@DurgaSmith @etrade 2 weeks ago, I was on the phone for literally 2.5 hours, finally talked to someone from customer service, after talking to them for 2 mins, their response, “you need to talk to a trader & that’s going to be another 3 hours”. E*TRADE is a joke, go use @TDAmeritrade.

As a member of Active Trader Pro, the phone never rang more than 4 times before someone answered, and I never had a problem with them even when I moved my IRA to TradeStation. I’m sorry for whatever problems he’s having.
