    I’m glad Twitch is finally taking viewbotting seriously, it’s been a real problem. But this current system isn’t the right fix. It’s causing too much collateral damage. We need: • Better detection with far fewer false positives. • An “uncapped analytics” dashboard so streamers can see their true numbers. • Smarter raid & passive viewer counting. The goal is good. The execution needs work. @DanClancy @TwitchSupport

    @TwitchSupport i've been following up on a simple 2FA issue on your team's end for more than a week now and support just got back to me with a templated/ai-response when i have repeatedly explained my issue. i'd like for an actual customer support agent to reply to my ticket.

    @EsteyVT @TwitchSupport I just looked at it and have the same status. Even though I’m new on twitch, I already know how awful their support, so I’d just stick to 1080p for now, when everyone else testing it.

    @Twitch @TwitchSupport I will open as many support cases and make as many tweets as necessary at this point. What I'm dealing with here is BEYOND ridiculous. @TwitchSupport Needs to be better than this. Baseless accusations and no means of correcting the issue is beyond horrific customer support.
