing this. Does yours have the same problem. I want to switch

    @ring @ring_uk sorry now unacceptable. I have waited months for u to try&fix my doorbell. it's now completely unusable & u have cut email contacts with the agent helping me. How do I send this back & get a full refund per my statutory rights as the product is not fit for purpose

    Honestly @ring I’m a subscriber and when I answer my rings it brings up this, and if I hit chat it takes me to a FAQ. Wtf?

    @ring 2nd gen video doorbell not working. Hard wired for power. Support is bad for consumers if you ask me. Do hard wired video doorbell batteries charge from the existing door bell power? Need help because the doorbell just stop working and isn't there a 1 year warranty?

    @ring hi I am having consistent issues with my account as I have paid for a plan but the app reverts back to default. I sent a private message outlining the issues. Been on hold for 35 min waiting for customer service. Can’t wait longer. Please help. Thanks

    @ring HELP I have 3 Ring doorbell cameras. The main one has stopped providing notifications via Amazon. Nothing has chang d. Wifi is stable and strong. Tried all setups including factory default. No joy. Need help.

    @ring I want my £199.99 for this crap device I was duped into buying. Constantly having live video issues even though my wifi is 2m away and 1 wall between it. Bad I have to put up with it and for the price I paid...it's a rip off and demand my money as @JDWFashion won't take it!

    @ring I am over 15 minutes on hold to talk to a real human for a real critical issue for my alarm...still automated service continues to say my wait time less than 5 minutes..not 1st time when ever calling ring this is normal... Please help.#CustomerService #poorservice
