@david_witty @ring So sorry to hear this. Do u have a battery device? The battery devices we have from ring r garbage. They pick up wind but not a person 5 ft away. The wired flood r good but wow the battery devices r awful.

@ring I've noticed in your latest app update you now no longer include a image of the moment outside of the door, this could be viewed on the lock screen if you pressed down for second and it was enlarge, that was really helpful. Can you not bring this back?

@ring Ring you are literal ***. The rich notifications broken for a week is one thing but my cameras all go offline every single night and just stop recording. Just last night I went in all of my cars in my driveway without it picking me up once. What a joke. This has been since MAY.

@ring 7 days and no rich notifications simply not good enough. By the time the go to live activates the reason for the notifications has quite often gone. How on earth can it take so long to sort out an issue 👎👎

@ring You are still missing my point its the app that is faulty not my camera so dm will not fix the app you need to read tweets properly instead of being obsesed about dm try reporting the fault with the app to the app team

@ring - I would love to have "snooze" as an option in my modes. For instance, when in "home mode", be able to snooze certain cameras so they don't send alerts, but record motions. Can you help a guy out? #RingIsGreat

@ring rich notification service has been down for over a week. That is really, really bad. People depend on it for the security of their homes. Having a service outage of that length with no mass communication to affected customers… kind of makes me want to find a new service.

@ring Yes that part but it keeps kicking me out of the app everytime i try so between the rich notifications still not working and a useless live view not working the ring app its fixing
