    @TheQuartering An outright ban on gambling content would be unfortunate - in the situations you raised they would fall under Twitch’s TOS on illegal activities. But the complexity of the issue is high. Localities all have diff gambling regulations, especially advertising regs!

    @ZactheDragonMC oooh i really dislike follower only because it gives the impression that somebody only cares about numbers, not actual viewers. but, if they’re a relatively new streamer they may not realize that they have it turned on? i had that issue when starting bc i didn’t know twitch well

    @AriesFireTiger1 Moral argument about kids and gambling aside, the FTC regulates gambling, and given that it involves crypto and offshore accounts these streamers are one anti trust filing or FTC investigation away from trouble and massive regulation of Twitch
