@TDAmeritrade 1/2I started to get screwed by the TD Ameritrade IT crash the weekend of Feb 5, then the big screw job came on 12 Feb with phantom stocks and net liquid value drops not related to my stocks but based on phantom stocks. I am paying margin interest on phantom stock positions.

@TDAmeritrade This was not helpful at the time. I was up on the day and had 0 reason to have day trading power lowered. Took almost an hour for someone to manually fix it over the phone as they agreed it was wrong. This happened as market was turning and lowered my leverage to play it.

@reruntalkingst1 @TDAmeritrade I had similar issues with E-Trade in January. Got the same "sorry, but GFYS" responses. Mine was about ten grand, enough to piss me off a lot but not enough to make it worth hiring a lawyer. Brokers are scum. Get the meanest lawyer you can find.

@TDAmeritrade here’s a thought to help you start making some of that money you lost from commission free trading. Ready, create a subscription service that credits a users brokerage account with $25k so they can bypass the PDT but they only have access to their own money. Genius.

@reruntalkingst1 @TDAmeritrade I think you have handled it the correct way. I hope the best for you. It’s just a disgusting situation and feeling and I wouldn’t put it on my worst enemy. Someone was on the wrong side of my contracts and their risk desk bailed them out. My contracts 8x in 15 mins.

@TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim major glitches bugs and discrepancies between desktop and mobile. I'm showing $800 P/L open on my phone and -($50) - this is unacceptable. On hold for an hour - no one answers chat service. I brought this up this morning. Was told bugs were fixed.

Anyone else been having cash settlement issues in equity accounts this week? I sold some near breka even spacs Wednesday and yesterday on @TDAmeritrade and @Voya. Neither have completely settled yet, it's a joke.

@ThatManG @TDAmeritrade dude tell me about it. The worst is i was holding 25x tsla 3/5 700's and 50x GME 3/12 50 strikes i purchases for a 6 to 6.20 fill and they have the nerve to tell me they don't deal with hypotheticals. Like what?
