    @TDAmeritrade “We are aware that there was an issue with processing option exercise/assignment on Friday, February 12th which caused positions and balances to be affected on certain accounts. Please know we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.” .....good luck all.

    Absolutely unacceptable this cannot happen again @TDAmeritrade. Lot of people losing a lot of money today because they simply cannot trade because their balance will stay negative, or know if they do they will not be able to reinvest until the issue is corrected. Bad bad bad

    @TDAmeritrade You sold puts I didn’t own on Fri then Issued a margin call for 146k, Stole 90min of my time Sun assuring me it would be fixed, removed the money from the bad sale and my account is still in margin call status. I’d think am account my size would be handled better

    Glad I’m not the only one who opened their @TDAmeritrade account to thousands of cash and buying power gone because of a duplicate order issue with options. Spoke to a representative and they said should be resolved before market open tomorrow

    @TDAmeritrade. Love the platform. Only issue is with mobile app. no matter what my cost average is on a particular stock the mobile app only shows my my initial entry avg. no matter how many times I average down, it just shows my original entry avg. Simple bug but fixable

    @TDAmeritrade Great customer service. Got a letter about an account my wife DID NOT OPEN and every single number I try has a two and a half hour hold time. So glad I don't trade with you clowns. How do you not have a dedicated fraud line?

    @Silvers1312 @thinkorswim i didn't have any weird positions, so you may need to talk to them. it just took away 70% of my account for no reason. @TDAmeritrade just seems to have awful transparency, with questionable reliability you can google and see that they have had numerous issues over the years
