    Ring Security system can be easily compromised putting ppl in serious danger. This company did nothing to help when ours was disabled. Useless customer service that won't stand by their product... @ring do not purchase this product.

    @ring i am totally shocked and appalled by your poor customer service!. I have tried 4 times to obtain a refund for a ring alarm i bought for my mum who has dementia!. This has been well over a month ago. And i am being passed from pillar to post. With no solution or security!

    @ring I read exactly this article, but it is not working as per the article. As I already told, article says about Disarm means everything disabled. But I still get all the notifications. Please help. Also what does it mean by “ARM”?

    PSA: avoid buying bundle devices from @ring. Their customer service is clueless on how to process returns. Online system does not allow bundle returns. Needed to provide individual MAC IDs etc. Been on the call for 50+ minutes. still no return label. DM w/ support was no help
