A alert should have went to every single paying using that something is down and to take proper precautions.

@ring any update on the issue being resolved I’m trying to see if my packages were stolen and obviously the day they say they delivered and they are not there is the day I can’t see any footage of my cams

@jrosekonungrinn @ring When Amazon's AWS went down, it took multiple services with it. Including @ring but from what I can see. All of those affected companies, Disney+ etc, are all working well. But the one keeping us safe! Nope. And very little from ring about this.

@ring We got our first Ring product in 2019 and since then have purchased a second system for our backyard and this is the very first outage we’ve experienced in my area (coastal SC) so I’m not mad at all but really hope it’s up before bedtime….
