@BBCWatchdog please can you help? Ordered a gift from @TheRangeUK never received item, they are saying it was delivered. Too late to check @ring doorbell footage as past 30 days. Don't know what to do, can't afford to lose £90 buying again. Just want item no refund just my order.

@ring The Ring app is not working well anymore since android 11 update on samsung s10e. Missing live view and on demand video. No problems with on the iphone.

@tapestrybeast @ring I called tech support and they said they would “look into it”. I also restarted the modem. Not sure which fixed it. Just a tip: turning off a motion zone then back on somehow fixes motion detection problems. Modem restarts help too. It’s like they fall asleep or something.

@ring I might be more excited about announcements like this if you all could fix the Doorbell 3 so that I don't have to swap the battery every 2 weeks on my HARDWIRED Doorbell 3. Even though I needed my Doorbell 2 replaced 4 times by warranty, at least it worked when hardwired!

@ring - So, when buying a kit from a security/alarm company, you'd kind of expect an attention to detail. Items missing from my kit, tech support is useless and can't speak to anyone who isn't just going to pass the buck e.g. "It's Amazon's issue". Great first impression...
