    @ADT Extremely disgruntled by you’re dealer “safe haven”. Our door bell is malfunctioning. Had it less than a year and we have to pay for someone to come out to fix an issue we didn’t create. #dontbuy buy @ring doorbell instead.

    @ring help. My ring keypad was off. I have been recharging it for a few hours. No light flashing. If I unplug it, it does not work. The red lights are on around the three circle (police, fire and safety) buttons.

    @ring easily has the worst return process I’ve ever experienced. Not only was it comically overly complicated, but the process is a massive waste of resources.

    @ring Your site is broke and won’t let me cancel Protect plans. Support is broken too. That’s one way to ensure customers can’t leave.

    @ring my doorbell is not staying on so I called technical support. They said they see the issue and will update my firmware. Now my device will not even turn on. The representative said oh ok well you can buy a new one because that one may be broken. How does this make sense?

    @ring What other people think that’s missing, hence the poll. Think this may help Ring understand what customers would love to see from Ring. Your new cameras are 1080p again, lots of people I know including myself wish Ring was HomeKit compatible. Extra sensors for cameras be good to.

    @ring It is so sad that when customers have a problem and they tweet about it, you have them go to DM's so when you customer-service-fail them again, you think no one will find out.

    @ArloSmartHome products are such garbage. Only thing worse than the products themselves is their incredible lack of customer support. Looking for better options like @Ring
