I have complained via phone, email and text for almost a year and yet they still allow content that is NOT allowed and is illegal on other platforms. I flag content as illegal yet they still allowed posts to remain on the platform. Their fix: we can change your notifications so that YOU don’t see them anymore.

Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.

Vikas Chowdhry (@english_august) reportedI’ve spent 10 minutes on @ring app trying to figure out how to configure which @AmazonAlexa device rings for my ring camera but I don’t have a clue! Apparently “linked chimes” does it if you have a chime but “linked devices” option is something entirely else. Alexa and Ring apps are two worst designed apps and despite all the talk about AI capabilities from Amazon, their AI supported queries functionality is absolutely unusable.

Despite paying for Ring Protect Solo subscription, weeks of troubleshooting & contact with support have failed to resolve the issue. Ring also makes it difficult to escalate complaints!

The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. Josh Underwood (@Thejcunderwood) reported@Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

The issue isn’t a lack of information, it’s that I’ve already spoken to advisers on three separate occasions and each call was terminated before my issue was resolved. Your website says that it is compatible… I got error P16-33-20032001 saying there’s a network issue. But I’m able to ping the Ring intercom on my network and got a 1gig fiber optical
