@ring you need to know the law. If you let anyone in you know it’s thieves. I think you are letting people in? Allegedly someone is. I am missing stuff. How do they get in? If they call you and you let them in it’s a thieve. I am giving you a chance to fix your security system.

  • LuckyGonk Tony Mann (@LuckyGonk) reported

Well after 2 years of low use my @ring Pro doorbell suddenly died, no power on. PSU tests ok so it's the doorbell. Not amused at all and for a premium product terrible longevity, no more Ring for me

  • Jas5ii Jassi Singh Panesar (@Jas5ii) reported

@ring Hi team. My ring bell does not give out notifications on our phones. The app settings are enabled for notifications. At first maybe it was an update or a glitch but now especially in evenings when I return home, my motion doesn't trigger on the app. Please help me on this?

  • avanigavani Avani (@avanigavani) reported

The @ring app on Android is hot garbage. The instability of the app is making me reconsider a different home security system

  • DillBontrager ADrunkDillweed (@DillBontrager) reported

@ring customer support is absolute trash. They sell defective products and refuse to replace. Switching the family over to eufy instead.

  • tjclucas Tony Lucas (@tjclucas) reported

@ring I recently purchased a v4 doorbell but the email link for an additional faceplate doesn’t work, the code doesn’t work either if I go directly to the store. Can you help please.

  • HeyMrRagerrr Venus Nadira 🧘🏾‍♀️ (@HeyMrRagerrr) reported

@ring guys one of my cameras is broken and showing a purple hue in the lens and I can’t get it to go away.

  • GROOV3FIXED Andrew S (@GROOV3FIXED) reported

@ring i have a spotlight cam and when motion is detected the light comes on but only stays on for 1-2 seconds, how can i fix this?

  • robertsack Bob Sack (@robertsack) reported

@ring Disappointed that my @ring floodlight cam is defective after 19 months of use. Customer support was good in isolating the issue but it is beyond the pale that a $249.00 device fails and the company won't replace it. They did offer a 35% promo code but please. #quality

  • benylevy beny (@benylevy) reported

@ring Take some responsibility, deal with the fact that you didn't disclose that the batteryless device has a battery that goes bad, do the right thing about the fact that your device craps out because of it even if it has power, and be a good company.

  • uscpsycho USC Psycho 😷 (@uscpsycho) reported

@ring I'm over it. Ring tech support is a waste of my time. Is your signal strong? Yes. Do you have the latest version? Yes. Power cycle the camera. Uninstall the app then reinstall and login again. Blah blah blah... The hardware and platforn are deeply flawed. Thanks anyway, neighbor.

  • benylevy beny (@benylevy) reported

@ring "We at @ring take your problems very seriously. So if you have a problem, go buy a new one so we don't have to deal with it. And don't even bother calling us. In the end the aggravation of calling our "we don't care" customer service will be for nought. But don't worry...."

  • youcandomore1 Jeff Floyd (@youcandomore1) reported

hey @ring ... i have been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for help... they said it would be under 10

  • albertgc82 alberto (@albertgc82) reported

@Ring never again I'll buy a product from you and I'll do everything so people around me knows about my experiencie so I can help them to avoid this issues with your products

  • asharinez Ashley I. Ariñez (@asharinez) reported

@ring I use Ring to monitor my elderly parents’ home 14 hours away. The password reset and authentication issue is ridiculous. What’s the point of a monitoring system if I can’t utilize without being at their home? This is exactly why I use @googlenest for my home here.
