    @JagexSupport hey there, I canceled my membership because it said i couldn't buy premier with one but it still isn't letting me purchase it, I went through this a few times now and if I can't figure it out I'll probably be done with the game to many issues with trying to buy

    @kirstinlm1 @JagexSupport having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Bidentech on Instagram and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

    @JagexSupport #Runescape I bought Premier and it let me claim most of the benefits you get with having it aside from the chat badge, VIP world and the Vault. Seems I am not the only one having this issue, any sort of fix?

    The daily challenge update is another case of if it aint broke, dont fix it. Terrible update. I liked the old way because of the XP, I don't really care for the rewards :/ Plus 7 hours instead of 5 days to complete a challenge, no. Thumbs down. #runescape

    @RuneScape Hi, I'm having an issue with my premier membership? I bought bonds and afterwards just paid by the membership with a credit card but I can't access the vip world or any of the other perks. What should I do?
