Malicious people just file a chargeback with their bank and then bank that twitch uses issues these chargeback costs onto twitch and twitch, as per TOS, sends these costs on to you. It shouldn't be possible but sadly this is being done for years and you can't just do anything against it.

Denzel (@DenzelTwitch) reported@Amuoralzg @TwitchSupport If you grinded affiliate fairly back in the day you would feel the same way. 90% of ppl view bot to get where they are and those who don't take offense to this. They have only taken things away from affiliates so far giving nothing back. Still not fixing bot problems either.
