    @EE Hi Gavin, I already used the status checker on your site and it says it could be another 8 hours. I appreciate you’re working on it - my tweet was more about how cut off I am without a mobile phone signal 😑 If only we could get mobile data calling on the @Plusnet network!

    @plusnet have had no/very low Phoebe signal for a few days, and this morning also have no mobile data signal. How do I report/get this fixed?

    @dr_fionac Ah right, I'm sorry to hear that Plusnet does not support WiFi calling. Rest assured our engineers are working hard in areas affected by the storms to restore service as quickly as possible. 1/2 -Gavin

    @safina554 @Plusnet it passed bc it was from when I placed the order not the service activating and yet its a **** service so far and they wanna blame Royal Mail for their own problem of not sending a parcel with recorded delivery lol we move
