@TwitchSupport @Twitch @djclancy999 Please help her out! It sucks that there are people who would go as low as stealing money from hard working single mom who does this for a living to support her kids Please fix this for her

Hey @TwitchSupport @djclancy999 I hate to be that person, but it seems very obvious that this issue is being ignored. Maybe because it's only happening to a few smaller creators so "they don't matter as much", maybe it's because we're not loud enough, maybe it's because y'all are already working on a fix and just haven't said anything about it yet, I don't know, but I'm betting my *** that it's not because you care about smaller creators Multiple of us had our accounts broken into without warning, without notification, and without 2FA ever being triggered. Our banking info was changed and our money was taken. I don't know about the outcome of the others this has affected, but I've tried to contact the bank and have not received a response yet. I am lucky to not currently have any more bills to pay this month, but others are not so lucky. This is our jobs. Our paychecks have been ripped away and we've been told "Damn that sucks, but we sent the money to *your* listed bank so that's not our fault" when this is very much partly your fault. Having us use to 2FA to "safeguard" our account while both A. Not having something as simple as a quick "hey was this you" email when someones payment info is changed and B. someone SOMEHOW bypassed your 2FA system entirely to steal money from your creators. That is a terrifying thing and a genuinely ****** up thing If nothing, you need to acknowledge where you ****** up and that the issue needs to be found and fixed. I get it may not be easy, but leaving people in the dark about an insanely big security issue is WILD.

It has been 1 year since I got suspended on @Twitch. Got Prime botted for about a week or more, and they indefinitely suspended me for that. I didn’t contact @TwitchSupport during that time since I was naive and thought my channel was actually growing since I had real chatters and viewers while playing, but turns out that could have been fake too when everyone seemed real. I explained it to them multiple times how I believe I was targeted for this since I know some people who don’t like me personally, but they don’t listen to my appeal and I just get a bot response. I’ve appealed 2 times now, but they don’t seem to care. I’ve grown as a creator on YouTube and now I want to be able to stream again on Twitch since I miss it… but it looks like that won’t ever happen again due to Twitch support not giving me another chance or even listening to my appeal. If anyone knows how to get their attention directly, please help me with that or tag them because I really miss streaming to the viewers that I had and interacting with them. 😭

@Shadesforsha3es @TwitchSupport Shades They can't get payout if they aren't affiliate. But unfortunately because they used a new system you can use it as onsite credit (I think) you can use it that's kept to be twitch money to use it to pay for subs and bits But ye I see a bit of a problem.
