@ring I have a 2020 Ring Video Doorbell that's hardwired and still somehow got down to 3% battery with no warning. It doesn't charge when I plug in usb...does it have to be disconnected from doorbell wires in order to charge? Very disappointed.

Tip for all @ring doorbell owners. Write down ALL your 5-digit (QR) codes. That way when you get asked by the app to enter the number you don’t have to uninstall your device from the wall just to get the number.

Anyone considering a @ring doorbell and protection plan should reconsider. Lousy product, terrible customer service. Stuck with the hardware unfortunately, but this garbage company won’t get another dollar from me.

@ring @amazon why does it take 45 minutes before I get notification of movement from my #ringdoorbell ? That’s really poor performance, and not at all useful for security. Please fix it.

@ring Hi RING. What happens if internet goes down or the thieves cut our internet line outside? Do all the video feeds go down? Are your cameras smart enough to broadcast video locally to an app when it detects no internet? This is a big weak point I find with cloud SEC CAMs

@ring gosh what’s the problem now with your network?! The float camera it’s not recording anymore and the lights is not turning on anymore... no more motion capture... the doorbell is not ringing!!! Seriously it’s too much!!!

@ring Thanks and that is the problem.......the phone support is outsourced and hard to understand so chatting is better....which is the way it was when I first bought Ring a year ago....you all have made it much worse with no chat troubleshooting.

@ring Is there a problem with the ring system? My spotlight cams and my floodlight cam have stopped producing video but my doorbell cam still is producing video.

@MathesonStep @ring Would it help if I asked (again) too @Ring? Have no issue paying the subscription to enable this. Many want to pull your feed into a home NVR to associate events etc. It just seems like a great PR move for existing customers. You know you’ll lose us when someone else does it.

@ring I couldn’t get into my account. Reset password. Asking for verification code but it won’t send me one. Instead asking me to go to Control Center from dropdown menu. All I see are Ring products. I need help logging in. Why is this so difficult?

@alexa99 Just spent time finding a glitch that all of my Alexa devices did not turn off guard when I disarmed @ring The spinning light is annoying, but this is really a dangerous glitch and makes me worried about you two communicating accurately in times of urgent safety need!

@ring disappointed with your customer service. Unable to contact support after calling 4 times and waiting for almost 5 hours. Even a callback is not helpful as they put me on hold. Really bad!

If companies like @ring subcontract installation with companies like @OnTechServices who is responsible for recompense for poor customer service? I prepaid with Ontech and NO tech showed up. Had to call them 3 times and they could offer nothing for the inconvenience.
