    Maybe @TDAmeritrade can help me understand the OTC fees. @CharlesSchwab owns you now and you're not willing to change your OTC fees. SO... I have to pull my funds and move to Schwab. That sounds like crap. Care to help so I can leave my funds in my account.

    @TDAmeritrade your customer service is garage. Been waiting a month to get my account set up. This morning I was told everything was cleared after being on the phone for an hour and 45 mins...still can’t log in. What a joke #tdameritrade

    @TDAmeritrade Great advice that does not work when TD Ameritrade can't do a SIMPLE transaction in 5 business days and LOCKS UP your account due to their coding issue.... REALLY??! Waited an hour+ on hold to be told you ARE aware....but still waiting.....

    Wow. @TDAmeritrade restricting their users from writing “Sell to Open” covered calls on certain stocks like $AMC .... How this makes sense to me? I will never know. In fact, it sounds like THEY don’t even know. Please fix this issue ASAP. Huge turn off as a long-time user.

    @TDAmeritrade I’ve called 3 times and talked to 5 reps. The last rep told me the previous reps didn’t lie to me, they just gave me wrong or incorrect information. 👍 I understand you’re not going to be able to help me. But hopefully I can help others not get robbed by TD!

    @TDAmeritrade I am inches away from pulling my account. 1 hour and 30 minute wait to resolve an issue your staff said was clear? This on top of restricted trading is absolutely fascinating as to why I am still a client of yours... Some reason I stuck it out while others pulled.

    @TDAmeritrade Do something about your customer service!! It’s ridiculous that’s i’m still waiting for 1 hour now and nobody is answering the phone. It’s so frustrating!! Will you ever answer the line or should I wait for a whole 8 hours to get my password? UNREAL!!

    @TDAmeritrade for some reason my account has gotten restricted for purchasing securities,I can only liquidate my positions As time is value, I contacted the customer service via phone and Im currently on hold for the past hour It is very frustrating Also my acc is backed by cash!

    i had some issues with with transfers to my @TDAmeritrade account, resulting in a few return fees. but then i couldn’t place any order. took 2 weeks and multiple messages to them to find out my account had been frozen. why did they tell me this immediately?

    @TDAmeritrade seriously? can't get anyone at local branch; over 90 minute wait time on phone; no one answering FB chat help; inadequate info on website; just need to confirm 1 thing on acct & get fax # 2 send forms. It's crazy time yes. But ppl need help w/ accts in timely manner

    @TDAmeritrade And we are glad to help !! Here’s a number to call and wait on hold for two hours. hahaha... we are gonna throw reps at you, each with wrong unhelpful information. At the end we are going to tell you to go find the missing money urself!👍
