@Ring I understand platform outages occur. However, some transparency and assurance that devices are recording and alarms are responded to when I can't login would be nice. Especially after spending several thousand dollars on your products. #UX #CX #CustomerExperience

@ring sorry not impressed so far. Still trying to get ur app working. Typed in wrong network code and whole app crashes. Now despite reloading the app I now cannot even get passed the second verification code as it keeps saying error. Not impressed

@ring first real day of using the Ring Doorbell 3+. Not a very good start. Doorbell rings, but I can't see who it is. Too bad it's depending on buggy services and @ring refuses to update the status-page

I used to respect @ring as a company. But since yesterday I have been passed on to 3 different reps who have spent 30+ minutes each asking the same info over and over for a broken keypad, which each one of them says they will be replacing. What a waste of time and resources.
