@ring #useless hey Ring. By the time I've managed to complete all the security to view my notification on the doorbell the visitor has already arrive back home and had 2 glasses of wine. I want to be able to log in and STAY logged in as long as I want. And "remember" not working!

@ring @michaelb4jordan Your products are garbage compared to Apple. Regret buying it and now with the removal of features it’s gonna get sold or trashed. Luckily i’m 90% into the apple ecosysten and only a tiny into amazon, easily replaced.

@ring You guys have the worst support service center! No response after an hr being on the phone trying to fix the issues with my Ring Alarm and not being able to turn it off. No fault of mine. You guys should do better!! If this were an emergency, this could have been a disaster

@ring @creedmovie Hi @ring to quote another Rocky movie "I didn't hear no bell" is there any update on the chimes working or have you given up on them & much like Rocky Balboa they ain't coming back for the foreseeable. It's over a month now not working. It's just crazy also no response to my DMS.

Hey @ring, so my Ring Spotlight Cam Battery stopped working, phoned Customer Care and was very helpful and said it will be replaced. 4 Months later and still waiting… Any help please?

@ring #security app does not complete the mode status change unless you keep the app open throughout the whole countdown. I switched to “away” mode, saw countdown begin, swiped up, locked phone, drove 20 minutes, parked, checked app, countdown continued where it left off bro. Wtf

@amazon @ring flood light cameras are useless if you cannot read license plates🤬🤬. @amazon you now own ring. With your advance technology this shouldn't be an issue in 2023. Had trespasser but the cops need the plate to make an arrest. Who else has this issue?

@ring IFTTT integration broken with ring account upgrade. Now that my doorbell detects “people” it no longer sends the “motion” trigger to IFTTT. I paid to upgrade the account and lost features.

@ring hi...was working fine until 2 days ago...live view on outdoor cam and indoor cam works fine. When trying to access live view on doorbell it goes black until I hit full screen. Using Android app. On play store looks like others may be experiencing this issue. Thanks.

@ring WTF is wrong with your crap product. It randomly falls off the WiFi network and now won't get back on .. I've changed every thing on my phone and repeated the same steps over and over. This is BS.

@ring device keeps saying its offline despite no issues with WiFi on any other devices. Also fully charged. Once reconnected stays on for the rest of the day and then disconnects again. Had the doorbell just over a year and only just started having issues.
