@Xbox I used to be able to just call 1-800-4myxbox but now you have to go online. Multiple times I’ve done this and I couldnt speak to an agent. The problem was never fixed. Your customer service is getting terrible. Step it up, ps5 is coming out.

For the past 6 years I have been satisfied with Microsoft and Xbox’s service, I have never thought about going to Sony or the PlayStation consoles, but I wanted to put my Xbox account on my email so I would get the information on deals and stuff when I get my gaming pc built

And the beauty is that it’s essentially a gift card, not a full-service debit card, because customers can’t ever cash it out except by buying things from Starbucks. So that money is gone forever. Steve Jobs did the same with the iTunes Store, Microsoft has Xbox Live gift cards.

I went back to Days Gone last night and the input lag is insane. Same situation with RDR2 and Jedi: Fallen Order on Xbox One X. I will GLADLY take a resolution hit in favor of more responsive controls and better frame-rate on console.

@virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

This agent is on Xbox which I prefer for this game since my PC is capped at 1080P. On Xbox I'm above that & HDR & 30FPS isn't as much of an issue in this game.

@ATVIAssist please help I have contacted @InfinityWard at least 5 times a week later nothing. Xbox one spec ops won’t work. Dlc missing error have reinstalled multiple times no luck. All dlc is there not sure what to do
