@TDAmeritrade Your hold times are outrageous. You will lose customers because of this. When people are trading with a large amount of money, they cant afford to wait 60 mins on hold for a rep. #td needs to fix this or customers will be moving elsewhere.

@kropwrestling @TDAmeritrade Thanks I was going to look into the cost basis tomorrow and see how it works out because it shows me filling at $7.50 and $7.52 so I don’t know how they could get it wrong when they coach the numbers. @TDAmeritrade Neither of the responses help, but thanks for trying. but, after 30 min on hold, I *was* able to talk to a call center expert, and she clarified *everything* in minutes why my specific account was problematic. Main problem was nothing was communicated to me. But, problem solved!
