For me, much of the research available on @tdameritrade is stale at best. For me better, higher quality data via SA and Twitter. I'm not sure that any of the other brokers are any better. Looking at my own models but hate to reinvent the wheel. Anyone have any better ideas?

@TDAmeritrade I have experienced nothing but the worst customer service from you since becoming an investor through your platform. 30 minute to an hour wait time every time I call. Unheard of. No option for me to leave my number for you to call back. Pathetic customer service.

I'm waiting for @TDAmeritrade to deposit money into my account so I can confirm my bank account with them, but I guess they are sending it via horse and buggy to my bank. Why are banks so slow? Money leaves my account at the speed of light but arrives at the speed of a sloth.

@TDAmeritrade I am also sorry. I am currently serving abroad and I dont have the use of a telephone to call (the internet is a miracle). I would love to use in app support but I can't log in during market hours, which of course are the only important hours and also the basis of the problem.

@TDAmeritrade NEVER open an account with TD Ameritrade ! 1) 40-60 minute wait times for service 2) cant log in to my own account for hours in morning common in 2021 3) not getting portfolio update on owned shares ; they replaced ticker with a 9-digit number THEY SUCK
