@NIKK39 @ring yeah, with a clear opt-out by cancelling. It's not a breach of contract, nor a section 75 issue. Plus, section 75 only applies to purchases £100-30000 If you really are going on LBC Radio, make sure you have your advice straight before you do.

So @ring are upping their prices on monthly account by 40% and giving nothing worth while for the extra. You try to cancel subscription online which they’ve made impossible on a mobile device thanks to a very strategically placed banner add. Piss poor.

@ring why is your customer service so poor? Twice now you have sent me the wrong camera for a warranty replacement. Now I have 3 cameras I have to return on my time and still no replacement!! Now waiting on hold 10 min to resolve. Brutal!!

A huge error of judgement and failing to take into account customer needs. @ring have imposed a 40% fee increase in return for additional functionality that is of no value to the majority of users. I for one will be cancelling my contract and will not be adding new Ring devices

Does @ring think $39/year per device is a little excessive since the price of storage is constantly going down and we already paid for the camera (s)? I like the res but there a plenty of other options now.
