    @lmnop88 @ring Yes it’s down but RING failed to notify customers despite knowing the least they could have done was put a msg out rather than customers messaging with there network/router/ring device & the app ... wasted over an hour of my time then 30min wait on call to get tro.     @ring ~ maybe put something up on your social media regarding the systemwide outage so customers don't waste time deleting/reinstalling the app and such, trying to solve what they assume is a problem with their individual setup...
