    I have a friend who is brand new to streaming - after 3 streams (not yet affilliate), she has subs, bits, etc. and NO option to turn that OFF. She DOES NOT want this. She has NO desire to accept it. Does not want ads - none of it. Help @TwitchSupport @MerryKish

    @TwitchSupport i've been following up on a simple 2FA issue on your team's end for more than a week now and support just got back to me with a templated/ai-response when i have repeatedly explained my issue. i'd like for an actual customer support agent to reply to my ticket.

    That's where I got my notification and I got to love this clap back at twitch from Daman Mills he said and I quote: "NOT COOL!!!!! @Twitch @TwitchSupport y'all need to fix this immediately. Amber is the most wholesome people I know suspending her channel is absurd" end quote

    @TwitchSupport I've spent weeks trying to report a major site bug that's preventing me from using the site and keep getting automated replies. It's reproducible across browsers and computers, and responses take 5+ days each only to point me to docs that don't address the issue.

    @TwitchSupport I am having issues with one of the drops for 007 first light. the one for Resplendent Death is not tracking even though I have watched streamers for the others ones and have gotten them. can you please fix the issue of this drop not tracking?
