@ring @ring Can you help me with something ?

@JArudebwoi @ring @VivintHome LOL. Thanks fam. Sometimes we gotta learn the hard way. The lesson has been learned. I hope others won't waste their money on inconsiderate companies either. I will ALWAYS expose what they do, both the good and the bad.

  • neur0 JT (@neur0) reported

@ring normally gives amazing customer support but flat got just got an Agent May/Mae insisting they are correct and did not bother diagnosing the issue and ended up just sayin, call your phone provider. Fair, but wow. Answer upfront woulda been nice

  • RichardCock69 Richard **** (@RichardCock69) reported

Not even fun having the house to yourself when your parents go on vacation when they have a ******* ring doorbell. **** you @ring

  • burnvictrashman BurnVictim/TrashMan (@burnvictrashman) reported

@ring bought one of your doorbells. Wouldn't connect to the internet. Called your tech support line twice. Noone could figure it out. Fixed it myself. Now having a new issue and your technical support can't figure it out. Abysmal.

  • Xtinag25 Xtina 🌻 (@Xtinag25) reported

@ring my device keeps showing offline every day, I'll fix the issue but it still continues to do it again as offline. Is there a way to fix this or does it need a system update? Thanks.

The @ring "Neighbors" app is loaded with videos of thieves walking away with packages in broad daylight AFTER its too late too late to do anything about it. But asking neighbors to help each other when USPS misdelivers packages isn't allowed. Define asinine. #ring #CommonSense

@WyntonGrant @ring @SpaceX That’s pretty good, I am getting ~50 down and ~ 15 up in Western PA. When the network is fully up, should be 900 down and about 100 up roughly. The speeds are how fast you can download info (streaming Netflix) or upload (like broadcasting on Twitch)

  • 4cftw228gc Chris Dorner (@4cftw228gc) reported

@ring there needs to be a feature that allows users to TURN OFF THE DOORBELL. I’m not talking about motion settings. I’m talking about the ding ****. I just put my baby down and @FedEx rang the bell at 8pm. My dog went ballistic. Some things don’t require an actual ‘ring’

  • NoSQLKnowHow Kirk Kirkconnell (@NoSQLKnowHow) reported

@ring Thanks, but I do not need to extend my Wifi network. I already have enterprise class @Ubiquiti APs in my house and shop. If I install sensors on my shop doors, they are too far away and in a metal building to reach the @ring base station. That's the problem.

  • regordane Dr Hilary PhD ✡️ (@regordane) reported

Hey @amazon, yes, my wifi has been a bit up and down over the past few days. But why the ******* fuckety **** does EVERY device reconnect automatically when it comes back up, except your ******* @ring doorbell?

  • Robert_B Control Group (@Robert_B) reported

Ring video doorbells are terrible and the @ring customer service is far worse. Endless privacy verifications just to send missing screws. Friends don’t let friends purchase Ring products, it’s simply not worth it. Everything about this company is a Royal pain in the ***.

  • joeinfife Joe in Fife🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈🚴🏃‍♂️⛓️ (@joeinfife) reported

@ring Except your device failed and your support refused to assist about 3 or 4 years ago, so I threw it in the bin and refused to buy another of your products. Your system KNOWS the device has been offline for years and there is NO excuse for billing me. You don't offer a refund?

  • martyturner1980 martina turner (@martyturner1980) reported

@ring please can you help. My 2nd gen ring doorbell is not charging. Any ideas?

  • NoSQLKnowHow Kirk Kirkconnell (@NoSQLKnowHow) reported

Hey @ring if I have a shop with metal exterior that is ~200ft away from my house, is there any way to extend so I can put sensors on the doors? The shop has the same wifi as the house as there is ethernet plus Access point in the shop. The normal Ring extender doesn't help.
