    @WyzeCam If you ever partner with Flock, Palantir, or Law Enforcement the way @ring and @amazon do, I will cancel my **** and physically destroy all 12 of my cameras and find a new option. I need your commitment that you wont give in to this bullshit dragnet.

    Why is it with the setup of the Ring app, there is no option for the District of Columbia in the drop down for states? Yes DC is not a state but having to select Maryland isn't correct either. @ring

    Stock Down 📉: @ring cameras, spotted a bear at 4AM . Didn’t catch 15 other motions yesterday (mainly vehicular). Sucks when a huge corporation buys an incredible product and turns it to mush with outsourced customer service. #cestlavie

    Disappointed in @ring My monitoring subscription is doubling because of a ton of features I don’t want or need. And my previous plan which was perfect for me and fairly priced has been stripped down to not even include camera recording OR professional monitoring.

    @ring as soon as you started pushing your new 4kcameras, the batteries for the old (new) unit do not longer last the two weeks they used to. Every 24 hours I must replace it for a charged one. I had a similar issue with another product which the service vendor increased amperage

    @ring You have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been waiting since early Feb for replacement motion detector because they are supposedly "out of stock." What BULLSHIT! I'll never buy another Ring product. It's garbage.

    @ring Thanks for the reply. The issue isn’t a lack of information, it’s that I’ve already spoken to advisers on three separate occasions and each call was terminated before my issue was resolved. I’ll send a DM, but this really shouldn’t have taken a public complaint to get assistance.

    @ring failed to resolve the problem with my device and ignored my attempts to contact them through their available support channels. As a result, I pursued my statutory consumer rights through the retailer, which ultimately led to a full refund. I encourage you to do the same!

    .@ring customer support is gone right down the toilet after dealing with massive language barriers I’m on my third return 🤦🏻 they just can’t get it right I think their plan is to drive the customer crazy until they give up. @amazon you have ruined them

    Wtf is even the point of a @ring camera if it doesn’t even capture ******** stealing packages off the porch?! I swear it records us coming and going, the mailman, package deliveries… but never sketchy *** people or thieves. Hope whoever jacked my medication this morning enjoys their fkn thyroid meds and NSAIDs. Jerks. 🤬

    @ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

    @AskFrontier @budice0 It would be better if you actually update your website for outages!! I'm finding out on @ring neighborhood that you have a outage covering almost 5mile radius for 2hr now. And website says "no outages" for my address.

    @ring not impressed with your customer service 😡 You send me a faulty product, can’t resolve the issue despite 5 phone calls (kept getting disconnected by you), then I have all of the inconvenience of sending faulty bit back BEFORE you send me a replacement ! Shocking 🤷🏻😡😡
