@ring Thanks.Because I bought the only one of your doorbells that doesn't include ability to work with existing doorbell chime, I do not have a doorbell while your team works to fix this. You should offer to let me trade in this useless one for one that works with my chime.

@strangestwitch @ring Right… Same here! I was on the phone for over an hour with my internet provider resetting everything and he couldn’t explain what’s going on either from his end. I should’ve checked on here first seeing they are down. I called Ring several times today and couldn’t get through.

@ring I've been locked out for weeks , ring couldn't resolve so I've given up, now my wife's locked out, amazon echo told us someone was at the door 3 minutes after they'd left. Garbage system.

@ring help. My doorbell 3 plus won't stay connected to the wifi. (it's right next to a hub) And now my dashboard won't load. Says I have a weak wifi signal. (signal is very strong)

@ring @ring, always home, except when there is an outage. Then it’s fair game for hours while all of the users have hundreds of dollars worth of equipment act of paperweights. What’s the point of ditching the traditional alarm companies if Ring’s doesn’t work half the day?

@ring wtf is going on. Spent a grand on your cameras and the app is worse than the Swan one I replaced the system with and I can't live view more than one cam at a time. #avoidring won't let me log in sending 29 or so authentication texts that say it's incorrect.!!!!!!!!!!!
