@TDAmeritrade I called into your help desk, etc . And just get flimsy excuses as to why my order wasn't processed, and as a result, I lost hundreds of dollars, and the value has dropped drastically. I want to complain to the SEC as your company did not fulfill its riducoary responsibility

@TDAmeritrade I imagine you autosold the options because there was not enough cash in account to cover them if they were exercised. The problem was I planned on selling 1 minute before close. The autosell sold 6 8 minutes early and the price double over the next 3 minutes.

@TDAmeritrade @Mkhalid81 Normally that’s not an issue except what you are saying you’re people are not actually doing. They are just putting the shares into a dummy cusip AST has verified that they haven’t received them.

@TDAmeritrade @FinanceSheriff hmmm....yeh but you are having an issue with your website now (for over a week now), each day i log in...."cost basis unavailable" .....somethign to do with new year backend i bet. Only way to fix is log out and log back in....solves the issue each and every time.

@TDAmeritrade You admitted it's an issue, but have no solution. If you won't allow cancellation of trailing stop limit orders in afterhours you should make it clear when the order is placed. I wanted to sell in ext hours and you prevented it. You owe me 17K @TDAmeritrade
