@taktikaa @ViberHelp You have full right to make your own opinion, my point was that I needed something urgently and to my surprise, there was no way to connect with customer care... My concern was service not money..I hope you will also expect a good and prompt service from such big companies..

They need to figure out what is the the cutting edge feature that they are going to build or push in order to retain the customers who installed Telegram in the Whatsapp Privacy issue. @signalapp really has a long way to proceed because @Viber has better features than these 2
