@ring Is there any intention of releasing a ring doorbell with wifi components that aren't made of potato? My doorbell constantly complains and I've done everything from adding boosters to splitting SSIDs. I know I'm not alone with this issue.

@ring IFTTT integration broken with ring account upgrade. Now that my doorbell detects “people” it no longer sends the “motion” trigger to IFTTT. I paid to upgrade the account and lost features.

My house almost burnt down and @ring didn’t capture a thing. Not even the fire trucks or ambulance out front but they sure love to send one neighborhood alert after another when I’m on the treadmill. Turns out that knowing what’s going on in the front yard all day is annoying.

@ring I talked to customer service & they put a ticket in. 👍 I was on the phone with 2 different reps who were both very friendly & professional. Didn't find a fix for the app but figured out I can access it on computer browser & cell phone browser! 👏 So that will work for now. Tyvm!
