    @XM_COM I have been waiting since May 15 for the resolution of a PIX deposit issue. The funds left my bank account successfully, all requested documents were provided, and XM confirmed the case is under investigation (cases ZK7LWU and 10E2BK).

    @XM_COM This is unacceptable. I withdrew $111.18 on Mar 11, 2026 to an incorrect Axis Bank account (1 digit error) — yet status shows PROCESSED. It’s been 2+ weeks and I’m still getting only “under investigation” replies. Was the money credited or not?

    @NsParma56962962 @XM_COM Has your problem been resolved? Have you received your withdrawal? I am also facing the same problem. My crypto withdrawal is not being received. It is getting cancelled again and again or the FIR should be kept pending.
