@kgtotheh @TDAmeritrade How is it a BS reply. They are telling you whats happening. Network connection issue that they are actively working on. There’s a reason maintenance happens on the weekends. If there’s an issue, outages happen when no markets are open.

My balances are down on the website and on the ThinkorSwim app. It would not be quite as stressful if the balances were higher rather than thousands lower. Please sort this mess @TDAmeritrade

@TDAmeritrade You do realize that if these account data issues aren’t resolved by Monday morning, your customers could potentially suffer financially, through their inability to access the market. Probably not going to bode well for TDA.

@TDAmeritrade I'm now able to login to the website and to Thinkorswim, thanks for this; however, any historical data prior to Oct.26 (trades, balances, deposits, etc) is no longer listed in the desktop app. When is this expected to be resolved?
