@ring forced to wait 40+ min waiting for a rep. App told me I had to change my password and need to authorize. To get a code you have to login to the app but I can’t login to the app without a code. Ridiculous hoops to jump through + forced to wait on phone.

@ring I’ve just purchased a ring doorbell and the sound outside is so loud! I’ve tried lowering the Ringer Volume in the app settings but it’s not doing anything - how do I fix this? Thanks.

@rbmattson @ring I’m also having the same problem. It records when it wants to and when you need it to it doesn’t. I’ve contacted them multiple times and they just ignore me. Horrible costumer service I’m beyond pissed off.

@ring No I rang on Thursday and Friday and you didnt help me. I was promised a call back within hour and still not had the call back. You could have sorted it if anyone could have been bothered. Its fine back to shop... you had your chance to put this right before I took to social med.

Utterly ridiculously rubbish customer service from @ring. Had a few issues with a security camera, was told 2 months ago that I would get a replacement, I chased it up twice and they gave the same lame excuse, problem with processing, will cancel the order n start all over again!
