    @ScuffedGirl @HeliosThunder @TwitchSupport Not all of us get extremely lucky like you did. It is a terrible offer. $10 will pay for what? One meal? I don't know if you know what it's like to have a job, but $10 maximum and a small chance for exposure does not pay the bills as well as working an hour at my job.

    @TwitchSupport hello, I submitted a ticket for an issue I’ve been having for a while now, and the reply I received was no help and seemed automated. Is there any way to open this ticket with someone that can help me?

    @TwitchSupport I didn’t want to make this post, but after two months of begging Twitch for help this is our last resort. Twitch has continued to allow a hacker access to my friend’s twitch account. Their inaction should be a concern for every twitch account holder, as their lack of urgency and support show what little regard they have for their community members. Goobies_Hideaway was hacked on February 13th, 2026 via Discord and Twitch. Her entire identity was stolen, the hacker even tried to take loans out in her name. She has submitted 7 tickets to Twitch’s help system, and continues to only receive AI responses that do not address her situation. (1/4)

    @TwitchSupport Not receiving SMS codes for 2FA phone verification on my Nigerian number (+234). Email verification works fine. Already tried mobile data, different carriers, waited 10+ mins, and followed the help article. Can you please help? Thanks!

    hey @TwitchSupport why cant i submit a case? :3 i've been view botted twice now. the first time, yeah cool. the second time its actually affecting my analytics. im in the middle of my partner push and have been going well, to now having these massive jumps from the times i have been view botted. what can i do? please help a ghoul out. <3

    Maybe one day @Twitch / @TwitchSupport will fix the chat on mobile. It’s been beans since iOS26. I can sit still, not change anything, and it won’t refresh until I close the app completely.

    Update: it is now happening with random streams I watch idk what the pattern is. This is a new laptop and wasn’t an issue until recently and it’s only on twitch. Hoping it’s not a monitor issue but is a twitch issue @TwitchSupport
