@TDAmeritrade Why do you guys only use phone based 2FA @TDAmeritrade? I may be missing something, but call/text 2FA is the least secure option in a world of SIM card swaps being possible. Add support for Yubikey and Authenticator apps.

@NMalliotakis I was told to call your office so I can get help in getting my 1099 from @TDAmeritrade I have no access to my online account because they kicked me out when I questioned a "pending review" and I am unable to file my taxes with the IRS. I am unable to get it online.

@TDAmeritrade StinkorSwim has been horrendous for the past few weeks..Stuck orders, Alerts don't fire, +2hr Customer Service waits all day long..etc.. Ignored Server issues for past 15yrs now coming home to roost. Been a customer for a long time but can't tolerate this anymore!

@TDAmeritrade and ToS team - how about notifying your user base that futures trading functionality has been disabled on the web app without warning. Very dangerous orders can be created but just vanish when sent with any error message
