    @ring If I saw something on the live view from my ring floodlight pro I would say “WTF” because i mean it hasn’t worked in 174 days and still waiting for you to replace it as promised by you and as expected because of the warranty

    @ring (1/2) I bought a ring doorbell product in 2020. The product was working today and then all of a sudden it was not. I called the help desk and they essentially said the product is not working any longer and that I would need to buy a new one due to a "software issue".

    @ring need help and trying to get help is impossible. I've a new phone but you don't recognise its a new phone and telling me I'm not me when I am and no other options to reconnect Ring. Surely I can't be the first person this has happened to. Not at all happy.

    @ring I had a similar thing with my ring floodlight pro capturing my children‘s firsts except none of them actually got recorded because well it’s been broken for 6 months and still waiting for you to deliver on your promise to replace

    Anyone else have this issue: @ring video doorbell picks up every person coming to the door. Except UPS and FedEx. Very bizarre. One minute empty porch. Next hour package in video. But no delivery person. No notification.

    @ring i have 2 doorbells. The 1 fartherest away never have wifi issues while the 1 closest is constantly going offline. Ready to throw it away. Just supper frus. Wasted money at this point!

    If you get @ups deliveries, better get a @ring camera. Watched driver deliver 3 of 4 boxes, brought them right in, but bc he scanned the 4th delivered, @UPS told me too bad. Now I’m out the $ unless I can dispute charges. I’ll never willingly use them again.

    @ring Oooo can you help me setup my ring floodlight pro to add to my home security? I think the first step is providing me with a working replacement for the one that broke after 7 days in March - only 175 days ago!!!!!!!!!!
