    @Ubisoft is it just me or is there a problem loading Characters on Division 2? I noticed with the recent update my 2 Level 40 Agents are invisible and unplayable atm and my level 16 Agent is (Xbox One btw) Anyone else having this issue?

    @Kmega4 Why should psn have issues they don't have any first party multi-player games to stress the network meanwhile xbox has millions playing sea of thieves,gears 5 etc etc on top of the big multiplatform games like COD and nba2k

    I just killed the combine on 2k22 and my whole Xbox series X cuts off as I’m finishing up and now I gotta redo it all. @NBA2K y’all gotta fix this bug.

    @LinceWorks Just as of right now me and my friend tried playing and everytime I try and create a private session it will freeze and close the private session by itself I tried restarting my xbox and everything and it keeps closing it still. Didn't have this problem yesterday night until now

    @UbisoftSupport i cant log the game on xbox. but i made new xbox game tag and and i made new character on the game and works fine. i even log off and came back game works. but old character dose not work still. please fix this bug soon as you can. i work very hard and long get my character level

    I figured ba way to reduce the lag on NBA 2k22 for Xbox the game has a memory leak. You need to quit and then hard shutdown Xbox every time

    @ianwilgaus @DonquixoteDVin1 @mrpyo1 No, but he’s got a point. If Xbox is simply attracting some members of their current user base, and bringing only a few newcomers here and there, that’s not doing the service any favors. GP exists only because MS gave up on the Xbox user base to support the brand conventionally.
