IM (@IonM57) reported@beefwellingtoni @TDAmeritrade I have puts on SBNY. Stock and puts are halted. OCC has issued ruling 52110 for SBNY on March 13 2023 but TD Waterhouse is claiming that they can not exercise the options and they are worthless. What can I do? Please help

When he was the one who reported it to them, they tried to say he was the one creating the fraudulent problems on his account. They closed it and he still has not received his money.
