@ring @KimyattaHarper Terrible customer service!! I forgot my password and reset it through the “forgot password” link. Instead of letting me login with the new password THAT RING JUST ALLOWED ME TO RESET, I got a message to input a verification code!!

@MarketStar4 @ring No help, at all. When people come to my door, my doorbell cam & floodlight cam become a regular floodlight and doorbell. Forget about answering a live doorbell. Try to get "help" from ring & the end all be all of their help is questioning your RSSI signal.

@ring So… not gonna happen and I should move on? I know, caveat emptor but here’s an idea… Maybe don’t announce/advertise things multiple times with no intention of following though. Instead of a non-customer with no opinion you have a lost customer with a really, really bad opinion.

@ring @KimyattaHarper But they can’t just send me a code or ask me security questions. No. I have to go find an old iphone,login, and get a code to input here. Oh, but I DO have the option of going back home from my vaca location 350 miles away!and accessing my Ring device directly.Yeah that’s useful!

@ring No thanks. It's in the bin. You can't do anything about a fundamentally bad design. The flimsy fixing makes it absolutely useless. Easily ripped off the wall by any passing *****. What's the point of a camera then?

@ring Oh I am good with getting the settings down, I was mostly hoping for a larger selection of tones that the app will play for alerts. I have some assigned, but just wish there was more of a selection is all. Being able to add custom ones would be cool.

@ring by the time any of your cameras “Activate Device” the bad guys could already be inside someone’s house. FIX IT. Cameras that are sitting on top of my router can’t even connect without taking 5 minutes to think about it. My @SimpliSafe camera connects instantly.
