    @ring Well, by now that person should know the whole Ring network is down and he have a free pass tonight to do what ever he could not do last time.

    @ring This is completely unacceptable. My alarm was blaring when I got home with no notification of why it was triggered and I can't shut off the alarm. I had to unplug just to get it to shut up. Now my security system is completely down and I can't even get onto to the app.

    @alexjaycocks @ring @rottimomof_3 AWS had an outage today that took out a couple large companies. Ring is still at fault though since they didn't have a Disaster Recovery plan in place.

    @ring When can we expect a credit on our account for services you cannont provide? This isn't just a small service either. Home security is paramount in these times and we depend on you. I haven't received a single email from @ring about this outage. I had to search for it myself.

    @ring Security system should not have a power outage or failure.. I CANNOT SIGN INTO THE APP!!! This is unacceptable!!!

    Wow, amazing service from @ring just shows how stupid relying on an internet connect for a product to work is. It's just expensive overpriced poor quality hardware and forced subscription to use the useful features. I'm super impressed.
