    @ring my ring pro shows offline and is not recording. I do see it connected to my network and transmitting data. Tried resetting it and it worded for like an hour. Now offline for like 12 hours already. Please help.

    @ring Called twice (Belgium) .. problem is not solved. We just want to buy an extra camera and have the 10% discount. But the system keeps loging us off. Possible to send a discount by email? It’s pretty urgent

    .@ring I just uninstalled your garbage app and I am in the process of looking for replacements for all the RING junk in our house. You all are absolutely clueless. 59 sec to find an e-mail on a slow network and then enter it into your app so I could sign is impossible. Junk.

    @ring Sent DM to you as requested, you told me to phone you . After 15 minute wait I gave up . I have spent hours trying to resolve this problem . What do you suggest I do next ? Get a refund from the retailer not fit for purpose ?

    @ring You currently suck! You won’t let me sign in b/c I have a new phone. Fine. You give me a choice to check email for a code. Cool. Get email & it says I have to go online. Why not say that first. Go online & supposedly I can still sign in. Go online & nope! I have to call!

    @ring. Why is the device not working if it is not on the internet? Your app kicks it off and then no monitor. It say it’s off. It doe not automatically turn on. Great for thieves. It’s suppose to be on 24/7. I think your hacked?

    @ring For the last two days notifications have stopped on both mine and my partner’s iPhone app. If we open the app the new events are there but no notifications. It can’t be the phone as it’s happened to both of us? Please can you help?

    @ring can you tell me, like you have suggested, where abouts on my phone I go to fix your app, as the app only gives notifications from evening to morning and never in the day. Just to say that all my other apps (150 of them) work as they should, except yours...

    Got a defective @ring camera, ring has sent me 2 replacements, both of which were the wrong item. No one on their support lines speaks fluent English, or at least well-enough to help us. Avoid #Ring at all costs.

    @ring customer service is a joke 😖😖 trying to buy a new camera, we’re having the protect plus. When wanting to buy a new camera, the system keeps logging us out so no 10% discount like promised. Fix this 😩😩

    @JoshuaHedley @ring We have the @EufyOfficial doorbell cameras. No monthly fee. And I can zoom way in on whatever crazy **** my nut job neighbor is doing.

    @ring That's the problem @ring. I have called that number, and am currently on hold with them now, yet they cannot understand they continue to send me the wrong camera. @ring customer service SUCKS. They also refuse to let me speak to manager, or someone that can help me further.
