    @TwitchSupport Do people who actually put forth a sincere effort exist at these companies anymore? This is the most out of touch solution to a problem twitch never, ever knew how to properly address. Twitch used to be the standard...now it feels like a highschool project. Bad leadership has to go for any actual change.

    @TwitchSupport for the last two days I’ve not been able to send a chat in any of the streamers that I follow have I been shadow band because I had a VPN and it’s restricted my IP address. If so, how do I fix that? I’ve turned off the VPN? I don’t know what to

    @Twitch @TwitchSupport Contacted your live partner support chat to be met with an ill informed, unhelpful and non-human-feeling interaction from a chat agent who couldn't provide me any response beyond copy and paste. Then when questioned just ended the chat? Great work guys.
