@ring @POpEyedWazza It might as well be automated @ring because you're treating it like it's a one off issue when VERY CLEARLY there are MANY people affected. It was introduced by a recent update. Tons of web pages/tweets about it. Why not admit it is a bug??

@ring is there anyway to get a refund on my ring door bell ? Had it 6 weeks and it’s just a waste of time. Doesn’t pick people up and when it does it’s when there on the way out of the garden about 15 seconds too late. Terrible delay too.

@ring Once again, you put your customer base last - why on earth was live motion detected video disabled on the app? Now, we HAVE to hit the notification - this is NOT user friendly and makes the cameras useless unless you want to see what someone PREVIOUSLY stole from you! #FIX

@ring Live view no longer works in the app for my Ring Stick Up Cam or on my Ring doorbell but can still access the live view fine on my Alexa. Very frustrating, I have cleared the cache and uninstall and reinstall the app and still same issue

@ring can you explain to me why my indoor sec cameras have a bright blue LED alerting people to their locations that I can’t disable? How is that security minded? Why isn’t disabling it an option? Don’t tell me to suggest it to your forums, explain why this is an issue in 2021!!!

@ring hey, guys, why can’t I set up my smart lights inside to use motion sensors? I’d like to be able to have lights come on with motion for a minute or two as I walk into a room briefly but also have the option to turn the light on without auto shutoff which isn’t possible. Wtf

@ring @scalzi No, dear. It's absolutely important that your product WORK. IF you could actually manage THAT, you wouldn't have to chase the customer down hoping to "improve satisfaction." That part would be automatic.

@ring how come any time my power is interrupted, my hard wired doorbell requires a manual reset? Why does it not reconnect automatically? I’m about to install a floodlight cam, but if it goes offline with every power interruption, I will need to return it since it’s out of reach.

@ring Hi guys, I think there might be a strange problem with the android app and live view. No problem live viewing on other devices on the same WiFi network.. just hangs on activating for me.. just started in the last few days.. it does record a live view in the history.
