Hi @ViberHelp I opened a ticket (#847195058) after an entire chat history just disappeared while I had on daily backup and plenty space on my phone. Not cool. Really hope you can fix this.

@ViberHelp I have now written several times and it would seem that #viber takes money from clients through #applepay and then blocks our service. I am a journalist & I have 45 minutes to finish hours of work you robbed from me. I want a supervisor to email me. This is unethical & dishonest.
