    @ring our floodlight cam has only been up a couple of months, now the light doesn't activate in dark when motion is senses. I need help to fix this without accessing the camera as a. I don't have a ladder, b. The height would be dangerous.

    @ring @amazon what’s going on with your ring 2 hardwired?It always needs to be recharged. I never had to recharge the ring 1 hardwired in that same location?I see a lot of complaints about it, but Ring doesn’t reply. Almost impossible to reach you to get help.

    @ring I drew a zone on the app of my Ring Doorbell 2, it became a solid black rectangle and I can’t delete it. Can anyone help please?

    I’ve been extremely disappointed in my @ring doorbell. I have had constant battery issues and now I can’t get a live feed, no matter where I am. I originally had the thing hardwired into my existing doorbell, but support told me that was part of the problem. What a waste.

    @ring our whole community's Ring Elites suddenly stopped sounding the built in mechanical chime within the last week, this is 20+ units so I don't suspect individual interenet or wiring issues. Is there a bad firmware update? This is super frustrating.

    @ring is your system down again?? I can’t view my cameras. I have had ring for only a couple months and this happens constantly. Really thinking about another system as this point.

    @ring No. It’s working again now but it seems to have been patchy these last few days - I know I missed at least two motion detection events. And going by down detector I’m not the only one who has experienced such patchy performance. Are you aware / investigating / improving up-time?

    @ring My ring stick up WIRED was having an identity crisis and thought it was a BATTERY camera. So I decided to "fix" that. Big mistake! The people only motion setting was working quite well when it thought it was running on battery. Now, the "people only" setting is useless

    @ring I cant login, this is unacceptable, It says wrong username/password after I reset password. I am 100% entering the correct info. Your support team never got back to me yesterday, like they were supposed to.

    @ring Your customer support processes leave a lot to be desired. I had an order that never arrived, and when I called your CS to fix the problem, I was told that my order would be researched and that I would need to wait 2 days to hear back.

    @ring @ring_uk Just a thought, but in future firmware updates, would it be possible to re-name recorded events in your history list or when saved offline? If you have a lot of recordings & want to save any, it would be a useful feature to add, instead of just a timestamp.

    @ring @RingSupport Any support would be helpful, considering I waited on hold 40 minutes to talk to someone who didnt help fix the issue

    error. I insisted something's wrong with system, we proceed to reset the keypad, then I'm hung up on. More than an hour of my life wasted on bad customer service and apparently a failing system. @ring, looks like I'll be dumping you. #customerservicefail #ringsucks

    @ring got new device because previous device broke, tried to log-in via security code sent to email, email says you won’t send me code for unrecognized device and must sign in from previously used device..... please advise

    @ring Hey @Ring, why is your customer service so poor? For 2 weeks we've tried to get a prior owner's affixed Ring cameras in our new home transferred to us, or at least shut off. You guys ever heard of privacy? Responsiveness? Our state Attorney General is our next step.

    Does anyone with a #security #system ever have problems like us with @ring ? Our camera sometimes don't record and we are standright in front of tge camera. No device problem etc..
