@TDAmeritrade GTII issues a warrant, I transferred the warrant back to the TA. I then converted the warrant and requested to send it back to TD. TD is refusing to accept it back. "TD made a business decision to not accept deposits of GTII shares as part of our microcap review process"

@tradingview charts don't synchronize like they should. If you study from left to right, the cross hair holds then jumps unlike @TDAmeritrade You have to study higher timeframe down for it to work when it should work either way. 🤫🥱😌🤔 #investing #tradingstrategy #trading

@TDAmeritrade Yet I was not warned this would be an issue when I sent them to the TA. TD had an obligation to warn me they would not accept them back. Yet TD allows daily trading in the GTII ticker and TD will permit conversion of Warrants currently held in customers' accts.

@TDAmeritrade new rules for online trading on thinkorswim are not readable and cannot agree without reading. Can’t do anything without it. Please take that window away. Customer must be able to use the app during market times.

I, for some reason, have to do that now. To establish a verbal PIN I don't want. That in no way authenticates me. Because it doesn't exist yet. And I call them. And it's inaccessible, for which they have no solution or accommodation. Extremely disappointed with @TDAmeritrade .

@etrade why is it so hard to reach customer service? 90 minute wait times? in the middle of the business day? I moved all my assets from @TDAmeritrade to you guys. Looks like I am moving those assets right back to @TDAmeritrade. This is seriously atrocious customer service.

Man I’ve tried to deal with this but @TDBank_US has the worst banking software I’ve ever used. They have made @Venmo impossible and anything that could possibly connect (including connecting an @TDAmeritrade account!) is painful.

@TDAmeritrade I did call this morning, the trade resolution department. They didn’t give me a solution but just reversed the trade with no concerning my refusal. My sale order was permitted placed by TD Ameritrade on 12-30-2021. I finally got the chance of partial sold on 3-21-2022.

@TDAmeritrade Yeah it's locked I tested it this morning after getting hosed. So instead of the price just being what I set it at when I send the order through, now I have to take the extra time reviewing and missing my entry or exit. This is not a problem I have experienced with other brokers.
