    Kind of disappointed at my @ring doorbell had my car broken into last night and magically right when they were there my ring camera decided to turn night vision off so you couldn't see anything. It really has underperformed starting to think it was a waste of money.

    Just had a great experience with @ring customer service. Our spotlight camera was not working. Within 5 minutes they were able to troubleshoot the problem and have a solution to fix it.

    @ring No email notification, no warning on the app and yet my hardwired device is down to 3%battery life? Wtf??! Always something messed up with these ring devices. Guys, buy something else. These devices absolutely SUCK!

    @ring I need some help, how to change my settings, we've tried. Our ring only records for like 5 secs when motion is detected, I need the moments prior to them getting in front of our door. Had someone come up to our door, go through outgoing mail and no idea where he came from

    Anyone have @ring crash constantly and not play videos? This is the biggest pos company I may have ever dealt with. Their customer service is complete trash

    @ring No you aren’t here to help. I have already DM’d and also had 4 reps magically get “disconnected”. You al do not respect your customers. You ignore us. Your app does not play videos and the app crashes 2-3x every 3 min. It’s trash. Just like your customer service is

    @ring — I am 💯 convinced that a burglar would be IN MY HOUSE or STOLE A PACKAGE OFF MY PORCH before I ever possibly knew what the **** happened!!! Figure it out! My doorbell is hot garbage, despite my other cameras working “okay” despite the annoying delay.

    @ring Got an email that you noticed something suspicious and I need to reset my password. I did reset it but now it doesn't recognize my device. I cannot login to regen a new code to verify my device because it doesn't not recognize it. Please help!!

    Can’t believe that we don’t get ANY notifications from my new @ring camera at night when Do Not Disturb is on my iPhone. Massive error by Ring. We need Alerts all the time

    @ring just subscribed to your basic plan, now I can't log in. "An error has occurred" Hope this isn't a sign of things to come.
