    My last three @Xbox Elite controller replacements from @Microsoft have all broken within days/weeks of arrival. Unresponsive shoulder button. Blue tooth connectivity issues. Now, drifting thumb stick. Is this… normal?

    @PhantasyPhoto as long as you log in via the service you bought the AC on after the fact, you're all set! Consistent across all platforms; that being said, purchasing off of MS Store/Xbox is technically the best due to the point rewards system LOL

    @A_Psy_Osrs @XboxSupport Its fixed now. And no, two hours to fix an issue is not a big deal nor is it a long time. These issues happen and are completely inevitable, for them to investigate the cause of the issue, find the cause of the issue, and implement a fix for the issue takes some time.
