@JagexSupport @JagexAsh Do you have a complaints procedure/email i can can contact? You say RWT is a serious offence & is checked before applying the ban. In this case, this has been applied to my account incorrectly and the IP address would recorrect this issue! Rebmann2k7

@JagexSupport I have not yet completed the achievement of superheating a pair of elder rune boots, however I have run into a problem, I cannot create the item at 0% heat and cannot smith it slow enough for it to *run out* of heat. how else am i to achieve this?

@JagexSupport for a few weeks now whenever I enter my clans citadel the game screen goes completely black except for showing the ‘loading please wait’ box in the top left corner. The only way to fix it is by closing the client and reopening but I shouldn’t have to do that. HELP!

@RS_NEXT_GEN @JagexPi @JagexStu ...Broken for so long that things fall into normalcy, with it becoming the new norm. That's a rather scary thought. Traditionally a lot of things that spent years being a certain way in RuneScape ends up as an unmovable part of our history. Don't let it hurt new players though.

@getploxed @JagexSupport OMG!! thought i was the only victim of this, like i got banned and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply not until i got in contact with @cybermonstersecurity on instagram who got me back into my account he should help you
