Steven (@stev3c) reported@satymahajan @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim Dude.....me too. I placed an spx trade above a certain level..and it was nowhere near it. A few seconds later I decided to cancel it. the market went down and like 10 mins later I heard a ding. Indicating an order has been filled..the same order I cancelled.

Joseph (@786fib) reported@satymahajan @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim TOS is awesome when it works correctly and total dog **** when it doesnt. Most issues are first 30 minutes of trading. I go calling the helpdesk and as always didnt see anything wrong. Their PFOF any broker that participates in PFOF you will see these types of issues.

Landry (@traderterrain) reported@InflationExpert @TDAmeritrade Ran a tracert and found that I was hopping through Singapore before routing back to TOS servers. Network engineer is looking into. Figured it out by jumping on my Verizon hotspot and the tracert didn't go through Singapore.
