    Hey @ring Your solution dorsn’t work anymore for reconnecting an existing account on an iphone with the very last patch - and your latest version. And the additional problem is that if we try to declare a bug, we only get AI generated bullshit without capability to warn you…

    @ring what terrible customer service you have. For a company owned by @amazon you really need to step up your order management and customer service people. Just terrible experience and I’m trying buy a product!

    @ring Three calls. Three different advisers. Around 25 minutes on each call. Three terminated calls before my issue was resolved. That’s over an hour of my time wasted with nothing to show for it. Easily some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

    Moved @amazonalexa Echo Show to a bathroom closet where it will be used as a clock. Inability to turn off pop-up ads is unacceptable. Nonstop motion in my peripheral vision in my office. Wanted @Ring notifications, but that implementation is piss poor & the device chokes. FU AMZN

    @ring my wifi is fine all other devices and the tv work fine… why does your door bell and chime device suddenly have a problem? Only your device i rang my provider it is actually a you problem which is now a me problem
