TSLA holders fee waived on 8/4, but my $22 holding of TMBR got wiped out by this stupid $20 fee. Reps lied to me that they couldn't refund because it's in HSA. (They can/do). Hello @FINRA complaint.

@thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade What a garbage company. Charged a reorg fee of $20 on a $22 holding. Three lies from three different reps on what the policy was for a credit, and a supervisor who refused to do anything. Next stop, finra complaint.

@PercyJJ10348969 @TDAmeritrade I have issues. They stole $20 of my $22 holding on a re-org fee. 3 different reps gave 3 different answers about what their policy is as to issuing a credit, and a lazy supervisor close the case without any action. Such a dishonest company with incompetent staff.

@TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim fix your buggy platform! /CL should show you the active contract every time. every day no matter what the active contract is. it shouldnt flip between 2 contracts. your alerts & orders shouldnt DISAPPEAR when these bugs hit. please fix futures rolls

@BriMacEye @TDAmeritrade Talk about a centralized point of failure when the same brand practices opposing philosophies! I'm a @TD client as well, but I solve this issue by banking with others as well. Goes to show how brand loyalty is not solved by #silos.

@TDAmeritrade Called your stupid number anyway, but they're in a meeting for an hour? What a joke.TDA charged a $20 fee on a $22 holding and said legally they weren't allowed to credit the fee, despite doing it 3 mo prior. Someone in corporate should listen, b/c FINRA doesn't like lies.
