@ring Doorbell suddenly not working 3 days ago after update/8 mths after purchase. Hard wired, wont reconnect to wifi (nothings changed) will not let me setup device either. Connect to ring setup wifi unable to authenticate, hard reset, reinstall app tried everything. Is it RIP?

@ring looks like my house was unsuccessfully broken in to, and we realize the blinking light on our unit may have made us a target. Why have such a feature broadcasting a vulnerability when it’s known updating wifi is extremely difficult.

@ring Hi, just installed my new Floodlight Cam Wired Pro. There's a permanent crackling/static sound coming from camera speaker - mic isn't open in app and installation wiring is good, rebooting makes no difference. Return or software fix?

@ring After buying my ring doorbell 3Plus on June 16 2020. The audio stop working. After spending $245.23 all they could offer is a code for some kind of discount that I have yet to receive to purchase on a product that has no warranty it will last more than a year. Garbage

@ring Is your team having issues w/ the app? I am. I can log in through your website and through the app w/out a glitch. The glitch that I AM having.. is I can't look at my live feed anymore. The live feed is delayed by about:15 and I'm not sure why. My sign-in email is correct.

@ring I am long time Ring customer that has eight cameras and the Ring Alarm system with every option. Just experienced the worst customer service in my time with Ring. I encourage a customer service decision maker to contact me. Extremely unhappy and frustrated with Ring.

@timheuer @ring Have they been working or are they new? If new, are they farther away than the rest? If so, you may need a 110v z-wave device to relay (battery powered devices can't act as relays) I only see drop offs of my zwave sensors when batteries get low. Some are bad at battery tracking

@ring I’ve tried to update our new wifi multiple times with the app shutting down and refusing to update. Everyone I know has have had similar frustrations updating, and a simple Google search shows this is common. This is a massive security risk. Please fix ASAP
