@ring How does this outage affect security? I can’t log in and I can’t see my cameras - if there was an alert what happens? I have 2 cameras and was looking at the security system but now I think not.

@ring need support on why my new doorbell worked when I first installed it. Then realized I needed the mounting bracket. Uninstall it. Add mounting brackets and now nothing and no chat screen to help me
