    @TurnerUTD01 @marrgielaa22 @XboxSupport I play on a 75’’ 120hz tv and I’m more than a casual dad gamer lol .. a good tv can have great performance / low input lag. Maybe not zero, but less than 10ms. My particular tv gets about 5-6 ms delay.

    @XboxSupport We can't buy any games from Subsaharian Africa Zimbabwe to be specific......l can't even add my payment method to my Microsoft Xbox account.... prepaid Mastercard but the same card is working on other platforms such as steam/PC. Need help on that too ...what could be the problem

I've had many saves, my level 23 character just reset to level 1 at the very beginning of the game (only saved data showing are my first 2 saves from February 10th). I wrote to support but if that doesn't work I'm literally returning my xbox

    @askewcore Oh I see. Yeah, that makes sense I got an internal drive and haven't ran into that problem yet. I guess I'll do the same with the Xbox even those internal storage is expensive AF

    @UbisoftSupport Can you guys check your dm. I’ve been banned for 7 days on my Xbox account. Will I get banned permanently after the 7 days are done? My account was used by someone else and linked to a ps5 account which I cannot unlink now. Is there anything to do to fix this?
