It’s absolutely horrifying how little @TDAmeritrade @TDANetwork @thinkorswim employees know about trading and customer service. They contradict themselves and give wrong information. They need to learn options and math before trying to help people.

@TDAmeritrade You MUST fix refresh rate on watchlists, 3-5 mins is unacceptable, esp when you build very specific scan set @ 1min intrvl but never goes off when you needed it to. Users cannot sit on scanner page hitting the scan button repeatedly its absurd to expect ppl to do so
