KRISTYNxROSE 🥀 | The Crypt (@KristynxRose) reportedI feel like of Twitch took the time to fix their discoverability they would have a lot less issues with viewbotting and streamers “cheating” the system. But all they do is take away discoverability tools and make things worse… I will say this again @twitch @TwitchSupport…. When everyone grows on the platform can grow…. Everyone wins… including Twitch! Don’t you want ALL your streamers growing to help keep the platform financially afloat?? Discoverability should be based on viewer interests and not number of views. People wouldn’t viewbot as much if discoverability wasn’t ZERO. This should be your main focus right now to keep our platform alive.

JoeyNGaming Everywhere (@JoeyNGaming) reported@TwitchSupport The problem with this is that it now becomes harder to tell if someobe is affiliate or not unless they are below the required follower count, which makes affiliates feel the same as them. It would be nice if affiliates had a badge to stand out.

I've already banned hundreds of viewbots in streams and reported them all using the batch function, but none of them were banned. The response I got was that there was no violation, and that's really ridiculous.

Always supports non-affiliates having emotes, sub badges, and channel points to make their stream more interactive and to help them get to affiliate. They are reading it as I don't support helping non-affiliates when people can easily do the research and see how I am quick to help people that are trying to become affiliate. They also are assuming that non-affiliates get payouts when they don't. The money they are getting stays on Twitch and if you do not use their system to use that money to buy subs or bits in two years after getting it and don't become affiliate, guess what, the non-affiliate starts losing them money. That's the problem I see. What's even more funny is it is the partners that are trolling because good, let Twitch make it where affiliates get everything partner has minus the pay cut that partner gets and they be on her complaining and saying "What's the point of being partner?"
