    @ring I get community notifications all the time. If there’s one I don’t want to see, I’ll clear it. When I open the Ring app later it automatically opens to that community post whether I want to see it or not instead of the dashboard. Can you fix this?? It’s SO annoying!!

    @ring we recently bought one of your Gen 2 doorbells and set it up fine and with no problems, we had a storm yesterday and since then it has just stopped working, it refuses to connect to the WiFi and we've tried across two mobile devices, and suggestions for a Fix?

    @ring what a horrible customer service experience. Because my phone number changed my doorbell has been bricked. Can’t sign into my account with just my user name and password. 45 minutes on hold with no help.

    @ring I’ve not been able to access the app all day long. The dashboard wouldn’t load so after half a day I deleted the app because I thought if I re-downloaded it it would work and now I can’t even login to see any of my cameras in any of my locations!!

    @SioVA127 @ring Mine are shockingly bad, from the Video Doorbell which sounds five seconds after pressing the button to the useless chime which takes a further 15 seconds. then there are the oh so welcome "Streaming Error" - utterly useless!

    Super frustrating. Setting up @ring motion detectors: to change the sensitivity, the instructions walk you through steps 'in the app' They MEAN 'in the iPhone app', as this feature IS NOT in the Android version. (Borrowed spouse's phone and solved the issue, but what a PITA)

    @lorus77 @ring 100 bucks a year for unlimited cameras isn’t expensive. It would cost you more to setup a home server for cameras.

    @ring why is it so hard to make it to where your devices don’t freak if the WiFi blips out for a second from my isp being bad. like damn I’m tired of taking apart my doorbell to reset it literally every other day from this bullshit. It won’t stay connected. signal is not an issue
