@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

@Ofcom @Plusnet is it right that when a new isp on day 14 of the contract asks the customer to allow them to improve the service, the customer is reasonable and allows isp to fix the problem, when they can't, gets charged in excess of £100 when attempting to move to another isp?

provider, I'll be charged over £100 for cancellation, as @Plusnet CAN'T GUARANTEE WI-FI CONNECTION??? Explained notified problem on 14th day and advised to allow them to correct issues. They haven't. Cust services now say I'm outside my 14 days and they won't waive charges 2/3
