@TDAmeritrade Multiple issues with options expiration and fake margin calls since friday of last week causing negative balances for people. Customer service has been non-responsive. Would advise to avoid using them if you're looking to put your money somewhere

48 hours later, I'm still experiencing major account issues on @TDAmeritrade's @thinkorswim platform. False positions, false margin calls, etc. Support says no ETA for the fix. Really, really bad.

@TDAmeritrade Finally got a rep after 3hrs. Assigned Feb12 calls I had already closed. Feb16 @ open I sold them for breakeven. After mkt I was assigned 1000shrs SHORT on a cash account (impossible) - and the customer service rep said I may be liable for the loss. Are you kidding?

@TDAmeritrade - This firm used to be amazing and now they are an absolute joke!!! 3hr wait time yesterday morning to speak with TRADING (of all departments). 1:30 at night and 1.5hr wait. Worst customer service of maybe every company in the industry.

I've had it with TD Ameritrade's cavalier attitude, when their systems breakdown. Tastyworks seems like a good option for a new broker.

The only thing between me and my tax returns right now is stupid @RobinhoodApp tax document. They promised Feb 16! Why can't I just have it already? Maybe time to permanently stop using the app and only stick with @TDAmeritrade
