This is basically twitch double dipping when people think they are supporting a streamer in reality the only one benefiting from this is twitch while they pretend it's to help everyone.

NyxarVT (@NyxarVT) reported@TwitchSupport Are you trying to push streamers off your platform? You do know there is a way to prevent bots from making an account to begin with. Not only that but can also Prevent, not help stop or potentially help but 100% Stop further veiw botting from happening in the future.

JoeyNGaming Everywhere (@JoeyNGaming) reported@TwitchSupport The problem with this is that it now becomes harder to tell if someobe is affiliate or not unless they are below the required follower count, which makes affiliates feel the same as them. It would be nice if affiliates had a badge to stand out.

CeruleDraconis | Water Dragon (💧🐉) (@CeruleDraconis) reported@BigD_204 @TwitchSupport its a hard game out there, it took me like 2 years and i only managed that because i got lucky with enough friends come into my chat. and it wasn't like i was not working on improving my stream, my ability as a creator or the skills for the field. in many regards a creator can be doing all the right things and even then due to a lack of proper discoverability features it makes it hard to get that affiliate.

This is just common sense; support and protect your creators and let them know you hear them.
