Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Potlach001 Tylor miller (@Potlach001) reported

@TESOnline will you be extending our eso subscriptions due to the outage?

  • kris_kakarott Kris kakarott (@kris_kakarott) reported

@JHONDOE91780306 @buttersworh @TESOnline I don't care bout that can play more, good for them. It's more the principle of it tbh. Extending an event longer would be fine if all platform's fans into to problems that costed 2 days of playing but seeing as it's only one how is this compensation for just ps4 players?

  • Daniel_Verner Fool of a Took (@Daniel_Verner) reported

@TESOnline ps4 servers down for 24-48 hrs.. ******* back to work in 2 days and can't even get playing til then 🤬

  • RavenwatchSimp Countess of House Ravenwatch (@RavenwatchSimp) reported

@TESOnline Will this help the “system memory capacity reached. Remove furnishings” error? I play on a 4K capable PS4 Pro and compatible 4KUHD TV and I get this error in my notable houses, along with complete loss of textures, and huge empty spaces that I can see through.

  • kris_kakarott Kris kakarott (@kris_kakarott) reported

@TESOnline Possibly but the servers are separate with separate coding, it's a hot fix to turn on and off just keep it on for 2 days so ps4 servers

  • DanMcAuliffe2 Dan McAuliffe (@DanMcAuliffe2) reported

@TESOnline How can the game possibly be that broken that it's going to take 2 further days to fix?!?

  • Jake61390872 Jake (@Jake61390872) reported

@BethesdaSupport @TESOnline ******* disgusting. Will be cancelling my sub. Disgraceful. No issues yesterday yet its now down for 2 ******* days. Hope you lose every ps4 sub you get

  • Leloro81 LeahLouise Rowland (@Leloro81) reported

@BethesdaSupport @TESOnline @TESOnline please have the decency to update us. Push backs every couple of hours is ok if you are actually informing us of the issue but you haven't been. i think a lot of your paying customers would calm down a little if you actually communicate with us

  • YoHomiesexual Lele the Black Rican (@YoHomiesexual) reported

@BethesdaSupport @TESOnline I am disappointed forreal. All platforms did not need the extension. But I am really hoping things get fixed. Oh and those of you forcing bank refunds, Sony will come for you and ban your account if they did not issue the refund, so be careful.

  • SturgeonGenera4 Sturgeon General (@SturgeonGenera4) reported

@TESOnline "We've identified the issue and are working with Sony to deploy a fix as soon as possible. It may take 24-48 hours for the realms to come back online. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience."

  • TheMissNikki MissNikkiOfficial (@TheMissNikki) reported

@TESOnline As long as all of the lagging/freezing garbage is fixed.. I’ll gladly wait. #FixESO

  • IraMency C Fahnestock-Schafer (@IraMency) reported

@TESOnline Shoulda postponed launch/events & fixed the bugs. made players happy. For many Covid has impacted lives & gaming is drug of choice. Relaunching after a 12 hr update only to have same issues no 48 hrs dn makes them want to quit Hope u fix the banker pplpay for space would be nice

  • JLacy1974 Josh Lacy (@JLacy1974) reported

@BethesdaSupport @TESOnline WTF have had all day to fix this issue. Level with is and say outright are discontinuing service for Playstation so us playstation gamers can cancel our ESO plus and get refunds for our Blackwood preorder.

  • Indy_Mike26 IndyMike26 (@Indy_Mike26) reported

@VampiricRoze @TESOnline Nothing is fixed. Nothing is ever fixed. It just keeps getting worse while they pump out new broken content on top of broken content all in the name of profit over customer service or providing a working product.

  • JulioAbba84 Julio Abba (@JulioAbba84) reported

@BethesdaSupport @TESOnline It's funny how they extend the event on all platforms even if the other ones are working fine. They must think we are dumb. They better extend my ESO plus and give me some compensation. If they cared, they would roll back the update and live the servers running until they fix it
