I could be in a channel, watching and participating, and even an hour or two later it didn't count as me having watched the stream. Then I get a notification that my streak has broken.

SoCalSamX (@SoCalSamX) reported@Miinty__ @TwitchSupport I was refreshing the page every second from before the scheduled drop. It never showed up. And if I just missed it wouldn't it have shown up in expired? Twich just isnt sending it out to everyone. Its not an issue of being fast, Its never showing up at all.

Veekay💛Egg Head Vtuber🥚 (@VeekayTv) reportedHi @TwitchSupport I hosted an event on Twitch where 7 guests and I had a Creator Badge Drop to acquire. This event was like a "Badge rally" where viewers/streamers were able to go to each streamer's space and get a badge by watching for 1 hour. A lot of the feedback I got from viewers and the streamers involved was that people collecting all 8 badges weren't able to do so, or it took well over the hour required. Is this a known issue and are you working on fixing it? I've read the help page and there was no information about it. I'm hosting another event like this in September and would like to be better prepared.

AwesomeSauce (@TweeterSauce) reported@TwitchSupport do you have any fix to the issue of "Verified Accounts Only Chat" being applied to *all* channels? Even VIP channels are being affected by this. I'm thinking this is some accidental anti-botting measure not visible in the Appeals Portal

luxaera ✨ fae vtuber (@luxaeraVT) reported@TwitchSupport My ISP doesn't even work with enhanced broadcasting as it uses too much upload and there is heavy congestion on the line and I have no isp alternatives.... Tying everything into something not everyone can use sucks. Just up the bit rates more for a single stream.

SailorAndromedae (@AndromedaeTTV) reported@TwitchSupport When collaborating, will this work if anyone says “twitch clip that”, that is in an audible source on your broadcast? Or are you able to set a “main audio” channel in OBS so this only reacts to that main audio channel vs any audio channel?

All and all, it's been a ****** week made even shittier by how useless Twitch support is. I got a new phone and new number.
