@TDAmeritrade I have called that number over 30 times for this issue and it’s got me nowhere. The phone cust service says one thing, I get an email saying the opposite and I’m stuck with no progress. It’s total incompetence and no care for customers.

@TDAmeritrade has the worst customer service in the industry when it comes to moving funds from another institution to them. It could take you months and years to complete such transactions. It’s a totally broken company at the back end. Don’t ever deal with them
