Would be much easier than having to manually ban GIFs while livestreaming and can actually help curate the experience to the stream vibe and crowd

Stolas Studio (@StolasStudio) reported@TwitchSupport PLEASE make so we can turn this visually off. They are very distracting and turns the chat reading experience TERRIBLE. Matter of fact I wish you guys have never made this something. At least let us turn off so it doesn't show even if the streamer have it on.

For some reason I feel like I'm in a grey are where I can't setup any Channel Points or Emotes since those settings simply don't show up. I don't know why, but my Twitch account is just cursed. pls help
