@ring I am long time Ring customer that has eight cameras and the Ring Alarm system with every option. Just experienced the worst customer service in my time with Ring. I encourage a customer service decision maker to contact me. Extremely unhappy and frustrated with Ring.

@ring Well I Have NO Service thanks to Customer Support, I will give insight how bad Ring is,Since Dec of 2020 I had to purchase 3 different units for Breaking,Brand New Units Breaking & Since December 2020,I have Not Payed one Cent to @ring I have been Compensated approx 8 months

@ring I have been a customer since January, I have not paid a dime since,because of poor customer service,I want to pay my bill today,Im DISABLED I cannot type in numbers as I'm asked too I have 1arm.3 fingers @Ring doesnt cater to the disabled Ridiculous. HELP Sup can't help

@ring I love my Ring alarm. It’s such a good piece of kit. Shame the cameras are so bad. I got rid of all mine as they were so unreliable. EufyCam 2C and 2C Pro with the Homebase 2 trounces the Ring cameras by comparison.
