    @TDAmeritrade You have done nothing to help me over the phone, in dm, or on here. You just reply to make it look like you care. I think any current or potential customers need to know how you treat your customers.

    @TDAmeritrade If you are planning on day trading this is definitely not a suitable day trading platform due to the slippage, charts often lag behind the tape, unstable stop features, etc. It is good for swing trading and long term positions. Customer service is very bad.

    @TDAmeritrade Nice automated response. Sit on hold for another hour to be told what i literally told you? It's a system wide issue. You should call your own team.

    @TDAmeritrade Already called, was on hold for 1 hour, i'm reporting what was told to me. I think the customer service teams need to figure out what's going on and get aligned.

    Imagine if @TDAmeritrade just shut down midday. Yeah, it won't. But completely ok for @coinbase advanced trading to be inoperable.

    @HRBlock @HRBlockAnswers I have to fix 30 import errors from @TDAmeritrade by going trough the wrap up screen for each....I for one, am looking for the AI overlords to take over these old companies with BROKEN software.

    @Giannijojo @TDAmeritrade It was unbearable and It’s really sad how this things do happen after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done until I came across @astra_trix support team and it was fixed completely the ré are best you will ever have

    @TDAmeritrade @CharlesSchwab Your web account executing buy and sell stock and option are suddenly getting slow in last 2-3 sessions. Not my computer issue. TOS is ok on my computer

    @TDAmeritrade What is going on with Think or Swim? I was in a position - and couldn't close it - then when I went to flatten it it created a short position. I flattened again - and it made a short position 5X my original long position WTF. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. WTF.

    @TDAmeritrade @brett_miller1 Here's a report: Everything was down for a while...Private Client phone # not working, regular 800 phone not working, local office phone not working, iPhone app won't deposit check...nothing seems to work. Eventually got through on the 800 number, but app still won't work.

    @InflationExpert @TDAmeritrade Ran a tracert and found that I was hopping through Singapore before routing back to TOS servers. Network engineer is looking into. Figured it out by jumping on my Verizon hotspot and the tracert didn't go through Singapore.
