Most people aware of the tricks ISPs use to prioritize speedtest traffic on their network. SAAS providers should operate their own endpoint service that ties into a master test. A user goes to one site to perform bandwidth and latency tests to Zoom, Skype, Hangouts, VOIP, etc.

Microsoft sending out PR releases to say Teams doesn’t have Zoom’s security/privacy gaps. = Major catchup exercise. Zoom has trounced Teams/Skype in the last month as a popular video-conf platform. Skype fighting back, ditching the frustrating account issues it had.
