    @TDAmeritrade I’m trying to understand why I can’t login to my account, I’m in a endless loop and the page just keeps refreshing at the security question. This is causing me to lose money since I can’t exercise my right to buy stock! Please look into this.

    @NazPT @TDAmeritrade shows the same as numbers. sure hope they fix it soon. We've got TSNPD claiming its them taking too long to convert & I've got TDA claiming its the company. idc who it is, just fix it!

    I would like to know if @TDAmeritrade is not taking any new customers. I have sent the documents more than a week ago, no answer. Sent them again thru a different media. No answer. I call them. No answer. Worst customer service I have seen in my life. Stay out of it.

    @TDAmeritrade What happened to the online platform? The change where you see positive/neg numbers there are a lot of ..... and you can't see the full percentages to know how much things are up/down.

    After sending my @TDAmeritrade tax forms to my #CPA, I called him to make sure he didn't need anything else. He opened my documents and there was silence on the line. "Sweet **** this might take awhile" was his response. #traderlife

    @TDAmeritrade my app is suddenly making me put in my password pretty much every time I open it. It used to only make me log in every now and then but now I have to do it pretty much every time I open the app. Any idea why this is? Is there no thumbprint login feature?

    @TDAmeritrade I'd love to, but I can't log in. Customer service said on Friday it might be fixed today. It wasn't. Guess I'll check tomorrow. It's been 3 weeks that I couldn't trade.

    I guess @TDAmeritrade is not taking any new customers, but they don't say it openly. I sent the docs for a new account twice. No answer. I called them, e-mailed them. No answer. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Stay out of it. #DayTrading #trading

    @TDAmeritrade 1 hour hold time from 6am to 7am to speak to someone. Explain my issue, he puts me on hold for 10’mins and transfers me to someone that had no idea what my issue was. You all have shares Riot in my margin I don’t even own throwing my account balance off. BS!

    hey, @TDAmeritrade you know that instead of making customers wait for a 1+ hour waiting to talk to customer success, there are services that enable customers to "receive a call back once it's their turn". #CustomerSuccess #FAIL
