@TDAmeritrade THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE Your software would literally not let me sell shares I'd bought with cash. I had to call in to sell them, and having to do so cost me quite a bit of money (the price changed as I sat on hold for over an hour).

@TDAmeritrade customer service has gone straight into the toilet after being acquired by @CharlesSchwab. Hold time currently > 1 hour just to ask a rep to connect me to the mutual fund broker, who I can't reach directly, so I can make a change to a systematic order.

Where were the brokerages like @RobinhoodApp @TDAmeritrade @Fidelity when there is massive selling? Shouldn't the market have been stopped for retail to fix their positions? Or is that only reserved for the large hedge funds?

@TDAmeritrade @SustainableCap3 Here is the update from I talked with customer service. He said the system fix most of the problems but still some part of the accounts need to fix by person. Unfortunately, I am one of the poor guys. I thought the list is long and may take a couple of days to solve.

@TDAmeritrade support is ******* useless. I can’t login to my account. I can’t get a security code sent to my phone. The wait time is over an hour on the phone and then no one answers or hangs up. If I lose all the money I have on that app I will be livid.

Hey @TDAmeritrade, I don’t like to cuss but after today literally **** you. How do you expect people to day trade when you can’t see what you’re getting filled but tell us 10 minutes later that I got the order. POS company. Costing opportunities.
