  @juanmoregaming I saw this issue before if the games says X/S version then you have to download it to the console if its Xbox one ,360, or original xbox then it can be on the external hard drive

  @KryptixXL @XboxSupport Just because they are in Washington state does not mean certain weather in different areas cant cause issues. Not everyone is having this issue I have a lot of friends on West coast with no problems but on the East coast we all my friends have issues
