Trying to get hold of @Plusnet @plusnethelp for over a week to sort my parents’ broadband issues out.Really poor that calls are not being answered, online chat is offline & they are not responding to DMs. It took me a long time to convince my parents to switch, so not great

@PlusnetSupport @Plusnet @plusnethelp It's not for me. It is to cancel an engineers visit that is currently booked to install a line for our disabled daughter, as she is currently in isolation.

@Plusnet absolutely awful service. Told an engineer would arrive between 1-6. Even double checked earlier and they said engineer would defo arrive. Now past 6.30 and no engineer and no phone call from Plusnet.Trying to call them but on hold forever.

@Plusnet @BT_Openreach @Ofcom Our plusnet phone and broadband have suffered an outage issue for 16 days now. We have had three engineers out and we have spoken to a dozen people at plusnet, one of whom outright lied to me. We still have no clear, definitive answer as to a fix.

@SkyHelpTeam @Plusnet I see on local groups that Plusnet customers have been told that there was an incident around 9pm yesterday which fits, and that is should be fixed around 6pm, well done Plusnet!

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue. Plusnet have lied to me, called me a liar and done nothing to fix the problem, blaming @BT_Openreach for the problems and lack of progress.

@jimmycobb_ @UniHomes @Plusnet Me and my house mates had the same problem, it ended up arriving 3 and a half weeks late, for it to not work. After several emails with UniHomes they offered us a £10 each compensation after we spent £100 on extra data. A joke.

@Plusnet @Openreach We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue. We have been promised an Open Reach engineer (the fourth) to investigate on Saturday but the other three did naff all!

@Plusnet 00:29am & my internet has gone down, router flashing red. Have turned it off/on, rebooted but after going blue for about 5 seconds it just goes red again?? … Any issues reported in the LE12 area??

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and I will be contacting OFCOM later to raise a complaint. I am reduced to using from a local co-working space at £24.00 per day which I doubt plusnet will refund.
