    Worst thing about @ring is the neighborhood alerts cause you stupid idiots don't know the fn difference between fireworks and gun shots. A boom is a firework. When you post a boom noise was gunshots I'm like you've never shot a gun or been at a location where shootings occur.

    @ring I just called again, and the agent was rude and just asked me to WAIT! He won't even ask the billing department to communicate with me! This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life!!!!

    @ring It's been more than 96 hours since I called and the agent escalated the issue to your billing department, and I was promised to receive a confirmation email about the progress, however, I have neither got my refund nor received any email about the process.

    @ring So I’ve been waiting over a week for a delivery that I’ve fully paid for. Found out yesterday that the products have not even dispatched. Instead of sorting out the problem quickly, Ring decide to make me wait another 48 hours before I can get an update.

    DO NOT BUY a doorbell from @ring. There's a battery in it that can go bad. You can hire someone to check the transformer, but end up needing to replace the unit. You can replace unit and still need to hire someone. But a replaceable battery to spend $2.50 instead of $500+? Nope

    Tried to contact @Ring customer service about my BS video doorbell... Took 10 minutes to get through the automated system and to the chat, only for the chat to tell me they can't help and I have to call 🙄

    @BirchboxUK Hermes are delaying my box delivery. From previous experience I doubt it will ever arrive. Our @Hermesparcels driver is terrible! Always claiming he's attempted to deliver but we know he hasn't as we use @ring 🙄 Can you pls advise?

    1:15 on the phone with @Ring support. Helpful support team but terrible company policy. Was ghosted by support a year ago, let it go since I still had most functionality. Now with an unresponsive doorbell all I was offered was 35% off. 10/10 would not recommend. #thanksamazon

    @ring having trouble viewing video history and opening a live feed. Phone signal and signal to the ring device are both strong. This happens more often than it should. What is it again that I’m paying for?

    @USPS @USPSHelp fingers crossed nothing in my packages are broken. I was able to see on my @ring camera that your employee walked up, dropped them and just let them fall where ever.

    @ring 2/2 Box says choice of additional faceplate. I write, you say I will get digital coupon on setup. Nope. Then I write and it will be in welcome email. Nope. Then ‘send picture of box’, then call service. Service says it’s Amazon’s problem. NO IT IS NOT. What is going on?

    @ring I have a delivery for my ring doorbell out with the courier and you have the wrong address. They keep trying to deliver to the other side of the UK. Can you help me get this sorted as someone is going to get my doorbell!

    @ring we have called customer service 4 times in the past 3 weeks about a missing order with no resolution. We have not even gotten a promised email and keep getting the same script. This is terrible customer service and frankly ridiculous.
