@JagexSupport Can we maybe just fix the issue where I dont even receive the reset password email? Also when I try to look up the account's stats it doesn't seem to exist anymore which might be the reason the information "does not match". Any help or insight would be appreciated, thank you <3

@OldSchoolRS Fix guardians of the rift crashing for iOS users please. It’s Happened Four games in a row. It’s quite frustrating after waiting so long just to join a game.

@JagexSupport i tried to log into my account and it says the session has not ended since last login. I have not played this account in over a month so i feel like someone has hacked it. I reset password and changed Authenticator but am still getting the same issue when logging in

@JagexSupport fix ur mobile app seriously 3 days since roll back and it crashes every 2 minutes and no I’m not deleting the app for the 10th time for no reason and ur support fix link is useless when it’s a problem with ur app address it and fix it don’t hide cause it’s pathetic

@RuneScape Im dungeoneering and i was at the part with the hook and rope and i got the items and when i clicked on the anvil and spinwheel nothing happend, i left to go through the rest of the place and still nothing fix the issues we keep having with the game.

@JagexSupport a player used a glitch with the group boss to teleport me to the wilds instead of ed3. I lost everything due to a glitch. It's totally unfair that players exploit bugs to harm other players. lost all my pvm gears .... can you do something?
