(7/7) Stop with the useless updates to @OldSchoolRS. Just stop. We need better account security and recovery, a ticketing system, and a dedicated team to work in-person, case by case, to resolve these kinds of issues.

@TheRSguyy I think @jagex @RuneScape should give people lives back that submit proof (verifiable of course through whatever methods) that they died because of a client crash, because that's no fun at all

It’s been 9 days since I last heard anything about the client issues, it would be nice to hear an update on it, been like this since a RuneScape update in November now at the point I cba to log in anymore cause I can’t play anyway.

@JagexSupport Is there anyway that I can find out the registered email address (Idk with a ***@***.com sort of hint maybe?) or reset it to the accounts login email address as the registered email? As recovery attempts are not working.

@JagexSupport Can't login to either of my accounts, saying wrong password, and i'm not getting recovery emails, can i get quick help so that the ticket i submitted doesn't take 7 days to get answered and my bank pin gets reset.

@Kodagraphy @RuneScape Which is why I brought up the question of when the player base will feel as if it‘s too much to handle. Reddit has been flooded with themselves crashing, fps issues, graphical bugs and much more as just an example on what could become too much.
