Great business decision, it sure pays to make your customers furious. I’d buy an Asian hornet sting to my bits before I’d buy ring again.

Christopher Tom (@Teknight101) reported@ring I called Ring and talked to supervisors and none of them could help me resolve the order issue. They told me to cancel and place a new order. We're about to lose funding for the cameras and Ring couldn't help a nonprofit children's school in dire need. Very disappointed.

Click (@napersmikekim) reported@C_Garcia014 @ring Is that why certain cameras stop connecting to the WiFi and fail to record events or go into live view after a while? Tried to troubleshoot via text and phone but no help. I wonder if weather exposure can make the devices stop connecting too.

If your company cannot fix this problem then ill be forced to do business elsewhere. This is super frustrating! I dont want to be recorded 24-7!

For weeks now the battery on my doorbell doesn’t change in the app after I’ve charged it so it keeps dying and not telling me it’s at low battery. I’ve tried rebooting via the orange button and the app but it keeps saying ‘something went wrong’
