    @ViberHelp my account was blocked. Got an email saying that due to suspicious activity my account was blocked. I use Viber just to be in contact with my immediate family members. I have created customer ticket but got an automated response. Need help.

    @ViberHelp hey viber! My girlfriends viber has been permanently banned for “spamming” when she was actually just contacting her regular contacts! (We have screenshots) they are casual back and forth conversations but apparently she was aggressively banned for this??! Help pls!!!

    @Viber Now I realize why so many don’t use Viber! I tried to activate it and it won’t let me. I have three different phones that I’m switching SIM cards with. No issues with Telegram or WhatsApp. Never again!

    @Viber Could someone look into this and help me? I have been a customer of Viber for long time and this is really frustrating. Just notifying couple of members of my family about the new number should not be the reason to block someone's number permanently on Viber
