I did and they did nothing. I'm pretty sure most of it is just them trying to blow smoke. Had this happen to me and I just took screenshots and reported it. Got my account back in 48hrs

When I run 3 minute ads, the popup says that prerolls and scheduled ads are disabled for 60 minutes (as they should be), but then 30 minutes later it still runs a 1:30 ad, it happened multiple times so it's not just a one off glitch.

They're still trying to diagnose a different, unrelated problem, but they did at least offer to escalate it to engineers Now we await the hopeful transfer to someone in engineering

Over $1k is a felony, so the fact they wont investigate is just ridiculous. None of the victims can take legal action either since twitch insists on being passive. When you are a business like this you don't really get to ignore these issues. If someone robbed a gas station for $2k they wouldn't take it out of the employees check who got robbed. They'd eat the cost and file legal action to recover it. Either way, it's ridiculous and negligent to ignore. I'm not the first it has happened to, nor will I be the last. Instead of bleeding money on stupid stuff, they should be focusing on real matters like this. For them to take half of everything I make you'd think they'd at least afford me the time of day to investigate this situation.
