    @Skype Why the phone fonction is not working actually, neither on CPU or the app? And don't we are able to talk to someone at client service at Skype, except a f****g and stupid robot?

    @Skype your support the #IranRevolution by offering free calls at a time the internet has been shut down in the country was greatly appreciated. Alas it was too short lived, while the revolution and crackdown continue. Any chance you'd like to renew your support?

    @Skype I DMed you 2 days ago and haven't heard back. Please check your messages as I had to set up a Twitter account just to contact your customer service - your live chat doesn't work nor does Facebook. I need help with canceling a subscription.

    Cancelled my @ViberHelp account now, as I couldn’t let this error carry on. Fortunately @Skype have a free trial for a month, so giving them a go. Hard to accept that Viber do this to me after being a loyal customer for 10 years.

    It is close to impossible to write an online review for @Skype. Their customer service is a joke! They reply at 4 in the morning just trying to take you off the social media. My account was locked for no reason, I was sent to a loop to find help. Nobody is answering on chat
