@TDAmeritrade An order is stuck in "Pending cancel" since yesterday; and hence I can't put more orders on the same ticker. Wrote to your support, no reply yet. Are you gonna refund me the gains I miss, if the stock dips & I don't get to exit because of this?

Anybody else have issues with @TDAmeritrade app not updating your positions when you average down? My account is showing a significant loss on something that I should be near break-even on. This is time sensitive and customer service is no help.

@cancivlib @TDAmeritrade I spoke to a customer support agent raising my concern that US assets could be seized by the Canadian Government under the Emergency Act just imposed. He assured me TD in the US is NOT a Canadian company, to be fair. But I can't confirm this.

@TDAmeritrade Pressed for time. Noticed there were options in settings within app for notifications and changed these (not sure if problem is fixed). Please note that pop up warning user to the IOS settings for notifications if they aren’t working.
