    @ring forced to wait 40+ min waiting for a rep. App told me I had to change my password and need to authorize. To get a code you have to login to the app but I can’t login to the app without a code. Ridiculous hoops to jump through + forced to wait on phone.

    @ring No I rang on Thursday and Friday and you didnt help me. I was promised a call back within hour and still not had the call back. You could have sorted it if anyone could have been bothered. Its fine back to shop... you had your chance to put this right before I took to social med.

    @ring @ring I'm still having massive issues with this. Whenever I use the keypad on my way out, the motion sensors cause an alert as they don't clear fast enough. I swapped the motion sensor in my kitchen to a contact sensor but, the one in my hall doesn't clear & alerts. Please help

    @ring I want to thank you for the rapid and professional help I received when I called because my ring doorbell quit working they couldn’t help me over the phone and said they would send me a new one wow how it the next day Thank you again everyone I dealt with was so sweet

    @ring I’ve just purchased a ring doorbell and the sound outside is so loud! I’ve tried lowering the Ringer Volume in the app settings but it’s not doing anything - how do I fix this? Thanks.

    Utterly ridiculously rubbish customer service from @ring. Had a few issues with a security camera, was told 2 months ago that I would get a replacement, I chased it up twice and they gave the same lame excuse, problem with processing, will cancel the order n start all over again!

    @ring @alexa99 Just not compatible with detecting animals vs people - even with "People Only" mode turned on. Constantly alerted on cats walking across the driveway at night. Please fix this!
