  @Trader_Jayyy @TDAmeritrade Just had, hour long issue resolved. They’re more than likely going to tell you what the sell order was filled at, and will honor it. From what support told me they said that they have the sell orders in but that “market makers” are not sending confirmation. Still annoying though.

  @TDAmeritrade messed it up again for me, they let me buy 10 $ES contracts or 3560 call at 3:55 pm at 14.25 while I was only trying to buy 1 to close my short and because of this horrific error on their system side my account went negative. I did sell the extra 9 but lost $$

  Now @TDAmeritrade is saying it’s their system error and I should have been careful placing trade. my account immediately went -3700 after that trade, I was panicking like hell. Now all they are offering me is a reduced commission. I lost almost 950$ because of their error

  My day was going fine till 3:55 when @TDAmeritrade system error caused me to buy 10 contracts of a big premium option trade, the order should have been rejected instead it went through made my account hugely negative and ultimately caused loss, unnecessary grief due to a broker

  .@TDAmeritrade takes 3-5 days to deposit my cash to my bank account @CashApp does it instantly even over the weekend There’s a reason why FinTech startups attract more users than traditional players and it’s not only due to the superior UX and UI. It’s the quality of service.
