@AnishDLS1 @TheAquaOcto @LegendaryDates How would twitch stop this? They would have to allow streamers to disable raids as a whole. I dont see how this is twitches problem tbh, how are they enabling this?

@ModernWarzone Twitch has alot of issues and they need to understand their audience alot better. Content providers have power and you cant ban them all hopefully more follow suit and get some change thats better for all. Mixer/Facebook wasnt competition but youtube is big enough to flex

@FaqqBlend @Bald_Fi @lilylefae I am so confused by you? The issue isn’t the money??? He was literally just pointing out that Twitch makes bank off of us but doesn’t protect us.

Since 2012 I've spent every day I possibly could on Twitch. If I had access I was there, whether viewing, modding, or streaming. I will not today because the current issues, are long-time issues Twitch should/could have done something about before the Amazon acquisition happened.

@SadBoyGee1 Yeah, when it is all said and done I do hope it does help. I just feel like twitch has been working on it in the background and it isn’t necessary. In any case everyone will be back to normal after.

@Zombie_GirlieTV @Bald_Fi @lilylefae The change was meant for the split but okay. I mean ik but I was referring to that person who asked if it hurt that Twitch took 50%. And sucks that some are taking this day as an opportunity to talk about money instead of the actual problem.

@NachtVC @IGN But if any of you small streamers know how websites/social medias work, you'd know hate raids are not a policy issue. Furthermore y'all already have the tools to deal with this issue yourself. You're not helpless. Twitch isn't going to solve anything for you.

@LuluLuvely The fact that you have to defend your self for streaming on any giving Day - No matter what is just stupid.. You shoulent have to explain your self.. ADayOffTwitch is stupid .. Litterly only thing Good comming out of it is the Twitch servers working Less that Day..

@MaxDraculaDDS My followers already know why this is an issue. Twitch doesn't.

@tek_sauce @HeavenlyControl I was wondering when a dummy like you would show up 😒. I’m simply being practical and realistic. It’s despicable but waiting for twitch to fix the problems is not a practical solution.

There have been twitch streamers banned for simply having boobs, when they weren't doing anything suggestive, because the machine deemed them as such, why would a machine based censorship system for comments work any better

I will not be streaming if anyone that goes to them didn't guess by now for the #twitchstrike I've heard some really frustrating things, i haven't been the target of the bullshit, but its unreasonable if twitch blames victims. not the first platform, youtube had the same problem.

lrt; If you stream, GO TO LRT. ... And also, "While I love that Streamlabs did this, IT SHOULD BE TWITCH'S JOB TO HAVE DONE THIS ALREADY." Why is a *third party service* doing more to help protect the user base?
