I have deleted my old german account back in the day with the name "Mataku" to make room for my newer one. This one has a specific notation in the tax-form i am using, since i have a small company ( the one you are all aware of with editing and content creation ) Now, they tell me, 6 months must atleast have passed for the "name" to be recylced. Well, more than 6 months have passed and the username is still blocked. Whenever i try to receive an information and EVEN tell them i need it for my business ( which is not a lie, it is written in my literal company-statement from where i receive my MONEY FROM ) , they tell me they CANNOT do manual checks nor can influence the rate at which they are released. This is sickening. Truthfully. Restricting the change of a name to the point, where a PREVIOUSLY OWNED NAME is unavailable and telling people to just "wait it out" without any date to give, is unacceptable behaviour. I'd like my name back @TwitchSupport . I have talked with your customer support several times by now and at some point my patience is running thin. if it was just a random name of a chatting account, i wouldn't care. But this is my literal business account . I use it to check on clients, transmit information, and it has my taxation information locked behind the name. Please, check it again, and release the name.

To the people that have been supporting my recovery the past few weeks I have a message for you. Unfortunately the fundraiser has been sabotaged and last night I received an automated ban. I want to cry. I logged the channel for security reasons, unusual joining, or someone unauthorized accessing my PC as I was leaving it on occasion and I do have info regarding this. I don't want to say any more than I have to but. There is some real evil out there, and it's hurt me deeply. My response will always be the same, to walk away and continue living. I've worked so hard doing something I love and trying to give something back people can really appreciate and I'm happy so many of you got to experience that, laugh with me and have fun. @TwitchSupport has placed an automated ban on my account. The funds are now in limbo with 0 response or transparency from human support regarding evidence or what it is in relation to. The funds in question were for my surgery and my well being. I have medical documentation I can provide detailing the nature of my situation and I desperately am requesting a human contact for review. I've spent many months building an amazing community that has been a positive force within the platform. I'd like to continue that with my game development journey moving forward. I'd like the opportunity to appeal this with a human being where I can discuss the issue in person and have some transparency regarding the situation where I can provide proof. And at the very least I am requesting that the subs and donations are released and refunded to my supporters. To everyone that helped me, I just wanted to say thank you and I'm very sorry for the way things have turned out. I hope I receive a response. The best we can do now is talk about it and share it with others.
