As much as I love Smite and Paladins, @HiRezSupport has been one of the more awful experiences that I have dealt with in years. It took them over a month to restore to fix an issue that should have taken at most 24 hours.

@itsjoesmoe are u using the keys that smite suggests or did you re key your abilities and relics? I have trouble w the keys. I even tried using a razer tarantula to use the keys but nah didn’t work lol. even bought a mouse that has keys on the side & I still feel like I can’t get used to it

I stopped watching smite on twitch 3-4 months ago (excluding the SPL finals). I have more than 200 k points as leftovers, so the problem is not saving but not having content to spend them on.

@SMITEGame Im so sick of this garbage, I queue for ranked on Playstation every day and the game constantly freezes on god select screen. I just got out of a 600 min ban for “deserting” just to get another one that is 1400 mins, please fix this or make a PS5 version of the game

I am critical of the company because 1) I'm a consumer of their products (which I feel like they don't have as much confidence outside of Smite in 90% of the time) 2) I know that they can do better, but they refuse to actually analyze their weak points in service.

@Vince0094 Smites core problem is is the lack of a proper tutorial... It's really not hard to implement and I just don't understand why we don't have a good one. EVERY single person I've ever tried to introduce to smite has quit after a few days because of the lack of a proper tutorial.

Playing smite since 2014 maybe even vefore that on ps4..... I'd like both @Sony and @HiRezStudios to come up with this fix already for cross progression. I'm on PC now but I Definitely do not want to start all over again. Please fix - i got +1500 hours in this game.

@RogueNewsMore It’s meant to be that way, but their recent decisions have said so other wise. They are trying to solidify long term players instead of expanding overall. That’s what they do with Smite. Make new broken characters with no regard for how it will change the game.

@SMITEGame I think you need to fix a little bit your matchmaking. It's not cool to be gold and have someone with negative MMR in your team. I get gold doesn't get much value but come on, negative MMR?

Queueing smite with the boys tonight and an enemy said we abused using comms. Talking to people is such a broken mechanic. Gotta patch that.
