@BenHatesAll @ring One time he threatened to fight the neighbor on the other side of him, because he thought the kids were throwing garbage into his yard. Imagine a dude throwing down because your kids might be throwing McDonald's trash into your neighbor's yard. The police came and everything.

@seamer1977 @ring It means they still haven’t bought in HomeKit support even after promising it years ago, and everyone who asks about this gets the same generic response, very poor, I’ve have 3 ring doorbells and I’m now considering trying a different companies

I’d caution anyone against buying a @ring doorbell. The warranty support is very poor. Ours broke in warranty, the issue was reported in warranty but because we couldn’t get the faceplate off to test a reset they won’t replace it under warranty. Ridiculous for a $400 doorbell.

@ring trouble shooting isn't need the fault lies with ring other people are having the same issue so instead of blaming customers try checking ring system ( something customers can't check ) status and start communicating with customers instead of stupid replies

@ring great customer service. Your tech Jericho answered my call and didn’t realize he did and I sat there for a few mins before he hung up on me. However he did call me back and tried to help me with my issue and couldn’t figure out how to fix my issue and hung up again.

@mouthoftyam @ring Is there any ordinance or HOA rule stating you must clean your leaves? If not, just don't. It's better for the local ecosystem to have leaves on the ground anyway and lawns are awful. Tell your neighbor to get ******** off your property and stay off.

@brennen_mike @ring Experiencing the same issue on iOS as well. App will show notification but simply spins non-stop even though the video is being recorded and can be viewed afterwards. Tried logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app with zero luck? Any ETA for a fix?

@TheHookUp1 @AqaraSmarthouse @ring Aqara zigbee devices often have a broken zigbee implementation. Seems like they take themselves off the network after a while if there are multiple routers. I switched to Tuya contact sensors.

@AmazonHelp Booked return Wed. @Hermesparcels didn't show up. I chased both days. Assured it will be picked up. Chat today said they tried to collect. I have @ring and no notifications. Was then told I cancelled it which I didn't. The absolute worst customer service I've received from you.
