    Im not usually a Luddite and himself pretends to be tech savvy… but we can’t set up new @ring #Ring doorbell - super annoying help interface. Not intuitive. Anyone got any real life experience/ tips?

    @STNC @ring From what you posted Ring will be the folks to help you. If other ring devices are working (and other devices in general) the eero is working, we won't have any insight in why this particular Ring device is not working. Make sure to try legacy mode and disabling 5ghz

    @ring Yeah too bad you sold me the battery powered pathlights and forgot to mention how the solar ones come out a week later. Worst you wouldn’t even do a swap. Very disappointed. One of the pathlights is already dead not working even with new batteries😡

    @ring Just wanted to follow up with this 8 months later. @ring never fixed the problem which was one of their known, broken, devices failing under manufacturers defect and being unable to be replaced as the device connected once when they opened the box and then put away.

    @ring Why, when I made it completely clear in June last year, that my doorbell was not working & I no longer wanted to be a Ring customer, has £25 been debited from my account without pre-warning me or sending me a receipt? Pls can you arrange for a refund with immediate effect?

    @Ring Why even ask us to DM you for help, if you offer no help?? @AmazonHelp Is this your Policy too, since you sell their products? Do your reps hang up on paying Customers & promise a Supv call back, but no Supervisors calls Customers back either?

    @ring When will new IOS app update be released to fix event notification bug showing events (when they been cleared or views) so dangerous not to have accurate message displayed!! It’s been almost a week no app update.

    @ring I've had my wired floodlight for a couple years and the lights have recently started strobing every time they turn on, and one of the floodlights isn't lighting up anymore. I've changed the motion and light settings, and reset the floodlight but the problem persists.

    OK @ring if my doorbell has stopped working after 16 months and I've tried everything with my home connection maybe it's the battery?. Where do I get a new one & I've heard it's a nightmare to replace

    @fuelhouse04 @ring That’s an everyday problem here with package thieves . Good thing you caught him. I had to cancel my Ring subscription it was too pricey. Blink works great & with free subscription.

    Nothing like having some fluke problem happening with my @ring doorbell the last few days that even their tech support folks can’t figure out. How is it that I constantly hear “oh wow, I’ve never heard of that happening before” so gosh darn much in my life? #jessluck

    How does an @ring_uk battery go from 73% to 'dead' in less than an hour? Ridiculous (and because @ring doesn't notify you when your device is offline, we had no idea until hours later)

    @fuelhouse04 @ring I want a ring so bad. I have a camera up on my garage pointing to my back door, which is what I use.. never see what goes on out front. I get medical supplies delivered and would blow if something was ever taken.

    @bags_of_water @ring Highly suggested to use 2fa on all devices, like face-ID or touch-ID to login its an extra form of security. Single password setup is incredibly dangerous in 2022. Isn't @ring a security system after-all?

    @bags_of_water @ring This is called multi-factor authentication. The only extra step is inputting the 2nd password which you receive on your phone at login. This way if someone steals your info they wont be able to log in unless they have your phone at the same time. Device security is everything!

    @ring peeps. If you need help and want to actually speak to someone, call their customer service line. They actually work on coming to a resolution. I was disappointed the last few days but my rep turned my frown upside down. lol

    @ring Stay away from @ring products. I was told to uninstall my doorbell, let it warmup inside, then reinstall it again for an issue several customers are having an issue with. Does it need a cup of hot coco too? @amazon
