    @ring we have just moved house and our ring doorbell is still registered in the previous owners name. Help please 🙏 we completed the request for you to contact them, but it’s been 4 weeks now and nothing. It seems such a shame to throw it in the bin as it was included new build

    @ring Thanks to your support team who spent ages trying to fix my stick up cam to no avail , however even with a good WiFi signal it would not work , just tried a Wi-Fi booster as a last resort and all perfect now so this seems to have been a good way of fixing the problems

    @ring hi, just got a wired doorbell to use as a trail cam. Only needs to come on at night. Trouble is when it powers on it makes a massive “Ta da” sound. Can’t see how to stop this. Can make the button press sound quieter but not the power on sound.

    @BWalkerTTAGGG @ring I've been there 22 years and my only encounter with a bear before this last year was like 5 years ago. It was chilling on the side of my house. I went for my phone and it ran away. They never attacked my garbage cans until last year. 4th bear trash incident now.

    @ring Just had someone wonderful help me but could do nothing with a situation where I'm 3 weeks removed from getting a floodlight cam replacement (warranty) but no ETA on when it will arrive. Huge security void for my home. What can be done?

    Hey @ring can you please help me understand how you can go from very responsive as a help account and talking about a fix underway to completely silent and ignoring my questions if the fix is still in progress or resolved? What kind of company just goes silent on an issue?

    @ring Love how you did not resolve the CS issue with any admission that your policy is the actual problem….. but if a customer calls you out on your ethically poor decisions, you take care of them. Note to public.. ring may be unethical, but they are just waiting for you to tell them

    @ring The issue is the power to it is on a timer. When the timer turns on the doorbell makes a massive power on noise. That’s what I want to stop it doing. It needs to be turned off during the day.

    Ok. Of everything out there, I think @ring security is the worst in customer support !
